You are Doctor Victor Von Doom, Ruler of Latveria, Rightful king of the world, Master wizard and genius scientist.

You have just captured Wolverine, X-23 and cyclops attempting to infiltrate Castle Doom. Deadpool is en route for interrogation. The celebrations for the School's opening are winding down.

Your armies stand at:
75000 Servo-Guards
100 Doombots
99 Doomknights
100 Silent stalkers
100 Time bots
1 Battle CDC
Please inquire as to any confusion with the different types

Finances stand at 15.2 billion dollars

Current allies are Molecule Man, Deadpool and Magneto

You have several goals, including:
Rescue mother from Mephisto
Defeat Reed Richards and friends
Take over the world
Steal Vibranium from Wakanda
Establish other interplanetary mining colonies

Short term goals include:
Interrogate prisoners
Finish ceremonies

How would you like to proceed, Lord Doom?
>>
ALL HAIL DOOM¡

let us see how wolverine has fared since last we saw
>>
Lets head down to see how X-23 and Wolverine are doing.
>>
>>24665099
>>24665105
Of course. You make your way past Namor watching the Deadpool interviews, and past Deadpool looking from his clone

You enter the dungeon, to find both of them unconscious. They appear to have rendered themselves so, despite the addition of pillows

>questions from last thread
are there any other Children of Note besides Valeria here?

I have located 2 of promise, Andris Jani, and Anna Jansons. If you like, I shall inform you of their progress

Lets get this started on a classy note
Well, classy if you like dungeons. Check on Wolverine, maybe we can get him to open up in return for acess to the hockey channel or something
>>
>>24665069
Have a Doombot call Xavier and tell him that Cyclops requires a ride home.

Thank Namor for attending the opening of LITT, as his attendance brought great prestige to our school.
Lucia, make a note to develop an automated, solar-powered filter machine that can be used to clean up toxic pollution in the seas; we forgot to prepare a gift for Namor's presence, so I think this might make up for it when we present it to him.

Then we shall go and see how X-23 and Wolverine are doing.
>>
>>24665162
have them all in different rooms, make sure cyclops, can't move his head or gets any sunlight on him self,

x23 and skint bub hands and feet are to be rigidly held in place.

request le fay's help us this magical scans and repairs of x23 and skint bubs minds.

the poor fool they probable can't refuse a mission at this point, probable thinks its fun, we can rebuild them into perfect citizens.

Cyclops is a different matter, he does have free will he chose to be a spy... he will be made an example of he will be the subjest of deadpools 3 hour Christmas special.
>>
>>24665178
This

Also I suppose these to Students could be a sort of back-up if Valeria fails in some unimaginable way to succede us.

Finally we should a press confrence announcing the capture of 2 American terrorists and one canadian

Cyclops is taken home, looking somewhat dejected.

Of course, sir. I have also developed a present for you in my 2 day paid holiday, an anti magic module for your armour. It would prevent any kind of magic being within 2 feet of you, but would also stop your own spells. It can of course, be turned on and off
>>
>>24665257
>anti-magic module
Excellent work, Valeria. Have it installed at once.
Also have it replicated and installed on all currently active Doombots.

>X-23 and Wolverine
Scan the two to see how long they'll be unconscious.

We shall thank Namor later.

>>24665249
Actually let's discuss this topic a little more.
>>
>>24665249
I dunno, I think we want to brainwash Laura at least
>>
>>24665289
Yes sir. I shall have it replicated.

They should awaken soon, but they could be awakened if you so desire
>>
>>24665249
>>24665289
Declaring Wolverine and X-23 as terrorists will have significant repercussions with those mutants allied with Xavier, and with Magneto.
If we do declare them as terrorists, that could give Friends of Humanity and their ilk more ammunition against mutants, which would only exacerbate the situation. Also it would alienate Xavier and his allies, causing more harm than good in our plans by making them active enemies.

