“Right. It’s probably best if we just work on your natural skills for now. To begin with, you’ll need to get some magic flowing. Do you remember that feeling you had when you healed Assassin?” You ask Tomoko. She gives you a hesitant nod. “Alright, recall that feeling. Focus on it.” You tell her. She shudders slightly as you can feel magic begin to move within her body. “Now, last time, you reached out to us with your magic. I want you to try and push the magic you’re feeling out to us now, see if you can feel anything different.” You continue. She nods, and her face scrunches up in concentration. You feel something pass by you for a split second.

“Ah, I’ve got something!” She exclaims.

“Really?” You ask, a little surprised that she managed to get something that quickly and easily.

“Yeah. I just...caught on something. Like fishing, maybe. But I can feel something kinda tugging on it, and I can kind of pull back.” Tomoko replies.

“Give it a tug, then.” You suggest. She nods, and closes her eyes in concentration. There’s several tense moments before she shrugs.

“I’m pulling, but nothing’s happening.” She mumbles. You frown slightly. You wouldn’t have expected anything amazing, but you expected more than this. You hesitate for a moment, before saying something against your better judgement.

“Pull harder. Pull until you get something.” You urge her. She nods, and her face scrunches up even more. There’s a sudden crack as her eyes go wide in shock and she screams as her shoulder twists and distorts uncomfortably as the bones shift.

"Sayaka! Get in here!" You yell, helping Tomoko to lie down as she screams. Your blue haired Servant comes crashing through the entrance rushing towards you, concern etched on her face. "Blood, give me your blood!" You order. She quickly summons a sword, and cuts her wrist and you guide it over Tomoko's open mouth. "Tomoko. Tomoko, focus on healing. Pump your magic into it, focus on the blood!" You command her.

"UAGGH!" Tomoko screams as you feel her magic flare and something cracks again. There's a squelch as her flesh rips apart around the shoulder and suddenly blades sprout from her bones, piercing through her flesh and trying to pull it back together. There's the nasty sound of metal grinding on metal as she flails on the floor and you can see that those bones are covered in small barbs and made of metal. You watch as the flesh seems to grow like a cancer, as if trying to replace the blades, but the metal refuses to move.

Oh, excellent. Called, and writin

Man we really love metal.

You curse silently under your breath and begin drawing magical circles in the blood all over Tomoko now and begin to channel your magic through it. Tomoko's screams continue to grow louder and several spears of metal shout out and impact you in the shoulder, causing you to grunt in pain as you focus on the task at hand. The metal seems to warp and fight back against you. You can feel Tomoko's magic thrashing out wildly and deep beneath it something smolders, resisting every move you make. Tomoko's voice chokes as the metal begins to glow red hot and twists and tries to crawl to you, leaving burns across Tomoko's skin. You, instead, focus on the spear now embedded in your shoulder and mold it to your will. It resists, painfully so at first, before you can get it to bend and spread out, catching the moving molten metal. With a grunt, you kick the quickly heating ball of metal away from yourself and Tomoko. With a quick glance at the girl now panting, staring lifelessly at the ceiling you're fairly certain she'll be fine now. Her flesh is healing properly, though it looked like there was still some blue and gold metal embedded in her bones. It didn't look like it would be harmful to leave there in the long term. You turn your attention back to the ball of metal that came out of Tomoko's body like some kind of alien parasite. Total, you can see more metal there than the girl probably has mass in her body. And even now it resonates oddly with your magic.

"Master..." Candeloro says softly, touching her hand to your wounded shoulder.

"Tomoko...I apologize. I didn't expect your talents to react so strongly. We'll be more careful next time. Take it slower." You mumble to her, barely noticing as Candeloro's ribbons wrap around you and tighten on your wound, the blood soaking the yellow fabric. Behind you, your familiar creeps towards the now partially melted ball of metal, acting on your unspoken curiousity. You just begin to pay attention as it pokes the metal and the whole thing springs to life, engulfing the small metal creature. It lets out a metal scream as it's engulfed and you quickly flood it with what's left of your magic, trying to wrest control of the now molten metal and reshape it quickly. Again, the metal resists you but as you focus on it, it bends more easily to your will and your familiar shudders as the metal seeps into it and on it, cooling into something black and inky. For several tense moments, you stare at it as it sits there on all fours and still almost as large as you, glaring at you with cold eyes. For a moment, you wonder if you've lost control of your familiar to this entity, but a quick push of mana into confirms that it now responds completely and easily to your commands. Where once it was hot and resistant, it is now cool and supple.

