Greetings Fatguys and Catgirls, and welcome to /tg/'s Dragon Quest!

This is Halmorra, a continent home to all manner of creatures great and small, smart and dumb, peaceful and violent. And none are greater, smarter and capable of more violence than Dragons.

Capable of living for thousands of years, there are no more than a hundred or so of these creatures in existence. Titans of Nature, Primordial forces, Living Storms, Winged Death, Benevolent Healer, a Dragon can be all of these things.

But enough self-fellatio, lets get this started.

Choose your species /tg/

>Red Dragon: Cruel, flame wielding tyrants
>Blue Dragon: Ocean dwelling, blizzard breathing reptiles
>Green Dragon: Forces of Nature, dominating forests and animals
>Grey Dragon: Living lightning, the forces of the heavens at their beck and call
>Bronze Dragon: A new species, with hides harder than steel and capable of spewing forth molten metal from their maws
>>
Eh, I vote grey dragon. Getting a very GOTTA GO FAST vibe there.

>Grey Dragon

Sky Demons, Living Lightning, Harbinger of Storms. These Dragons go by many names. Born with the innate knowledge of flight, these Dragons are a formidable airborne force. Moving with incredible speed, even hatchlings can boast a flying sprint, exceeding sound for brief periods of time. The egg is incubated by the mother atop a mountain. Once it begins to hatch, the mother carries the egg high into the sky, passing the clouds and reaching towards the stars. She will then release it, letting the hatching egg fall to the ground. At this point the hatchling will break free of the egg, and immediately take to the skies.

>Red Dragons

Powerhouses. These Dragons embody this creature’s most famous of all features, flame and destruction. Their philosophy is that only the strongest, most merciless and hardiest can survive this world. Born from an egg that has been incubated at the heart of a volcano, the mother brutally abuses and tortures the hatchling until it is finally strong enough to fight back. The hatchling is then cast out of the volcano from which it was born and forced to make its own way in the world.

Universally feared and hated, these Dragons are renowned for their cruelty and disdain. Their Kingdoms are almost always run with an iron fist; their hoards are comprised of bloodied items won in battle.

>Blue Dragon

Born beneath the waves and spending most of their young life there, these Dragons are formidable underwater hunters. They move through the water as if they were liquid themselves, rising from the depths as a Titan of elemental power. Capable of unleashing tsunamis on the land, their breath freezes all it touches. Once a hatchling is strong enough, it crawls onto a frozen land and begins to make its life there.

Not much is known about these Dragons, as very few adventurers can withstand the climate in which it lives. Due to this, Blue Dragons are not openly hostile to the humanoid races of Halmorra, but are instead inquisitive, wanting to know more about a land without ice and the creatures who reside there.

Their favoured hoards are precious gems and jewels.

Green Dragon

Birthed from the Earth itself, these Dragons embody the spirit of nature in its entirety. Their breath can poison or heal, cause plants to grow or wither, and even command the Earth itself.

Most of these Dragons try to avoid sapient races, however there are a few who have come to accept that these humanoid races are an integral part of nature, and as such, heal and protect them as they would a forest or wildlife.

>Bronze Dragon

These Dragons did not appear in Halmorra until after the advent of metal weapons. With scales stronger than any known material, these Dragons are almost impossible to kill. Spewing forth molten Metal, these Dragons turn their lairs into collossal halls of iron and steel.

None know how these Dragons came to be. Some scholars theorize that they are the offspring of other Dragons who have devoured a great deal of metallic ore or metal armour and weaponry during fertilization, which would explain why they did not appear until recently.

Nobody was quite sure where this egg had come from. Not even the Dragons. Heavier than any other Dragon's egg and much tougher, this metal sphere, the size of a man, had appeared on the Bronze Shore, just outside an old Hermits cave.

The hermit watched the egg for days, waiting for whatever was within to stir. He would go whole nights without sleep, entranced by the orb and eagerly awaiting the inevitable hatching.

Then one morning, he was rewarded. A dull, metallic thump echoed from the orb, waking the old man. Clearing his eyes, he staggered over to the egg and placed his ear to the shell, listening intently.

BONG...the man recoils, clutching his ear in pain. This thud was much louder, the sound echoing across the beach causing seagulls to take flight in fear.

The man was not at all pleased by this, and began hammering on the orb.
>>
>>21105939

You've been awake for barely an hour, but it feels like eternity when you're trapped inside this light-less dungeon.

You begin to pound on the walls, using what feels like a fifth limb to attempt an escape, the sound echoing around you.

