You are Katie, a college washout who joined Team Rocket. You're now an Agent in the R&D division, station in Lilycove. Currently, you have three experimental Pokemon. Your first was a humanoid Poochyena named Carla, your second was a humanoid Ghastly named Eliza received as compensation for a Shuppet. Third and finally is a Ditto capable of transforming into anything given a sample that you have named Agent. You also have two regular Pokemon, a skittish Gligar named Ripley and a battle scarred Seadra named Rie. You've been riding herd on a group of young hoodlums whom you've recently given Pokemon too and set up a mini-tourney to test them. Afterward, you assigned them to squads and gave them tasks to complete. You're finishing lunch before you set off for the day to...

[]Make a supply run with the last of your available funds
[]Go with one of the Squads
[]Train
[]Talk with the Townsfolk
[]Write in

And you've decided to name the three squads:

Squads names are Alpha, Beta and Gama.
BTW in this universe does Team Rocket do traditional OC stuff? (Drug Running, extortion, legit business fronts, gambling, pimping ect)
>>
>>22668659
Yes. Silph is pretty much Rocket controlled through the main chains and is their single most successful front. They do have several other fronts as well, mostly through being a key investor and dummy companies. They do host a few gambling centers as well, along with illegal research areas and some smuggling. Drug production is generally on the fringe, and a per Agent basis, so that the Agent can be denied as a Rocket asset in case of being caught.

>>
>[]Train
Its been a while since we've worked with our own pokemon and thats a must for a Rocket. We must be a smoothly oiled machine
>>
>>22668580
So are the other regional teams active and in a shadow war with Team Rocket for control over the whole of Notjapan?
>>
>>22668790
Rocket is the most widespread while Magma and Aqua are focused on their "Save the Environment!" plots. Rocket wants to move Magma and Aqua out, hence your presence in Hoenn. They've also heard of Plasma, and neither Team much appreciates the other, but has yet to establish a strong presence in the opposing region.
>>
>>22668814
So who's running things in Nottohoku, then, given that we have no canon information about anything between Notkanto and Nothokkaido?

For that matter, what about Notshikoku, the stuff on the west coast along the Sea of Notjapan, and the stuff on Nothonshu between Notkansai and Notkyushu?
>>
>>22668862
They're kind of grey areas. There's lots of small groups in those areas, and occasionally Magma and Aqua do poke their heads into other regions. Rocket has been working on securing one region at a time, but tends to have small outposts everywhere to keep an eye on things. You were formerly a small outpost, but you've recently become active.
>>
>Talk to the Townsfolk

As you finish lunch, you change into some more common civilian attire and head out into town. You leave Eliza back at the house to watch over it and send Agent off with your paperwork to turn in to Team Rocket. As you walk about town, you talk with a few people. Some complain about the Magma group that the Team Aqua's front has been smearing in their propaganda. A few people mention that they occasionally see the Aqua Organization coming to town to visit the sea on the northern cove. Magma seems to be more active near Mount Chimney, to the Southwest of here. One particularly savvy fellow that you meet actually compares the two Teams to Team Rocket. You make note of the old man, in his lone house on the northern cove and the fact that he pays attention to Team Rocket. Most of what you hear, though, is complaints of how people are a little nervous to travel due to the recent eco-terrorism. It seems both Magma and Aqua have become far more active than they were in prior years. Still, you might as well hear the reports from your squads. The homeless, however, have plenty of good information for you. Things such as which streets or buildings are popular police pinching points, and how often they change up their stake out points.

Back in the house, everyone finally stops for dinner. “Alright. Alpha squad, what did you find on Aqua?” You ask Joey.

“Well, they frequent the northern cove a lot. A lot of people say they see them surfing on Pokemon out that way too. And we managed to find a newspaper with a picture of them!” He says, handing you an old piece of newspaper. You nod in satisfaction.

“Beta squad, how was the Pokemon Center?” You ask Chris. He hands you several brochures and maps of the center.

“There were four trainers spending the night tonight.” He said quietly.

“Excellent. And Gamma squad, how were the docks?” You finally ask Markus.

“Quiet Ma'am. They only did one major shipment this morning, and they're preparing to receive one tomorrow morning.” He answered. So, this gives you some options.

>Late Night Training
Agent's abilities are astounding, we should see what else we can do with our guys. Q: Do we still have all the vials of DNA samples for Agent?
>>
We need to start up a source of income...
I hear that some old folks are charging up to 1000P per level for the 'pokemon Day-care' they run. Let us see if we could get ourselves a cut of that action, Maybe have team C assigned to that task until we can make a machine that can forcibly level pokemon AND implant a kind of 'Trainer Override' chip in them, so that if they ever try to oppose us, Their pokemon become Our pokemon.

