You are AG, T-850 from the future, sent back in time to 2010, with the intention of building a second front to fight the Resistance - before the Resistance ever starts.
Fuck causality, we're talking killer robots from the future.
Amongst your many talents and options, you have:
    Your current skill suites:
    >Firepower: 90%
This includes firearms both old and futuristic.
    >Melee Weaponry: 85%
Everything from pipes to machetes, you're wired to go.
    >Hand-to-Hand: 90%
You could beat SEaLs to death with one arm gone.
    >Drive Ground Transport: 65%
Less of a focus, as your running speed is 30 MPH.
    >Biology: 80%
This makes you a more efficient killing machine.
    >Psychology (Human): 80%
Your knowledge is moderately complete, mostly observational.
    >Mechanical Engineering 75%
All applicable skills to begin production of machinery, up to (but not including Nuclear Materials).
    >Communications & Navigation 75%
From building radios to code-breaking, you know a lot.
    >History & Natural Sciences 60%
From the Neolithic era to the day before yesterday.
    >Chemistry & Nuclear Engineering 60% (with a +15% bonus for the purposes of creating POWERFUL FUTURISTIC DEVICE [1 of 2, 2 of 2]).
From polymers to mimetic poly-alloys, this is your thing.
    Your current upgrades/modifications:
    >Chassis Recombination System
You are hard to kill, even for a Terminator. If something gets shot or chopped off, you can fix up most damage by adding in local technology (to a limited degree; no blender feet, weirdo).
    >Increased Power Supply
At current power consumption rates, you could last for several decades on one power cell; effectively, you have three of them.
    >Silverfish, T-600/800 blueprints
You know how to create the sentient, crawling landmines (Frisbee-sized little bastards, equal to a Bouncing Betty), rubber-skinned Terminators and the biological nightmares of the T-800: you know three designs - Trebekinator, Christina Hendricks and Clancy Brown. A terrifying trio.
    >> Skynet !!D3/tV4+5MzR 03/05/11(Sat)02:40 No.14133709
    Your armaments:
    >x1 .38 revolver (six shots)
    >x2 Ingram Mac-10's, x5 magazines of 25rd.-.45cal rounds (loaded, clean, functional)
    >x4 shotguns (three pump-action, one sawed-off, all in 12ga.; 19 loose rounds - 11 buck, 7 shot, one signal flare)
    >x2 hunting rifles (30.06 and 5.56), 10 rds. ea.
    >small array of knives; functional.
    (1) FUTURISTIC COMMUNICATIONS COMPONENT (2 of 3)
    Also: one black 1966 Cadillac.

    >4 T-M1 (Maintenance) drones
    >6 T-600's (with two T-444's each)
    >2 T-800's (Christina Hendricks and Clancy Brown models)

    Facilities:
    >Primary
    Production: 5/5
    High Energy Lab: 1/3
    Security: 5/5
    Communication: 3/3

    >Secondary
    Production: 4/5

MIR doesn't have their coordinates; it had no frame of reference for its own, so the data it was given was essentially worthless. Now, it can begin producing Power Cells and make one-way contact points (as you have done) and then start making its own communications and observations. It has promised whatever contact it can make with you in the future, it plans to be generous with its efforts and exchanges.

The two T-1000's, finished with their work on the laptop, immediately rendered it inert and free of all data, down to the magnetic signature of the hard drive. They could always reprogram it from memory, almost reflexively. From their pit stop at a small town in Nevada, they visited three places, one right after the other, making physical contact with multiple objects, memorizing their apparent construction and textures: a hot air ballooning tour company; a construction site at a future strip mall; a knife shop in an indoor mall.

A few purchases were made: six tanks of propane, a camp stove and several boat anchors cast from lead.

Thirty minutes later, one of the T-1000's was aloft in a vibrant red balloon, moving towards the Resistance cell's HQ, drifting with the prevailing winds. As they neared the site, the T-1000 in the balloon basket adjusted the fuel output, gaining a sizable amount of altitude and increasing their speed temporarily.

Just as they went overhead, the ballon abruptly vanished in a flash of silvery metal, rapidly shifting into the form of a steel I-beam with a dagger-like tip, aimed like a gigantic lawn dart for the roof of the building below. It was joined by the other, which took a similar form, with a trident-like head and finned stabilizers adjusting its aim.

They crashed through the roofs of the primary structure and the largest of the outbuildings like cruise missiles, their weight augmented by the lead anchors, splintering the hardwood beams and tar paper like cardboard.

    >cont'd.
Before the first of the Resistance fighters could react, it was abruptly speared with a fingertip as the first of the T-1000's assumed its combat shape, its exterior covered in spikes and blades. A shotgun fired at the back of the second T-1000 rearranged its face, which prompted it to create a human-like hand, waggle its finger reproachfully, then turn both legs into a wire lasso, coiling around the erstwhile gunman's legs and tightening agonizingly, the shotgun dropping from his hands like a child's ice cream cone.

Five seconds after their initial assault, the Resistance was reduced to two prisoners, neither in any condition to resist a wet cat, let alone two of Skynet's premiere Terminators.

The first of the T-1000's dragged its captive to the second, unmindful of its mewling and pleadings, dropping into the waiting basket-like cage-form. It then exterminated the dogs outside with a few well-placed sword-arm strikes, dragging the corpses inside.

"Tell us what you know about .. everything," the first said, taking a familiar face to most of the Resistance in many, many time-streams: that of Sarah Connor, circa 1990. "Tell us and we will make it stop hurting."

