Thanks for bearing with me, folks. It's been a fun TEN STRAIGHT HOURS I've been doing this (+2 hours prep beforehand for room design/drawing).
I'm sure you've already noticed I'm not particularly artistic, nor a particularly quick-draw. Today's portion of the adventure was fun, I learned some things about my limits (e.g. avoid action scenes like the monster fight, that took up a whole goddamn thread, even though most of it was the 40+ responses per image), and we made some progress.
I've been trying to give people more freedom with their actions since a lot of people were accusing me of railroading early on, so I hope that was a bit more fun as well.

Don't worry, Ruby's story isn't over yet. There's still more to come, soon enough.
    Thanks for your support, /tg/.

Everyone else's posts are half the fun, even though I barely got to be involved with them.

It's like we're all watching a movie, and telling the protagonist what to do.

Nothing about the actual Ruby, as done by Weaver, is furry.

The sexualized, and much more detailed, versions that came up in this thread is furry.

    amidoinitrite?

    Lets discuss speculations /tg/!
Floating bear head zombie attacked Tom, but thanks to his MANLY PHYSIQUE he managed to kill/repel it, though he got hurt badly.
With his last ounce of strength he pressed the skull button, which didn't do what we thought it would......

    >amidoinitrite?
    No. Stop caring about furry.
It doesn't matter if a piece of art is or isn't furry. Drawing a cartoon rabbit like Ruby in a slightly more detailed style should not suddenly make it atrocious.

The bottom line is that furry porn is not what's bad about furries. There are worse fetishes out there. There are stupider fetishes out there. But none of them try to build a whole LIFESTYLE around their fetish.
The furry 'subculture' and people who follow the furry 'lifestyle' are the laughable, idiotic aspect of furries. PEOPLE who call themselves furries are what should be recognized as the dregs of humanity.

I could give two shits about the porn. Whatever floats your boat.

The first monster was a mass of blood, strips of sinew , rotted bones, and tangled nerves all wound together into a big bloody snake. Its skull split in half down the center to make a giant mouth.

What the hell was the second one?
It's EYEBALL opened up into a massive leech-like mouth, it had one huge, gigantic scythe-like arm, one withered, atrophied arm, teeth growing out of its throat, its own spine breaking through its body and poising in the air like a serpent, and its entire body was distended, stretched, and half-melted.

    What the FUCK.

    Amazing!

This appears to be some sort of medical facility. However, if this were all caused by a disease, there'd be common elements. Instead, out of 4 subjects we've seen...

    - Two are (apparently) normal, but have amnesia? (Ruby and Tom)
    - One "died" and came back to life as a living gore monster.
    - One was "alive" but somehow withered itself into a stretchy monster.

So my guess is that these are all subjects of different experiments, or variations on the same experiment. Thus, the mutations are induced rather than infections. Perhaps some sort of supersoldier or improved-race program? In any case, chances that Ruby is going to die from infection are low. She probably passed out from a) psychological trauma, b) Adrenaline crash and c) Traces of whatever gas that was.

Hmm... It's sort of hard to tell, but I think Ruby's the only female subject we've seen so far.

You can get full sized pics of the quest with my saves.. but the first one of tonight is going to be mini pics. The rest are saved FULL SIZE.

    >subjects of different experiments

Are you saying that it's possible that Ruby is also a subject of some radical new experiment, and might soon be capable of smelling purple, tasting sound, and hearing the passage of time?
