First eight threads:
http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?tags=Blatant%20Fetish%20Quest
http://archive.foolz.us/tg/thread/23072794/

Previously on Blatant Fetish Quest, our protagonist, Max Powers, learned that he was actually a female with male genitalia, as a result of having a deadbeat incubus as a father. Three years later, Max, now extremely fit and a martial arts hobbyist, boards a plane for Romania to enroll at the prestigious Scholomance, a school for magic. You befriended a fellow student, Liz, on the plane, and decided to stay with her in Paris for an extended layover. Since then, you've tackled a pickpocket, visited the Louvre, walked along the Seine during both day and night, smooched under the Eiffel Tower, visited a school for parkour, and indulged on French pastries.

You finally made it to Romania, split your fist open on a gypsy trying to steal your luggage, joined the Lotus prestige society, and finally made it to the Scholomance. You've befriended Lin, a Chinese student in your year, and Dane, a black American in the same prestige society as you serving as a casual mentor. You've started to gain a healthy dose of paranoia, and are currently looking to find your own base of operations and secure it.

You just climbed to the top of a clocktower in disrepair in an abandoned part of the school with Lin and Liz. You kissed them both, and Liz got mad and stormed off deeper into the tower, followed by Lin.

What do you do now?
>>
Follow Liz down the trapdoor.
>>
>>23104247
It can only end well
>>
>>23104232

follow Liz, it's probably dangerous down there alone.
>>
Well shit, guess we'd best go try and make the peace, plus we should probably make sure they don't wander into some part of the clocktower with an unstable floor and fall to their deaths.

My suggestion is this when we catch up with Liz. Ask Lin if we can have a moment to talk to Liz alone. Explain to Liz that we do care about her, but that we are half-incubus, and this kind of thing is kind of inbuilt for us, which was the reason we agreed with her suggestion not to get too serious. If she seems to be happy with this explanation, a quick 'demonstration' of how much we like her is in order.

This has the added benefit that Lin will overhear it from the next room, perhaps even sneak a peek, and may help in convincing her to join the harem someday.
>>
>>23104289
Agreed. Tell her it was spur of the moment, encouraged by our half-demonic nature.

Unless she doesn't know about the incubus thing. I forget if she does.
>>
>>23104306
She knows we're some kind of half-demon. I'm not sure we ever specified Incubus.
>>
>>23104232
Follow Liz. Try to make up, or at least calm her down. And explore the tower.
>>
Rolled 25

>>23104232
How do we know this tower isn't someone else secret base?
>>
>>23104361
The fact that we didn't get nuked by wards the moment we set foot inside is probably a good indication.
>>
>>23104289
I'd like not to stress the 'I can't help it' part
>>
>>23104289
>may help in convincing her to join the harem someday.

I know most people seem in favour of the harem but I'm not a fan.
It seems like 90% of /tg/ quests turn into harem-building waifu quests.
I think it would be fucking /hilarious/ if "Blatant Fetish Quest" decided to go for the 'faithful monogamous' path.

Also, for less meta reasons. I don't think Max would be that keen on emulating her father and embracing her Incubus nature. Liz is a nice girl and I think she deserves to be more than just 'one of many'.
>>
>>23104394
We don't want to overdo it, true, but on the other hand right now the reason she's got is "because Max is an asshole" which is worse I'd say.
>>
>>23104406
I came to Blatant Fetish Quest for Blatant Fetish.

The good storyline and interesting setting is an added bonus, but I still want to see Max fuck all the bitches and amass her harem. Remember, every mage hooked on the dick is one less rival trying to kill us.
>>
>>23104406
Actually, 'tis true on the whole 'just like your father' front. Shall we try and remain true to Liz and see if we can prove ourselves greater than our lineage?
>>
>>23104432
Our father was an ass because he was a deadbeat who ran out on us.

We won't be like him as long as we care for our harem.
>>
>>23104289
Seconding this, we must acquire additional bitches.

As others have said though, try not to dwell on the "can't help it" part.
>>
>>23104432
>>23104406
We're not cheating on anybody, or abandoning her with a child. She also said she wasn't that interested in a relation, despite her actions speaking otherwise
>>
>>23104440
>>23104457
Great, now I can't decide what long-term plan to root for.
I'm definitely sold on following and mollifying liz in the short-term, though.
>>
>>23104457
Agreed, Liz was the one who said she didn't want to get too serious. We're still looking out for her, we're just gathering additional girls in the process.

We could also look at this like a powerbase, if there are several mage girls in love with us who will fight to defend us, it makes us less of an easy target, and we'll look out for them in turn, because someone who cannot protect their harem does not deserve it.
>>
You follow them down into the tower. You want to make things right with Liz. After all, you weren't trying to hurt her feelings, just get some on the side. The first floor down is just an empty, dark, marble-walled room with brass grilles for windows. The girls have already progressed down to the next level, which has simple furniture and rugs. Based on the smell and the rot of the wood of the furniture, nobody's touched them in decades. Lin is poking around and Liz is leaning in a corner, fuming.

"You should talk to her," says Lin. "Then we need to talk."

"Yeah, okay," you say with a sigh. You walk over to Liz and lean up next to her. "Hey," you say, quietly.

Liz doesn't say anything, just huffs.

"Listen, I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to make you mad," you say.

"No, but you were trying to move in on someone else in front of me," she says.

"Is that a problem?" you ask, cautiously. "I thought you wanted to keep things open. Not commit to anything."

"Yeah, but I..." she says, then falls silent, thinking. "I guess I wanted the option. Like... Knowing that we could be together. If we decided to."

"Liz," you say. You're feeling a little frustrated. "I'm not going to commit to being monogamous with you if we're not 'really' together. That's just not who I am."

"Aren't I good enough?" she asks. She looks like she's starting to get a little teary-eyed. "Do you want others that much?"

How do you try to resolve this?
>>
>>23104432
>'tis true on the whole 'just like your father' front.

Yeah, I'm thinking of that "I AM NOT MY FUCKING FATHER" outburst in Paris.

It just seems to meta to force fetish for the sake of fetish.

