You are Doctor Victor Von Doom, Ruler of Latveria, Rightful king of the world, Master wizard and genius level scientist.

The fighting has just finished in the Capital of Slovakia, Bratislava. Over 12000 Skrull warriors and infiltrators have been captured, and the army of the nation has been brought down non lethally.
The prime minister, the leader of the skrulls, is lying unconscious at your feet in the lobby of the Summer Archbishop's Palace, In Bratislava

Currently, you control 18 Doombots, lifelike automata of yourself, 34,600 servo-guards, robots superior to a modern day soldier, and 20 time-bots, robots with experimental time based weaponry.
In addition, you have constructed 20 Doomknights, More combat oriented variants of the Doombot, with superior weapons capabilities, and 20 silent stalkers, Stealth Robots designed for assassination
You also control the "Battle CDC" a 100m tall doombot that houses 80 scientists working on cures for diseases.
Furthermore, you control one Doombot converted to act like Mr Rogers, to entertain the children on your media network More can be constructed from your worldwide network of Foundries

You have several goals, including:
Rescue mother from Mephisto
Defeat Reed Richards and friends
Take over the world
Steal Vibraniumfrom Wakanda
Establish other interplanetary mining colonies
Defeat Captain America to recieve present from Namor
Score

Short term goals include:
Deal with the fantastic 4 approaching your mars base
Investigate unknown ore on Phobos
Conclude Slovakian invasion

Additionally, scouting of Wakanda has concluded

How would you like to proceed, Lord Doom?

We currently have limited infulence in advertising outside of tourism, but more air time can be purchased.

Finances stand at 9.2 billion US dollars

The extent of Molecule man's power is still being examined, though without his wand, he would be incapable of changing the composition of matter. He still posesses the ability to change the arrangements of matter, which will be invaluable once we secure adamantium

Last thread ended with a plane coming from America which had SHIELD insignia.

Doom has the potential to be the most powerful sorcerer alive, given sufficent dedication

Currently, you are capable of great feats of magic. While perhaps not quite as powerful as Doctor strange, you would give him a solid run for his money

Your magic can take many forms, from simple Energy blasts, flight and conjuring of objects, to the summoning and binding of demons.

It is estimated you would be able to destroy a small city with ease, should it sufficiently anger you

This can be improved with practice, as can most skills

Preparations are being made. Skrull Technology is being taken to Castle Doom. Would you wish to hide the skrulls, in case of Captain America's arrival?

Wakanda is in Posession of over 10,000 tons of vibranium, Whilst they have a small army, it is exceedingly well equipped. In particular, the vibranium mesh armour the troops wear would render most of our robots energy weapons ineffective. I would recommend upgrading weapons before any form of assault is considered
T'challa is still their king.
>>
>>24358419
Any ways to just steal vibranium.
What is vibranium anyway? Can't we just mine it from somewhere esle?

>Would you wish to hide the skrulls, in case of Captain America's arrival?
Yes, in case he doesn't attack when he sees that we were in the right. But do not make it obvious that we are hiding them.

>>24358419
don't hide them they are alien invaders we have every right to hold them, just make sure they are treated humanly.
>>
>>24358397
They would be more powerful than your run of the mill imp, but greater demons would demand sacrifice.
They would be able to lift around 2 tons, and would possess some rudamentary pyromancy skill
They cannot be bound long, as they will disappate over a period of several days

Increased knowledge of Demonology would certainly help to save your Mother from hell
>>
>>24358454
Vibranium is basically an incredibly strong metal that negates vibrations, i.e. anything that could damage it is stopped. It's not very clearly delineated in canon, as it still apparently makes noises.
>>
>>24358465
>don't hide them they are alien invaders we have every right to hold them, just make sure they are treated humanly.

did you read the previous threads? We WANT to fight captain america. We're provoking him into attacking us.
>>
>>24358419
Do not hide the Skrulls. We made the presentation to the UN that there were Skrulls, and when they ignored us, the Skrulls attacked us.
These Skrulls are either those that defected to us, and are now under our amnesty, or those that surrendered to us, and protected by the Geneva Convention.
>>
>>24358480
I would appreciate us finding someone who could teach us demonology, or perhaps summoning minor demons that know how to teach us that.

