You are a Magical Girl, and you are about to fight a veritable avatar of war.

A metal-limbed monstrosity wielding two horrendously-oversized chainaxes, each one caked with so much crusted blood that the gold beneath is only visible through the countless scars and furrows in the gruesome paintjob. The rows of monomolecular chainteeth lining the smiles of the axe blades still, inert in their deactivation, yet still seemed to magnify the threat of such barbaric weaponry. Solidifying their singular purpose; to tear enemies apart, to reduce corpses into biological wreckage.

Most people would consider your situation unlucky. Unfair, even.

Well, it's not like you didn't ask for it, talking to her like that.

It seemed a really good idea at the time, really.
>>
>>21713146

Insulting your past self - the one eradicated from existence by your sudden bout of amnesia - seemed to be a really sore spot that you couldn't resist poking. A nerve you couldn't resist hitting. A button you not only pressed, but punched right into its seating, after you caught a fleeting glimpse of the rage that had once been in her. A rage seemingly extinguished long, long ago.

You're not stupid, of course. You're not that cocksure. You know that there's a very real chance of this little training session turning into a full-on brawl. In a place like this, with this kind of weaponry...it's easy enough to get carried away. One of you may not be able to walk away from this. One of you would have to be carried away in a zip-up bag.

But somehow that's alright with you. Just like the near-complete amnesia, you're perfectly at peace with the concept.

...Maybe, just maybe, you do have a problem.

One that will be addressed as soon as you put this cackling russian in her place.

You glance downwards at your gauntlets. You still can't believe how two small, nearly-insignificant bangles could change into something...so monstrously brutal. Your arms, nearly up to your shoulder, has been replaced with hulking metallic hands, each one nearly the size of a small car. Each finger the length of a grown man's arm, as thick around as a steel construction beam. Each hand painted in a smooth, slightly matte black, chipped away at the edges to reveal the gold underneath.

You have the sneaking suspicion, too, that the subtle rattling you hear with every movement you make sounds remarkably like a large box of brass cartridges being shaken about.

[1/2]
>>
>>21713154

"S-Sempai?" Midori's voice calls from behind you, and you turn slightly to see the green-haired girl step onto the training canvas. "You...you're going to fight Miss Valnikov again, aren't you? With those golden weapons?"

You nod. That's the idea.

"Isn't...isn't that dangerous?" The Callidus looks at you, then at Kharn, then back again to you. "I mean, um, I was hoping Miss Kharn would instruct you instead, but to actually fight using two of them..."

How do you respond?

I believe that this would qualify.
>>
>>21713555

Trust her with your life "life", huh? What about "memories" then?
>>
>>21713203

"...No, Matsuda-sempai. I'm...I'm staying." Midori says firmly, although the slight tremor in her voice betrays just how much she wants to do the opposite. "I'm staying, so that...I'll be here whenever sempai needs me." She nods at you, a hard expression set on her face, completely at odds at her slightly-quivering hands holding her smartphone to her chest.

You could almost see her fighting against her body's natural impulses, to run away from danger rather than stick around and become a potential victim. Trying to stifle the reflex of flight.

You don't exactly blame her. You're not exactly a pretty sight, with armored hands seemingly more fit for the hulking monstrosity that had barred your way from Misaka's room. Kharn isn't quite the picture of total safety and comfort, either - her bladed limbs already a jarringly striking element on her person, and the chainaxes aren't helping any.

Still, it's...nice, you suppose, that she's sticking around. You give her a smile that you hope looked sincere enough, and asked her if she could, one more time, start the round.

"Of course, sempai." Midori returns your smile. "You can count on me."

You thank her, and face Kharn once more. Flexing your hands inside the gauntlets - or at least, you think they're inside - and you feel an almost euphoric tingle of electricity going up the tips of your fingers, up to your shoulders, and then down your spine. The massive hands bunching once more into fists.

"We are ready, then?" Kharn snaps, but before you could reply, she looks up towards the ceiling. Shouting out what sounds like a command in Russian into the empty, chilly air of the training room.

Immediately, the rack of golden weapons folds up once more into the ceiling, along with the other racks of weaponry. Leaving a bare, metal-grilled training room, plates of scarred metal covering the walls. Metal that had seen better days, sporting furrows and scars, from clawed hands and chainaxes.

