    Recollection:
After finishing the last mission you have obtained several upgrades you have gone to sleep. Once again you do not know how long you were asleep you were awakened by the reactivation program.

Once you are standing outside you notice that your vision is different the eye coating plastic is made of light sensitive matter that adjusted itself to the light that is much dimmer outside of the tank.

    Choose your next mission!

    You have chosen Alien Infiltration

You receive standard Sonic Rifle 2 clips, 2 grenades equipment then board a cruiser with a fellow Lobsterman. Soon you are visited by an Aquatoid and four Gillmen, they are carrying a small portable cyro chamber. The Aquatoid Navigator will be the leader for the mission this time. They board with you and the craft launches on its mission.

While you are in flight you have a little free time to do what you wish.

Not long after launching you come to a landing. The Gillmen carry the cyro chamber and leave the craft the Aquatoid orders you to follow them. Once you and the other Lobsterman step out of the craft you notice that the water is really shallow and that the Gillmen are actually going climb out of the water with their delivery. This is the first time you see the water’s surface so close and the sky above it, it is very dark and a large white spot is visible on the sky. You are ordered to follow the Gillmen and stay on guard.

You follow the Gillmen and climb some rocks out of the water to arrive to a higher ground.

Climbing up the rocks finally you step on dry land for the first time, it feels strange you feel much heavier and even your equipment feels heavier to carry. After your eye coating adjusted itself to the darkness you look around. You see several land based plants that are much taller than what you are familiar with their trunks bear no leaves and their top is swinging violently, the air currents around you ripple violently although it has no effect on you’re the leaves fly about and the roar of the sea’s wave can be heard behind you. Looking up you see that the sky glitters with countless stars and the large white moon. The sight is somewhat frightening as you cannot see where this world ends. Your Lobsterman mate comes with you

The four Gillmen are clearly waiting for something, one of them looks back waves and messages that you two should stay there and wait until they call you.
    >> Lupin the 3rd 04/02/10(Fri)16:21 No.8938800

    >> UnderwaterDM !Hsknw4ktoA 04/02/10(Fri)16:28 No.8938943
    >>8938800
yes they do, they have a bit decreased power but still pretty deadly.

You wait for awhile but in a few minutes you notice pairs of bright lights coming from the trees and the roaring of machinery getting closer. Soon strange Earth based vehicles appear that roll on four things and have two flashing lights on their front, they are all colored and shaped the same except for one which looks different it is a lot longer and bigger than the rest. The small vehicles open their doors and several humans appear all wearing dark clothing that is much different from the ones they wear underwater. They carry strong flashlights in one hand that point towards the Gillmen, they are also armed but you cannot see what they have from so far away most of them stay with their vehicles. You can count twelve humans so far.

Then the big vehicle also opens up and another human gets out who appears to be different than the rest he seems much rounder and bigger around the waist and carries no weapons you think that this is probably the leader, he is accompanied by four guards, they slowly walk towards the Gillmen.

One of the Gillmen holds some device up for them and you are pretty sure that they are somehow communicating with each other. They talk for awhile and then one of the Gillmen opens up the cyro chamber. To your surprise a human sits up in the cyro chamber and is helped to stand up by the Gillmen. This human is naked but you can see some scars on its back that are traces of surgical procedures. The fat human examines the naked human from all angles while his guards stand ready. One of them starts to blow smoke from his mouth for some unknown reason but he is not bothered by it.

You are growing bored by this theater and wonder why you are here in the first place but you wait.

The fat human finishes his work and says something to the Gillmen and one of his guards give them some container, the fat humans also starts to smoke the turns his back and starts to walk back to his vehicle with his guards and the naked one behind him.

Then suddenly one of the four Gillmen aims his rifle and shoots at the naked human and it collapses to the ground Everyone is stunned for a second as this Gillman shots one of his mates in the back killing him outright, then the other two Gillmen jump at him and start to fight over the rifle.

Chaos breaks loose the humans are not wasting time either, the fat human makes a roaring sound and suddenly all of his guards start to fire at the Gillmen. They are not using sonic weapons but there s many of them. All of a suddenl several other Gillmen appear from the vegetation behind the humans and the open fire on the humans as well.

yes yes, was waitng for rolls by anyone else and updating map.

Your mate starts to run after the fat human.

You throw the grenade at the back of the human car but the air currents slightly blow it off target it land behind the smaller vehicle and detonates with a violent explosion although it seems different than underwater three humans die in the explosion.

While this happens the humans manage to kill one of the ambushers but one of them also goes down. The Gillmen in front of you who fight with each other continue to do so as the angry one somehow manages to kill another one and now only two of the mare now wrestling on the ground for the gun.

Fighting carries on, the humans hold their ground surprisingly well against the Gillmen despite the ambush, another Gillman falls.

Your mate stops and pulls the Gillmen apart and throws one to one side and crushes the hostile one then throws its corpse away.

The fat man arrives to his vehicle catching his breath for a moment his guards turn back and open fire on your mate but their weapons do visibly little against his armor, pulls out his rifle and shoots at them killing one but the other one darts away. You move in ready for some RIP AND TEAR action as well.

Then you hear the mangled voice of the Gillman your mate saved in the interface: "We are betrayed! Stop the ambushers! The humans are on our side."

Now that the situation is a bit clearer you turn towards the real threat. You have a lot of questions about this but there is nobody to answer them right now so you decide to waste no time and grab your grenade and activate it. While you are doing this the two you have picked as targets also notice what you are doing and the shoot at you with their sonic weapons.

Please Roll D100 for avoiding their shooting and another one for your throw.

Not sure, but if the game is anything to go by then Gillmen are pathetically weak compared to the other alien races, even compared to Aquatoids due to fact that all except for their leaders contain some level of MC.

Lobstermen have fairly high TUs even compared to Tasoths, who are also have superhuman stats and are powerful MCers to boot. So i would wager that they're fairly fast both on land and water.

You and Gillman search the ship but find nothing in the logs besides a bunch of fresh coordinates that mix up the flight path in order to make it very hard to track back, whoever planned this out did not spare time to cover his tracks. There were no tangible notes in the ship. Gillman is still angered but slowly starts to accept that nothing can be done anymore.

You leave the ship and return to the shore, you arrive to see that your mate collected all the Gillman bodies he does not know if any of them is alive. Gillman goes back where the cyro was and picks up a signal device and sends a radio signal for your ship to pick you up.

You pick out your medi-kit and connect to it. It springs to life automatically as soon as you connected you use it to track vital signs of the Gillmen. Only for those who seem mostly unharmed. One that the humans shot down does show some minor vital signs.

Your mate attempts to help out by checking their equipment. What he can make out that their equipment is the same as yours but in very bad condition, seem old and lacking maintenance. Also they do not have any spare ammo clips and just a few grenades.

He mostly curses but talks something about loosing the confidence of the humans leader even tough the clone was perfect and that months of his work has gone to waste with this mission.

You find some vitals in one of the Gillmen and use a basic procedure to give him stimulants and antibiotics but he does not reacts to them, you try it for a few more minutes but the life signs slowly vane into nothingness.

On the way back the Gillman tells you that what you seen today is one thing that has been a thorn in their side almost as much as the humans. He tells you that for somearon a group of some decided that they do not need to cooperate with the aliens anymore and decided to take over the planet on their own and if this case does not get solved the command might declare all Gillmen to be unnecessary for them and thus hostile.