~Most interesting.~ Caster observed.

"Tomoko...Tomoko, please say something." You say softly, ignoring Candeloro's attempts at first aid and Caster's analysis of your new Familiar.

"I...I think so...?" She mumbles, looking over at you, "Did I succeed?"

"Something to that effect. It went out of control." You told her. She nods slightly to herself.

"Master, please, let me treat you!" Candeloro pleads.

"Not until I'm certain Tomoko's fine. If Assassin were to come back..." You being, trailing off.

"Fine!" Candeloro says, and ribbons begin to wrap themselves around Tomoko's injured areas and form a primitive sling as they ease her up and form a chair under her.

"Ah, no...I'm...I'm fine. Just tired." Tomoko mumbles softly. Most of the rest of the night is spent with Candeloro tending to you and Tomoko until Assassin arrives.

"Nicolas." She says coldly upon seeing Tomoko's condition.

"Her magic went out of control. She began to conjure metal directly into her body, so I had to work quickly to get it out. I attempted to give her Saber's healing abilities again, but that just made it worse. So...I had to improve some astral surgery and force the metal out of her. She should be fine, just tired, but..." You tell her. Assassin hisses, drawing a knife from behind her as she steps forward only to stop when your familiar and Candeloro step in the way. "I'm honestly sorry. So sorry." You tell her softly.

"N-nee-chan. Don't blame him. I just...just pushed too hard. Tried to activate my final form too soon." Tomoko interrupted.

"...Fine. This one slides. But you'd best be more careful in the future." Assassin hisses, putting her dagger away. She carefully picks Tomoko up and leaves quietly.

The next night you wake up groggily to Candeloro in your bed, pressing herself up against you. "Master~<3" She mumbles in her sleep. You carefully slip out as Caster jumps up in front of you.

"Better. Caster...last night you said that the metal was interesting. What did you mean by that?" You ask him.

~It was...unusual. Tainted by some other source of Magic that felt unfamiliar. My initial theory was that she had mimicked your Metal element, but now I'm not so certain. She got that ability from elsewhere.~ He replied.

"Would a remnant of Archer's mana be able to produce such a reaction?" You ask. Caster seems to ponder this for a few moments before nodding.

~Theoretically, yes. Especially since she had a Reality Marble, any sympathetic reactions would be exceptionally strong.~ Caster mused, ~But where would she get such mana from?~

"I think I have an idea..." You say, glancing over at Candeloro's sleeping form.

~She shouldn't have anything that would produce such a reaction. When she devoured Archer, it converted the mana into a more readily available form for use by either myself or her. If it was still tainted by Archer, then it would actively resist any attempts to keep it stored or use it. And Archer's presence in the mana would fade quickly, by the end of the day their should be nothing left.~ Caster replied, sounding somewhat confused.

Candeloro is sitting at the head of the table, a goddess in her realm, and in the center of the table sits Archer, tied down by ribbons and chains. >>24616142
It can't very well escape the confines of her thighs while stuck in here.
>>
>>24616248
One would hope. But if Archerko manages to pool enough mana to project Rule Breaker, shit could get bad fast.

We don't want to be cuddling with our eldrich abomination when suddenly Archerko comes bursting out like a xenomorph made of swords.
>>

"So, Archer. Fancy meeting you here." You say. She mumbles something through her gag. "Ah, Monster if you would." You ask. Candeloro giggles slightly, and waves one hand as the gag disappears and conjures up a cup of tea with the other, taking a small sip.

"You and your mockery of a Servant can't keep me here forever." She spits.

"And we don't plan to. We'd like to offer you an alliance, a hand of friendship." You offer.

"You murdered Alex. That's quite the detriment against you." She retorted.

~We may not need your cooperation. I do believe with Assassin's assistance, I could transfer control of you to my Master. Or Monster can use one of her own abilities to enforce your cooperation. Or we could do both.~ Caster told her.

>>
>>24616772
Yeah, little problem there.
I'm pretty damn sure we can't support two servants without grabbing a leyline first. Plus, Archerko (probably) wants the grail herself. If we do take her as our Servant, she knows that we won't let her win the war so long as we have Caster. She'll look for any way possible to get out of our grasp. Any orders would have to be through command seals. She would have no incentive to protect us, as once we die she'll run back to her former Master and re-establish their Contract.

And you know, the metegaming reason that she has RB and will get out of any contract we make with her.

Yes, a geass could eliminate many of those problems, but honestly, why risk it? Just take whatever information we can get from her and then kill her.

