There they found the massive task-force fleet of Black Ops preparing to jump towards the mysterious space-time disruption heading towards the base. I'd go with a Chryssalid if such a thing were possible to tame.

Now that we've got Nethack holy water, let's use it to bless a larger container of water, and repeat forever.

Economizers: Lyla, Elaine, and the Cleric of Desna if it would do anything (goddamn vanacian casting), Agrias, and that's basically it, we don't have a 4th spellcaster hero.

We've got the Flute and the Drums? Whoever goes down into battle can use them.
Staff of Negation - see who can use them, and how long they take to use. In Warcraft Canon, only heroes could use them, and they take no time to use.
Basically put it where-ever it'd take the least Effective Manpower to use - a KI taking 3 seconds to use the staff, beats having Darius take 3 seconds to use the staff, because Darius is smashier and/or choppier.

Who are the Cortical Stacks compatible with? better use them on the Heroes, the MI, and the White Mages, I think.

Cortical Stacks do not work well with high magic troops and heroes. Magic often binds itself to the soul, and sometimes to the corporeal body itself. The Stack copies a neural imprint. Stacks can be used without consequence on any non-psychic or magic-using hero. Using them on a supernaturally touched hero runs the risk of having them lose their powers or be reduced in power when the Stack stores them for resurrection.

What about compatibility with Char and Finalon?
We should be able to stack Spike, Star-Lord, and even Mouse and the Sandmen.
We should also stack Egon and Douglas. Maybe even Pellaeon, just in case a Meta-enemy decides to be genre-savvy and goes after the All Under Heaven's bridge.

According to the core rules, the Rigger has two degrees of control: remote (multiple) and jumping in (single).

Of course, jumping in is the one where the rigger's own stats are used instead of the drone's.
