Sneaking into the infirmary and doing the deed in the middle of the night or before sunup is probably best. Tsu can probably send the guards securing the infirmary on some errand, giving Siggy his chance. An ice spike between the ribs into the lungs or heart would be quick, silent, and relatively painless.

Plus it has the benefit of leaving no murder weapon that can be traced back. Not a pleasant job, but Siggy is no white knight: he can make the choice that no one else can...the right choice.

A good point, then there's the fact that she's been there for years, why suddenly reveal herself now? The real agent could have put something on her like Xycon's crown (it makes you "ping" on Detect Evil even if you're a goddamn Paladin) so that it seems she's the demon lord but really isn't. A title for any monsters that manage to make a bid for the Demonic throne, the reason why there isn't alot of them running around is because Monsters, before the rise of monstergirls, would kill each others so that only a single one remain worthy of the Demon Lord title, altought the system got broken thank to the first human Demon Lord and susbsequent rise of the 13 heroes.

The Succubus can't give the throne to someone else, once a Demon Lord is fully powered up, its until death, the only reason why Tsu was offered the throne is because neither her or the Succubus actually sat on it, that event happened after the death of the previous Lord.

As such its impossible for any other claimant to rise up ; the throne isn't empty, the simple fact that Tsu stil lexist as a claimant explain how broken the system became.

I think the best course of action is do as Tsu wishes and shank Yuyu. If she dies, then she may or may not be the Demon Lord (though likely she's not; the DL wouldn't die that easily). In that case, the spy is probably still in the royal household somewhere (probably in a high position) and everyone should be on their toes. Primary suspects are anyone who has spent a lot of time with Yuyu.

The reason why Tsu bypassed the ritual and is a demon lord herself (albeit on a lesser level than the succubus we all know and love) is because she was born like that, she's a living, organic ''Claimant'', someone the Throne identify as a potential Demon Lord because she was seemingly born with the soul of a Demon Lord, so she doesn'T need to ''ascend'' and has basically all the perks and negative of the claimants.

Basically, the angels cheated by creating her.

Maybe, maybe not, Tsu doesn't have any idea how much the Succubus managed to hijack the throne, keep in mind that the Demon Lord has been around for a very, very long time, more than 5+ reigns combined (around 200 years), she has a very effect R&D in spell developpement...

But the only person that she could fool with such a technique is Tsukiyomi, keep in mind that Yuria was recovered and taken care of by Tsu and Ame when she was a child at the end of the Demon Lord invasion and she NEVER left the island in the entirety of her life.

You hear her sigh; discouraged, fatigued and more than likely hopping she’s wrong.

Yes we do, several of which have already been brought up.

We know IC that the Succubus and Tsu have known each other for 200 years, and that they both play the long game.
We were on the receiving end of one of the Succubus' agents who use illusions to take the form of trusted friends and advisers to carry out their plots.
The very fact that Yuria is a trusted adviser and minister, is a critical member of the government and in preparing the nation for the upcoming war, is enough reason to make sure that we're not being tricked into killing her. Especially when we know that the enemy, the current Demon Lord, intimately knows the abilities of Tsukiyomi and would have spent the past 200 years plotting against her.
And the very fact that Tsu is the only one besides the current Demon Lord who can see the Claimant Marks means that it becomes easy to fool her, because she's so dependent on the Marks not being present on anyone except herself and the Demon Lord, when the Demon Lord's whole portfolio is illusions, and which got a massive powerboost when she ascended the Demon Throne.