"Duel extremis. Live weapons Setting." A young female voice, sounding remarkably like the girl you made to cry, echoes inside the room.

"Much better." Kharn smiles again, the curling of her lips now completely devoid of warmth. "Now, Chiaki Matsuda. Let us begin your education."

If she'd stop yapping her trap, then maybe the schooling could begin.

"R-Ready...!" Midori raises her hand, looking at you uncertainly, then back at Kharn. "Set...! G--"

Midori never finishes her signal. She is too busy screaming and jumping back, trying to put as much distance between you and her. Desperately trying to get back to safety.

Kharn decided to cheat, this time.

And you watch as she brings the bigger chainaxe - the one with the name GOREFATHER carved into the gold of its blade, barely visible from the crusted blood - down at you in a double-handed overhead cleave.

You stand your ground. You decide to block.

You chuckle inwardly to yourself, just before your grind your heels into the ground, bracing for impact.

Despite you having no way to compare, you're sure that fighting Kharn is probably the worst decision you've ever made.

The first blow strikes with the force of a full battleship broadside, and it seemed - from the way the entire room quaked around the both of you - with an impact of the same volume. The deactivated chainaxe, monstrous in proportion and collossally oversized, crashes against your crossed gauntlets, both weapons banging together and locking fast. Sparks spray from the elbow joints of your augmented arms - the muscle-mimicking servos of the gauntlets overloading, shorting out, and then immediately repairing themselves in dutiful efficiency.

But you did it. You blocked the first blow. Sure, your arms feel like they've been just broken, healed over, and then re-broken again - but you did it. You survived something that probably would have cleaved the robot from earlier into half, and would have reduced you into a sticky red smear on the canvas.

"Impressive, comrade," Kharn says simply, conversationally. As if she was merely talking to you over a meal, instead of being the other end of a sparking weapon lock that you're straining to keep level. "No one has ever done that, blocking my opening attack." A smile. "No one still alive, in any case."

She really likes to hear herself talk, doesn't she?

With a snarled oath, you push forward against the stalemate - and it's with a terrific noise of crashing metal that you shove Kharn back, a moment before she could add her second weapon into the fray. More sparks fly as she skids back, the blade-tips of her feet tearing up the canvas underfoot, grinding into the metal underneath.

The stalemate broken, the distance between you restored, it's then that you let out the breath you've been holding. Feeling your abused lungs crackle as you pull in air, pinpricks of pain following the onrush of oxygen.

Only a few seconds in and you're already tired? Sure, it's Kharn, but you have really let yourself go.

No more cigarettes, you murmur inwardly between gasps, your eyes locked at your opponent, Kharn watching you almost gleefully. No more cigarettes if you survive this. Definitely.

"More, more!" Kharn cackles as she begins to circles you, both clawed fists clutching a chainaxe each, the one bearing Gorefather rolling its wrist in slow, taunting arcs. "Come on, Chiaki Matsuda, or whatever you are calling yourself now! Ah, I was such a fool to give you that name - I should have saved it for someone else much more deserving, much more worthy." She shakes her head. "I did not know that the one I gave it to would change into so weak, so infirm. A shame. A regrettable shame."

You never liked Murderface anyway...!

Kharn telegraphs her next attack with another harsh, keening laugh - you have the suspicion that she doesn't care at all about that, she's going to hit you no matter what - and you grit your teeth as you charge right into it, right into the killing arc of the two chainaxes being brought about into another overhead cleave. Yet another test of strength, another strike that you have to block successfully, otherwise it would go very badly for you.

[1/2]
>>
>>21715097

This time you catch them. Your armored hands crashing, palms first, into the rows of deactivated chainteeth looking to chew flesh, to rip through bone. You're dimly aware of a curious pricking sensation where your actual palms should be - it's an itch more than anything - and you wonder if it's the feedback of having the paint, as well as some fragments of gold, now being shorn away from your gauntlets.

Before you could contemplate that, however, Kharn tears both blades from your grasp, creating more sparks as the weapons rake across each other once more - and it's then that she lays about with the chainaxes, chopping, bludgeoning, striking you from all sides with a fury and speed that could only be described as demonic. Focusing what will you have left - what little strength you could gather - you desperately try to block each one, smashing aside what you could and simply allowing what you couldn't to crash into the gauntlets themselves. Creating more furrows in the black paint, revealing that much more gold.

