Last Time:
We had been brought against our will to a fully stocked castle to start a school for Wizards for the new king.
We found that a small group of Goblins and Kobolds have been in the dungeon, and they now are our loyal servants, complete with Uniforms.

We got an apprentice.
We summoned some man in a suit of armor, and sent him right back. But kept the gauntlet he dropped.
We have met with a group of adventurers, one being an asshole that had them leave. But, we have been known as a fine house for travelers.

You draw the circle in your study and focus the magic...as you work on the mighty words of power your apprentice takes notes of such. The bright boy still weraing the necklace from before.

Now...as such the summoning circle touched a bit of blood from an old Archmage who lived in the castle long ago and the blood still was in the stone. This created something truely surprising coming from the flash of light.

It was an elemental of some kind. Large as an ox yet with bright yellow eyes and rocky exterior.

It seems rather tame in it's place and not much else for it to do. For Earth Elementals are truely neutral creatures and are not the brightest. At best, he'd be a good wall or packmule unless you train it for something else or do something to improve it's usefulness.

It stumbles and you can also see a large black and red demonic creature. It roars at you holding another fire ball and says "Kneel!" It tries to step out from a niche that it stands in and bashes into a bright blue wall of magic.

The rune lights others up on the walls and four huge bolts of lightning shoots at the demon and damn near destroys it. As it works like all magic would the beast falls in it's niche and the group is able to dodge it's explosive discharge.

As you go to the now smoking and still burning corpse. You notice something behind it in the niche. It has something behind it in another cell and you can see a small circle of magical runes.

As you head to the large circle you sense something strange about the circle...the elemental that got close starts to change a bit.

It morphs a little bit and takes on more draconic features and the goblins don't get very close. Along with that you see the magical words of 'transformation' and one for 'intelligence'.

You look at the earth elemental looks at you and says something in infernal and bows to you. Now only if you knew infernal...Seems the demon was a normal monster...until it got too much exposure to the circle.

You head up out of their dungeon and the earth elemental grabbed the demon putting it in a higher cell.

As you examine the corpse in the small room with one of the goblins and one of the kobolds guarding your back and your Elemental being studied by your apprentice for more info on the strange transformation.

As you go on in your study of the corpse and cut it open with a few knives from a small alchemy you find a few large glowing crystals in it's organs. Taking the crystals out you feel very powerful magic in them...as if the magic from the creature was brought by these crystals.

You put them in a small pouch and learn a bit more about the demon's inner workings and pull out a small egg of black and red.