I suggest that we simply inform Xavier that we have the two in custody while we go through the proper paperwork. As a personal favor to him, we let Scott Summers go, but due to the medical conditions of Logan and X-23, we will need to run medical tests on them. He is, of course, welcome to either have himself or another of his X-Men observe the tests to make sure that they are benign.
>>
>>24665289
I'd suggest we leave the anti-magic module off our own armour. Things get damaged in battle, and the last thing we need is that being stuck in the 'on' position at a critical juncture. Good for the doombots though, see if we can't convince our enemies that we are immune to magic
>>24665290
And destroy her skills? Or worse, risk her memories returning, as they have so many times to her father? Convince her through the power of DOOM! Not by trickery
>>
>>24665257
DOOM appreciates your thoughtful gift. This gift shall eventually be repaid.

I'm going to reiterate some points I made in the last thread.
1. Okay so we have Wolverine and X-23 in the dungeon. Wolverine is free to go when he apologizes to us. Otherwise, he gets to hang out with Deadpool. We should offer X-23 medical treatment and asylum, and promise her that she can live a normal life if she wants to. She can hang out in Latveria proper, or can move to Mars when the colony is done. If she rejects our offer, we should let her go.

2. I don't think we've heard back from Xavier. We've been straight up with him, and Cyclops has probably been talking up the project to him. DOOM shall accept his apology. We still want his support. We can use Magneto to help us convince him if need be. Though that doesn't mean that we won't shame him a little for that little stunt.

3. Martian Magic. Morgan is probably busy starting things up, but we should still both work on researching how Mars impacts the use of magic. If it can help in terraforming, great.

4. So we've found our resources for Martian terraforming, and we're waiting on our shipyard in the asteroid belt to be finished. Once that happens we should start in earnest.

5. How is our intervention in Syria going?

6. We ought to work on upgrading the Doombots in the manner we noted at Namor's tournament.

Lastly, we should see Valeria off to her first day of school. Perhaps with breakfast.
>>
>>24665290
I don't think that would be a good idea because A: it would almost certainly be to obvious and could lead to a tarnished reputation and B: her mind is enough of a mess already I mean what are we some two bit Dictator who requires brainwashing to be loved or are we DOOM!
>>
>>24665290
More right than you know. Last thread I think the overwhelming opinion was to 'clean her brain' of all the programming she had endured and rebuild her into a functional member of society.
>>
>>24665349
Now now we wouldnt disclose such delicate profiles to the public would we? Give the info to shield and the U.n
>>
>>24665387
With therapy and the application of psychic probes after acquiring informed consent and the signing of waivers.
We shall provide her with what help she needs, but she must ask for the help.
>>
>>24665349
>He is, of course, welcome to either have himself or another of his X-Men observe the tests to make sure that they are benign.
Actually, I'd like both him and Hank McCoy to sit in, and to go over the scans we took of Cyclops' nerves. They are both Doctors themselves. Lesser minds though they may be, they can still appreciate the effort and elegance of Doom's work.
>>
>>24665387
>>24665414
This. She's been through a lot, and I think she's babysat Valeria a few times. Valeria's favor should be enough for us to render aid. Plus we might be able to get her for babysitting/bodyguard duty.
>>
>>24665414
The best hope for her would be a nice quiet life, somewhere just outside the capital, where no one has heard of her. We'll keep her a secret and allow her a peaceful life
And when she inevitable becomes bored of such a life, perhaps we can line up some suitable targets, or perhaps a position of guarding ourselves
>>
>>24665359
1. They are currently unconscious. Do I have your permission to awaken them?
2.Cyclops has been sent back to Xavier to deliver your request for a meeting. You may also take a more direct approach
3.Morgan may be busy teaching for the forseeable future. She seems to have taken to it readily. I suspect it is because it is a situation similar to what she is used to in her own time
4.Yes sir. I estimate the resources should be collected within 2 weeks
5. The Peacekeeping operations have been a complete success. Several bombs have been defused, Citizens healed and damage has been rebuilt. Whilst fighting is still happening in some areas, it should peter into a ceasefire after some time
6. Increased armour is currently being fitted to all Doomknights
Of course, sir. I shall book a place at the local diner. I believe she prefers pancakes and pulp free orange juice
>>
I think we should just start by running them through some standard psychiatric evaluations and the like. But we can't keep them against their will, because Doom did give RICHARDS his word.
>>
Multi-task. Make the interrogation of prisoners a ceremonial affair.
>>
>>24665496