And then you hear it. Another knock. This time from outside your prison. You redouble your efforts and hit the wall once again. You hear a scream, followed by a much louder and faster hammering.

There is something out there. Something that wants...to play?

You unleash a roar that shakes your prison, then immediately regret it as the echo almost deafens you. Not only that, but the pounding has stopped. No. You can't be alone. You roar again and use every limb you have to smash the walls. You bite, you slash, you punch and none of it seems to work. You feel something begin to bubble inside you. Its hot, boiling even. It begins to move up your throat, warming it as it goes. Its trying to escape, and you let it.

Red hot liquid metal spews from your mouth, melting the walls of egg. With a roar, you extend all your limbs, and the shell gives way with ease, exploding outwards and granting you freedom.
>>
>>21106021

You feel the ground below you move. It is very unstable. You hear a strange sound to your right. Waves. Water. it moves by itself. You hear chirps and cheeps getting quieter and quieter. You see.

You see a creature. A whimpering, injured and fearful creature, lying on its back. It appears to be burned, as parts of its skin are now red and black. It stares at you, shaking violently, waiting for you to move.

What do you do /tg/?
>>
HEAL HIM WITH OUR BENEFICENT PRESENCE
>>
>>21106047

Talk to him. We just fucked up this harmless guy accidently. Let him know we're not a threat.
>>
>>21106070
>>21106078

You approach this creature slowly, carefully observing its wounds. You feel your right arm extend almost innately, hovering just above the creatures chest.

Something begins to rise inside you once again, another warmth. But this time, the feeling extends through your raised arm, and instead of destruction, you watch as the mans wounds begin to shrink. The creature stops shivering as its burns begin to heal, staring at you in disbelief.

Eventually the creature stands, eyeing you curiously.

A sound comes from its mouth, a complex series of hums and ahs. It is trying to communicate with you, but you cannot understand it. Instead you simply roar in reply.

The creature stops talking after that.

What do /tg/?
>>
>>21106134

Nuzzle the guy, You're an adorable baby lizard who just saved his life.
>>
>>21106158

The creature takes a step back as you attempt to nuzzle it affectionately, but eventually relents and begins to stroke your head. Clearly you are adorable.

The creature begins to walk back to its cave, beckoning for you to follow.

Do you oblige /tg/?
>>
bomp
>>
>>21106183
Yes, but we are hungry. How delicious does he look?

Actually we probably have to go all rust monster for that don't we?
>>
>>21106274

You follow the creature back to its cave.

It is a small cavern, so small that it cannot house you. Instead you must stand just outside, poking your head in to observe the interior.

A small fire crackles in the centre, illuminating walls adorned with drawings. A small collection of rags lay in a pile against the back wall that would surely act as the creatures bed. A small, thin metal blade and tarnished armour lay against the left wall, and a huge bench dominates the right, covered in a collection of shells, crabs and fish.

As a newborn, you are indeed hungry. You consider eating the creature now that it has lowered its guard. Or you could perhaps forage for your own food. Or you could attempt to work in tandem with the creature.

Tis your decision /tg/. What will you do?
>>
>>21106316
What do we eat? Minerals and ores and metal? Things of flesh and blood?
>>
>>21106335

You are capable of eating both metals, as well as flesh, bone and blood.

You cannot stomach vegetables.
>>
>>21106344

All Dragons can eat metal, but only Bronze Dragons gain any sustenance from it. The other species must eventually eject it from their bodies.
>>
>>21106358
Eat the guys sword and armor, that shit sounds delicious
>>
>>21106385
Yeah, start with the armor.
>>
>>21106385
>>21106429

The sword and armour catch your eye. You're hungry. This is food.

You quickly scramble into the cave, accidently knocking the creature out of the way as it shouts in protest. Opening your jaw, you take a bite out of armour, your teeth easily cutting through the old metal. It is delicious. Spicy with a hint of iron. You take a moment to savour your first meal before going back to another bite.

Your head collides with the cave wall as you try to take a bite out of something that is no longer there. Suddenly, you feel a sharp pain on your rear, and you back out of the cave with a roar of annoyance.

The hermit is now clutching what remains of his armour, and is swiping at you with his blunt sword, attempting to keep you from devouring the rest.

What do you do /tg/?

You reach the top of the cliff and observe your surroundings.

To the north, there is a large forest which blocks your view.

We need to awaken our latent draconic sorcerous powers to the point that we can cast Fabricate at will on our breath weapon and hurl the result telekinetically.

