Also re-sending request to Fleet Command

***Old Message***I submit a request to the fleet and colonists for the construction of a dome to surround the colony, allowing us to make an air bubble. This will increase space for the science team to conduct experiments, possible even grow vegitaion, and would allow less time in suits.

colony dome proposal submitted to fleet command.
    Responce:
a powered dome requires considerable power to maintain, until your colony can demonstrate that it needs the additional room we will be holding the specs for this request. Building of additional houseing units and engineering facilities would commission us to send you more colonists until then we urge you to continue your expansion.

    What?
You mean to tell me we have the resources to build a fusion reactor?
And we should use Helium-3 instead of Hydrogen, this moon should be littered with it.

I'll go ahead and find the geologist fellow and ask him what his prospecting has come up with.