That said, if it would compromise our operations and good standing in the eyes of the public, I would put off doing it.

>>24358454
Vibranium is an ultra-rare mineral not found naturally on earth. The only 2 major deposits known to exist on Earth are in the Savage Land and in Wakanda. Both are the result of meteor strikes millenia ago. No known alien race makes use of vibranium-based technologies, indicating that it is rare even in space. The Savage Land would be a better place to mine, honestly, due to T'Challa's connections with both the UN and Avengers.

Depending on its molecular arrangement it has been known to dissolve almost all other metals by mere proximity, negate kinetic energy directed at it (rendering Captain America's shield nigh-indestructable), and form the basis of Wakanda's advanced technology, which rivals what Richards has produced within the Baxter Building.

It is a powerful resource, and should be handled with care. I propose a trade agreement with T'Challa. Wakanda is self-sufficient and eschews exposure to outside culture. Doom can respect this. Further, T'Challa has stood against Doom in single combat and lived. This, too, Doom can respect. Wakanda and LAtveria have both suffered under the yoke of western attempts at interference, espionage, and cultural corruption. There is common ground here. I propose we offer T'Challa some of the Science of Doom, in exchange for Vibranium Technology. There are many things Doom has created that any rational government would beg for, were they common knowledge. The sensors Doom installed on his armor that can detect magic, despite not being magical. The Ectoplasmic force-field which can contain or repel any being or force of magic. Wakanda can appreciate these things in ways that the fools of the western world cannot. Likewise, we can offer to construct a separate Mars facility and portal for Wakanda, so they may expand and explore.
>>
>>24358674
>Shall I evacuate the scientists and secure the Influenza cure?
Yes. There is too great a chance that the fool Captain America will damage our Battle CDC. The influenza cure stands to make us better than Richards; that cannot be jeopardised.
>>
>>24358674
>They still have a 2 week trip.

Why is it taking them so long? Richards is truly a worthless hack if hasn't any better space crafts available.

Speaking of space crafts, we captured several Skrull one mostly intact, we need to research them and combined with our tech make new, superior spaceships

Now, have the Doombots in Slovakia examine the remains of the government for non-Skrull officials. Follow their succession protocol, and help the government of Slovakia recover.
Meanwhile, another Doombot shall form the Doom Party among the Slovakian citizens, to promote initiatives that benefit both Slovakia and Latveria.

>>24358464
>>
>>24359119
No. Use their own tools of terror against them. Have the doombots prepare a replica of the security system used at American airports to inconvenience them as they disembark, scanning them for unauthorized weapons, contaminants, Skrull DNA, etc. Barricades made of sculpted force fields will funnel them through the scanners. This should also allow us to weed out any treachery or skrull infiltrators in their midst. It is all being done in the name of security, is it not?
>>
>>24359066
>It may serve to provoke him into attacking you
All the better. We shall go to Slovakia ourselves, and help to direct the occupation force as the interim government is formed.

The Skrulls will not be hidden, and in fact we will flaunt them in the UN's face as a form of "DOOM told you so".

The captured governmental skrulls are taken outside, just as the VTOL lands in the courtyard. You stand of the top of the steps, with roughly half the government's worth of skrulls detained at your feet. They are still disguised, as they had no part of the conflict

Out of the plane steps Captain America, Hawkeye, Antman, and several Lawerish looking types

>>
>>24359212
Of course! Doom does not 'antagonize' anyone! If the Captain is simply small-minded and easily frustrated by not being able to comprehend the the actions of greater minds than his own, that is his fault. Not Doom's. Doom is protecting the people of Earth (and Mars) from clear and present danger. Nothing more. The U.N. did not authorize an 'intervention' or 'peacekeeping mission', nor did Doom or the former Slovaknian Government request aid. Therefore the American plane is trespassing in a legal no-fly zone and must be searched to prevent further Skrull infiltrators and terrorists from interfering with the work of Doom.