My vote is still >[X]Kill Archerko
>>
>>24616801
We're not in the most beneficial of states right now. Sure they may be a problem down the line, but right now Assassin's scouting missions are the only things getting us information.
>>
>>24616898

>>

We need to begin working on a plan to remove Assassin, and if we have no further use for Archer we should have our captive rape demon end her.

Unless I am undersetimating the amount of mana the generator produces or I'm overestimating the amount of mana a Servant needs, I don't think the Mana generators will be enough to support any Servant. Considering that she has a Reality Marble, which uses up fucktons of mana, and how she is running on fumes at most right now, we really don't have enough to support without weakening Caster right now.
>>24616947
In the long run, Caster is going to be worth more to us than Archer will.

Hell, if you guys want Archerko so badly, have coobs make a Contract with her, Kill her, and then have coobs summon a loyal copy of Archerko with additional meguca powers.
>>
>>24617086
not actually serious, but Archerko is pretty great tier for servant ability. and killing caster would be more an endgame thing, since i don't trust him to have humanities best interest. i'd prefer to get the id of her master, make a geass, and have them as another meat shield.
>>
"Well, I would prefer to try and avoid forcing you. Are you certain we can't come to an agreement?" You ask her. She simply spits at you. "Right. Candeloro, what would you be able to do?" You ask her.

"I can make her our best friend. All it will take is a little kiss." She offers happily.

~It is similar to a Geas, of sorts.~ Caster informed you.

"Right. You said with Assassin's assistance we could transfer control of Archer over to me?" You ask. Caster nods.

"How about we do that, and use Candeloro's little kiss to ensure her loyalty." You suggest.

~An excellent idea, Master.~

"I get to keep her? Yay!" Candeloro exclaims. She leans over the table, a special gleam in her eyes. "I humbly accept!" She mumbles, kissing Archer's neck, causing the Servant to let out a moan as you see flower symbols spread across her neck until they wind together as a chain. Several tense minutes later, Candeloro separates from Archer and you notice that Assassin is now standing next to Caster.

"So, you need my help with this?" She asks.

~Yes. Now, we have two options. One which will be, effectively, mana free but could potentially invalidate her skills. The other option will be more mana intensive but guarantees her skills will not degrade.~ Caster offers.

"Caster. Tell me a little more about how this is going to work." You tell him.

~Very well. Option A is similar to how my own consciousness works. I would attempt to forcibly remove your soul and place it in an external pocket dimension. From there, I would set everything up so that you could, hopefully, operate her body through an interface similar to that of the Soul Gem's. With careful preparation, this operation could be performed across multiple bodies including your original, in case of something untoward happening. This means you would directly control her as you would your own body, and it would therefore be a part of yourself. It would require no mana to anchor it to this day and age. It would, however, still require mana to activate her abilities, and you may not be able to retain all of the skills she had. The second option is forcibly severing the connection Archer has with her current Master and redirecting it to you. You will still have only the three command seals unless we steal them from another Master. As well, she will now require mana for upkeep. At best, I'm seeing you being able to merely sustain us, but unable to provide enough mana for us to reliably use our Noble Phantasms.~ Caster explained.

Oh Jesus Christ I'm glad I asked, I would have voted the Mana-lite option!

Our remaining options are to support both Archer and Caster, with niether having that much mana to use, and if either try to use up too much mana, it's going to hurt us like a motherfucker in battle, if not kill us.
In other words, as if we traded Caster and Archer for Berserker, removed all the NP, and lost all the stat bonuses.

Interrogate Archer for everything she knows, then kill her.

>>

>>
>>24618007
To clarify I was thinking more along the lines of breaking her down into a long distance mana receiving device.
>>
You weigh the options carefully in your head. On the one hand, the loss of her skills would be detrimental. On the other, it will require little to no mana. And if, for some reason, things go sour in the Grail War it grants you a form of psuedo immortality, so long as you can learn Caster's method of preparing a body. With that, you gain centuries of time to perfect your skills. And there is that nice feature of being able to not die when you're killed until they've killed all of you.

"Caster. Let's go with the first option." You tell him.

~An excellent choice, Master.~ He says. A small circle glows beneath you and suddenly your chest tightens painfully as you feel something get ripped out of your stomach and everything goes black.

You groan slightly to yourself as feeling returns to your body. "Wha-?" You mumble as your senses readjust to your apparently new body. Nearby you can see Assassin and Caster working on what you recognize as yourself. You are currently tied down to the Candeloro's table as Archer.