I'm digging it. It's charming so far and seems like it could be kewl to fuck around as dragon. I know there was already a Dragon quest if sorts at some point (might still be running, might have finished) but I never got into that one.

Suggestions: post schedule and try to keep to it. Makes things a lot easier. Also if you plan on starting 6AM board time (Which is also eastern US, were many fa/tg/uys live) know that you might not have much of a crowd.

You turn to the agitated hermit, who is still hurling sounds at you in a foreign tongue. He is quite clearly upset that you've destroyed what little he has, all in the name of food.

You may be young, and you may still not quite grasp the concept of morality, but you can tell when you've upset someone, and it is not a good feeling.

Without warning, you grab the hermits rags by the scruff of the neck and carry him down the cliff, as a mother cat would her kittens.

Dropping him once you reach the edge of the ocean, you begin to carve out a shape in the sand. You recall what the metal stick looked like before you devoured it, imagining its dull edge and worn handle. Surely it must've been sharper when it was new?

Building on this, you sue your claws to make the edges of the sand shape as sharp as possible, before excavating it.

With a deep breath, you call upon the warmth that allowed you to break free of your prison, and sure enough, molten metal spews forth from your maw once again.

The hermit looks on in wonder as you carefully drip it into the sand mould, making sure that it does not spill over the brim. It takes some time, but eventually the molten metal has spread through the mold, filling every nook and cranny.

You stand back to admire your handiwork, and motion for the hermit to take up the weapon you have created. When he doesn't move, you recall that the creature was severly burned by your egg escape. Clearly these creatures lack your resistance to it.

Dipping your jaw into the ocean, you take in a mouthful of sea water, it tastes horrible, before dropping it onto your mould, cooling your creation.

This time the hermit does move, reaching out slowly and grabbing the lower end of the sword. With an effort, the hermit pulls his gift out of the sand and holds it up to the sun, admiring it, his face now a mask of amazement.
>>
>>21107064

The pleasant scene is then interrupted by a long, low note that echoes across the beach. You and the hermit both spin around, facing the cliff, searching for the source of the noise. Nothing is visible, but the Hermit grabs one of your limbs and tries to pull you back towards his gave.

What is your course of action /tg/? Remember to roll if its a physically challenging act or combat.

The hermit falls behind as you bound up to the cave and wait by the entrance as you did the last time. However, the hermit is not attempting to push you inside the, seemingly not caring whether or not your bulk destroys the remainder of his possessions.

Do you hide in the cave /tg/, or do you go and search for the source of the noise?

Yes you will.

In fact you will eventually molt into the next evolution of your species. Each Dragon has 3 stages where is undergoes a transformation.

>>21107186
Well since you asked nicely.

Gently pushing your new friend out of the way, you turn towards the cliff face and roar.

This was not your like your previous roars. This was not a child's scream. This was a roar of anger. It echoed across the beach, over the cliffs, across the sea. Birds for miles around fled their nests in fear, drowning out their chirps and the low note.

Something has frightened your ally, and you do not like it.

The hermit stands there stunned, gazing at you in shock horror. There is only silence now. Everything is still. Except for one thing.

Out of the corner of your eye, you spot another creature, another one of the same species as your ally. This one however, appears younger, stronger and far more fearful. He stands atop the cliff wearing a shocked expression, before turning around and running back towards the forest.

Now then, I think we should stick with our bro. Perhaps try to intimate that we have a bad feeling about sticking around here for much longer.

>>21107315 (Is this the best time to be learning language?)

Enraged at your faliure, you whip your tail onto the ground, sending sand spraying in all directions.

The hermit is angry again, and is now trying to force you into his cave by gently poking you with his new weapon. Being much sharper than his old blade, this one actually hurts, so you oblige him and force your way into the cave doing your best not to destroy what little he has. Once you're inside, the hermit motions and makes noises that you remain here, hidden, before scaling the cliff. You're getting better are understanding him.

For a few minutes there is silence, the birds resume chirping, the waves crash against the sure, and the only sound is your breathing.

Sure enough, the peaceful silence is eventually broken and shouts of anger cut through the air.

At the mistake of sounding weeabo, I'm going to assume that while we can spew molten metal, we get no active nourishment nor pleasure from our own liquid metal, compared to eating other stuff. Akin to how the mc of Fairy Tail can eat fire, but doesn't want to eat his own fire.

