[Sorry about that, folks. Let's try this again. Maybe if I post faster there will be fewer comments in between.
Again, I'd like to ask everyone to keep their posts to a minimum, self-moderate as possible, avoid repeats, and don't spam for other people to trim their posts (since that only adds MORE posts), and that sort of thing. Please, just do your best, it's all I can ask.]
Ruby and Tom enter the room Tom was trapped in earlier.
The walls are covered with graffiti. There are numerous items here, including a SHOVEL HEAD, EMPTY RED SPRAYCAN, Red's CANE, and the remnants of another implement broken to create one of the two stakes. There is a METAL BOX here.
The pneumatic tube here is empty.
There are doors to the north and to the south.

    RED is here.

Red face is grotesquely deformed, with an impossibly huge grin.
Red is impaled through the back of his neck and through the right side of his skull by large stakes. Red is covered in blood and not moving.
    Red's dead, baby.

Ruby doesn't particularly want to disturb Red's body, let alone pull out thick wooden stakes jammed through his gray matter.

TOM examines the METAL BOX Red left. It appears unlocked, so he opens it.

That depends on what sort of explosive was used. High explosives and their massive impulse power tend to make people burst squishily. Low explosives tend to have less bursting, and becuase of the more sustained heat, more neat cauterisation.

The explosions seems quite localized -- the door to the north is inaccessible, and most likely, the room the explosion took place in is all but obliterated, but it seems most of the other rooms are unaffected. The area as a whole does not seem to have had a particularly strong reaction.

EXAMINE the HOLDING door. EXAMINE uh... barbed wire?
    >> Anonymous 01/06/09(Tue)07:40 No.3327423

Rip off one sleeve and clean your gaping eye-socket.

Ok, so Truth-time is off the hook?
Then go and open the boarded hole in euclid's nightmare!
Keep an eye out for KILLERPUPPET and better stay together for now!

    Now: TRUTH.
Also, expect Tom to have secrets. Promise to stay calm.

The metal shutters are bound tight with the coiled barbed wire. No amount of force from the crowbar will rip them free, and they can't be untied or unwound -- not with bare hands, at least.

The door to the north, leading to the bombed-out room, is completely blocked with debris. Even Tom's manly physique wouldn't be able to clear a path.

The stained wooden door to the west is locked. It appears to have a lock which is linked to the adjacent card reader.

While we now have the WALKIE-TALKIES, say to Tom that we shouldn't split up until we have to. Head to the boarded up hatch in the brig, together.
    >> Anonymous 01/06/09(Tue)07:45 No.3327457

Check the west entrance to the bombed out room.

Go to non-Euclidean room. Smash open hole.

I say, have we attempted to manipulate the barbed wire at all? And what of that control panel in the last room, it appeared to be electrically powered, mayhap we can restore electricity there, as I believe a kind anon has suggested.

Ah, but I've been redundant. Last post here fellows, and an excellent day to you all. Good luck.

    Remove barbed wire with crowbar?

Wipe off the blood as good as you can, Tom!