The Captain is a man of small mind, but Ant-Man is a scientist. Hand him a printout on Skrull DNA and a scanner to verify that we have, in deed, captured Skrulls who had manipulated the Slovaknian military into attacking Latverian soil. War was legally declared and won swiftly, similar to America's actions in Iraq. Unlike the American-Iraq war, Doom shall be withdrawing his forces within the week.

Ask the captured skrulls, politely, to resume their normal appearance and inform them that cooperation will be rewarded with repatriation to the Skrull empire or citizenship in the terrestrial nation of their choosing.

Then turn to the Captain. "You are in clear violation of the UN's rules of open warfare. You are trespassing on foreign soil and have brought military hardware onto an active battlefield. By law, I should have the lot of you arrested and deported. As an act of good faith to the UN, you will remain here, under guard, until the UN inspectors arrive. Check in with the security bots over there and receive vaccinations at the nearest medical tent when you are able."

Turn to leave, as Doom is very busy.

Ant man cautiously accepts the sheaf of papers from you, and begins to inspect the captured officials.
Despite the denials of the skrulls, and threats of legal action, Captain America can hardly deny their extraterrestrial nature once a "gentle" kick to the back of the head of the education secretary reveals his green skin and pointy ears. The others immediately deny all knowledge he was a skrull, but Ant man confirms that the Mighty Doom is not lying.

After your speech to the Captain, and your turning away, He runs up to you

"Doom! Wait! I'm sorry. I know your evidence was rejected by the UN, but it seems we have a serious problem here. Would you consider lending the Avengers your DNA scanners?

Ant man steps in. We have our own, of course, but we don't have such a complete genome for the skrulls. How did you get it so quickly?

Yes, and I'd rather not piss off the intergalactic Skrull Empire.

They are processed, and the scanners are shipped to the helicarrier. They only work on your custom designed batteries, so they will be useless within half a year unless you send more

The remaining government allows you to mine on areas you scanned for rare metals, and you will recieve 5% of all tax collected for the next 5 years.

Your doombot makes inroads for creating the Doom party of slovakia, although this may be a slow process, Democracy does have it's benefits for now

The UN makes an official apology, and makes promises to heed your warnings in future. You may also pick who to sit next to at the next meeting

You receive word from Valeria Richards and your Doombot envoy- It seems she wishes to see you

What meeting?

Also, start studying Skrull tech, especially their ships and design spaceships.
>>
>>24360483
The next UN meeting, I'd assume.
>>
>>24360443
We shall have a Doombot and Timebot pick up Valeria Richards in a private jet, and have come to us. Make sure that all proper flight plans and such paperwork are filled out by a minion; I'll not have Richards accuse us of kidnapping.

We shall sit beside Britain's ambassador at the next UN meeting.

Send the footage of America kneeling before DOOM to Namor. Do not mention the gift, for Doom is classy.

And we must research the Skrull ships with the aid of our Skrull defectors, so that we may use the technology to aid our space mining program.

It is quite a way, but you send over your time platform. She arrives in your throne room 5 minutes later
Her babysitter, an old lady who you recognise lives in the baxter building from your surveilance looks as though she was going to say something, but stopped when she saw quite how imposing you are

How would you like to proceed?

>>
>>24360747
With a curt nod, you offer her refreshments in the dining room, and thank her for keeping Valeria safe

"I saw Ice age and drew Mr Robot!" She gives you a surprisingly good drawing of her and your Doombot holding hands. She has a balloon in the image, and there seems to be a tree in the background for some reason

>>24360738
Their weapons have some slight advantages over ours, In that they would do more damage, but are much less effective against forcefields

She is an avid fan of science, as would be expected of Richard's daughter. She wants to go on a roller coaster, but is roughly a foot and a half below minimum height. Do you let her on?