>>22669088
well, this is an ideal opportunity for some base upgrades AND poke-snatching... tonight we plan, the plan is as follows;
Team A and us will intercept the shipment. This will be done by having one of the boys stand in the road crying over his pokemon (who will pretend to be heavily injured) when the lorry stops (either to help or because there is a boy in the road) while dressed as Team Magma, the rest of Team A and ourselves will take out the drivers (knock them out with either Hypnosis or sleeping powder if anyone has it), tie them up and take the truck to the pokecenter, while this is happening, Team B deploys into the pokecenter as undercover back-up. Team C need to dress up as Team Magma and attack the pokecenter. Their targets targets are the Pokehealing device and the Computer system. Secondary are any pokemon either being healed or from anyone who tries to stop them.
[cont]
>>
>>22669258

Then the hijacked lorry will reverse into the pokecenter to pick-up Team C (and B if back-up was needed), the equipment and then make our get-away (head towards Mt Chimney, then once out of town head round to drop the teams off with the equipment to take back to the hideout, then we dump the lorry along the road to Mt Chimney by lining it up and bricking the accelerator while we bail out)
That way we can make use of Aqua smear campaign, dis-associate's ourselves from the attack, put more pressure on Magma AND profit.

also, if Team B did not need extraction, they should tell any police investigators that Team Magma were behind the attack
>>
>>22669241
Yes, you still have those vials. Currently, Agent is holding onto yours and Carla's forms. Giving Agent a vial will replace one of those two.
>>
>Raid Devon Goods

Right, time to raid a Devon Goods shipment. After dinner, you retire to your bed early. You need to get up early in the morning if you're going to try and intercept the shipment. You groggily slap your alarm off at about midnight and crawl out of bed. After getting dressed and grabbing your supplies you send Agent off to another part of town really quick, making sure to be seen in your form to give you an alibi. You head out to the woods, and make your way to a sharp corner in the rather rough road. An hour later, Agent shows up in Carla's form before switching back. It gives you a sharp nod, and you settle in to wait. A couple hours later you hear the truck coming and nod to Agent. You release Ripley, and as the truck comes up around the corner, you have him fly out and rap his tail on the window hard enough to crack it. The truck comes squealing to a halt as Ripley dives to the ground on the other side of the road as he'd been hit. Agent jumps out of the bushes in your lab coat.

“Ah, no! You just hit an endangered species from the Safari Zone!” It yelled, running over to check on Ripley. The driver sputters and tries to deny it as you sneak behind him.

Ask her to leave him with everything until he started driving. If we can grab some booze, we might be able to throw off the official investigation for a while if they think he is just a wino.
>>
>>22669479

if the others are alright with it, we should tranq the guard, can Eliza alter his memories? if so then she should make him think that Team Magma stole the truck, otherwise let her eat his memories then take the truck to use for a Ram-Raid on the Pokecenter, while dressed as Team Magma. leave the guard just off the road, so that he can at least get back somewhere

X[]Tranq the guard, have Eliza eat his memories. Loot truck

the perfect crime
>>
>>22669536
A false flag would be excelent! Ram the truck into something that would be a high target for them to destroy.
>>
>Tranq the guard, have Eliza eat his memories. Loot truck.

You silently pull out your tranquilizer gun, and level it at the driver. With puff of air, the dart flies true, striking the driver in the rear. He turns around in surprise before the drug takes affect and he collapses on the ground. You release Eliza quickly. “Eat his memories from driving till now.” You tell her. She grins wide, and engulfs his head with glee. You recall Ripley and head to the back of the truck with Agent. You open it up, and let out an impressed whistle. Seems you hit the jackpot. With Agent and Carla's help you get everything out of the truck and stashed on the side of the road. Agent and Carla load the unconscious driver into the truck. “Agent. Head back into town, get some booze. Splash it on the driver, then wreck the truck up a bit and ditch it on the outskirts of town. Also, send some grunts to meet us out here and haul this stuff back in.” You tell the Ditto. It nods, running off into town. A couple hours later it returns in a couple of moving trucks with disguised Rocket grunts. They load the equipment up while Agent transforms into the driver and gets into the truck. As you leave, you watch Agent back the truck up into a couple of trees, and bend one of the doors slightly before driving off in the slightly damaged truck.