One blow sneaks past your defenses, and you gasp as you feel the teeth crunch into your shoulder, just before the entire weight behind the chainaxe - and the chainaxe itself, at that - forces you down into one knee. Both your gauntlets slamming into the now torn-up canvas, palms first, preventing you from the indignity of ending up facedown into the floor. The scent of your own blood teasing your nostrils, along with the sticky heat of a laceration at your side.

You grit your teeth and look up at Kharn, who is smiling terribly.

"Do you know how a chainaxe works, comrade?" Your opponent whispers to you, her voice smooth as silk. "It is a very simple weapon. The motor, of course, is at the head. Necessary wiring, encased in trunking, goes down inside the shaft of the handle, attaching the power source to the motor - as well as the activation rune here, where my thumb is."

[2/3]
>>
>>21715103

A moment, and you force yourself not to gasp as she leans just a bit more on the axe, forcing the teeth deeper into your flesh.

"I only need to turn it on, and you will not have a shoulder anymore. Or an arm." Kharn smiles. "It will not happen, of course. If you concede." A moment. "I am sure it will be very hard for you to continue fighting with just one arm, as admirably as you have fought with two."

You open your mouth to snarl at her when you hear a sudden click, followed by the crunching of gears.

The world goes completely black, before suddenly being replaced with a strange setting - a bloody, corpse-littered ballroom.

Kharn is gone, mysteriously enough. So are your giant robot hands, and the wound on your right shoulder. Well, you can still feel the sting of it, but it's not there anymore.

You've the strangest suspicion that you've been here before. Add to that, you feel that you're responsible for the entire thing.

A young woman wearing a black leather jacket - her face obscured with the hood itself, her legs clad in white thigh-high stockings and black maryjanes - stands in the edge of your vision. You don't remember her being there.

Her eyes, completely black except for the firey orange pupils, seems to glow from the shadow her hood casts upon her features.

"Thank you for choosing me," She murmurs, her voice muffled by the strange collar of her jacket's hood. "I thought you were going to choose the girl with the eyepatch. I...I don't like her much, to be honest."

[3/4]
>>
>>21715111

What girl with the eyepatch...? What is she talking about? Where are you, anyway?

"You're in my memory," The girl replies. "I'm not too sure which one. I...I don't remember much, after I died." She cocks her head to the side, curiously. "Add to that, I don't think you're supposed to be here. This is the first time I've talked to anyone else." A moment of silence. "...You're using the bracelets, aren't you? Are...are you fighting another one of the Blessed Lady's Chosen?"

How do you respond?

No but really, in a situation like this, our obvious choice is to panic. But since Chiaki isn't that kind of girl, a more serious, controlled panic takes place. That being, a sandstorm of questions and puzzled looks at everything and everyone.

I wonder how's the real Chiaki doing in the real world?
>>

>>21715243

Potential spoilers:

If we assume that witches are still the "grown-up" form of magical girls, then Pinky could simply be guiding their growth into another phase. Like some sort of weird meguca genetic engineering of sorts. But instead of turning into witches, they either turn into horrible abominations (like the meguca-Ahriman... or some other yet-unknown form.

The weapons absorb the soul of whoever was originally given them upon their death it seems

The weapons exert their influence over the wielders while they use them

This girl was lonely and introverted so she makes the wielders outgoing and attract people / lovers

The katana has Kirika and all her hatred and bloodlust

The axes have Kharn's lust for battle and desire to cut things

I expect the deagle contains parts of Homura's broken psyche stuck in them somewhere

Mami's guns will probably do the same, hopefully they teach the wielded to make panckes

You're not too sure what a Blessed Lady's Chosen is, but yes, you respond that you are using the bracelets. Not very effectively, you add, considering that you were a button press away from having your arm violently seperated from the rest of your body. You've seen what chainsaws can do to flesh if wielded competently. Taking a chainaxe to the shoulder would not be pretty.

"Well, um, a Chosen of the Blessed Lady is given a Golden Weapon. ...At least, that's what she told me, herself, when she gave me the bracelets." Even with the lower half of her face obscured, you could tell that she's quite flustered. "I...I don't know if there are golden chainaxes, but I suppose it's possible..."

You don't have a lot of time, so you ask her if she could help you at all, with your situation.