You keep one ear listening out to see if the argument escalates whilst attempting to discern the hermit's language. You think back to what has happened so far, and try to associate the sounds the hermit made with his actions in order to discern their meaning. Scrambling up the cliff, you hear a scream accompany the sounds of crashing metal and redouble your efforts, practically leaping up the cliff face, reaching to top in seconds.

Before you lies a disturbing scene. Two creatures similar to the hermit lay across the ground. Both were draped in furs, with a marking on their left shoulder. Red liquid seeped from their bodies.

The hermit is engaged in what looks like a game with the young man you recognise from the clifftop. It seems they're trying to touch each other with their metal sticks. Such a shame that it look like the hermit is losing, he won't be happy about that!

Hermit man needs your help! With a roar you charge the younger creature, headbutting him with enough force to knock him off his feet and into a tree. Haha! You are the best metal stick!

You hear the hermit laugh as he runs over to the younger creature, who is no longer moving. The hermit kicks the other's metal stick away, before kneeling down and raising his own to the younger creature's neck.

You listen intently as the hermit says something to the young man, but can only pick out and decipher a few words.

"I told...you and friends...stay away...if I see...my beach..you die."

The hermit seems angry, but he pulls his metal stick away from the man, turning around to look at you, before uttering.

"...thank you."

Which you recognise as the same sound he made when you made his metal stick. That must mean you did a good thing!

You watch as the younger man picks himself up and limps off, muttering under his breath. Haha! He lost!

You turn around to follow the Hermit back down the cliff, only to have your gaze fall on the two unmoving creatures.

What do you do /tg/?

"What do?"

The hermit spins around eyes wide, his jaw nearly hitting the floor and his metal stick dropping to the ground. Oh no, did you make him mad? You decide to repeat your words.

"What do?"

The hermit remains silent, still staring at you dumbstruck.

Taking his silence as lack of caring, you walk over to the two corpses and begin devouring the smaller one. Hmm, creature tastes different from metal, softer. Chewier. Tastes okay, but you prefer metal.

You finish devouring the first creature and are about to start on the second, when all of the sudden the hermit is back to his senses.

"YOU CAN TALK?!" He shouts in disbelief, eyes still wide.

You look at the Hermit, did you do something wrong? Why is he shouting? You decide to try and explain yourself.

"Me...copy...you...words...me know." You choke out. You're still not used to this language but it means you can communicate more effectively.

Delicious! Much tastier than the hermits old sword.

This time, it is your turn to say "Thank you."

The hermit smiles at you, before turning to climb back down the cliff face.

You quickly dash after the hermit, managing to close your jaws around the back of his ragged shirt before he begins his descent. He turns around, somewhat confused.

"Sorry for eat metal. Not know was important. Replace?" You tell him, the sorrow evident in your voice.

The old man frowns for a moment and you can almost hear him thinking. Finally he simply chuckles.

"Well you can try." he says, smirking. "But its a bit more difficult to make than a sword." The hermit raises the metal...'sword' as he calls it. "Not that you did a bad job with this. One of the finest blades I've seen. What metal is it?"

You feel yourself swell with pride as the hermit compliments your work, and decide to answer him.

"Me." You reply, "Metal is me."

The hermit laughs again dropping the blade's tip. "Think you can rustle me up some more 'you' then?" He chuckles, turning around and motioning for you to follow. "I could use a suit of armour made of 'you'."

You follow the hermit back down the cliif face, careful not to fall, when halfway down, you realise something.

You understood everything the hermit said.
>>

The sun has almost set, and both you and the hermit are getting tired. But there is one more thing to do before bed. You walk on over to what remains of your egg, it is made of the same metal you are, and begin to drag it back to the hermits cave. The old man said he needed more 'you'. Hopefully this will suffice.

The sun has completely set by the time you have dragged your egg's remains to the cave entrance, and you are very tired. After all, this was your first day.

You decide to explore the other side of the beach before sleeping. Taking a deep breath, you enter the water and...

Walk just as you did on land.

Your metal hide makes you far heavier than your size would let on, and as a result you are only capable of walking across the seabed for as long as you can hold your breath. Which as it turns out, is quite a long time.

You cannot go far however, and after observing and eating a variety of fish and other sea-dwelling creatures, you decide to head back inland.

As you exit the water, you catch a glimpse of your hide. Rough, brown patches have appeared, and you feel slightly sick.

The seawater has caused your hide to rust, causing your maximum HP to drop to 250 hp

Ignoring your next skin texture, you make your way back to the cavern. The hermit seems to have already fallen asleep. Well, he was playing with you all day!

