    >Interrogate Cultist
"I was just wandering around." She more or less gives you a run around between random thoughts about food, her toes, no mentions of Chaos at all, aside from actual knowledge of the Ruinous Powers. Her clothing seems to be that of a guardsman, probably just a throw-away jerkin she found. The sleeves are knotted. It it wasn't for the small emblem of Slaanesh that was pinned onto her breast, she looked like just an unfortunate soldier.
"What caused the guardsmen to turn traitorous?"

"I guess the liked my painting that much."

    "What is your name, Cultist?"

    "Rin."

    >"Tell me, Rin, what was it that you painted that the Guardsmen liked so much?"
    >Have her draw the painting for you

You offer her a pad and a pen. She stands from her chair and hops onto the table.

"Don't mind me. I prefer a horizontal position is all."

She starts to sketch what you thought you saw on the walls. As it slowly edges over the paper, it's as if a doorway to the warp itself opens before you. Vivid images of daemons and heresy fill the page, though she seems unphased by it.

"I just draw whatever comes to mind."

Sweet Emperor! The traitors didn't -enjoy- the painting, they were utterly corrupted by manifested visions of the warp itself!

    >Contact Librarian

You move to the vox on the wall, calling for one of the Librarians to join you in the chamber. She lays down on the table and lifts her feet up, watching her toes again.

Brother Librarian Dewey enters the room. He is almost shaken by the girl's presence in the Warp. He sends you a psychic message.

"It is as though the warp itself were attempting to tear into this room. How she has not succumbed to such madness is astounding."

She has not succumbed to the warp, yet is capable of such foul art? This is most mysterious. We should take what she has drawn and seal it away for later investigation, and to ensure that its influence is limited. Perhaps Brother Dewy can probe our prisoner's mind to find where she has drawn her inspirations from.

    >Glare at the woman in contempt, and trust in the Emperor to keep the daemon at bay. If she attempts to converse or influence me in my holy duty, seize the paper, and burn it in front of her.

You glare at her, in turn gaining nothing but a quirked eyebrow.

    "Constipation?"

You hang you head in frustration. The Librarian pulls you aside from the room.

"Brother... I have a hunch. A notion. Perhaps... She is not tainted..."
"What could you be inferring, Brother?"
"The Black Ships could have missed her. It is always possible to pass over such a powerful being at first glance. Perhaps she had little power at the time, but unchecked... She has grown."

    "Interesting idea, Brother."

You offer the suggestion to the Librarian. Brother Dewey agrees.

"Perhaps. If it is simple sights of the warp, she may not be as dangerous as we first perceived."

He enters the room, closing the door behind him. You watch from the slatted eye hole.

"Tell me, Rin. Where do you see these images?"

The runic symbols of his power armour flare with life as his mind projects itself into the room. You grimace at what you see. The girl seems to contort violently as he enters her mind, searching for her ties to the Warp. You feel a pang of remorse as she screams in pain through his investigation. She rises to her knees on the table, head cocked at an awkward angle. In a flash of energy, a bolt rockets from her gaze, knocking Dewey onto his back. He stands, his armour flaring over as his presence dominates the room once again, nullifying her abilities. She cries out in pain once again as she falls from the table into a heap.

    Latent psyker.

Our Brother Librarian should use his skill in psyniscience to see if she is drawing on psychic powers. Otherwise, seal away those drawings she has made for future investigation and keep her away from anything she should potentially use to draw or paint with. Oh yeah, remove that slaaneshi marking on her clothing too.

I don't like the this situation much myself, but we gotta have her on the next Black Ship outta here, or execute her. Powerful or not, she has corrupted servants of the empire, and struck the revered members of our organization.

"We either summarily execute her, or dump her in a forgetting hole until the next ship comes around. If you are concerned she might be an asset, Brother Librarian, then pass the news onto a higher authority. Until then, I do not want any contact with either people or the light of the sun."

    >Remove Slaaneshi Symbol

You enter the room and pick her up, putting her back onto the table. The symbol on her jerkin is ripped off and smashes easily in your gauntlet.

"We should have her trained. She could be quite powerful with some focus. Allow me. I shall take her to my quarters where I can better control my thoughts - and her own."

You lift her from the table, handing her to Brother Dewey. He strides off to the lower recesses of the ship.

You are alone on the ship, now.

    >Monastery

You move towards your squad barracks. The way to your bunk is etched into your mind permanently. You enter the Imperial Shrine within the hold, kneeling before the statue of the God-Emperor of Mankind.

    >Pray for your brothers
Slowly, you begin to recite the names of all your fallen squad mates in that horrible tragedy, each name another you subconsciously write onto a bolt shell you load your pistol with later.
    >Pray for guidance
Looking to Him for strength, you ask only your next course of duty. You have found the source of corruption and contained it. You have defended the battle zone from the Orks. You aided in the retribution of heretics. What more is there to do here?

A voice you cannot place speaks to you. It seems human, yet other worldly. As if when Librarian Dewey sent you a psychic message. However, this voice is far more awesome in its power.

You leave the Imperial Shrine with this new knowledge tucked safely in your mind as you decend into the Mechanicus Deck in search of Brother Iratus. Through the chanting of litanies and prayers to the Machine God, you can hear the distinct sound of an angered Dreadnought and some rather bland operatic music from some vox unit. Upon further inspection, you spy Forgemaster Havelock busy at work with his servo harness, repairing the light damage to the sarcaphogus of Brother Iratus as the Venerable Dreadnought Chassis stands at the ready, shining with new equipment. A glorious assault cannon stands it's right arm, a massive Dreadnought Claw at the left.
