"I say we tell them you know. Trying be all secretive about it is just going to complicate things." I turn to walk inside, and then pause. "On second thought, let's blame Archer for your knowledge."

We walk into the living room, and I see Rin wander out of Sakura's room. She looks in our direction and then steps away into the bathroom. I realize when she returns that she was cleaning up so it wasn't obvious that she just finished crying. "Rin." I say with a nod, looking at her when she enters the room.

"Tosaka-san." Issei greets with a polite nod. "I take it you actually have been a witch this entire time?" I blink, and Tosaka glares at me.

"You told him?" She accuses. "HIM?"

"Alright, first off wasn't my fault. Archer apparently had a little chat with him already, so I was just figuring out what he did and didn't know." I sigh, and look at her. "Secondly, 'him'? Issei is pretty much my best friend. I know you two have your issues- which reminds me..." I reach over and smack Issei. ".... but that's no reason that I can't be on good terms with both of you. And frankly, you two will have to learn to be civil eventually."

They both glare at me, so at least they're agreeing on something. After a moment, Rin sighs. "Fine. I can be nice if he can. But no more surprises like this."

"Agreed." Issei says. "I also apologize for my earlier remark, as it was uncalled for. At this time."

I feel a light level of tension remain while I grab some tea. As I do, I hear the two of them exchanging brief and frank facts about the magical world, which I suppose is the best way for Issei to learn things.

I read, and receive a summarized version of the notes he's left.

There's a slight pause, then "Jeez. spare some sympathy for yourself, before you whither away worrying about everyone else."

"That isn't an answer." I chide, as I sit down on a bench next to the bike.

There's a silence. "Yeah. I guess I'm doing fine. I mean, a lot of new information to try and process...." I hear her sigh. "Not something you need to worry about though."

"Uh-huh. And what about you going back to where you got grabbed?"

There's a long silence. "You know about that? How?"

"Friend of a friend saw you in the area, but they didn't know the significance. you want to talk about it?"

"... Not really. It's just...." She sighs. "Shinji's always been a bit of an asshole. I just didn't think he would do something like that. As she continues, I remember parts of Dad's notes. Things about how victims and people who've seen tragedy are affected by it afterwards a lot more than during. We have to talk to Caster that we need Saber first, though, so that we make our strike against Gilgamesh audn Avenger and that whatever Avenger did to Souchiro will probably be fixed once we fuck him sideways.

Thos whole time we had leeway because no one seems to do anything right now, only planning ahead, so the right choice will be to decimate some foes before they get stronger. Since we dont know where the Vampire, Zouken or Assassin is, we need to at least try to defeat Gil and Avenger in a surprise Attack.

And since we KNOW that Gold Archer is Gilgamesh Berserker will obviously appear before him as Enkidu and Saber as well as Rider will strike use the opportunity to strike him down.

Glad to see he thinks this way. While what Rin discovered his latent potential (meaning he can learn some REALLY basic self-defense against magic, at the end of the day, he's not gonna be a front-liner. We should be cautious with Issei as well as Ayako - they're involved by knowing, but they can't easily shake-off magic or fight