You decide not to disturb his sleep, and dig out a hole in the soft sand, large enough for you to rest in. Climbing in, you curl up in order to get comfy, before creating a roof of sorts by spewing molten metal in bursts, waiting for the previous layer to cool before covering it with another, until no gap remains.

You're getting better at forging, you think to yourself, before finally drifting off to sleep.

You might wanna wake up first bro.

You hear a light tapping on the roof of your hole, a repeating, incessant tapping. Putting your head against the roof you created. You gently push upwards, lifting the cover.

Your surroundings have changed. This morning, there is no sun as it is obscured by thick, dark grey clouds.

Water seems to be everywhere, it takes you a moment to realise that it is coming from the sky! This is your first time seeing rain, and you're not sure that you like it, not after your last aquatic experience.

Speaking of which, it seemed that your wounds and rust have healed slightly during your slumber.

Your health has begun to return to is natural state. You now have 275/275 hp

The whole you dug also feels smaller. Perhaps the rain caused it to shrink? Or perhaps you grew slightly? Either way, the hole is now uncomfortably tight, so you decide of crawl out of it.

You are now standing in the rain. Its at this point that you realise that this water is different. There is less of it, meaning that you will be capable of spending some amount of time in it without suffering ill effects. Prolonged exposure however, doesn't seem like a good idea.

The hermit appears to still be sleeping, so the idea to explore the forest you saw the previous day seems appealing.

However you will be leaving the hermit alone.

Do you wish to proceed?
>>
>>21111968

You decide that some sort of protection is in order, and begin to excavate a mould, intent on creating a smaller version of the roof you created.

As you fill the mould, you realise that the falling water will save you time and means you will not need to collect sea water.

You shove your head into the heated mould and...

>3

The metal drips down the side of your head, still far too hot to be solid. However some of it remains in place, causing you to appear to have some sort of large metal boil on your head. You realise that this will not offer any protection from the rain.

You sure you guys want to go foraging?
>>
Rolled 6

According to the map, there's a river to the south of us and a forest to the North West. Rivers have fish, which would be easier to catch but require more time, as well as all of the water being possibly harmful. We could TRY hunting in the forest, but a big metal dragon is bound to have problems with that. Anyway, rolling for making a metal shell to try and keep some rain off of us.

>>
>>21112169

Realising that simply trying to protect the head would not prevent the rest of you rusting, you retry, but not before scraping off your previous attempt. This time, you dig a much larger mould, filling it with metal before diving in.

Exiting the mould, you are now a walking mess of molten metal. However the rain begins to slowly cool your new exterior.

Eventually, it has cooled.

Your HP is now boosted to 310hp whilst you wear this shell. However moving is now much, much harder.

Deciding that leaving the hermit alone after yesterdays...incident, may not be a good idea, you clumsily get to work carving out a larger, more permanent home for the two of you.

At this point you could spend the next few days carving a new home, or create a simple hole than spend the rest of the day doing something else.

"WAIT!"

You turn and face the source of the noise. In your new found craze, you barely recognise the...creature that is now denying you such pleasure!

Where would the intruder come from? How would he find your home? How did he...

The Hermit.

Of course. How stupid of you. Why didn't you recognize him?

All of this passes through your head in the time it took from your breath attack to travel from your chest to your mouth. Moments before you burn your friend to death, you cock your head sideways, molten metal spewing relatively harmlessly all over the walls.

Still in the throes of rage, you turn to face the small gold deposit, letting out a terrifying roar that shakes the very foundations of the cliff.

As the roar leaves your throat, it appears that you have returned to your senses. You look around, your cave. The Hermit is terrified, as scared as he was the first night you hatched, and is now backing away slowly to the entrance.

It appears Gold is incredibly desirable as a food substance for you, as a mere lick was enough to make you attempt to take your only friend's life.

"This...mine...." You continue, turning to look back at the Hermit.

The old man quickly regains his comopsure, ducking down and scrabbling around for his share of the loot. You turn your back on him, instead intent on eating what will surely be the first of much gold.

And it is...incredible.

All your other senses dull as this one sensation overwhelms you. The taste is amazing. The flavor dances on your tongue, causing your body to shudder with pleasure. Your claws scramble and slash away at the rock, unearthing more and more for you. You barely have time to breathe as-
It takes you a few moments for you to realise that you're now chewing on a mouthful of rock. Spitting it out, you turn to see if you can find any more of the delicious ore.

