These are the rules. Reading them is 99% guaranteed to make you richest man in planet and Most Attractive in all the lands

To recap:
The Great War was in full swing between the Western Alliance [WA] (CogHolme, The Makers, Maritem, and the Storm Confederation) and the Iron Star Coalition [ISC] (Kelnitz, Mon Grayr and Inferno). A temporary cease fire was forced when Inferno brought down an asteroid killing hundreds of thousands in an instant. The Storm Confederation, in an attempt to develop biological weapons accidentally killed an entire island of people and turned it into a biohazard area. This should fade in only a few months from now. The Scorpiuons Clan, thought to have been killed, has just uncovered a relic from the past age which may possible be a nuclear weapon (no one knows this though).
So yeah, let's see if everyone can keep from accidentally the whole world.

Well, here's the map so first turns can be posted, also:

The affects of the meteor so far (besides killing all the armies ever):
-Tsunamis have hit the coasts of Mon Grayr, Kelnitz, Inferno and Maurice. All are to subtract -1 Pop due to these tragedies except for Mon Grayr who as an Island nation suffered worse (minus 2 pop or minus 1 pop and 1 wealth, you can choose).
-The massive, sunlight blocking cloud of debris (note map)
-Debris that made it higher in the atmosphere is currently falling and igniting during re-entry. It will cause small fires where it lands and is currently raising the surface temperature by 3 degrees all around. The resulting smoke is sure to cause problems.
-The Aztecs, seeing this as the apocalypse beginning lose 3 stability (leylines)

The meteors on the east has destroyed many towns and cities, and killed hundreds of thousands. For the first time in it's existence, the great party of Maritem City stopped, and gave their respects for the young men of the Maritem army who lost their lives. Alright my actions are:

1: Begin a full survey of my territories in search of minerals/ good locations for defensive emplacements.
2: Work on developing some farms for my populations so they'll have something to eat.
3: Develop a form of armor for my cavalry in an attempt to give them better protection while allowing them to retain their mobility i.e Light Barding.
4: Develop specialized bows for cavalry use.

Here's hoping i did that right