Nah, he bit that off ages ago, when deadpool was there. He's fine now
>>
>>24665783
Even better, when we have a moment we will go back and learn the art, so we can bring it back. Does LITT have a history programme? We could preserve knowledge that was thought lost
As for Wolverine: "Manners cost nothing Logan, but open many more doors than even your claws can open. And I would like a blood sample, to analyse. You may have my word I will not clone it, one of you in my castle was quite enough
>>

"Very well, Logan.
"Lucia was designed to be an aide and to interact with people; I have found through personal experience, and the fine robotics researchers of Japan whom I worked with will attest, that in such matters people tend to react better to a female gendered robot.
"What would have been better, making a mold of Arnold Schwarzenegger?"
>>
>>24665783
Lets go back to the past and find us an engraver, we must doom around in STYLE. And maybe we should just do two for one and magically engrave the armour by something supernatural or norse.
>>
>>24665783
>You gone soft or something?
Should I call Mr. Wilson back for another interview, this time for the Spring Special?

"Valeria is perfectly fine. Better than fine, I am taking an active role in her development as a person, while her father often left her to languish and squander her potential. I have indulged her whims, and guided her into using her mind creatively and constructively. Did you know she designed the new school? Or that she's already begun inventing? She's started with a new type of condiment, and anti-gravity technology. Rather impressive for her age. I wish to see her flourish to the full extent of her abilities, while Richards would keep her around as a trophy, an interesting nick-nack he can brag about. She has the potential to change the world, to improve the future. That's not something I'm willing to see go to waste."

"Similarly, while you may be well beyond salvaging, your young female clone is not. With her permission, and the agreement of Doctors Xavier and McCoy, I would like to begin repairing the damage done to her mind, so she does not become more like you, over time. Someone thought it was a good idea to turn a little girl into a weapon. I will turn the Weapon into a young lady, and whomever did this to her I will turn inside out. I have a soft spot for children. "Laura, your mind is a hodgepodge of conditioning and false memories. I am offering you therapy, both conventional and magical, in putting your mind together in a more cohesive whole. You are free to accept or reject this offer. If you wish it, and I would recommend it, Dr. Xavier and McCoy may attend your treatment."

"Indeed, I think you are somewhat of a role model to laura. In exchange for your co-operation, I am prepared to offer you something. Its my understanding that you don't remember who you are, entirely. I just so happen to have a time machine that can view the past without changing it. You should think about that, before trying to make me your enemy again."
>>
>>24666241
>I like how you've all made Doctor Doom less like Doom and more like /tg/.

An unfortunate side effect of playing doom as run by a council of poseur fanboys, instead of the writers and hardcore marvel nerds.

Its mostly on track, and I for one like the "I'm GOING to improve the world - whether you like it or not" doom more than some of the recent/dumb/sadistic revisions of him
>>
>>24666241

This is how I'm interpreting the logic behind DOOM's moves.

On an individual capacity, there is no doubt that DOOM is RICHARDS superior. However he has this annoying tenancy to be supported by friends and family. If that is what it takes to beat RICHARDS will we strip them from him. Leave him alone, in the cold, and unloved by the world. DOOM shall rally the world behind his cause. DOOM shall rule this world without the firing of a single shot. They will beg for our rule. When the world has abandoned RICHARDS and his foolishness, we have already beaten him. We will leave him alone and bitter to the end of his days. Death is far too good for him - a lifetime of bitterness and regret followed by an unmarked and unsung grave is the only thing that is suitable for him.
>>
>>24666152
>The world doesn't need more weapons, Mister Logan
Sounds nice, but is patently false.
We KNOW that the Skrull Empire and the Kree are out there, as are any number of other galactic and intergalactic threats, not to mention inter-dimensional ones.
We know that weapons are needed to safeguard the future of Humanity, of all of its branches.