If I may suggest an idea, teaching her magic may give her something Richards cannot

It would also seem she has become somewhat attached to "Mr Robot". Giving it to her would both serve as an excellent present and give you a Doombot in the Baxter building
>>
>>24361037
The height requirements of the rollercoasters are because of the way that the carts are constructed.
Instead of ignoring the safety regulations, we know WHY they are put in place, and can safely circumvent them. We shall have a special cart assembled just for Valeria, where the seat is constructed in such a way that she will remain safe.

We shall ask Valeria if she wishes to become a Magical Girl.

And finally, we shall bequeath "Mr. Robot" to her, as a gift and protector.
>>
>>24361037
>She wants to go on a roller coaster, but is roughly a foot and a half below minimum height. Do you let her on?

We will adjust it so that it can safely accommodate her.
Alternatively, we will construct her a custom doom armor (not unlike the ones we made for the vampires) so that she can take the ride, it will also be designed to be as safe and defensive as possible.
>>
>>24361037

I think we can spare a Doombot.

Pretty much. IF we knew the exact coordinates of their home planets, I have no doubt our Doom Portals and time machines could allow us to walk there as easily as stepping into the next room.

You realise that a booster seat would solve most of the problems, and construct one from the ride manager's office chair.

"Can we go on the back, Mr Doom? I think it's faster there. I read it somewhere"

Are you daddy's brother? He talks about you a lot.
You have a great time on the coaster. It's designed as though the carts were a spaceship, and takes you on a tour of the solar system at "light speed"

The rest of the day at the park is just as enjoyable for her, Especially now the tesla coils are now kept behind a barrier. She also gets a photo with you, and a person in a costume of you. You do tend to steer her away from the somewhat disturbing costumes of her parents

It shouldn't take more than a few hours at most. It would mostly be a resizing of a regular suit, with some adjustments. It would also be easier to wear

Is it not common outside england? It's making a little noise to passive aggressively express disapproval of something

>>
>>24361561

I still say we should put her in charge of one of the moons. The best way to teach kids responsibility is to give them chores, or give them a pet to be responsible for. With an entire moon to take care of and immigrants asking permission to colonize, we'll let her take her first taste of statecraft and administration. Not too much, we don't want to burden her, but just let her know what we do for a living.

She's going to have the best 'what I did on my summer vacation' story ever, especially since she'll be presenting it with her Doom-armor's holographic projectors. "Valeria Richards, Duchess of Phobos." Has a nice ring to it.

Tonight, after dinner, how about we let her have some fun? Set up one of Doom's labs with shorter tables and chairs, smaller, easier-to-grip equipment. Remove all the really dangerous materials, and then tell her it's her new playroom we set up just for her. Whenever she's here she can use it to make whatever she wants, as long as we're there to watch and make sure she doesn't break anything (like the laws of physics) too badly. Her Doom-tech armor should protect her from most mishaps, but I'd still feel better if we were there to supervise.

Agreed, but only a smaller private library, with all the dangerous stuff removed. No summoning demons. Not until she's 15.

..... What's the age limit to get a Learner's Permit to drive a car in Latveria?

Are we going to regulate demonic summoning like we regulate driving? Cause I'm shockingly okay with that.

This while inevitablly a Great Idea is a little dangerous for someone as Inquisitive and reckless as Valeria Even the great DOOM did not delve far into the black arts as Valeria probably will at her age.