"I...I think so." The girl nods, and you hear the smile in her voice. "Yes, I think I can do that. You look the type to be able to take it, anyway. It's just a matter of not getting carried away."

Of course. You're not worried about that. You're the last person to worry about getting carried away.

The mysterious girl nods, before peering at you close for a moment, before drawing back. "Black with purple. That's...that's pretty. I like it." She shakes her head. "It'll be a shame about your glasses, though."

She takes both your hands in her gloved own, and the world around you disappears again - snapping you back right where you left off. As if nothing ever happened. Making you doubt that the entire encounter earlier had just been something of a hallucination, brought about by fatigue and shock and pain.

+That's rude,+ chimes a voice in your head. The girl, from earlier. +I'm still here.+

[1/2]
>>
>>21715776

That's comforting. Now you're hearing voices in your head. Yeah, procedure didn't work.

Fantastic.

+Procedure? What...oh. Oh my. That's...what you had done? I...+

Little help would be nice. Really nice, right about now.

+Y-yes! Yes, help!+

"I am waiting for you to concede, comrade," Kharn replies, in an almost bored tone. "Quickly, before I fall asleep and accidentally hit activation rune--"

She is cut off by your glasses clattering to the floor's ruined canvas, just as you look back up at her.

A purple flame sparking into existence in front of your left eye. Clouding your vision there in flickers of violet.

+The Blood God's Daughter,+ The girl gasps inside your mind, her voice flush with breathless admiration. +I didn't think I'd actually have a chance to fight her. I mean, I always wanted to, but I never had the chance...+

It's then that the breathy voice in your mind gains an edge.

+ Let's see just how tough the bitch actually is. +

A whir of servos - the heady sound of heavy-duty machinery being forced to move faster, much faster than it's supposed to - and both your gauntleted hands spring up from the floor, one grasping the haft of the chainaxe and lifting it off your lacerated shoulder. The other pulling back, and then hurtling forward in a blistering straight.

The effect is akin to taking a sledgehammer to a golf ball. You almost feel sorry.

Punching Kharn clear across the room - to the point that she slams right into the wall, before crumpling into a groaning heap - should not have felt that good.

[2/3]
>>
>>21715807

She's dead, Jim.
>>
>>21715812

The two chainaxes clatter heavily to the floor's metal grating, each impact a thunderous report.

+ Not so much, then. Figured. +

You stand up - or rather, feel yourself do so - and it's then that you step forward.

Crunching your glasses underneath your first step towards your downed opponent.

You decide to wait until Kharn manages to pull herself back up to her feet, while you take care of a little problem of your own. Namely, the rather hideous row of chainteeth marks on your shoulder, each one of them soaking blood into your costume. Not a very nice sight, all told.

+ Ah, let me take care of that, too. Shouldn't be too hard. + The girl chimes in again, and you feel a rather delighful electric sensation prickle the skin around the lacerations. The flame curling and lashing in front of your eye flares for a second, and it's then that you take a look once more - and find that the wounds themselves have been healed. As if they'd never been there in the first place, with only the bloody, ragged holes in your costume as proof of their former existence.

That's convenient. You thank her, and you're rewarded with a bashful embarrasment.

+ I-it's nothing. I can handle that sort of healing. Just a careful manipulation here and there.+ A moment. + I was expecting you to press your attack, but you didn't. That...you're a very kind person, aren't you? + A muffled, delighted noise, muffled by a hood's collar. + I'm glad you chose me. +

That makes two of you, you note, as Kharn finally manages to get back to a vertical base, her hair now wild and unbound behind her - the ponytail must've come undone in the impact. It certainly didn't detract from her appearance, what with the bloody grin on her face, crimson trickling down one corner of her mouth.

"Finally, this fight is much more interesting now," Your opponent turns to spit a glob of blood on the floor, her clawed fingers curling around the handles of her chainaxes. "I will say I am very impressed - it took you no time at all to find out how to properly use a Golden Weapon. It took me...well, considerably much more time to." A laugh. "Normally, I would stop the session here and now, but, ah...we have not found who is the winner yet, eh? Our wager depends on it, after all."

She's got a point, there.