Don't let pretty words blind you to the harsh reality.
>>
>>24666289
>"I'm GOING to improve the world - whether you like it or not"
That's what we're going for. We're smarter than the rest of the world. We can PROVE this. Latveria's economy and lack of crime, Doom's technology and magic, these are things no other government has matched or exceeded and only a handful of private citizens can compete with. Doom is the logical choice to rule the world because he's the only one on the planet who can do it well. But nobody ever wants to listen, nobody wants to be told that someone else is smarter, or be told what to do. So Doom has to force the issue for their own good. Much like being the parent of a particularly dim child who insists on licking the stove, you HAVE to take control and discipline them firmly, for their own good.
>>
>>24666152
"Well, I don't doubt that. Guy's probably got a bigger ego than you. Didja know he's part of the "Illuminati?" I heard him on the phone with Charles. Plus those hoverboards are sweet."

"...What do you mean? I don't want to be tested on again" Says Laura
>>
>>24666365
"An understandable position young lady. Though please keep my offer in mind. But, even without testing I can give you a normal life. I will place you under my protection, and you can live as you choose here in Latveria. I know Valeria would be pleased to have a familiar face around."

At this point Laura should be free to go, whether she takes our offer or not.

"Now Wolverine, tell me more about this...Illuminati."

Lucia, please retrieve some beer for our guest. I feel like he will be much more pliable with it.
>>
>>24666347
Fair enough. Amend it to 'The world shouldn't need more weapons like You, Mister Logan. You cannot possibly want more children to suffer like Laura, or poor Dakken.'

>>24666365
>"...What do you mean? I don't want to be tested on again" Says Laura
Not tested, my dear. Fixed. The triggers your handlers used to make you kill? I will rease them. The constant paranoia that eats at your mind, keeps you from sleeping or trusting anyone? I will ease it, allow you to interact with other people your own age the way they interact with each other. No danger, no threats, no fear or hate. But I can only do this with your permission."
>>
>>24666365
"No tests, no experiments. Just healing. Your body can repair any wound, but your mind is as scared as any I have seen. I simply want to help"

I lol'ed. Well if we blow apart his door we should at least hand whoever comes to respond to the front with some cash. Or we can have a door made and installed by a doombot or two.
>>
>>24666870
Eh? Im more for the Rorsarch way of things and you know what these peoplw are SUPOSSED to stand for , you know truth and Justice and that jazz
>>
>>24666870
Lets send some feelers out to our 'friends' on this council. Black Panther might need some convincing, but it could be the start of normalising Latveria-Wakandan relations. Strange might be willing to give us a chance, as could Namor and Black Bolt. Xavier owes us a favour, lets lean on that when we return Logan. Stark and RICHARDS! are the main issue, but I believe they will bow down if outvoted
>>
>>24666930
Hold off on requesting Namor's presence; we shall take the phone call now.
>>
>>24666930
Phone Call, then after we're done call in Namor

would be rude to have him waiting while we're on a call
>>
>>24666930
I guess we'd better answer the phone.

Surely DOOM has caller ID- who are we talking to?
>>
>>24666930
We should invite Namor for a brandy in our study where we can discuss such matters in a civilized manner.

I don't have to be psychic to know that Xavier is on the other line. Let's see what his explanation is.
>>
>>24666954
Can't we just placate Stark with good booze and a night on the town in the Latverian Red Light District?

We could totally potentially bro it up with SCIENCE while both of us subtly insult eachother right?
>>
>>24667040
He might be on the wagon. Which would mean that knocking him off might be a good way to destabilize the Avengers for a bit.

Here's some Latverian humor for you - What is the difference between Tony Stark and Doctor Doom?

One is a self absorbed narcissist who wastes his talents on petty individual problems instead of actually fixing things, and the other is our glorious leader.
>>
>>24666963
You pick up the phone. Valeria is on the other end.
"Hello? Uncle Doom? I was wondering if you had fixed Mr Robot yet? I feel safer with him there, and this new room is pretty scary. I know I made it, but I haven't been away from other people for so long"

Wolverine says something about the SHIELD helicarrier and a conference room, before tapping the Keg proper

I escort Laura to a new room, and give her permission to use the room service. She seems happier than she was in the dungeon, at least

>>24666979
Cyclops shall return shortly. I believe he may want to speak in person
>>
>>24667040
I think he's given up alcohol this month, but the night on the town might still work. As for the subtle insult part, we're both geniuses incased in armoured suits of our own design. This will swiftly dissolve into a technological dickwaving contest, you can depend on it
The trick is, to win
>>
>>24667040
I don't think Latveria has a red light district. Guess we could go to amsterdam or something though
>>
>>24667111
We don't even have a Doom Vegas?