We can have all sorts of kinky and depraved fun without treating Liz like a notch on our bed post.
>>
>>23104497
Gently hug her, and tell her that she's the one for you right now. You took no-one else to the Eiffel Tower, you didn't bring anyone else to the parkour school. The thing with Lin was a brief test, and not indicative of what you really want.
>>
>>23104497
Damn you Femcock, backing us into a monogamous corner. This is starting to seem less and less like a Blatant Fetish Quest.
>>
>>23104497
>"Aren't I good enough?"
Shit, guys, remember when she said she likes to please and likes to be praised? This is classic sub behaviour. We could seriously hurt her emotionally by making her feel inadequate.
>>
Hmm, don't suppose there's any way we can spin this to make it seem like we're doing this for her benefit as well...

I'm sure there is one, but I'll be damned if I can think of it.
>>
>>23104497
>"Do you want others that much?"
"I want you. But, do you want me? I don't really know where we I stand."

If she wants to try being in a relationship with us then I'm for it.
>>
>>23104551
Polygamy and harem-building are only two of many, many fetishes. If we're monogamous, we can always get kinky with our better half.
>>
>>23104497
Hell you're good. And I don't want to force your hand, but you can't expect me to hang there and wait for you to make up your mind.
I want to enjoy my life, considering how short it might be, apparently. I will always have a soft spot for you, but I like to explore, you know that
>>
I remember in an earlier thread someone referring to Liz as Harem recruitment.

Perhaps we can look at it like this. She knows we're interested in other girls, she's a sub, perhaps we can get her thinking that she can make us happy by bringing other girls to us.

Then it doesn't seem to her like she's not good enough, she's just doing something nice to please her dom, and getting rewarded for it.
>>
>>23104497
>"Aren't I good enough?"
Her worth has nothing to do with it. She will be Liz even if women as a whole are something irresistible for half-incubus. Precisely because we're half-incubus. We get to choose who we love.

Lust for all will be the deal, though, and we don't want to hurt her. She can decide herself if we're worth it.
>>
>>23104568
I'd at least try some options here before going head first in a relation.

>condemning hitiat
That's right, captcha.
>>
>>23104497
"I thought -I- wasn't good enough for you. Thats why I was trying to show you that you shouldn't feel tied down to me."
>>
>>23104600
I think this sounds good. and could lead up to this >>23104599
>>
We should stop fucking around.
Our main problem right now is Pierre. He's the psycho that thinks killing "other" students is some divine mission.
Once this faggot learns we stay in special dorms or our ancestry he will go batshit insane (betrayal and such shit).
Also his society looks like a bunch of people that don't care about graduating and circles so we have to expect someone with more experience.

I wonder if they have some test for newcomers like go and kill fellow freshman that has been tainted.
>>
>>23104610
I don't think there was really any "showing" going on. More like "Run, grab, kiss, grab, kiss, feel excellent!" adrenalin high.
>>
>>23104600
I'm seconding something like this, make sure Liz knows that she has a very special place in our heart, but that we like to experiment, and she mustn't think of us expressing an interest in other girls as us thinking she's inadequate.
>>
>>23104600
This is good.
>>
>>23104587
>Polygamy and harem-building are only two of many, many fetishes

Personally, I don''t even consider them very fetishistic any more. (not in /tg/ quests anyway) They've just become so /standard/.

Right now I'm thinking of all the fetishes that haven't been done to death on /tg/.

So many, /many/ options. Maybe I should write up a list of all the things I plan to do to her?
>>
>>23104497
Give her a hug and pat her on the head and ruffle her hair a bit.

"Liz, you're spectacular. That goes without saying. You're beautiful, intelligent as all hell, and you do please me and make me happy when you're with me.

Liz, just because I look at or flirt with other girls doesn't mean I don't like you. It just means that I think they're pretty as well, nothing will diminish how special you are to me. I like to experiment, I want to sleep with other people, but I want you involved as part of this because you're so very important to me."
>>
>>23104636
>We should stop fucking around.
>Blatant Fetish Quest
Anyway it's not like he's going to jump on us right now, so relax
>>
>>23104642
Besides, perhaps we can find a guy for Liz to have fun with too, a girly-looking guy she can play with while we fuck him in the ass. This harem doesn't all have to be about our pleasure.
>>
>>23104599
>>23104600
These look good. Remember to put in some physical affection like hugs, head pats, kisses, that sort of thing. She wants reassurance that we care for her, we can do that with more than just words.
>>
>>23104497
"Liz, I'm a girl with a dick. I... I'm the one who is not good enough for you. You are pretty and really smart and I'm sure one day you will be embarrassed of me. Y'know, with all my "demon jizz" and stuff..."
>>
>>23104652
>>23104587
honestly the only other quest I've followed which had fetishes was generation A, which turned into monogamy after one thread
>>
>>23104661
You know, looking at that post reminds me that a few years ago the thought of fucking an effeminate dude in the pooper would've disgusted me.

I guess time and 4chan makes fools of us all.
>>
>>23104690
This, most quests have a short burst of harembuilding attempts before the main character settles down with one girl, if you actually count the number which kept harems going, it's surprisingly low.
>>
>>23104673
Indeed, make her feel safe and secure, it will appeal to her sub nature.
>>
"Of course you are," you say, immediately, pulling her into a hug. "Your worth has nothing to do with it. I thought you didn't want to commit because you thought that I wasn't good enough for you. But I'm a lusty person. Just because I'm hitting on someone else doesn't mean I'm trying to replace you."

"Well, it feels that way," she says, turning away from you.

"Liz. Listen. I'm not looking to upgrade or get rid of you or anything like that. I'm just having some variety - that's who I am. Here, how's this," you say, coming to an idea. "You help pick them. You know me better than anyone. You help me pick and get girls that are a good match for me, that you're comfortable with. That way, even when I'm getting my variety, it's still you pleasing me by bringing me girls," you explain, while pulling her in, touching her cheek, kissing her forehead, looking into her eyes.

I'd be willing to support the harem thing if, /if/, we can do it without hurting Liz or just abandoning her like a total dick.

Not saying I think the Liz thing should be set in stone. If it doesn't work out and we drift apart, fine.

Just don't pull a 'dad-move' on her.

In keeping with this, I think any harem stuff should be done slowly. Only advancing, or trying anything at a pace Liz is comfortable with. Let's not feel up other girls in front of her for a while.

I'd be sad.

