So I take it to mean that he gets hit on a 6<, alright (sorry, it's late and my comprehension is taking a shit right now). So while Se7en does her thing and fights with Envy, The gang on the outside fights Legion.

For the Legion fight, I have three proposals:

First is just a straight up fight where they are right now. Bea, Jinn, Stig, and any CQC capable SSS rush Legion to try to disable it's arms, with the other SSS guys firing on it. Basically an attrition battle where the close combat guys forcibly drag out our comrades.

The second plan is a bit like the first, but we retreat into the courts, where space is no longer a factor. Again, similar tactic, except it involves a lot more bullets. Would rely much more on Se7en's ability to free Rainy and the captive SSS.

And finally, the third option is to retreat to the pool and try to knock it into said pool, while maybe yanking out Rainy and the SSS guys from the horde. Don't know how well drowning a corpse will work, but hey, it might actually accomplish something.

I would think its both.
Dex would be crazy enough to make existing technology turn into superscience concepts and again, make them accessible to normal people. If it wasn't for the current time period being two steps away from having robotics I doubt he would've made safe, useable versions of said weapons.
