Send Alpha Range our pirate captives.

Begin reverse engineering the pirate ship FTL drives.

Also investigate those ships to see if they have anything interesting. Use some of the humanoid drones.

Send our slavers down to the city of Gurruk and begin the anti-diaspora.

    Assassin Drones:
The better the cloaking, the better.
The better the sensors, the better.
    Humanoid drone.
    Replace limbs with power blades.
    Must be light.

The result is a fast moving, incredibly agile and incredibly stealthy drone that is lethal in close quarters. It can't stand to being hit, however.

    Also, from the research facility:
    You gain plasma gun schematics.
    You gain improved sensor schematics.

Also, while fusion batteries provide energy almost freely, they require huge amounts of energy to start up. While the material cost is practically minimal, each one requires 500 units.

How many you'd like to make?

These products arrive at the end of the month:
One month's supplies, five people - 1 TON
Five units of fuel - 1 TON
    Fusion Battery - 500 TONS
    Engineer - 1000 TONS
    Scientist - 2000 TONS
    Satellite - 5000 TONS

    These products arrive immediately:
IR Sensor Schematics - 5000 TONS
Supermassive Drone Schematics - 10000 TONS
Tech. Lab Schematics - 10000 TONS
    Gargantua Schematics - 15000 TONS

Okay, so I want to increase metal and gas harvesting to maximum levels. We have very little left in the way of planetary opponents that can seriously threaten us, so focusing on production should be acceptable now.

And here's what I want to build for our flagship. Pic related, it's the Mothership from Homeworld. The tech we really want for it is the instantaneous construction yards, but having shipboard harvesting and construction facilities would work.

"If you ever hear from me again, it will be from behind the bars of a cell. Farewell."

Something twists and swirls. A gigantic vortex, a wormhole is being created. Million of tons of land are swallowed up, just like that, sucked into the vortex. An entire facility filled with precious technology, suddenly destroyed. With a sudden burst of movement, the Martian fleet plunges into the wormhole and it closes, allowing the ocean to pour into the gigantic crater that remains.

Well, we have our entire debt for this month paid off with a day's production.

I think we should move all non-colossus mining drones to gas production. We're going to need lots of gas if we want huge amounts of fusion batteries.

Also, if we end up assassinating our boss with the assassin drones we built for our bases, and then have his shuttle self-destruct on its way skyward, we may not have quite the problem that we did before.

Explore the remaining land as there may be survivors or bases hidden that could be scavenged for tech. There should be mines and what not lying around that didn't get hit my the wormhole.
And did we destroy the base on the former virus island because it could either be used or dismantlement for later use. Another fusion battery plant already made sounds good to me.

I was also thinking of writing up some fiction based on this.

200 years in the future? Archer is still alive thanks to increased longevity and cloned body replacements, along with bionics. Starts with someone, a son maybe, admonishing him. Then Archer just smacks him down with knowledge. "You think me a wicked man? An evil man? I have done evil. But all in the name of good. Slavery, murder, genocide even. Yes, I have done these things. To prevent fates far worse.

I lost my left lung when I was a young man. You've seen what a plague nanites are. Imagine if they'd been unleashed a hundred years earlier, before they were manageable. You're welcome. I lost my arm not much longer. Fighting for the independence and freedom you've come to expect." etc.

No that's what point defense guns are for. Not only would we most likely our range fighter based guns but we would have better defenses. Metal for metal larger ships are better than small fighters in space combat.

    >Metal for metal larger ships are better than small fighters in space combat.
That's entirely dependent upon the specifics of the setting. If weaponry and engines are small and powerful relative to defensive assets available, there's no reason to bring large, valuable ships anywhere near the enemy when you can throw tiny, cheap fighters at them instead and still have the firepower to deal damage.

New Earth Missions is another employment agency just like AlphaRange that also invests in pharmaceuticals. It works very closely with the New Earth Republic, offering re-education drugs, pacification equipment, mind-altering technology and other fun things. However, it also offers millions of dedicated employees.

Nebula Estates also works closely with the New Earth Republic, building new housing and living space on the frontier and on various planets, looking to claim land and convert it into living space. It also has a rather large robotics department that creates automatons as 'living aids'. These synthetics are as close to human as can possibly be, both physically and mentally, designed to look identical to you and I. They make drones look like piles of scrap in terms of technological prowess.

Core Mining Inc. is a long standing industrial company that deals in industrial equipment and raw goods and is a major rival of TradeStar. While it's based in the Core Systems Alliance, it has no loyalty to any particular nation, although it does often make business deals with other CSA corporations. Core Mining Inc. mostly relies on gravitational, magnetic and sonic technology, with each workman in his exosuit being able to do a hell of a lot of work.