Over a quest called "Blatant fetish".

God damn it, /tg/.
>>
>>23104845
I'm in agreement. A harem would be awesome (scenes with a variety of girls with a variety of kinks) but abandoning Liz would be acting like our father. Let's slow the harem stuff until she's either comfortable or we break up.
>>
>>23104901
>Liz storms out and never wants to speak to us again
That possibility gives me the sads something powerful, but I think that'd be the result of a crit fail. Thank god we got none.
>>
>>23104859
You'd think it would maybe drop the TN by 10 or something but, eh, apparently all it's good for is a leaning toward Enchantment.
>>
I guess the thing to do now would be to tell her (if she's still willing to talk to us) that if she wants we will resist the urge to try and get with other girls and be with her and only her until such time (if such a time comes) as she says she's interested in it.

Then we get to work on making Liz as kinky as possible so she's interested in adding more girls sooner.

"So you want me to spend time finding other girls to please you instead of just pleasing you myself?" she asks. She gives a big, dramatic sniff. "Oh, yeah. Thanks. I would fucking love to be the manager for your various conquests. That makes me feel so special and useful that I'm positively gushing," she says, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Liz, come on, it's not like that," you say. You were hoping that idea would be better-accepted.

"No? So you're saying you don't want me to help you get someone else when I could just be pleasing you instead? I... I don't mind pleasing you more. I can learn to get better, if that's the problem. We can do it more often if that's what you want too - I got on birth control back in Paris, so in a week or two we won't even need condoms," she says. She looks like she's about to cry.

"Liz, I'm not trying to get rid of you. Really," you say, pulling her in for a tight hug. "I want other girls, but I want you included in everything too. Listen, just think about it, okay?"

"...okay, Max," she says, wiping her eyes against your hoodie. "I'll think about it. But I can't promise anything else. You should probably go talk to Lin. I'll be okay for now."

"Okay," you say, sighing. You walk over to where Lin is. She has her headphones in, listening to music on her phone. You think she's trying to respect your and Liz's privacy. That's considerate. She hasn't noticed you.

What do you do?
>>
>>23104994

You tap her on the shoulder. She looks up and takes out the ear buds. "Have your talk, then?" she asks.

"Yeah, I think we're okay for now. What about you and me?" you ask, preparing yourself for your next awkward conversation.

"Listen, I'm not mad or anything," says Lin, shrugging. "That's not my style. Just don't do it again. I'm okay with friendly intimacy - hugging, kissing cheeks, things like that - but what you did was over the line. I'm into guys with big dicks, not girls with plastic ones." Then she blushes. "I actually kind of have a crush on Dane. You know, if you couldn't tell."

I vote for something like this. Let's just focus on Liz for now and treat her right.

If being in a relationship with an utterly depraved, raging pervert, dickgirl has the side effect of perving her up too....

Just lay off the harem thing all together. 3 months of our influence and Liz'll be dragging girls into our bed without us even needing to ask.

After our talk with Lin we should really get back to exploring.

"Yeah, I can understand that," you say, shrugging. "I was too forward. I guess I got caught up in the moment. I won't let it happen again. Anyway, Dane seems like a good guy. He just seems a little too... preoccupied for romance."

"Tell me about it," Lin says, sighing. "I've been trying to make eyes at him since back at the hostel. I thought he would have picked up on it - he seems like a pretty flirty guy. Maybe he's just ignoring it because of how dangerous his circle is. I don't know."

"Yeah, he has, what, only seven other people in his circle? And he said that some of them are too tough to actually take on?" you say, shuddering at the thought. "He probably has enough on his mind."

"Yeah..." sighs Lin. "That's disappointing, is all."

"Oh, also, don't go around telling people I have a plastic cock."

"Don't worry, I'll keep you and Liz secret."

"No, I mean that my big fat cock is flesh and blood," you say. You gauge her reaction. Yup, she's pretty surprised. Then she snorts in laughter, the goes back to surprise when you don't laugh with her.

"You have a...?"

"Yup."

"So you're a guy?"

"Nope."

"Oh. OH! That's why you're in the special dorms!"

"You got it."

"I don't think that's a good idea. Liz would probably lynch me by it"
>>
>>23105437
"I'm always happy to show it off, but I think Liz might get a little upset if I whipped it out right now. Maybe some other time."

We should probably make sure Liz doesn't overhear that though.

The important part isn't to bag Lin today, it's to get her curious, and if she has to wait, she'll be all the more interested.
>>
>>23105437
>"Can I see it?"

"I've just pissed Liz off because of excessive flirting... I don't think I should start flashing you."
>>
>>23105437
"You'll have to ask Liz, it seems she wants to be it's keeper."
>>
>>23105437
"Not right now. I'm with Liz, and she'd feel uncomfortable about me sharing that sort of thing with other people. Maybe later, when she's calmed down and I can ask her."
>>
"No, but you can cop a quick feel if you want."
>>
>>23105437
Last time I've been asked that I ended up in Paris, but I think right now isn't the best of time
>>
>>23105437
"This is what I was talking with Liz about.

You can look, but not touch, if you want to touch it you'll have to ask Liz. Though I'd let her calm down a bit before you ask." Let her see our cock, give it a few strokes, let her see how big and meaty it is, and then put it back in our pants.
>>
>>23105497
This, but subtly adjust our pants while we say it, so she can catch a glimpse of the bulge without Liz catching on.
>>
>>23105437

not right now, you'd have to talk to Liz about it but the situation between us is a little strained right now.
>>
>>23105437
Snap there necks.
All of them.

>>
>>23105521
This is a terrible idea. I vote against it. Liz would feel used and betrayed.
>>
>>23105569
Seconded. The right time will come...
>>
Seconding the posters saying that we should tell her that now is a bad time, but if she's really curious, she can always run it by Liz later.

Soon, Lin, soon...
>>
>>23105585
that works too
>>
>>23105585
Seconded.jpg
>>
>>23105437
First let her see the bulge our cock makes in our pants.

"You can have a peek, but that's it. If you want more than that you're going to have to convince Liz. If you get Liz on board I'll let you do far more than just see it." Drop our pants for a second, show it to her, then pull them back up.
>>
I'm noticing a pattern here.