Latveria is a pretty clean country
>>
>>24667092
Drat! I was wrong. We can fix Mr. Robot after dealing with Namor, but I say we go tuck her into bed personally to comfort her.
>>
>>24667040
>Latverian Red Light District?
Does Latveria even have one of those? Or has Doom advanced his people's culture beyond the need for one?

>>24666979
>We should invite Namor for a brandy in our study where we can discuss such matters in a civilized manner.
Agreed.

T'Challa doesn't like us, but I think we can find some common ground. Stark and Richards will fight us tooth and nail. We have cordial relationships with Black Bolt and Strange, and Namor should be our biggest supporter. Xavier is on the fence right now. We'll see how he apologizes for this little gaffe.
>>
>>24667131
I'm pretty sure we have a red light district, its just a damn sight cleaner than the usual ones, modeled after Amsterdam. After all, these things will occur anyway, might as well control them and tax them appropriately
>>24667092
Namor can wait, lets comfort Valeria for a bit first, then go see the Sea King
>>
>>24667092
"No, sweetie, I'm afraid Mister Robot is still a little bit broken. But I have a friend of yours here who wants to see you. You remember Laura?"
>>
>>24667131
Guess we have a theme park, but there's only like one city and 6 towns or something.
>>
>>24667092
You think its too soon to tell Valeria she has a friend over?

might as well tuck her in personally, and all-nighter for Mr.Robot

Do we have a personal means of magical transportation besides the Doomdoors? Is the margin of error enough that we could claim that we tele'd to the Helicarrier in a freak accident? [Although we could probably be called out on our Bullshit by Strange]
>>
>>24667092
"I shall have Mr. Robot repaired without delay. Be patient, my dear."

Lucia, have a new body for Mr. Robot created post-haste.
>>
>>24667219
Of course, sir.

>>24667191
It is not for me to say sir. They however do know each other, and Laura did express interest in the school, having a lack of formal education herself.

Your time platform has a teleport function out on necessity
>>
>>24667191
Doomdoors are science. A modified version of our Time Machine tech. The original could travel anywhere in Time or Space, we just dialed the time factor to a permanent NOW setting, turned the platform on its edge, and adjusted the aiming system to open doors to anywhere.

We should tuck Valeria in personally. Also, see about creating a modified version of the Doomknight Plushie we won for her at the amusement park. Some basic robotics so that it can march around and 'stand guard' or salute her on command should do. Consider marketing those, they could be bigger than Furby.
>>
>>24667191
Asking laura to look after Valeria (albeit in feigned embarassment) should do a damn deal of good in humanising us in her eyes and thus winning her over in the long term.

Also I suppose if we ARE going to crash the illluminate meeting we may as well chew them out for not taking full responsibility for their country like we have.
>>
>>24667297
> Teleport into the Helecarrier

"...The Year doesn't happen to be 1986 does it?"

On one hand, I want to see this, on the other hand, it'd be entirely inappropriate.
>>
>>24667303
Plus, they could have a pull tag for shouting propaganda!
>>
>>24667142
>>24667176

You'd think DOOMgirls would be a little too low-class

Armor Stripping... Pachinko and Slot Machines that say some witty DOOM thing when they hit it big

oh joy.

Game Parlors probably exist, in any case.
>>
>>24667331
I still think it'd be best to reach out to the Illuminati members individually first, or at least the ones who'd at least hear us out. If we crash the meeting with no fore warning it could be seen as an attack. Let them know that we know, and we can appear without starting a war
>>
>>24667308
Well, T'Challa, Black Bolt, and Namor HAVE taken control of their respective countries. It's Stark, Richards, Xavier, and Strange who are the hold-outs who insist on letting America destroy itself. Such a waste.

