FUTUREMAN can use his ravewalking prowess to simply ravewalk out of phase with reality. You only have a few seconds to comprehend whats happening before he ravewalks out of the floor directly beneath you, and then ravewalks upward through your body, shredding you to pieces in the process.

And not a single spatter of your blood will spoil that ethereal, prismatic suit of his.

This thread is giving some awesome clothing ideas. I think this is what my DH campaigns miss: When we choose an existing setting (1920s, 1970s etc.), we already imagine how the people will look. We don't get that in 40K (military units aside).

I agree with earlier posts, I think this thread is improving 40K quite a bit, at least for me.

Okay, I've decided. I'm going to be GMing for the first time in about a month or so. FUTUREMAN is going to be an NPC of dubious loyalties, and the acolytes are assigned by the Inquisitor to find out who's side this underhiver is really on, and just how much power he draws upon. Needless to say, he turns out to be much more than anticipated. I will not show any of the players this image until they confront him ingame for the first time.

That's why I want to include him in a DH campaign and keep him as something plausible and fitting the original concept: A kickass groovin' fellow with a style so ridiculous that you can't not love it, who has one way or another become a local folk hero in the underhives of his homeworld.

Through whatever series of events, the personality known to the underhive-masses as FUTUREMAN becomes vastly important in one way or another to the long-term goals of a group of acolytes.