"I'm not really interested in you like th-... a huge cock you say?"

None can resist the demondong.
>>
"Not... right now," you say, after only a moment of thought. "I just got Liz calmed down. I think if I showed it to you right now, she would feel really hurt. You should ask her later, though, if you really want to. No promises, though."

"Oh, right," says Lin, hitting her forehead with her palm. "Yeah, you got it. I'm not trying to mess with your guys' relationship, I just wanted a first-hand account of the alleged dong."

"Thanks for understanding," you say. You adjust the front of your pants, though, letting her briefly get an eyeful of the bulge. She seems enthused.

"Hey, later, I've got something to tell you too. As thanks for cluing me in," says Lin, putting a hand on your shoulder. "It's a pretty big deal too. Anyway, let's keep going down."

The three of you get back together and start back down the ladder. The next room is in a similar state of decay, but inlaid into the walls are intricate patterns of brass, with a simple metal circle inlaid into the floor. Aside from a few rotting cushions in the corners, there are no furnishings.

What do you do?
>>
>>23105667
Check the patterns of brass in the wall and the metal circle in the floor, do they seem magical or usable as a focus for magic? What type of metal is the circle?

Be sure to advance carefully, keep our steps right, and always poke something with a stick before we touch it with our hands.
>>
>>23105630
It's sad this doesn't work IRL. Women aren't interested in me if I tell them I have a big cock, and also a heterosexual female isn't that interested in a cock, but more in the male's behavior and body-
>>
>>23105667
Let's move the rotting furniture out and let the air freshen up. Can we use magic to help? (Levitation, super strength, animation, etc.)
>>
>>23105667

examine the patterns and the inlaid circle, this place could have been used as a hideout years ago and they might have magical properties.
>>
>>23105667
Snap the brass circle, acquire ultimate power.
>>
>>23105667
Investigate circle.
>>
>>23105701
Actually, let's do this first. Once we've verified that the place isn't a deathtrap (try and get Liz's talent to help) then we can start to clean out the place.
>>
>>23105712
We should finish checking the rest of the tower, seeing how far down it goes.

Also does this room have any windows to the outside?
>>
>>23105667
lets put up some wards wards every ware then maybe fix this future?

this place could be pretty sweet
>>
looks like we found a ritual room. wonder what they were summoning.
>>
>>23105742
>Also does this room have any windows to the outside?
No. It's quite dark in the room. You three are using your phones as flash lights.
>>
>>23105761
Does this room have another ladder down?
>>
>>23105667
From the old furniture it seems likely that this was someone's sanctum years ago. Compare the patterns to the warding book we have. If we've found a place with advanced permanent wards already set up, that would be awesome!
>>
>>23105667
We should start figuring out what to do with this base of ours.
If there are any more rooms, check them out too, make sure it's empty. Then have Liz and Lin help us seal up that open wall.
>>
>>23105761
That's a good start.

We'll have to check to see if we can go deeper once we check this room out.

Also, can we use Alchemy to restore the furniture to decent condition and make new lights for the place at our current skill level?
>>
>>23105794
Yes.
>>
>>23105818

>>
You pull out the book on warding and you three girls reference it while examining the patterns on the walls and floor.

>>
>>23105818

Right, monsters. Do NOT wander off and leave her alone.

We've already check upstairs, there shouldn't be any monsters there, if there are any they'll be downstairs where we're going.

Though I do agree that getting a beatstick might be a good thing. So we can practice the most ancient and venerable art of "Beating that motherfucking monster with a club".

Stick together, cover Liz, find something we can use as a weapon.

"Here, I'm going to go upstairs real quick and get one of those table legs as a club. Just in case," you say. You climb back upstairs, snap a semi-rotten wooden leg off of something, and then climb back down. You lean against the wall and wait while Liz works on figuring the patterns out.

"Okay, yeah," says Liz after nearly an hour of going over everything. You had gotten sufficiently bored to start playing a game on your phone. Lin is listening to music again and needs to be tapped on the shoulder to come back to attention. "It's a warding system. Blocks scrying, blocks teleportation and conjuring except to specific locations. Looks really solid," she says, pointing things out. "Only one problem."

"What's that?" you ask.

"It needs a power source. That circle right there is to trap a spiritual being - like an elemental or a demon - and use them as a power supply. I don't know how the old one got loose - or if this place was ever powered to begin with. You'll need a new one to get this to work, though," she says.

"So I need to enslave some kind of spiritual entity to power this place's wards?"

"Sounds that way," says Lin.

What do you do?
>>
>>23106396
Something to look into. To the library?
>>
>>23106416
That's a funny way to spell "let's finish exploring the tower."
>>
>>23106396
That sounds pretty twisted, and do we really want a demon in the basement? What do Lin and Liz think?
>>
>>23106396
Go back to the special dorms to find a power source. I bet Sam will work.
>>
>>23106436
Seconded, given how much of a hassle it is getting the others in and out of here, we should finish exploring here first. This is good though, even if this doesn't become our base, it will be a good meeting point for the three of us once we get it up and running.
>>
>>23106396
We need a power source!

Where do we get a powersource?

>>23106436
Well I didn't mean right this instant.
>>
>>23106451
> We need to enslave a magical being to power the tower
> Demon in the basement
> Incubi are demons
I think I have just the deadbeat in mind. Glorious revenge.
>>
>>23106396
"Useful. That could save us a lot of work, we might be able to do our own wards but they probably wouldn't be as good as these ones. We'll have to look into getting conjuring or otherwise finding something to power this place, does the binding circle look to be in good shape?"

Then go down the ladder again, lead the way since we're the toughest and we've got a club.

>>23106451
Safety over morality, and we can use an elemental if you don't feel like a Demon.

>>23106459
That's a terrible idea. It almost certainly won't work.

>>23106463
Conjuration, summoning rituals.
>>
>>23106451
Or an elemental. If we can find something which is mindless that would be better, it will be less likely to plot its escape and subsequent vengeance.

>>
Rolled 1

I like the idea of an elemental. Demons (and students) can plot.
>>
>>23106519
No! Lin knows we have a dick, no need to tell her we're a half demon, there's literally no benefit to it and a couple downsides.

