It was a hell of a week.
The week before your 14th Christmas.
You were still a bike messenger back then, actually, you just started.
A freak snowstorm engulfed Tokyo and the surrounding districts, burying it under feet of snow.
Traffic stopped, couriers began to fall victim to the cold.
But you, you powered on.
With nothing but a patched up hoodie and discount muffler for warmth, you kept pedaling back and forth across the frozen city, delivering things to people that needed them.

It was a hellish week that one.
You almost lost your fingers to frostbite.
But you powered through.

The day the storm cleared up, Christmas evening, you got your paycheck and a healthy bonus from your boss.
Wanting to celebrate that night with a nice cake and maybe a bucket of chicken with your friends, you headed home for a quick hot shower.

Your payslip was gone when you stepped out.
In it's place, a note.

Yes. But we need more utility, especially utility that can be applied directly to enemy forces. We only have Slider and Rebounder at the moment, we need something to disable, disarm, or restrain targets. Bear, shrink or glue would all be useful.
'Clear Mind'? Maybe if we're under psychic attack. Or get our drink spiked with psychedelics. And even then we'd need to have enough clarity remaining to actually use the potion in the first place.
