Hey guys, I know some might not like this but here it is.

You've probably seen the basics of the other Civ games, ranging from a normal realist version, the D&D styles with drow and dwarves.

But this one is the same style but you will have to work with the creatures known as Pokemon. Basically dealing with creatures that can destroy landmasses with battles. Adding a bit of extra... difficulty.

Basically these are the way we're going to do this.
First pick the place where you want to start this little 'adventure'.

The Orange Archipelago will be a very tropical climate with large and small islands. (I have a map to show you to help you pick the island.)

Jhoto and Kanto are rather similar and have normal seasons.

Hoenn is also somewhat of a warmer climate while some of the northern most areas have a bit of ice far from the volcano in region.

Sinnoh is a very cold region with harsher winters and mountains nearly everywhere. This would make living here a bit harder and much more reliable on hunting or finding a steady food source.

Unova has harsher deserts and is quite cold in some areas while some are warmer. It is a very diverse region with large water ways.

Your goal is to basically survive this world. Though many of you think that this will be a large city full of people.

Tribes will have a start of the game.

About 1 child will be born a month and every 6 months they'll become an adult. (Teens and kids are going to been as the same.)
50 Adults.
20 Kids.
5 Elders

You'll have the basics of dirty cave settlements and that's it. If your lucky you'll find fire quickly and how to cook different 'creatures' you can catch.

If you don't mind me asking OP but what time period is it? Are we humans or pokemon? I know you said we would be working with pokemon but that doesn't mean we aren't also pokemon.

Kanto/Johto
Live beneath the huge mountain, worship it is as our god. Become mountain barbarians of the pokemon world.

If we're running Johto how about we start with Azalea? Far south of the map and cornered so we've got a clear direction to expand in. Plus it'll be the easiest place to leave behind, because we really don't need to ever go to Azalea otherwise.

Let is be so.

The small group of young men and women with a small bit of elders and the children set up their very sparse camp. They set up in a small forest and stay in a few small clearings there.

The basic homes are those of simply being makeshift roofs around trees and small tents made of sticks. While many of the only protection is sharpened sticks and the only food are berries that they sometimes can find in the forest.

Okay, houses, then finding out more about food. Better food knowledge means we can travel farther.
>>
Homes it is.

A few villagers take some larger bits of wood and stack them in different ways. They make it a little more sturdy and cover the tops with sticks to keep secure. They make a few larger homes like this and they are rather comfterable to the ones living in them.

A few of the teens have been taking care of the small creatures, they take some fur that falls off and get a few shocks from it. They notice that the creatures are pretty passive but easily pleased with a few berries they find.

A bit of treats of berries get them to stay in the confines of the village happily and sleep around near the houses.
>>
>>21214762
Can't wait to see what they do about evolution, heh. But anyway, let's make some clothes. Dem teens have gotta notice that wool's warmer than loincloth. They might not care this early in the season, though. Maybe they'll make bedding?

One of the men stay closer than the others to observe the creatures. He was a rather gangely man and noticed that the creatures were drinking sap from the trees while other small purple flying things waited for them to leave to drink the rest.

They were rather...slow creatures and one, who he was sure saw him, just blinked a few times and went back to eating. All and all...seemingly rather dumb.

The group goes back to the village with more berries and a small bit of sap they found from the trees aswell to stick stuff together.

>>21215455

>>
A few of the men build a small bit of smaller 'shacks' for a few of the fluff balls near the center of the village. They take to the new homes and have come accustomed to being with the humans after the short time and are very friendly.

A few men while hunting for different things find a few blue and grey things rolling around the forest. They would have got closer if they didn't see them somehow knock a tree down!

>>21215551
slathering honey on trees attracts pokemon like bugs and stuff and monkeys and munchlax, not that those are native to these parts...
>>
>>21215710

dice+2d100 in the E-mail field.
>>
>>21217390

>>21217464
Well yeah, but we're humans. George doesn't get fighting moves naturally, and I dunno about Mareeps. Also, it might be counted as a Normal attack from us.
>>
>>21217507
Ahah, this feels familiar. No, literally copy the words "dice+2d100" in to the field.
>>
>>21217516
He did roll into the tree.
>>
Rolled 88, 35 = 123

smh
>>
>>21217569
not bad above average.
>>
>>21217543
Roll-out's normal too, but I can see it being Close Enough to count in a setting where we're just going on DM fiat. Still, let's see how this went.
>>
>>21217590
Wait, it's rock. Huh.
>>
>>21217606
yeah pretty sure its rock type

They watch the beast as it cuts through trees like a finger through water. The pokemon of the village shake in slight fear but stand firm in their resolve. The creature roars again launching another laser into the air at what looks like a group of silver creatures.

The Mareep launch their sparks from their fur, the men throw sharpened spears, and the children thrown balls of electric fluff around rocks at the beast.

It looks at them and tries to bite one of the Mareeps with fire filled fangs. But before it can a small blue thing hits it on the side of it's head. George saved the Mareep as it stands snorting at the beast.

It looks at George and it's claws grow a dark glowing longer extensions which it swings at George. George is hit into a tree, which cracks at the impact.

As it all goes wrong for the group of the silver birds with glowing wings attack the beast ramming it into a larger group of trees.

The largest of these birds lands infront of the village and screeches at the rampaging beast as it's whole pack fly around the monster making a huge swirling tornado and launches the beast far to the north...allow it to fly into the distance and far out of sight.

The flock flies back up into the skies as the largest stays looking at the humans and small pokemon nodding to them, as it's left eye was scared and flew back toward the east with it's flock...leaving the clear path through the forest to mountains and all the fallen trees.

GEORGE! Incredibly obvious plot twist I should have honestly expected, but Geeeeorge... We need to go check on him.
>>
>>21217785
Go help George.
>>
A few teens ignore the carnage, and with a few Mareep, pick up George.

He seems very beat up and having a few bumps and bruises...he gives a weak trumpet. He smiles as a small scar from a claw slash shows over his trunk making a nasty but shallow gouge on his trunk.

Do we have any blue, dry (HINT) berries?
>>
>>21218006
yea we have berries but just ones that we eat.
>>
>>21217982
Awww. Well, no one's going to forget you now, George. You're a hero!

>>21218006
He's looking for a Chesto. They heal you a bit when you eat them. Roll for figuring out berries are also powerful? He's not in critical condition, though.
>>
>>21218048
(He'd be ok...just has a small wound.)

A: Focus on the village's homes
B: Focus on Technology.
C: Focus on Making weapons.
D: Focus on Exploring.
E: Suggestions

tend to our wounded and scheme up something so this doesnt happen again. defenses all around (electric fences) with the obvious strength of george we need more of his species. id like a special group of men and women training there spears vs the mareep and making a guard squad. we need a group of ppl to also find more terrifying
creatures and or maybe flying ones. lure them and trap them and try with everything to befriend them. have fun guys, i need sleep lolz

>>21218048
Chesto cures sleep, Oran heals.