>>23106478
It'd be funny, but still has a lot of ways it could go horribly wrong. We don't know how strong a demon he is and we could almost certainly find something easier to control that will still power it.
>>
>>23106396
>So I need to enslave some kind of spiritual entity to power this place's wards?
I wonder if we could power them ourself? Half demon.

Something to look up at the library later. Continue searching the tower.

Find out if this place is actually usable before we worry to much about the warding stuff.

If this place turns out to be a wash and we need to find a new location then those wards won't be immediately important.
>>
No powering it ourselves, we don't know if it would work, and at worst it could react badly and explode in our face or something.

For now, continue exploring, we can research potential types of demons or elementals to summon and trap when we're back at the library.
>>
No telling Lin we're half demon, at least not yet, we've already told her enough for now.
>>
>>23106396
Wait, Liz has a die of conjuration. Can she call a minor elemental temprorarily to power this thing ?

Anyway, it's not the time to do that, let's explore.

While we're at it, ask Liz if she thinks it safe enough to room separately tonight.
>>
>>23106632
I think given that Liz is feeling somewhat unappreciated at present that it might be a good idea to shack up with her tonight, possibly even in the clocktower if we can move some supplies here secretly.

Then we can do all kinds of kinky shit to cheer her up.
>>
"We should try to find or figure out something good to use to power this place," you say.

"I have a few ideas," says Liz. "I could even try summoning something right now, if you want. It wouldn't be very strong, since I'm not that good yet, so it might burn out pretty quickly. We would need to actually prepare in advance if we want to set this up right. Still... Want me to try?" asks Liz.

What do you say?
>>
>>23106669
This, but slower. We need to secure the tower, first. It's probably fine if we shack up without the magic wards powered for now, because the inaccessibility will filter out others for now.
>>
>>23106690
No time like the present. Lets try for some relatively harmless kind of elemental.
>>
>>23106690
"I don't want to put you under such strain for something we might not get. How about we explore the lower levels first, and physically secure the tower?"
>>
>>23106690
Now, right away?

Liz you magnificent bastard.
>>
>>23106690
sure and worst comes to worse ill bash its head in (wave club around )
>>
>>23106690
Pat her on the head and ruffle her hair, make her feel special and appreciated.

"That'd be great. What are you planning on summoning? Make sure to summon something I can beat to a pulp if the circle isn't in good shape. How long do you expect it to last?

It might turn the lights on for us down here which would be nice."

Be ready to beat whatever she summons to death and have her double check the circle.
>>
>>23106690
"We should check the rest of this place out first. See if it's a keeper before we fixing anything up or powering the spells."

Continue exploring.

I think you should rather protest against your ban, maybe on /q/, maybe by mailing moot, before taking a final decision on how to handle that quest.
Our mods aren't the final authority. For example, last time I got banned, it was repealed after I appealed it. I think you should be able to defend your case, this quest is pretty legitimate.
It would be sad to fade to black too much for a quest that's still called Blatant Fetish.

There might be something in the lower levels. Maybe it's alive and sleeping, and the activation will wake it up.
>>
"Okay, Liz," you say. You give her cheek a stroke with the back of your hand. "Good idea. How about you give it a try?"

"Okay," she says, smiling back at you. She pulls out her intro book. You didn't realize she had it on her. "Do you have a light, a water bottle, anything that can produce some elemental stuff?"

"Yeah, I have a bottle of water," you say, pulling out the bottle you fill up when you go running.

"Perfect," she says. She turns to a section on summoning and starts pouring the water out on the floor in the center of the circle. She looks like she's concentrating pretty hard.

Roll Liz's Conjuration. She gets a bonus from the water and a bonus from her book, so I'll take the best of the first three rolls.

Liz hops up and makes a little celebratory sound, then looks at you with a smile. You give her a hug and a big kiss and say, "Good job! That was fantastic, Liz." She blushes and kisses you back. You hear Lin snicker off to the side.

And yes, we're ready.

On the way, ask Lin if she has ever physically fought something. Ask also if she has any strong points in one or several magic disciplines.

The three of you climb down the next ladder and find yourself in a room much like the last one. The circle in here, though, has strange lines and symbols in it. The three of you reference to book to get some idea of what they do.

>>23107206
Are there glowing marks on the wall like the one upstairs after we turned on the wards?

"Let's leave it alone for now, we have no idea where it goes. Though it could be useful, always good to have an escape route from a place."

Scan the room for anything else interesting and if there's any more furniture or anything like that down here.
>>
>>23107206
Put your book on it and zap it somewhere. When the librarian sends the bats in a little less than a week you can follow them.

On a side note I looked through the thread and was pleasantly amused by the neck snapping posts from before I got on today.
>>
>>23107206
Make a note to figure it out later and continue the search.
>>
>>23107206
"Sorry. You're adorable when you're clever. It's irresistible, just like the rest of you."

> Yes, I'm gushing like a teenager. We're 16, remember, and this is our first major relationship.
>>
>>23107240
"Can you figure it out?" you ask Liz.

"Uh, maybe if you give me a few hours," she says, nervously. "I'm not really sure."

>>23107249
Yes, there are marks here too.
>>
>>23107206
"This might be how the previous owner came and went; or an emergency escape?

Let's not just step into it. We'll take some notes and draw a few of these symbols to check at the library."

Continue exploring.
>>
>>23107259
"That's alright, Liz. You've done great. Let's go and clear the rest of the tower!"
>>
>>23107250
No, let's not do that. We have no idea where it leads and I'd rather not lose our book on wards or piss off the librarian. It might port to somewhere bad or let someone know that this place is inhabited again.

>>23107259
"Don't worry about it. We'll have plenty of time to check it out later. For now let's keep on going down."

As a side note we really need to have Liz go down on us once we've explored the tower, just to be safe.

Do we have an estimate of how long the wards will last with the elemental Liz summoned?
>>
>>23107259
Let's just check out the rest of the tower for now. An exit teleporter isn't a security risk or anything, so it should be fine, just be sure not to stop on it.
>>
>>23107206
Get more and more down. Doooown.

And the guy with ruffling fetish?

I know your pain.
>>
>>23107206
well we can always investigate that latter
any thing else interesting ?

so how about we try some alchemy to fix that furniture and walls up top a bit
>>
>>23107206
Remember how that Pierre asshole says the dicknazis send demonic students back to hell? I bet that's where this portal goes. If not hell, then somewhere fucking bad.