"I will give you the previous round. You deserve it, I think," Kharn laughs, before wincing slightly as she nudges her bared midriff, a rather ugly bruise forming there. "So let us settle things in one last round. And let us do away with the niceties, for once." A sound not unlike an unseen beast roaring echoing in the training room, and a plume of crimson flame blossoms into existence in front of her left eye, a mirror image to yours. At the same time, both chainaxes roar, their beastly motors chugging, the chainteeth lining the blades blurring as they chewed air. "No holding back, Chiaki Matsuda."

+...I can't believe it. She's...she's so much more intense than I thought she'd be.+ The girl makes a mournful sound from behind her muffling collar. + Why couldn't I have died until AFTER I met her? +

You tell her the girl inside your mind to focus, please, on not getting any of your limbs hacked off this one last round.

[2/3]
>>
>>21716566

+ O-oh, right. Right! S-so, um, I have this neat trick with the gauntlets, each finger is actually housing an autocannon, and if you just flex your fingers a bit, you'll trigger the mechanism-- +

"Sempai!" Midori screams at you, remarkably above the noise of the roaring chainaexes. You turn just as the green-haired girl runs up beside you, stopping a safe distance away. "Sempai, please stop! This has gone too far! Tell Miss Valnikov that it's over! Sempai, you have to concede!"

But why...? You've got this one in the bag. And you're not about to throw a fight you're going to win.

"Please! That...I don't know what's happened to you, but...t-this has to stop! I don't like what's happening!"

She steps forward. "Please, sempai!"

Now I think our battle strategy should be to keep our distance and cannon Karn to death (lets pretend that only our pointer finger can shoot intill we need a surprise). You glance down at your gauntleted hands, then at Midori, and then finally at Kharn - the last one chomping at the bit to get on with it, the twin chainaxes still roaring their waspish call, clearly eager to get on with the slaughtering. To be perfectly honest, you are, too - but sending Kharn flying clear across the room, in her own turf, should be enough. More than enough payment for the slap earlier, which, really, was all you wanted to do.

You didn't want to kill Kharn, right? You didn't, right?

It's with a nod to Midori - the green-haired girl sighing in massive relief - and a whistle to Kharn as you make the universal sign for a time out with your massive gunhands that you call her over. Kharn blinks at this, the flame at her eye sparking, before snuffing itself out - and she strides over to both of you just as the chainaxes idle, and then deactivate themselves. Ridding the training room of their ghastly noise.

"What is this here, then? Strategy meeting? Because, ah, I do not think opponent needs to be part of it--"

You tell Kharn that you concede. She gets her favor. You just wanted to pay her back for the slap earlier, after all. Yes. That was all you wanted to do, and you did it. You managed to use a Golden Weapon properly this time too, so there's no real need to continue. You're not that eager to get yourself killed, just yet.

Of course, if she really wanted her pound of flesh, then you'd be glad to accommodate her - so long as your Soul Gems are in a safe place, away from anything that could compromise them.

[1/2]
>>
>>21717425

This of course gets a grunt of slight disappointment from Kharn. "Well, I cannot say I am not slightly disappointed, hence my grunting," The raven-haired Russian fowns, before shaking her head. "Ayah, and who would want that? There is no risk, no excitement! No, no, Murderface, do not want. I will accept your conceding, and this victory. I am winner, so I get that favor."

That's fine. You just hope you remember it. Since, you know, amnesia and all.

"I will make sure to remind you always." Kharn laughs, seemingly back to her old self. "Ah, well, I was hoping for more intense conclusion, but this is good too!" She pats you on the shoulder, friendly as you like. "You never fail to surprise me, comrade. Classic Murderface!"

+ I...what just happened? Did you just concede? But we could've put her down in two seconds flat, the rate of fire of both Ogre Arms would've reduced her to swiss cheese before she could've moved.. +

There's a time and place for everything, you reply to your new friend. And killing friends, even if you don't remember that much about them, isn't on the schedule just yet.

+ If...if you say so, Master. + The girl's voice is tinged with just a bit more than embarrassment, and you have the strongest suspicion that she's blushing. Your own flame dies out a moment later, and you feel a slight shift as your gauntlets disappear - leaving you with two normal arms once more, and the bangles still clasped around your wrists.

...Wait a minute. You look back at Kharn, the russian now replacing the chainaxes into their proper rack. Murderface, now? What happened to not being worthy of the title? What happened to Chiaki Matsuda?