Well, all magic, really. Students will learn how to do it safely. Wash-outs will never be granted their Wizard's License. Ooh, when it's time for her to go back to New York, ask her to do us a favor. Give her a small package, just a wrapped brown-paper parcel, containing a folded printout of the blueprints of the proposed school, and the first year's curriculum (all warding/protection/healing/banishing/abjuration spells and rituals). Ask her to deliver it to an old friend of ours in New York. Give her Doctor Strange's address. Let her explore a little on her own, and let her know that we trust her.

>>24362296
We maintain multiple different models, all doombots contain self-destruct devices that only we control, and we know magic. Fairly certain we can just melt all the Ultrons/MasterMolds/Phalanx/Cyphers/whatevers with our minds. There's a reason they leave Latveria alone.
>>
>>24362291
More like 'Here's all the blueprints and a constantly updating predictive map needed to build a two-way portal to the moon and back. Also, the GPS coordinates of a gathering of all the super-powered criminals who have attempted to overthrow your rule, scheduled for next thursday night. Enjoy."
>>
>>24362185
That could work out well for us. We arrange for her to 'break the rules' and explore more than we gave her after we asked her not to. So, when we 'catch her', we 'punish her' by telling her that we WERE going to give her complete control of Phobos, but since she broke our rules we can't and she'll have to wait a few years. If she's good all year, we'll make her a duchess next year for her birthday. If she breaks our rules, or if she is gives her parents and other uncles too much trouble, then she'll have to wait until she's ten.
>>
>>24362112
Really? That's awesome! You're the best, uncle doom! Uhh, daddy said magic's not safe, though. I guess it's fine if I have this armour though, right? That's probably why you wear yours, huh? Wait, iron man has arm our. Is iron man a wizard?

"Of course magic is dangerous if not used properly, but then again, isn't everything?"
Does her armor make using magic safer? If yes, then tell her if no, then make it so.

>You spot a good site for a school, near the memorial park. Maybe she could design it.
She can totally help us design. Maybe that is how we'll spend our next few days?

"No, Iron Man is not a wizard. All he knows is science. Not even really good science like mine or your father's. He's a bully who is only really good at beating people up. I wear my armor to keep people from beating me up, and to help me make better science, and to help me stay safe from Magic, and because the people really like the way I look. Seeing me look strong makes the people braver and happier. So I have to look strong all the time, for them. That's why I use the mask to hide what the accident did to my face. If they knew I could be hurt like a normal person, they'd be scared. And I don't want my people to be scared."
>>
>>24362182
The world has like 20 million soldiers and 7 billion people plus the rest of the marvel universe. We would need to bulk up our forces tremendously on Mars and general space colonies. May we please play lie low and exponentially develop our economy to actually sustain an actual combat ready force capable of deterring hostile powers.
We can take advantage of the galaxy's nature to set up huge worlds of mining and industry on totally uninhabited systems, to basically dominate Earth's economy. And also make our country rediculously huge.
Long story short, build more doombots and drones and hire proper mind-enhanced workers that can build our population and knowledge base. Also, we would gain a huge brain trust and invent society changing technology which we patent for trillions of dollars as a reserve. First the patent office of the US, next the WORLD!
None of this hostage, death ray bullshit for a million bucks on a piece of shit island, we play it calm but ambitious. War's a luxury we can't afford.

>>
Well, our school would need a staff. I vote we recruit Morgan le Fay to be the principal. Does she want to murder us yet in this timeline?
>>
>>24362593
>20 million soldiers

None of which could even stand up against 5 of our Bot-teams. Even if they attacked all at once.