The tower just screams DickNazis because of the demon imprisioning power source.
>>
>>23107206
Ask liz if she thinks we can determine where it goes without testing.
If not, explore further.

Are we too dumb to suggest that it probably is the entry to a hidden sanctuary ?
>>
>>23107250
... that's actually a good idea, unless they send the bats after US. Then it's a bad idea.

Also, I'm getting the distinct impression that somebody else has used this place for the same purpose, so this transport circle was probably their escape route. I still wouldn't use it unless we had absolutely no other choice, since we at present have no way to tell where it goes.
>>
>>23107306
I'd imagine that only heretical elements of the dicknazis would consort with demons and use them for power. It's like the =][=.
>>
>>23107306
I dunno, I would've thought the dicknazis would be opposed to demon power sources, as they're probably opposed to using or summoning demons full stop.
>>
>>23107286
Keep exploring!
>>
>>23107299
Maybe we can at least get to pat her head. Though I bet she'd accept some hair ruffling while she's sucking our cock. Bitches love head pats.

>>23107302
Once we finish exploring we can fix up some furniture.

>>23107316
She can, it'll just take a few hours and it's a one way thing so it's a low priority.

It might be, or it could be an escape route.
>>
>>23107321
Hopefully we'll be able to figure it out, maybe even alter the destination, before we need to use it.
>>
"How long do you think the elemental upstairs will last?" you ask Liz.

"Fuck it I know," she says with a big shrug.

"Let's keep going down," says Lin, heading for the ladder down. You and Liz both follow her. The next room looks much like the previous one, but with the lines and circles in the center inverted.

"This is an incoming circle," says Liz. "For summoning and teleportation in through the wards. It look like it only works if you have some kind of magical key focus, though. I don't think we could use it without it, and it looks like nobody's actually been in here by decades, going by the dust."

The ladder keeps going down.

What do you do now?
>>
>>23107321
>Also, I'm getting the distinct impression that somebody else has used this place for the same purpose, so this transport circle was probably their escape route.
There's no accomodations to live here, so I think it's the gate to the living space.
>>
>>23107373
Down we go.
>>
>>23107373
"We'll have to work out the focus later, that'll take a pile of work, it'll make getting in and out easier. But given that this place is abandoned I'm not worried about anyone dropping in so we can take our time on that."

Man, this place is great. Keep on going down.

>>23107403
We haven't even reached the bottom.
>>
>>23107373
Down.
>>
>>23107373
any way to \ lock it down so even with the key some one cant get in/?

and down we go
>>
>>23107373
We must go deeper!
>>
>>23107373
Hmm, can we disrupt it?

Dangerous to have an inbound portal when we don't know where the key is. We can make another later.
>>
>>23107373
Keep going down.

On the way, ask Lin if she has ever physically fought something. Ask also if she has any strong points in one or several magical disciplines.
>>
>>23107373
"Okay, so these things are looking like an 'in door' and an 'out door'.

Let's keep searching. We might even find the key, if not, we'll get some books on teleporting and look up a way us using them later."
>>
>>23107419
You could break it, I suppose.
>>
>>23107373
Deeepeeeeeeeeeer
>>
>>23107419
>>23107425
Just piling some stuff on it might work.
>>
>>23107453
I'd rather not, this place hasn't been touched in ages, it's forgotten, no reason to ruin a perfectly good teleporter.
>>
>>23107453
Are you suggesting that we snap its neck?
>>
>>23107411
>We haven't even reached the bottom.
Even then, there should be furniture around the conjuration circles if someone lived there.
>>
>>23107453
like temporary so no one pops in something simple to fix?
>>
>>23107456
Let's do this, then head down. If we completely cover the floor of the inbound circle and there's no safeguards, then the passenger blows at least their feet off. If there's safeties, then it might stop them porting in altogether.
>>
>>23107425
This place has been abandoned for decades.

Who ever had/knew about the key is long gone.
>>
God damnit snaple
>>
>>23107481
This. Snap the inbound teleporter's neck ONLY IF IT CAN BE REPAIRED LATER IF WE FIND A KEY/MAKE A NEW KEY
>>
>>23107485
>Even then, there should be furniture around the conjuration circles if someone lived there.

Says who? Is there a rule saying you must furnish the teleport rooms?
>>
>>23107477
It's thinking like that which will get us killed. It's a MAGIC school dipshit.
>>
You start heading for the next level. "So, have you ever been in a fight, Lin?" you ask.

"Not in a while," she responds.

"How about magic, what are you good at?"

"Sorcery and Alchemy, I guess. I don't know that much about anything yet," she answers.

You look around in the next room. It's dimly lit by the patterns on the walls and full of cardboard boxes. You search around in them and find old clothes, old novels, and other old general items being stored.

What do you do now?
>>
>>23107544
Does the ladder keep going down or is that it?
>>
>>23107544
Take a look through the boxes. Are any of the books on magic or anything like that? How long ago was the latest book published? What gender are the clothes for? Is there anything useful or helpful?

After that head down another level.
>>
>>23107567
It keeps going down.
>>
>>23107532
Yes.
>>
>>23107575
Seconding this.
>>
>>23107544
Rummage around and see if you can find anything of value. Maybe there's some scrolls or something. Maybe something's enchanted.
>>
>>23107544
We'd like to keep proceeding all the way down. Don't stop unless there's something particularly noteworthy that needs immediate attention. We can go over things again once we check there's no open front door at the bottom.
>>
>>23107579
Keep going down then.
>>
>>23107544
look through it all figure out who lived here

"well that solves that, some one ether graduated or.... well fuck this place is sorta brutal."

>>23107579
keep moving

Do we have some kind of Detect magic spell ?
What kind of magic would that be ?
>>

Strange, took this long to post.

Oh well.

Whatever we do, we must watch their asses for safety. Ya hear?
>>
You rummage through the boxes. The newest thing in there is more than fifteen years old. Most of the stuff is a lot older than you are. Based on the clothes, this place used to belong to an adult male. Everything in here is fairly mundane junk, though.

You keep going down. The next floor is full of moldy, rotten packages, barrels, and so forth of what must have once been food, but is now a moldy, rotten mess. The smell is terrible. You continue down to the next level.

