Depends on the setting and whether objective morality exists in it or not. Usually I don't have objective forces of good and evil in my campaigns, but every now and then I do. When I do, it can make for some interesting decisions.

Ususally, though, if there's a paladin playing at being the rest of the party's boss, I find it best to let them sort it out themselves. Either the party constantly acts behind his back or they stick a knife in him while he's sleeping. Or they just plain tell him to leave.

As for moralfag players, I don't see why it would be a problem. Unless you like to run your games while robbing people, I mean.

Isn't roleplaying about the characters and the story? The player and the character are two different persons, or at least they are supposed to be. Sometimes it's interesting to have moralfag characters, sometimes you want to play something else. If the player is a moralfag, he can be one. Just don't make a big deal about something stupid. Have fun and play the game idiots. Let the characters solve their problems.

And in my experience, chaotic evil fuckwits are much more damaging to a game than good guys.
