Fun fact: this is not the first appearance of that Circuit-Man. He was one of the bounty hunters that attacked Spaceman at the New Jerusalem spaceport way back in episode three. After the battle, someone rolled an 11 to repair him, but it was pretty late so I didn't notice their post until I ended the game. Obviously someone took the poster up on it, and thanks to >>15837030 and >>15837126 he might pop up again.

I used Photoshop's 3D postcard ability to make the projected images display at the proper perspective, then just did some simple manipulation to make them more hologrammy. It's not a new trick for me, as you can see.