This level is some kind of kitchen. It has a magic circle on the counter that heats anything metal - Liz tested with a frying pan - pressed against it. The sink has running water from who-knows-where. There's a small table off to one side.

The next level is a bedroom; the furniture here is in better repair the the higher levels, but has just as thick of a layer of dust. There are two doors, one of which leads to a simple bedroom and other other to a closet full of worn, moth-eaten, dusty old clothes. You're not even to the ground floor yet.

What do you do?
>>
>>23107689
Can we speed things up and get a quick summary of what we find? It's taking a while to search this tower. I hope it actually has a bottom. It must do, seeing as how it's outfitted for habitation.
>>
>>23107689
How big is the bed? Is there anything resembling a trash disposal system?

Keep heading down, give a small cheef when we find that there's a bed.

Keep on heading down.
>>
>>23107689
keep moving trade leg club for cast iron pan as weapon
>>
>>23107689
Jokingly flop down on the bed and exclaim that this place is already starting to feel like home.

And then continue down to lower levels.
>>
>>23107728
Enjoy your dust cloud in an enclosed space.
>>
>>23107722
Queen-sized. You haven't found any kind of trash-disposal yet, though you suppose the outbound teleporter might work for that.
>>
>>23107689
Keep going down.

It seems like the previous owner left in a hurry.
>>
>>23107741
We're already rummaging through the stuff here.

Besides, it seems like something Max would do. Li(n)(z) can always bitch at you for it.
>>
>>23107728
*pomf*
What are we gonna do on the bed?
>>
>>23107728
Let's not, we should fix it up first, we might break it if we flop down on it. It's been abandoned for almost 20 years.
>>
>>23107689
"How many more floors until we find the sex dungeon?" With a playful smile aimed at Liz.
>>
You keep going down. The next room is another sitting room, like the one upstairs but in better repair. After that, you find yourself in, well, a bit of an armory, you suppose. A few swords, some pistols, some assault rifles, a fucking sniper rifle, a few shields, a suit of non-magical chainmail fitted for a grown man, and not a single box of ammunition anywhere. You replace your table leg with a sword.

"Why do you think there isn't any ammunition?" asks Liz.

"I'm wondering why they have archaic armor and modern weapons - and why none of it's magical," replies Lin.

What do you do?
>>
>>23107792
I don't think that would amuse her.
>>
>>23107814
WE GO DOWN
We keep going down, only pausing to check for anything that needs immediate attention, until we reach the bottom.
>>
>>23107817
She said she wants to try harder at pleasing us. She's incredibly submissive that loved being called a 'cockwhore'? She must at least find it amusing.
>>
>>23107814
Snag some cool swords / knives. Remember to ask Dane later if anyone would have a reason to keep a strange armoury such as this one.

Continue down.
>>
>>23107689
After we've done exploring we need to have a talk with L&L.

What are we planning to do with this place? Do they want to move in; safety in numbers?
Or should we just use this as a meeting place/hub?

Assuming we're going to use this place, the wardings. Sort out a permanent power source.
After that, we should research the teleporters, get them working.
Once we can come and go securely we can fix the place up. Clean out the 15 year old left overs and bring in/make some new furniture.

Also, we must christen the place by fucking Liz in every room.
>>
>>23107814
"Not sure. Unless you have a stab vest Kevlar isn't that effective against stabbing or slashing, something like chainmail would be more useful against some of the magical creatures in this place. The reason it's not enchanted could be that magical weaponry lights up like a Christmas Tree to anyone looking for it, it's a lot easier to hide a non-magical pistol and shoot someone instead of using magic."

Keep on going down. I love this place more and more.
>>
>>23107814
Inspect the weapons. Maybe they have something that implies they use magical energy as ammunition, if they don't then make them.
>LAZORS FTW
>>
>>23107814
How do you know none of it is magical ?
Maybe those weapons magically create the ammunition.
Is there a pistol with a sound suppressor ? Check if it's loaded and not rusted, then aim for a wall and try it.
>>
>>23107814
Just had a thought. I bet some older student bought mundane equipment to enchant and sell to paranoid younger students for a profit.
>>
>>23107814
probable for enchanting who ever had this place had there magic gear on them when they got ganked.

at the higher circles shit gets real hard .

so did I find a good place or did i find a great place?

we need a book on cleaning magic but some hard work and elbow grease this is going to be sweet

who the man?

o yea (flex)

Maybe he stored the ammo in another room or stored in a locker somewhere?

>>
>>23107945
You retard I never said anything about telling him about the tower.

I want us to ask him why people would keep normal weapons and armour from both modern and ancient eras.
>>
>>23107945
>implying that asking about the use of mundane weaponry here is revealing the location of our hideout
>>
>>23107945
we can still get advice for nice things to have and use in it
>>
>>23107960
No, but it tells him that we found a hideout this quickly and that it was one that had a previous inhabitant, that's more information than I want to give him.
>>
>>23107814
Modern weapons? Hell yes! Magic may not defend particularly well against a patient woman with a sniper rifle.
Maybe they are enchanted to not need ammo?
>>
>>23107960
That's tantamount to telling him we have some.
We sure as hell didn't bring it with us, so obviously we found a stash.
And if it's valuable, then that stash would be well fortified.
QED
>>
>>23107975
It tells him we went exploring through one or more of the buildings in a mostly abandoned city-sized area.
>>
"The armor is probably good against monsters," you say, shrugging. "And non-magical weapons probably don't show up on as many detection spells. After all, it was pretty easy for you to tell they weren't enchanted. How easy would it be to tell that someone had something enchanted on them?"

"Good point," says Lin.

"Let's keep moving," says Liz.

You head down another level and are greeted by a large room with lots of chest-high reinforced concrete walls, reinforced glass screens, razor wire, and other fortifications set up in a tasteful entryway of white marble, mosaic floors, and brass gilding. There's a largely decomposed body lying on the floor in the middle of the room. At the far end of the room from the ladder are a large pair of solid brass doors, engraved with all kinds of arcane marks and insignias. They're wide open to a dark and twisting path - it looks like you've found ground level. The ladder continues down even lower, though.

Liz and Lin both look uncertain about this whole scene.