>>24667331
Better. Create an anti-virus program. Best we can. Port onto the Helicarrier and claim we're from 4 days in the future. Hand them a flash drive with the anti-virus on it and warn them that it's tailored for a specific version of a computer virus developed by Ultron to control Shield systems, and that hopefully we won't have to clean up their mess again. 'This is something you should be prepared for, I shouldn't have to save you."

>>24667371
No, just a "Don't worry, Doom will protect you." or "Sleep well, and know that your nightmares face their Doom."
>>
>>24667297
Now that our call with Valeria is done, invite Namor to the parlor for some brandy, in order to discuss certain international matters.
>>
>>24667430
For the record, if the dolls will talk, we can get a Doombot to voice them, or perhaps a cheap impersonator. I'll be damned if its our real voice in a child's toy
Teleporting onto the Helicarrier brings its own issues, least of which is hitting a moving target. Reach out to the individual members, before the meeting, and let them we intend to make an appearance. Then teleport a holo-sphere into the room and communicate remotely, or perhaps use magical projection to do the same
>>
>>24667303
>Also I suppose if we ARE going to crash the illluminate meeting we may as well chew them out for not taking full responsibility for their country like we have.

I'm trying to envision a good line and proper rebuking.
"It is my understanding that such an esteemed collection of great leaders was brought together to stop alien threats such as the kree and skrull empires. "
"And yet, you have nothing better to do than interfere. The affairs of DOOM are the continued survival and unity of mankind. "
"You can do better than this. You ALL can do better than this."
Then leave.
>>
>>24667506
I think Strange usually Astral-Projects to the meetings, so it can't be too tightly warded. We should be able to get in that way.
>>
>>24667486
Valeria seems satisfied, and wishes you a good night.

I shall ask Namor to join you. Do you wish to send Ms Laura to Valeria's room?
>>
>>24667541

We should turn our attentions to Namor.

If Valeria isn't asleep in 15 minutes, send Laura to check on her.
>>
>>24667522
Perhaps some respectful nods to T'Challa, Namor and Black Bolt
"While some of you have taken up the cause of defending your nation and doing what needs to be done, the rest of you have sat idly by"
Or something like that
>>
>>24667522
Too wordy. Drop a file docket on the table detailing some of the threats Doom has dealt with or tracked that they have done nothing about.
"If you're finally going to stand tall and shoulder the burden, then do a better job of it, or let me get back to work. I have enough to do without cleaning up your messes as well."
>>
>>24667541
We should probably ask Laura and then ask Valeria if she wants to see a friend

or the other way around

then maybe drink with Namor
>>
>>24667541
what no, just give her a room
>>
>>24667541
>Do you wish to send Ms Laura to Valeria's room?
We shall not send her to Valeria. Simply tell her that Valeria is in Latveria, and it is her choice to visit her.

Then let us speak to Namor about this Illuminati.
>>
>>24667588
We don't want her up all night and to tired to function on the first day of class.
>>
>>24667541
Ask if Laura is tired, or if she'd like to see Valeria before going to bed herself.
Thank Namor for his presence at the opening, it was a boon to LITT
>>
>>24667620
Yeah on second thought, we should just leave both of them alone, they're already placated.

Lets turn our attentions to Namor, Mr Robot, and maybe that thing with cleaning up the Ocean Pollution and whatnot
>>
>>24667586
The Skrull infiltration of Slovenia, and dealing with Syria's chemical weapons, are the only 2 situations we handled that the Illuminati haven't, though.

Nice and dramatic, but too bad your actions aren't based in what's actually happened.
>>
>>24667646
>Nice and dramatic, but too bad your actions aren't based in what's actually happened.

....Well, then, what OTHER threats can we handle that they haven't?

I don't think we need to PROVE we're capable of cleaning up their messes - the incident with the skrulls recently should still be fresh in their minds.
>>
>>24667569
Of course, sir. I shall work on her robot while you are in your meeting with him

He enters, carrying a laptop and watching one of Deadpool's interviews with Captain America.
"This is hilarious, Doom! Not something I'd want inflicted on me, but still. Anyway, you wanted to discuss something?"