With renewed vigor, you let loose a roar and charge into the forest. There is just enough space between the trees to allow you to pass between, not that it stops you from charging straight through every other tree or so.

And then the trail ends. Nothing. As if he vanished from existence. You stand on your hind legs, and you cry for your friend all the while feeling as though you're being watched.

Your cries are finally answered by a whimper. Barely a whisper, you charge after the source with excitement. Life! Hermit is alive!

The whimpers grow louder as the trees get thinner, until eventually you enter a clearing.

There, laying in the centre, is the hermit.

He is naked, his body is bloodied and torn, eyes full of fear. Vines are wrapped around his wrists, they seem to be pinning him to the ground.

You get ready to bound over to him and begin apologising, but as soon as you move, you hear the hermit choke out "Stop...trap...."

(>these rolls. my sides are going thermonuclear.)

You begin to summon the metal that you so often use to solve your problems, ready to fire it at these fragile things.

But before you even begin this maneuver, another vine whips out from behind and pulls at your throat. These are no ordinary vines, as you can hear your own metal hide creaking and cracking as the vine at your throat begins to squeeze, dealing 15 damage.

Your health is now at 250/275 hp

Fuck. I completely missed that one. I'll pay more attention in future, thanks for pointing it out though.

>>21114219
>>21114220

Seems these rolls make the average pretty high anyway.

You've had enough of this. You know your hide is tougher than some plants.

As you use Iron body, you feel your skin harden even further, each claw becoming sharper, your entire body growing a fraction.

But this fractional growth is enough to cause the vine round your throat to tear. You're free.

The rest of nature is fair game name.

You strike at the two vines, cutting them clean in half, before striking at them again and again, until they are limp and useless.

There do not seem to be any further threats at this time, and you are still under the effects of Iron Body.

What do you do /tg/?

Oh shit.

Bounding over to the Hermit with speed you never knew you had, trampling vines as you go. You slash away his bindings in moments with surgical precision, before raising your claw and doing the same thing you did that first morning when you two met.

You are not capable of great healing, and his wounds are much deeper than the ones you healed before, but you've never had someone's life in your hands before. Logic can go to hell, you're healing the hermit whether fate likes it or not.

Once you have healed the hermit, you begin apologising profusely. The hermit however, interrupts with.

"I'll deal with you later, we need to go. NOW."

You begin to run back the way you came as the Hermit climbs onto your back. Moments before you exit the clearing however, a monumental wall of Earth erupts from the ground, blocking your path.

>>21114506

But you are in no mood to be stopped today. With a roar, you charge head on through the wall, smashing it to pieces, before continuing on into the forest.

You run faster than you knew you could, leaving dozens of crippled trees in your wake, you keep running till you feel yourself burst out of the forest.

And then you keep running. You run, you sprint, you gallop, stampede. All of them. You get back to the cave as quickly as you can.

You collapse, exhausted, sleep deprived, hungry and injured.

The Hermit begins to climb down from your back before walking round to face you.

"...Thank you for saving me, again." He says, eyes beginning to water. He leans in and roughly grabs your head. "But if you pull that gold feeding frenzy shit on me again I will gut you with your own insides." He threatens, motioning to the blade.

The Hermit has made it pretty clear how he feels about you right now. It may be best to give him some space.

You're very tired, and the Hermit has made it clear that you're not welcome on Bronze beach. At least not for a while.

From atop your metal tower you can see much further than you could before. You take note of your surroundings.

To the north there is a medium-sized settlement.

To the south there are the two warring factions. These were that factions that the two men you killed belonged to.

Just beyond the tower is the forest you so recently escaped from , and to the east lies the eternal ocean.

Right, what do you do /tg/?

Sleep then searching it is.

You curl up in the top of your metal tower, and note how much colder it is up here.

You think about the hermit, and what you did to him. About how you saved him. About whatever lurked in the forest...

The forest right outside your window.

------------------------------------------------------

Right, lets see how you did /tg/.

>Ate some gold
>attacked your only friend
>fought some plants
>did quite a lot of forging
>ran away from...something

Eating gold, combat and the forging combined means that you have been awarded 8 xp, bringing your total xp to 10xp. You require 10xp more to reach the next stage of your life.

You've also unlocked the ability to manipulate weak magnetic fields!

------------------------------------

And with that, I think I'll have to call it a night /tg/ since its pushing 4am here.

I shall resume this quest tommorow, at about 11am.

I hope you enjoyed the quest so far, and I hope that I did okay. Never DM'd anything before, so this was a nice experience.