Our country is rife with magical shit, we have vampires, some sorcerer living somewhere and God knows what else. Xavier can build a school for mutants but we cannot build a school for our magically inclined children?
No one is going to stop shit, especially since we have improved our relations with the UN

You have a point. America has a private academy of people with nuclear eye-beams and the power to start and stop ice-ages. But we're not allowed a school whose primary purpose is to teach people how to kick out demonic possessions and safely contain magical dangers? Doom calls bullshit on this. The school shall be built!
>>
>>24362757
How about DOOm.DOoM,DoOM & dOOM?
>>
>>24362706
Dunno man, soldiers aren't some mook meatsacks, they could cause hell against us with extreme heavy ordnance like tanks or rocket launchers or nuke us off the planet. Fuck maybe terrorism in the City of Doom. Worst case scenario of course, like you said the UN loves us. Anyways, we also got all the other Marvel universe to watch out for and our fucking country is tiny as shit, while there are entire uninhabited planets with near unlimited real estate and minerals perfect for building a massive army and economy, along with setting up centers of research and science (or magic).
I just don't want us falling into the villain tropes and getting asshandled by the thousands of supers on earth until we got the sheer overwhelming advantage.
>>
>>24362706
Hell, I say we use the Skrull thing to shout about how S.W.O.R.D. is useless, and that the UN needs to give us funding to build monitoring stations.
Mars is first. It has significant astrological importance and may provide interesting possibilities for magic. Plus we now start mining the planet and enriching ourselves.
Obviously we have more than just the monitoring station that the UN would know about. Research facilities and manufacturing sites would be necessary to further the goals of Doom.
Additional monitoring stations should be built as we discover places with sufficient resources, or scientific/magical implications.

A game involving Doom? Why not make a game staring Luigi if you all enjoy second bananas so much?
>>
>>24362757
No, none of that stupid sorting nonsense. All dorms will be suites of 4 two-person bedrooms sharing one bathroom and a living area. The only competitions will be in grades, and ANY attempt at improper behavior will be met with expulsion. There will be no 'dark lords' or other nonsense at the University of Doom. All graduates will swear a magically-enhanced oath of fealty to Doom, to prevent misuse of powers. They will then be offered government jobs within Latveria. The smartest of them will be given research appointments to further the Knowledge of Doom. Those who coast through will be given government jobs befitting their aptitudes and allowed to shuffle through a life of mediocrity. Those most patriotic will be made soldier/diplomats and allowed to join the Latverian DoomCorps, whose job it will be to stand by until called upon by the UN (or Doctor Strange or ourselves) and intervene in magical disasters. Like the time someone (blackheart) dragged all of Las Vegas to Hell. The DoomCorps will be there to fix problems like that.

>>
>>24362871
We could provoke a response from some heroes, but only in order to win a substantial PR victory that would make them look bad. Enough that it riles up someone easily manipulated into coming and smashing down our door. This could either be an actual plot or we could use mind control/psychotropic drugs if they need a push to buy the scheme.
After a sufficiently pointless display, we reveal ourselves and basically verbally browbeat them on live global broadcast, show that their motives are preposterous, and we walk away looking like the victim, who has been nothing but accommodating and reasonable to this gross violation of our national sovereignty.

I kinda assume that anyone graduating from Magic school would be elite of the society and shouldn't just get an average government job and life in mediocrity.

I agree on sorting bullshit, it just breeds hate between those groups. We do not want that.
Also, our school shouldn't JUST teach magic, science should have its place there too if nothing more to just ensure that our graduates are not ignorant of it.
>>
>>24362930
If you're so smart, how come you're going grey?
>>
>>24363037

average government job

IN THE LATVERIAN MINISTRY OF MAGIC!

We really shouldn't undersell that. Its not mediocrity to be a competant mage, even if your not on doom's level.

That said, there's lots of places to learn science, having a magic school would be a very unique and asymetrical resource, which as a small country we sorely need.
>>
>>24363102
I assume the magic school would be somewhere where the children will live (you know, like in harry potter), thus no other place for them to learn science.
>>
>>24363037
>>24363102

My problem is, who is going to teach these people? Our time is too valuable to waste on a group of neophytes. Once we separate the wheat from the chaff we can put in some personal time, but otherwise we need a competent magician we can trust to deal with the day to day.
Doctor Strange is an option, but he's the Sorcerer Supreme, and has other demands on his time. Plus, I don't know how crazy he would be training a score of magicians at our control. If we can manipulate a hero into pushing him into the job (under the guise of keeping an eye on us) that might work.

