    Second Controllable Characters

    Amadeus the human ranger who wants to be the best tamer of animals. Current "conquests" Jaffy, the Gomazoa, and nameless Hedron Crab. In addition to friends and animals, Amadeus has a pair of blades.

    He might be considered the main character of this quest, because it is his desire to be the best that leads him to seek the Slebl Yanej elvish ruins in order to learn more about taming the beasts of Zendikar..

    Kara the Kor Hookmaster. She has hooks you can throw, hooks you can do CQC with, and is really, really, really, good at hooking.

    Jaffy the Gomazoa is a flying jellyfish. She enjoys floating on the beach, eating people, and drinking the night away.

    Third. Non directly controllable characters.

    Hedron Crab. Just follows the party around, and plays with hedrons, and decs itself with 'em.

    Nameless Goblin Trapfinders (2). Haven't named 'em yet. They know all the rules of trapfinding, including checking out girl's crotches.

    Nikou, the elf bard. Supplier of songs on the downtime of traveling that isn't really, he lost 3 fingers in the past, and knows of the general direction of Slebl Yanej, and has been there (damned roil fucking up maps).

    Thinking of having no particularly anon to PC control, in an attempt to keep the thread interesting for longer.

    There is some minor timeskip from last time, that involved getting the gobos, traveling to the outskrits of the ruins, and losing a bunch of hurdas.

    Currently, everyone is at the enterance to the ruins.

    In addition to a bunch of really nice trees, the party notices that the ruins are built into a cliff.

    Nikou (who has visited the ruins before), notes that the ruins weren't like that before.

    Kara tosses a grappling hook, and Amadeus and Nikou pause to admire her technique. Everyone then climbs up the line, except for Jaffy, who floats up, and the tiny Hedron Crab, who Amadues puts into his pocket.

    One of the entrances has a picture of an elf keeling over as in death, raising again, him saying something, and then someone casting some magic on him.

    Another has the picture of a Baloth (large beast monster) in a cage.

    The other seems to have a picture of something on a stand.
