Hokay, so cavalry and scouts are different now, with new icons to boot (although the UI icons are unfinished). If you're new, welcome! Our nation currently has 3 actions each round, and they are chosen via consensus. Our wiki is: http://micronationbuilder.wikispaces.com/ and my twitter is @CouncilAdvisor

In the Northmost tipe of the Gnoll-lands, the Rabbitears arrive to discover a burnt out husk that used to be Gnollport. The King's Royal navies launched enormous balls of fire from 'catapults' upon their ships, and incinerated the city. Meanwhile, towards the South, our troops are no quite adept at burning villages, and make short work of the remaining Gnoll dwellings, slaughtering every beast they find. We retrive a fair amount of food, but little else of value.

With remarkable cunning and Kobold ingenuity, the Envoy leaves the lake worshipping city-state and travels towards the South, to the horse-tribes with whom we are previously acquainted. From the Southern side of the lake, they are free to take samples away from the prying eyes of the most distrusting humans. Although in these lands the lake is also revered, the Kobold envoy is greeted pleasantly, and allowed to move freely.

We have setup a small outpost on the very West of the continent, where we have now built a small dock, allowing for quick supply movement through Grainport. Our allies have begun rebuilding their navy.

The establishment of this settlement, however, has pushed our population slightly over our current supply limit...

Sacrifice people to the Gods until our population goes down.
>>
two actions should be spent establishing fisheries near our new settlement. The other should look to expanding northeast. We want access to those forests.

Just wanted to say this is awesome OP, been lurking since the start, making me want to get back to some /tg/-related programming projects I stopped working on a little while back. Returning to lurk now..

Our exploits in the East fare poorly this round. Little fish is harvested from the waters there, due to a simple lack of fish to ensnare.

Expansion Northwest is marked by a lack of manpower, with few Kobolds wishing to leave their stable lives in our homelands for hardships on the frontier in a foreign land of ex-dark-magic-wielding ex-enemies.

Meanwhile, the Royal navies dissolve in the Northeast, moving in multiple directions.
>>
>>24016937
Build joint human-kobald settlements in former gnollish land. Humans will give additional numbers for the new settlements.
>>
>>24017012
>letting in smooth skins
Are you insane?
>>
We already have a joint academy of war. I think joint communities will work fine.

For our other options we still need food so more fisheries! (Wherever they are) Roads to join our new outpost with the humans.

Finally I think we should really get more navies
>>
>>24017143
either we force kobalds to the new land, which will anger them, or we work with our long standing allies. Or, we can let the northern king colonize the land.

>>24017012

>>24017174

So it shall be. Will update shortly.

Great. The kobalds will expand

Those Guys are fully rested, with General Strongest having recovered nicely from his injuries.

Seaside town now reaps a hearty bounty of fishflesh, with an exceptionally bounteous season for the fisherbolds powering expansion to the West.

In the East, a combination of throwing wealth at human colonists, and a healthy stone stockpile lead to much growth in the region. Alongside our allies, the farm-states, we have built new dwellings. Our combined efforts once again proved fruitful, with 3 new settlements - though not all our own. The increase in population in the area will surely bring improved infrastructure shortly, enabling more healthy passive growth there.

A single navy, armed with reams of Kobolt-throwers, is produced at Cutlass Cove.

In the far West, our envoy reaches the Horselord's capitol. These people feed themselves on meat from huge foreign beasts, kept on enclosed fields. Does the council have anything pertinent to say to these people?
>>
>>24017722
If they have a port, trade would be nice.
>>
>>24017722
>Does the council have anything pertinent to say to these people?
Buy our fish or eat a dick.
>>
Why do you guys hate Gnolls so much? Besides the whole savage warmonger thing?
>>
>>24017722
Perhaps a trade can be negotiated? Our fish for their large beast meat?
>>
Buy meatbeasts, maybe they'd like copper in exchange? We ahve a bit of that.

For our actions we should build some hunter camps in the forests eanr our joint villages.

Another navy as well

Finally we should stone quarries. I think we should upgarde ALL our settlements with stone and for that its gonna take a bit.
>>
>>24017722
can we send a scout party to see if we can cross that strait at the west of the lake? also build schools and comerce with the horse lords
>>
>>24017837
or the beast themselves.
>>
>>24017722
I propose we attempt to start trade with the horse-folk and increase mining so we have goods to trade. Additionaly, we should develop our eastern settlements
>>
Perhaps we should build another mignificent temple in the colonies, like we did in the elven lands.
To honour our fallen warriors,
to make it a place of pilgrimage for settlers,
and maybe we'll get tourism from the eastern humans.
>>
>>24017892
>>24017837
We shall attempt to trade copper for livestock, given we rarely utilise copper and these people have none.

>>24018188
An Eastern temple will be constructed.

>>24017894
We shall improve our schooling.