"...I was trying to make you angry, just like you made me," Kharn admits, a bit sheepishly, an awkward smile on her face. "But, ah, I think Chiaki Matsuda is much too girly for you. Too feminine. Cannot call you that without laughing!"

Ah. Well. You apologize for what you've said about your past self, then. You're...not all that sure why you started saying those things, but you probably wanted to get a rile out of her, too.

Plus the slap really stung. You weren't expecting that. For training someone, she doesn't really hold back, does she?

"Is okay. I should not have been so mad about it. Even if you are not her, not at the moment, you are still a part of her. And I think she would not have cared either way." It's then that she guffaws, reaching forward to pinch your cheek carefully with a brutal claw. "Aha! Do not be such a baby, Murderface! Is gentle pat-pat!"

It wasn't gentle, that was the problem. Does she realize at all that she has metal claws for fingers?

"Sometimes the men, they give Souji cute nickname. 'Waffledick'," Kharn says with a grin as you desperately try to retreat from the situation.
>>
>>21717597
well I guess that answers the question of whether he's cut or not.

Which suddenly reminds me that I had not posted the finished version.

Not perfect, but I'm pretty happy with it.

those metal hands and feet make it difficult to gauge souji's fortitude...

Souji's got it rough that's for sure
>>
Bangels are now my favorite weapon.
We should never part with them.

ba-dum tsh!
>>

"Okay, yes, no need to shout," Kharn winces, and both of you step back to watch the rack of golden weapons disappear back into the ceiling. "Training for today is complete, more or less! Just apply what you learned here to other golden weapons, and it will be good!"

Right. That's a relief, you're not too sure if you could take more of Kharn's training for the day.

...Wait, you still have the bangles on. Isn't that a problem? Shouldn't you give them back now?

"Keep them on," Kharn glances at the bangles still on your wrists, before nodding. "Is okay. We have proven that procedure worked. Better to acclimatize to them. Corruption is only when you use it, carrying it is mostly harmless." She reaches up to wipe sweat off of her brow, before smiling again. "You should ask her what her name is first, though. Should only be proper."

Her name...?

+Kotarou Yuu, Master. +

Oh. Right. Yuu. Got it.

+I am very pleased to make your acquaintance this day, Master.+

"She is nice girl, eh?" Kharn waggles her eyebrows, grinning as she leads you and Midori out of the training room. "Is too bad she is not with us any longer."

"Sempai...?" Midori ventures, the Callidus by your side. "What's Miss Kharn talking about? What girl?"

"We can talk about it over post-training vodka!" Kharn cheers. "Ah, am very thirsty! Had not had workout like that in a long time!"

Yeah. Why not. Sure. That sounds pretty good, actually.

You've no memory of what happened to you so far with these golden weapons, but something tells you that this is the first time that it ended relatively okay.

Relatively okay meaning that nobody got brutally murdered for a change.

>Apply what you learned here to other golden weapons

How the dick do we apply "hoping that the soul within isn't batshit crazy to Kirika or fishmalk!Murderface?

Right! That's it for tonight's thread!

Sorry for the delays yet again, things got a bit too distracting here, but thank you for your participation! I really do appreciate it!

Brief Q&A session before I go to bed! :D
>>
>>21717705

great thread, see you next time!
>>
>>21717705

As always, thank you for the thread, Deculture!

Question: How long do you figure before Chiaki's back in Japan?
>>
>>21717698
They probably aren't. The circuit soul thing probably just lets us weather the effects safely and communicate with the weapon.
>>
>>21717705
What kind of planning do you do beforehand when making these threads?

So, for reference, would FoFA at any time previous to this *not* have been a quick route to Bad End, Tennessee?
>>
Sigh, shame that continuing the fight didn't win the vote.
>>
>>21717621
Are you sure you want to know the answer to that?
>>
>>21717720
Well, that's my point.

What we learned is "Bangles is a pretty cool dudette" and she'll totally work with us... though, i do wonder how she'll take the fact that we probably killed her at the party.

But yeah, we didn't really learn anything we can apply to punching Kirika's ghost into submission.

>>21717753
Evidently, a majority feels otherwise.
>>
>>21717784
>Evidently, a majority feels otherwise.