~Ah, Master. Most excellent, you are taking to her form much better than I thought you would. It is likely due to the close relationship between your two Elements. I did my best to preserve her abilities, and I believe I have successfully kept her Reality Marble currently intact.~ Caster informs you as he notices you are now awake. Candeloro gestures with one hand and the ribbons binding you dissipate. You manage to stand unsteadily, your body still adapting to your new center of balance. Luckily, Archer's muscle memory takes control of most of it.

"What are you doing to, uh, me?" You ask him.

~Adapting your own body for control by your consciousness in its personal pocket. Tomorrow, I shall show you how to switch between the two bodies.~ Caster answered, ~For now, however, I recommend getting used to using that body.~

[1/2]
>>
"Come, Master." Candeloro offers her hand. You take it, and quickly find yourself back in the warehouse. You stumble slightly at the change in environment, but Candeloro steadies you. Sayaka is staring at you, swords drawn and at the ready.

"Ah, Sayaka-chan! Look, Master is so cute now!" Candeloro exclaimed, hugging you. It's an interesting sensation at your new, smaller size.

"Ah, yeah. Caster did a thing for me to maybe take control of Archer you explain, gesturing to the pair currently working on your cut open body which they now seem to be closing up.

"You know...I'm not even going to ask." Sayaka mumbles.

The next day you crack your neck slightly after taking some time to learn to switch between bodies and sending Candeloro and Sayaka out to do some scouting and patrols. You probably ought to tell your allies about your recent change, but you feel you need to look into whatever happened to your familiar. You send a quick message to Tomoko, telling her to ask Assassin about what happened last night. For John, you merely send a message telling him that you now have control of Archer. With that taken care of, you sit down in front of your familiar which cocks its head at your curiously. The thing is now a full head taller than you easily, its inky black metal rippling and shifting to blend into the shadows and background. "Hey, Caster. Do you think we could prep this as an alternative body for me?" You ask him.

~Probably. If you would like, I shall work on that tomorrow.~ Caster tells you. You nod amicably as you walk around the familiar. You tap it and the metal seems to ripple slightly. You send a quick mental signal to the Familiar, and it suddenly bristles, small blades sprouting along its back and limbs. With a metallic hiss, its hands reform into claymore sized blades which it scrapes against each other. With another thought, it manages to compress itself in almost every direction. It seems like the stealth abilities from before haven't degraded, but its offensive abilities have increased. Particularly it does well at anything requiring a blade.

~It seems the metal still retains the element which formed it, potentially it has been burned into the material.~ Caster observed.

"I agree. Still, it makes this incredibly useful. At least it's not as defenseless as it once was." You remark. You spend the rest of the night guiding the familiar out and about and getting used to its abilities. Tomorrow, you want to...

Spend the day on training, meet up with John for at night.
>>
The next day you head out in your own body, managing to meet up with Tomoko at school. She's looking pretty good, actually, considering what happened just the other day. She looks a little disappointed to see you, though. "Is...something wrong?" You ask her.

"I was kinda hoping you were going to show up with your other body. Assassin told me about your little bodys wap experiment thing, so I wanted to tease you about your new assets." Tomoko complained.

"Right...Well, she was also why you had that little freak out." You told her.

"Ah...probably best, then, that I avoid being near her till I get this all mastered. So, what will we do today?" She asks.

"Today we're going to just work on getting you to master the flow of magic in your own body. We're going to get you comfortable with manipulating your magic internally so that you can better control the magic of someone you're trying to mimic." You tell her.

"Okay. How do we do that?"

"Meditation." You answer. She pouts at you. "Honestly. We're going to keep practicing it until I'm confident you're able to prevent your magic from running out of control."

"Fine." She pouts. You spend several hours with her, working on her meditation. Occasionally, Assassin joins you. As night approaches, you bid the pair farewell and head back to the warehouse where you left your Archer body sleeping. You lie down next to it and with a quick thought you switch bodies and head out, texting John where to meet you. Several minutes after arriving, a familiar brown and yellow woman arrives with her black haired master.

"Rook." You greet.

"Archer." He returns.

"Anything new that you've managed to find?" You ask him.

"First, I'd kind of like to know how Nicolas managed to, ah, capture you. It's not often a Servant changes Masters, and I can't help but worry this might be a trap."

A line of spoken text should end on a comma, not a period. So:

Should become:

"Archer," he returns.

Not meaning anything negative by it, just some constructive criticism.