Will update shortly.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to call it a day after this update, chaps. Apologies. I'll continue tomorrow.

Requesting a large sample of our metals, the Horselords take a chunk our of our stockpile. Thankfully our large supply of the substance and little use for it means this is not difficult to facilitate. Upon examining it, they are most impressed with its quality and many uses... Having secured a small amount of the metal, however, they promptly remove our envoy from their lands - OUTRAGEOUS!

A flurry of development takes place in the East. A sprawling temple is constructed, serving all Eastern peoples. Meanwhile, our allies build carriageways suitable for their recently acquired 'horses' to travel upon, though these are most suitable for Rabbits too.

A satellite of Kobolbridge university is built in the centre of Winterbury, serving all Kobold younglings! (At least, all those who are wealthy enough to afford a place, and with important enough parents to secure entrance.)

Within the university, our research into food processing is complete, and we now sport new techniques for the production and preservation of sustenance. Around our Capital, and towards Kobolbridge, we now sport much more fertile fields, however, Winter is arriving, and we will need to wait for next Spring before we spread this technique to the rest of our lands.
>>
>>24018854
Horselords can eat a dick.
I told you to only let them have fish.
I told you, man.
>>
>>24018854
Clearly they try to follow in the footsteps of ancient Centaurs.
By being dicks.
>>
>>24018854

Have the envoys scout the Horselord's territory. Let's see how big their lands are.

Meanwhile, talk with our allies, and inquire about their horse mounts. See if we could buy a few from them and study the animal's for any weakness and utility.

Tell the universities to study the animals, if we manage to get some; otherwisetell them to develop either more weapons like the kobolthrower, or a more efficient metal production/refining.
>>
>>24018854

Train more spearmen, as many as possible. Have the university develop new/better weapon and armor, while Those Guys and our veteran soldiers train new battle tativs/formations and the new recruits.

It's time for us to build a real army and stop depending on others. The Horselords are the next targets, thos fuckers.
>>
wow. It seems like things go much more smoothly without me.
>>
>>24026587
but oh great one who dwells beneath. The horselords chuck our diplomats out of THEIR land and everybody flips their shit. Meanwhile, the humans have stolen reliqus from us, taken the honor of vitory from us and earlier turned their backs on us when we needed them most only to ccome back when victory was certain, but NOONE mentions any steps to be taken against them.

Also, nobody mentions magic. Next thing we do should be develop devine magic
>>
What program is used to make these kick-ass maps?
>>
>>24030428
I agree, the northern hummies have a great deal to answer for. But they did help us tie up the Gnoll navies when we had none of our own.
>>
Bump from at-work Wacky.
>>
>>24030428

Thing is, the humans are much, much stronger than the Horselords, and definetly too much for our small kingdom. Defeating the Horselords will grant us spoils that will certainly strentghen the kobold race, and will teach us much.

We wouldn't have defeated the gnolls without them and the elves. Clearly, there is much to be done before we start planning any hostilities against them.

Also, that's how we became enemies of the elves, remember? And the pointy ears didn't even take any resources from us either.
>>
>>24034435
we are the biggest kingdom on the map. The dwarves are between us and the horselords. WE have no quarrel with the hoselords. WE would have defeated the gnolls easily.

What are you on about, are you high?
>>
>>24034435
also, we didnt even KNOW them when we defeated the elves. I dont know what you mean.
>>
Do not rush into war again my scaled bretheren!
we have esteblished the most stable economy we've had since a long time.
we havent even fully setlled the gnoll lands.
and what would we gain from war with these barbarians. horses? meat-animals?
our rabbits provide us the same services as those beasts combined wil give.
war right now is an uneccesairy waste of life, recources and time.
>>
>google "magnus cartography engine"
>frown
>>
>>24034670

Size doesn't mean much, dipshit. We don't have a powerful military, our navy was pratically unexistent until a few moments ago, and we only have one large siege weapon. What the fuck are YOU on about?

No quarrel with the horselords...yet, we had decided to kill the elves for much less than what they did.
>>
>>24035225
Yeah, I'm in the same boat. These are brilliant, I'd even shell out ten bucks or whatever for this program.
>>
>>24035713
our military is the most powerful of all, our allys have a good navy and nobody else has siege weapons on the ground.

The elves were killed for religious reasons. get on my level.
>>
>>24035713
seriously, we can take out human kingdom right now.
>>
>>24037776
>nobody else has siege weapons on the ground.

The humans have catapults.

It also says "Coded by the OP" which means that he makes it himself. Get in line, friends.

>>24035157
Bumping for peace.
>>
Hey, OP, I'm catching up on the archives right now, but I was wondering: how do you run this game? Are there mechanics built into the program that you follow, are you freeforming it and coding the program around the RP, what?
>>
Speaking of OP's software, has he released a copy of it, incomplete as it may be? In a manner that we could use, that is, not like the way that other anon did.