What do you do now?
>>
>>23107983
Sounds like everybody is on-board with the magic guns idea. Max would suit dual-wielding pistols so perfectly.
>>
>>23108005

>>
>>23108004

Practice neck snapping.
>>
>>23107994
>>23107975

Of course we'll find previously occupied places.
>>
>>23107994
>>23107975
>>23107945

Agreed. Do NOT tell ANYONE we found a weapons stockpile.

>I want us to ask him why people would keep normal weapons and armour

I can think of a few uses for these weapons and armour. We don't need to give away our secrets to learn the obvious.
>>
>>23108004
Looks like we found the former owner.

I'm tempted to say close the doors, but we don't want to provoke a reaction, so I'm not sure.
>>
>>23108004
"I'm starting to like the guy who was here before us, though he's probably dead by now.

What do you say we close the door and make sure it's sealed and locked so nothing can get in. We can explore the path out later, but for now I want to finish checking up on this tower."

Close the door, check out the rest of this room, and then head down to the basement level. This is such a bitching pad.
>>
>>23108033
this cuts its head off we don't need no undead

also look into necromancy he could be useful to chat about magic.
>>
>>23108004
Police the body. Poke it, check it for vitals, search it, then turf it out in that order. Close the doors. See if Liz knows how to seal them. Then keep going down.
>>
>>23108004
Give Li/z/n a warning that things might get ugly the lower we go, we still have no explanation as to where the original power source of the protection wards went.
Be on high alert when we descend lower.
>>
>>23108055
>mostly decomposing
>check it for vitals
>>
>>23108004
Well we expected that something violent happened to the previous owner.
Seems like his place was found by one of his ennemies. Go take a look at the outside appearance of the doors, are they remarkable ?
Though after 10 to 15 years, I'd expect a body to mbe completely decomposed, and only bones left. Maybe this guy is neither the previous owner nor one attacker from this time.

Do we have magical ways to find information on the body ?
>>
>>23108004
Huh. Well, let's take a look at the body, see if we can find anything out, and see if there's a way to close the door.

Don't actually DO anything with the door just yet, just see if there IS a way.
>>
>>23108073
>what is magic?
>>
>>23108004
"So this used to be the entrance to the tower. The corpse over there must have been an unwanted visitor.

This place is fortified to fuck. I bet there's traps and stuff too. We should keep away from this place until we can check it out properly."
>>
You head to the doors and see if you can close them. Once you get to the actual doorway, though, you find yourself stopped by a rapidly increasing force, like a magnet repulsing something. You can't get through the doors.

What do you do?
>>
>>23108073
> Magic setting
> Assumes dead bodies never have vitals
You wouldn't last ten minutes.
>>
>>23108115
Well the doors have their own protection system, good enough for me for now. Chop the corpse's head off and check out the basement level.
>>
>>23108004
I don't like the sound of this place as much as I used to. Something came through here that the previous resident couldn't defend against with reinforced concrete, razorwire, arcane defenses that we certainly don't know how to use, and a weapon stockpile all his own.

We should take his weapons and leave. There'll be other places.
>>
>>23108115
close them check body for magic thing like a key?
>>
>>23108115
Ask Liz what's up. Perhaps the doors ward indiscriminately, or they don't recognise us as the owner of the tower. Perhaps there's a magical access that would let us gain mastery over or at least shut the doors?
>>
>>23108115
>stopped by a rapidly increasing force, like a magnet repulsing something.

MAGIC SECURITY SYSTEM STILL IN PLACE.

GTFO!
>>
>>23108115
Leave the doors be for now. Check the body.
>>
Also, since I forgot to mention it, there are blast marks on the floor, divots taken out of the wall by what look like gunshots, and even long slashes gouging into the stone here, like from a blade or claw. A battle clearly took place here.
>>
Check the pockets on the corpse. Make sure it isn't enchanted first - ask Lin how she does it.

By the way, I think it would be wise to go back to the armory and have each of them take a sword.
>>
>>23108115
Did we just find someone's sanctum?
>>
>>23108135
Maybe we activated it along with the wards.
>>
>>23108150
Yes. Their security is still in place, they're almost certainly dead and have been for 15+ years. If they were killed in here it wouldn't be in as good shape as it is, I'm guessing that they got ganked while they were out doing something, but their wards, protections and so on are still intact.
>>
I'm not sure about this place, while the anti-detection wards are handy, there's a ton of entrances/exits we don't know how to operate/ don't understand.

We need to weigh up the pros and cons, might be worth finding somewhere else once we've stripped this place of anything useful.
>>
Consult my harem girls about their knowledge of sanctums and wards.
>>
>>23108187
nope this is ours now only ones really looking for us are other firsties and them cock Nazis but this should be a dam good place to live
>>
>>23108129
Just because it's a fortress that may have been breached 15 years ago, doesn't mean it's not still a fortress.

We aren't going to make anything better ourselves.

Also, it's been 15 years. Anyone that ever knew about this place has been gone for /at least/ 8 years.
>>
>>23108140
Ah, didn't see that bit. The corpse here might be the owner, but he died 15+ years ago so I don't really care, this place isn't perfect and won't stop a determined person of a higher grade, but it's the best we have right now and more than enough for the people who'll likely come after us.

Though he may have been killed by a monster. But no matter where we set up shop we'll have to deal with those.
>>
>>23108216

>>
>>23108187
It'll take too long. Take the plot hooks where they're given.
>>
This thread has been archived. Remember to vote it up.
>>
>>23108129
We don't have the same ennemies he did.
And the arcane defenses may have failed along with the wards before the attack.

I think it's more than enough to defend against first years. And probably better than most other places we could find. I mean, there's running water here. It's very important.
>>
>>23108221
Yes, but we have NO IDEA who or what what did all this. It would be stupid to assume that it was an attack by a student when there are other alternatives. If one of those "alternatives" killed somebody who was much better prepared and more skilled than us is still hanging in, we could be signing our own death warrant.
>>
check the body for anything that is recognizable as a mystical key/amulet that has patterns the seems to fit with the warding.

If nothing else seems to work, and the body is dry and dusty instead of stinking and foul, try popping off a corpse-finger and holding it ahead of us. Perhaps the key is biological. It would be great to get those doors closed.
