Can somebody give a quick rundown of what just happened? We suddenly have a wall up near that crevice to the north o_O I'd be really embarrassed if those are fortifactions SPAWNING from some ancient ruin's magitech rather than some player plunking them down when I wasn't looking and then I went and built fortifications up there, blocking potentially BETTER fortifications and all.

Also new thing we learned. Kobs need actual stone to carve new kobs. Anybody who is a kob and wants to help out? Either get down into that cave and begin chewing, or over the wall to the rockface under the lake thing.

Also, question? Do Bloqmasters raise a full sized "taller than a man" wall? Or do we raise a waist high wall with one wall building action then have to build more walls ontop of that one to get higher?

Okay... things I noticed.

1) We DESPERATELY need some artillery up on those walls or the hill -now-
-Slimes are turning purple

Also had an idea. Called shot is a thing right? If these are sivians, make called shots to their tails >-> snake people right? So prevent them from moving by knocking their tails out of comission. I go into chamber with the hammer (leaving the hammer for our CO to pick up and decide who gets it). Kick out the side of the cliff with my rear action, walk through, build up new wall, then build wall around. Drag the cage inside the wall, build last wall section >_> then run to top of cliff, build more catapults!

Also got ideas for other potential things to build into them :3 Ambulances by combining them with a base, and portable forges (yes, they exist, farriers use them today I believe) and such by combining with smithies. Not to mention siege towers by building stairs on them, and a multitude of other uses I am sure. God I love being a builder class.

yeah storm mages haven't really been covered the way evokers and alchemists have, but you can alter temperature, wind direction/force, and weather states. Like from sunny to cloudy or cloudy to stormy? And then focus center is used to determine the center of meteorological phenomena like hurricanes and tornados I guess? dunno what wind hop does. probably some kind of movement thing

From what I can tell, storm mages can altar the direction and temperature of winds. Their more advanced abilities most likely comes, not from blatant abilities like the other casters, but from the player knowing meteorological events, and how to create said events changing only wind direction and temperature.

However, this is all speculation.

= Storm Mages =
The Weather while uncomplicated is falls under the universal difficulty of having far too many determinants and affecting far too many things. And yet Storm Mages wield these majestic forces humbly despite the widespread benefits they can bring to the battlefields.

A Storm mage works off the common concept of slightly manipulating 3 factors.
Warmth, Cloud, and Wind.
The amount you could affect either one is dependent on Touch, determined by your [Lvl+Int].

Touches may only adjust a weather factor Once a phase-


Since this was a subject I have failed out of I was only able to grasp the startings of these concepts.

Warm or Cold Touch allows the mage to manipulate temperature ever so slightly. They must declare by how much, the maximum being their Touch. Normally temperatures go as high as 5 and low as -5, but can always enter into more dangerous spectrums if the environment allows for it.

Wind Touch: Fairly simple. Winds can be adjusted to go up to certain speeds equal to your Touch. The default direction is your facing. But this can also be adjusted.

Cloud Touch: This one im a little leery on... but it determines the "thickness" of the air as they say. Dry Touch does the opposite. This ability is also centered on the focus. Usually the stormmage herself.

My notes end here... but I think manipulating the combination of these, and their sequence will create... something.....

Storm Mages may throw themselves to the winds, allowing them to reach faraway places. However, their destination relies entirely on the direction and strength of the wind.