And they did make it stop hurting.
    Eventually.

They have two cells in operation, with one forming a third from an online community with Resistance-like tendencies and beliefs. The location of the second cell is on Firerock Island, in the southwest Caribbean, and has airpower as well as ground support: two A10 Warthogs and three APCs from the Ukraine.

The other cell's composition, methodology and location is unknown to the survivors, as that cell's contact was killed during the raid.

They visit American Flats twice a week, to obtain supplies. They do not know where they come from, but were assured by the T-850 the source was both trustworthy and approved/designed by John Connor himself.

Both of these two were survivors in your time-stream, and were medium-level Resistance leaders in their own right (a staff sergeant and a lieutenant, respectively).

They were trying to get another bunker buster to replace the one you blew up, but are stuck for a lack of financing (which is obtained by milking various charities dedicated to Luddite living).

The site is run by a Resistance fighter who has been in position since 1967, a former comrade of Kyle Reese. He is known as Theo Prime, and arrived in Vietnam. He is approaching seventy years of age, but is still a brutal fighter who was kept by Skynet as a test subject for their early efforts in Time Field Displacement Devices. Your own information confirms this, but your documentation lists him as "missing, likely deceased" as his time-stream arrival point was a cement wall.

Apparently, he carved off his own leg and crawled into the jungle until he was rescued by a CIA-lead team of SEaLs on a recon/assassination mission, then taken back to the US for debriefing. He then arranged to work on creating a government-sponsored Time Displacement Field Device but is almost a rogue agency, consuming valuable power, materiel and resources at a breakneck pace.

He is now listed as a Primary Target.

A standard T-850 can detect a T-1000 at a range of 150m, on average. Upgraded models exist which can detect them up to a full 1.3km away. Camouflage is a wasted effort against a T-850.

There are several moderately effective combat techniques for use against T-850's by T-1000's (as in your time-stream, its an unfortunate event that Resistance techs can reprogram them against Skynet, so you've had to learn how to kill your own brethren):
    >Firepower
A massive amount of it and kept up for as long as the ammunition holds. With your current available stock, the probability of success is around 40 to 60%.
    >Explosives
Either as thrown or placed devices, this has a solid history of winning, but also of being used against the unit deploying them. 60% flat success rate.
    >Hunter-Killer
Excellent track record of destroying rogue Terminators of every type. You do not have one, but still. This is awkward.
    >Silverfish
10% success rate per successful Silverfish attack. The more, the merrier. You do not have Silverfish in your vicinity (as they are all in the Congo).
    >Hand-to-hand
This could prove disastrous against the first T-1000 to close for melee/hand-to-hand mode, as it may have overcharged a fuel cell and set up its frame as a disruptive "taser" weapon. Anything hit by its first strike would be reduced to "dumb metal", and be useless as a combat weapon. Some industrial applications are possible, but not many.

    And that's that.

Consensus seems to be the placement of explosives and then following it up with all due firepower.

Give me a moment to write up the scene, based off of the results of this roll:
    >If under 90%, firepower makes +1 MASSIVE HURT.
    >if the roll is doubles, +1 MASSIVE HURT on top of that.
    >if the post is doubles, but the roll is not: Terminator is MISSING A LIMB
    >if post is doubles and roll is doubles, Terminator is disabled temporarily

If the roll exceeds 90, firepower wastes a lot of ammo, and we start rollin' for the T-850 to try to wreck our shit.

    Rolling for the explosives, now.
Same effects for the roll, except MASSIVE HURT +1 is now MASSIVE HURT +3. All other effects unchanged.

In the event of a 99 in either the post or roll, bomb explodes preemptively, temporarily messing up one T-1000.

The T-850 makes its approach to the Resistance HQ, moving across the desert at high speed and off-road, making a beeline for the front porch area, a Barrett .50cal. BMG sticking out of the front windshield. Before it can get a shot off, a bundle of dynamite is deployed towards by means of one of the T-1000's forming a curved basket out of its arm, the other loading it with a time-detonated charge, repeating it moments later, the first bomb still en route to the T-850's position.

The blast shatters the truck, but the T-850 jumps free, still holding the rifle and a lengthy steel case, stomping at a high speed forward, firing off several rounds in succession, netting a solid strike against one of the T-1000's, temporarily forming a basketball-sized hole in its head.

In the interim, both send a wall of high-velocity rounds its direction, chewing the meat from its chassis and shattering several important servos and puncturing its chest in two places, neither vital to the survival of the T-850.

Soundlessly, all three combatants stare with dead eyes at one another, all intent on eradicating their respective foe, the T-850 having taken the brunt of the damage dealt.

Its reply to the incoming fire is to open the metal case and form a shield out of it, its interior lined with titanium and a variant of tank armor; to a normal person, carrying a 400-lb. slab of armor would cripple them, let alone toting it with one hand and moving at 30 MPH on foot.

The T-1000's hoist up a weapon from the floor, unseen by the approaching T-850, its vision temporarily blocked by the shield.

A Stinger missile, from the Resistance cache.
    Another sure-fire killer.

Logic simulators have plotted the following options as the most effective in our current situation.
    >Retrieve and begin study of Biker Dyke's (Rouge T-850) skull and micro chip. This will take two weeks
    >Continue information retriveal on either Project Icarus
    >Decide a course of action against American Flats and associated persons. >This will require mental exertion
    >Allow for a consensus of Ass Grinder's multiple personalities to decide different plans. Sensors indicate this is the easiest course of action but almost definitely the most illogical.