I'm trying to think of who else might be qualified, but I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
>>
>>24363221
We know of at least 1 sorcerer in our country. At the start, our school could have like 20 or less students, then when they graduate, they will become new teachers and we will be able to get more students.

This is a very long-term project the fruits of which we probably wont see in this quest but still worth it
>>
>>24363154
No children. They will complete Primary and Middle School as normal. The University of Doom will be an alternative High School/Trade School.

>>24363221
There are other options. Any one of the mystics who competed against us in that contest for the title of Sorcerer Supreme would be adequate for first year wardings and shields. Doom will teach the juniors and seniors. Only the top 50% of seniors will be allowed to study under Doctor Strange as a 'working internship'.
>>
>>24362996
You mean like this? http://youtu.be/UhJFlZYQPGU?t=14m42s
and
http://youtu.be/UhJFlZYQPGU?t=18m17s

After thoroughly schooling them, we tell them to next time, use the front door. That's what it's there for, after all.
>>
>>24363332
>No children. They will complete Primary and Middle School as normal. The University of Doom will be an alternative High School/Trade School.

children, teens, young adults, adults

You assume that we can turn anyone we want into a wizard, I think only small percentage of the people can even apply here. We wont have many students at once.
>>
>>24363221
Morgan Le Fay would make a competent teacher.
>>
>>24363369
Yes. But with an Avenger or two making an ass out of themselves, and we have cameras sending that to the news. Thus the world can see the mercy of DOOM.

>>24363332
My issue is that we need someone we can trust. Obviously at some point we twist this for our own ends, and we need someone who is on board with that. Maybe we can program a Doombot? Not sure if that would necessarily be wise or prudent though.
>>
>>24363470
It serves our ends no matter what. Doom will allow no tragedy or instability in his world. And the PR of a high-profile sorcery school doesn't hurt.
>>
>>24363037
In my country science and magic are wed so they can each be of maximum efficiency
>>
>>24363037

m with anon on this one, the kinds of people who would go to an academy of magic are going to be the cream of the crop.

i feel as though you guys are being far too, provincial, with your designs here (a school of magic only fit to produce public sector drones?).

something like this would place latveria as a node of informal society and power, which is to say, influencial society and power.
which is not to say, however, that DOOM will limit the benefits of literacy in the cosmic forces to a select few, but we can have different facilities to fit the needs of different folks, you feel?
>>
>>24364427
I don't think we should create a school for public sector drones, but we should still have them swear loyalty to Doom.

Or perhaps, if we have to, make them swear fealty to Latveria instead...but loyalty to Doom is much better.
>>
>>24364720
If the oath is magically enforced, we could have them swear fealty to the human race as a whole first and foremost, then to Latveria, then to Doom. As all three are the same thing, our ends will be served and the mewling of lesser minds may be appeased without inconveniencing Doom.

This talk of diplomacy with those who nearly equal Doom intrigues me. Does Magneto still strive to create a mutant-exclusive nation on the island of Genosha? Because if he does, he is a fool. It is still within striking distance if too many hostile nations. Even Asteroid M is too close for true protection. Contact Magneto, Xavier, (Storm if she is still/yet married to T'Challa), and Black Bolt, and Namor. Doom wishes to hold a round-table discussion regarding the possibility of Doom gifting a portion of his holdings on Mars for exploration and colonization. While Doom is too polite to demand fealty and vassal-state status from any nations founded on soil gifted by Latveria, he can make it clear that it would be foolish to oppose one's benefactor.

As the only other Monarch of a terrestrial people with a permanent extra-terrestrial presence, the Inhumans have insight and interests in the subject.

Has Namor made a decision on moving 30-45% of Earth's oceans to Mars and rebuilding Atlantis away from the clumsy meddling of Western nations?