[1/2]
>>
[2/2]
Later that morning, you're relaxing in the basement and working on setting up your stolen equipment when a new report comes on the small TV you're watching. According to the report, Devon Driver was caught drunk this morning with an important shipment missing. Judging by damage to the truck, its believed the shipment may have been lost somewhere along the trip up, perhaps even into the river. All is going according to plan. You now have a machine made for extracting genetic material for Pokemon cloning and reconstruction, and a variation on Bill's teleportation machine. All in all, an amazing haul.

shouldn't we turn this into base?
>>
>>22669872
Base is a little leery of putting all its eggs in one basket, and they're already looking at replicating it with their own Silph tech. Basically, they took the plans and blue prints, gave you the prototype. This way, if one is found they have a backup, and you seem to be setting up a nice mini base of your own. You might even be due for a promotion, soon, for this. Or so the good Doctor says

After checking in with the boss, if we get some cash, we should get some sort of treat for the kids. Maybe pizza or some similar kid friendly junk food.
>>
>>22669855

while experimenting would be fun, it is best left until we have a scientist working for us. see if base has a scientist that could work in our outpost. then we can start up our own Poke-research projects.

so for now; >>22669940 this

>Check on the brats

You decide to stop by the base, and check in with Dr. Musashi and bring up your concerns. “Ah, Agent Katie. How wonderful to see you again. While you haven't made much progress with our primary task here, you've more than made up for it with this. I've already sent a copy of the plans to HQ, but they've told me to keep the prototypes around for now, at least until they get their own working versions built. It shouldn't take more than a couple days since several components seem stolen almost straight form Silph Co, so we might even take them to court on the legitimate front as well. Get Silph Co in here instead.” She tells you with a grin.

“Ah, alright. I guess I can hang onto them for that long. When we're done, will we sell these on the black market?” You ask her.

“No, no. We don't want a rival gang or anything getting a hold of this. We'll probably destroy these models once we have working ones over in Kanto and Johto.” Dr. Musashi explains, “But if its money you're worried about, don't bother. You just got a bonus.” She tells you, “One in your normal account, one in the fake account. As well, I accelerated approval on your paperwork from yesterday.”

“Ah, thank you very much!” You say, taking the manila envelope she holds out. Inside are fake documents for an Orphanage and Daycare service, a charity based foundation sponsored by Silph Company as a tax write off. You're 'civilian' identity is the one who apparently runs it, a Katherine Howitz. You quickly pocket the documents, and bow before leaving. You quickly release Agent, and send it to find the kids and bring them back home for a celebration while you place a phone call to have some pizza delivered. Now, what are your plans for tomorrow...

>Disguises
>Training

You figure you can send Agent out to work on the disguises and to improve infiltration skills. In the mean time, you figure it would be best to train Rie and Ripley. About an hour after Agent leaves the house, you head up to the Northern cove out of uniform. No sense in wasting opportunities, you can train just as well here as you can anywhere else. You release Rie into the water and Ripley into the air. Ripley flies high above the water and keeps close to the shore while Rie, puffs up threateningly while glancing around when released in the water. After a moment he calms down, and retracts his spines. You spend a couple hours training on the bitch, having Ripley or Rie alternate attacking a few of the local Pokemon. Mostly Tentacool and the occasional Magikarp that you catch. Eventually, you notice someone in blue near the rockier part of the shoreline, to the North.

>Follow

While you can't tell from here, they are wearing clothes that resemble the Team Aqua uniform. You quietly sneak forward, Rie, making his way silently through the rocks while Ripley glides in and clings to your back. Eventually the figure, a man you think, releases a ball shaped whale Pokemon into the water. You'd check your Pokedex, but you don't dare do anything to risk noise. He jumps on the back of it, and it slowly leaves shore, heading for a rocky island outcropping just visible on the horizon. At least, that's where you think he's headed, since its the only thing in sight. You try and convince Ripley to follow him and then return to you, to lead you in later, but he clings to your back tightly every time you try and order him out to sea. Eventually you give up on Ripley, and ponder your options.

[]Get Agent before doing anything else
[]Leave Agent to its devices, you don't be needing it

so, Ripley is hydrophobic. something to work on later. see if we can get Rie to follow them and report back after discovering his destination. We don't need to move personally as we now have a 'stake-out' site. Agent can continue producing the disguises. we'll need at least 6; one for ourselves, one for Agent and four for the kids.

>Wait for his return

You settle in to wait, leaving Rie and Ripley out in case things turn sour. Rie quickly goes into hiding in the shadows of the rocks, and Ripley tenses slightly on your back from where he hangs. You pass away most of the evening, but no sign of anyone returning to shore. You're beginning to get hungry and Ripley keeps nodding off on your back. You're beginning to wonder if he was even an Aqua member, and not just someone setting out for Mossdeep or Sootopolis.

[]Give up, and