Evidently.
I wanted to see an all-out fight which would leave the entire facility destroyed.
also didn't want Kharn to win that bet
>>
>>21717784
>>What we learned is "Bangles is a pretty cool dudette" and she'll totally work with us... though, i do wonder how she'll take the fact that we probably killed her at the party.

Quite likely Kilgore killed her before then when he took the gauntlets.

Might be worthwhile to ask her sometime down the line how she died.
>>
>>21717807
>>I wanted to see an all-out fight which would leave the entire facility destroyed.

Facility in flames, Wilywonkanight escapes, circuit broken, flesh of fallen angels, laughing Pinky, world goes kablooey.

Something like that, I imagine.
>>
>>21717705

what kind of tablet would you recommend?

This was a good thread, Deculture. Thank you.
>>

>arm puns
I despise you.
>>
>>21717849
Don't be so punchy.
>>
>>21717705
So for the uninitiated, given that Yuu is supposedly from Black Rock Shooter, where are some of the other (besides the obvious ones from Madoka) magical girls that have appeared in this quest so far?
>>
>>21717835
Best title ever.
>>
>>21717705
>Sorry for the delays yet again, things got a bit too distracting here

who is your favorite homestuck pony the hedgehog?
>>
>>21717686

I foresee some friction between Yuu and Midori.
>>
>>21717717
>>21717722
>>21717737
High possibility it might be the next thread!
I plan quite a bit, but i do leave room for unexpected choices.
And yes, they would have!
>>
>>21717890

it is a shame that the real Yuu has already departed this world.

>Kilgore
>Fuck that piece of shit
>with a rake
>>
>>21717908
Speaking of unexpected choices, can you think of a choice we've made in the past that really took you by surprise?
>>
>>21717908
>And yes, they would have!
They would have not lead to Bad End-ville? or they would have lead to Bad End-ville? Are you being intentionally cryptic?

>>21717929
What about with a terminator? 'Cause that did happen, after all.
>>
>>21717948

that is fine too.

i wonder how Pinky will react when we see her again when we figure our timestop.
>>
How according to your plans did the training go?
Was meeting Yuu going to happen during it either way?
>>
>>21717929

I wonder how Yuu met Kilgore in the first place?

>>21718007

"I see that you have forgotten everything again Homura-chan. Do you like taunting me like this? Do you like ignoring the promise we made?"
>>
>>21718080
We forgot because she made us forget.

Then again, she's an unstable murdergoddess, she could easily have forgotten that detail.
>>
>>21717870
>>where are some of the other (besides the obvious ones from Madoka) magical girls that have appeared in this quest so far?

The only two original magical girls that have had a prominent role so far are Midori and Kharn. Kharn is heavily inspired by Black Gold Saw from Black Rock Shooter. Midori is wholly original, so far as I can tell, but her looks are inspired by Shion from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

Nanoha was mentioned in a passing comment at one point, but has not made an appearance so far.

>>21718193

Nah, in the Q&A from last thread Decu said it was related to the procedure itself. Not Pinky's fault this time.
>>
Is Chiaki a witch now? Kharn returned from being a witch and can use the true powers of the golden weapons. The procedure must haver changed Chiaki's true nature, and that's why has a new case of amnesia: because she isn't really Chiaki anymore.
>>
>>21718581

Judging from the purple spark that came from Chiaki's eye, there's definitely some similarities between Kharn and her. But that might be the soulgem-circuit from the procedure instead of a partial witchification.

Although we don't really know what happened during the procedure, other than Chiaki was screaming the entire time.
>>
what will happen if we use our old golden guns?

would we see murderface? or will it be Homura Akemi
>>
>>21719405
We poked them last thread and got a stream of deranged babble.
>>
>>21719439
that sounds about right.
>>
>conceding the fight, letting Kharn have the favour
Wow okay. I am going to rub it in SO HARD when this shit blows up in our face.
>>
>>21719924
The alternative was obviously going to be going old-style FLESH OF FALLEN ANGELS on our dear comrade.
Killing the one straight female character in this story might upset the very fabric of spacetime.
>>
>>21719983
I'm talking about the fucking favour, which I've been against since it was offered.
It IS going to fuck up SO MANY THINGS.
>>
>>21720113
Oh pish. It'll fuck up at most ONE thing, because it's one favor.

She's probably just going to ask us to kill her, anyway.