Ah yes, Namor. Doom Thanks you for attending this ceremony. Would you like a drink?

"Certainly. Though I doubt you brought me here for drinks and praise. What did you want?!
>>
>>24667701
Best Korea Covert Invasion and disarment?
>>
>>24667733
First i need to apologize for neglecting to have the automatic solar powered ocean pollution cleaner i had planed for you ready and second we need to discuss the Illuminati.
>>
>>24667733
Lets work up to it. We should start by getting his input on Mars, getting any recommendations that he has, and updating him on the project status.

After that we can start up with the Illumanati stuff.
>>
>>24667733
illluminate? really, really,.... tell me who came up with that name I am dying to know.
>>
>>24667764
I'd suggest a covert destabilisation of their missile program, but the DPRK seems to be doing a good enough job of that by themselves. Perhaps provide some shield technology to the South, or better yet invest in that industrial park the South opened up. Talk to Beijing first though, it'd be polite to warn them before pissing in their back yard
>>
>>24667764
>Best Korea Covert Invasion and disarment?

... This sounds like a prefect opportunity to test the Skrullbots someone thought of a few threads ago.
Did we ever finish those?
Because they would be hilarious.
And doubly so because we can send them to infiltrate the skrull empire right back
>>
>>24667733
"Namor, it has come to DOOM's attention that you are a member of a secretive cabal that seeks to defend the Earth from extraplanetary threats to all inhabitants of our planet.
"While I commend your forward thinking, this group has yet to bring DOOM into their confidence; even moreso with Latveria's recent acquisition of advanced spaceflight."
>>
>>24667800
>Lets work up to it. We should start by getting his input on Mars, getting any recommendations that he has, and updating him on the project status.
>After that we can start up with the Illumanati stuff.

I am seconding this.

Instead of being somewhat hostile or demanding about it, the best thing we can do is build up to it and be openly inquisitive - the best outcome is for existing members to invite us into it.
>>
>>24667733
I was just wondering when I would get an invitation to the meating you, Black Bolt, and Tchalla have been having. I'm hoping my exclusion was merely an accident or oversight, and not a direct snub. Still, there are matters of grave importance i would speak of with you all.
>>
>>24667863
Yeh im gonna have to second that notion and the notion of testing our skrull bots and agents in best korea

>mfw i have no face for when kim jong turns out to be an absurdly fat scroll
>>
>>24667981
I like usurping Best Korea. There are serious atrocities going on there daily, and we can use it as a guilt trip on the rest of the world. Like, the prison camps there rival the holocaust. This is not an exaggeration or a fiction.
>>
>>24667800
>>24667798
"No matter, I'm sure that you'll get round to it. What are a few more days worth?
"Very well. I wished to know if you had any more ideas on what may be required for the mars habitat."
"Oh yes, of course. I thought some kind of game to hunt would go over well, and I would let them build their own homes. Atlanteans feel the most connected to items of their own creation."
Of course. If they wish to build their own homes, then I suppose the habitat is already complete. I had another question.
"Well, go ahead."
"Mr Logan mentioned a secret cabal, one in which you were part of. Do you know anything of this?

Please roll above a 6 on a d20

>>
>>24668122
"Yes, yes, I'm sure that there are oaths that bind you from speaking of it with those not initiated in its secrets; I would do the same.
"However, I merely wish to point out that we are both working towards the same goal of protecting Earth and its peoples from alien invasion and galactic threats. It would be better if this cabal of yours worked with DOOM on such matters."
>>
>>24668122
Perhaps I could....illuminate you? It has come to my attention that yourself, Stark, the damned fool Richards, Xavier, T'Challa, Strange and Black Bolt have formed some form of secret society. Now, what would 7 leaders of their respective skills have to discuss, this soon after a Skrull infiltration?
Or perhaps you've just formed a book club

"I didn't take you as one for conspiracies, or one for trusting the lies of drunken lunatics you have trapped in your basement. I think I shall return to my home, Doom. I feel as though you have shown a lack of trust I thought we had gotten over. Goodnight, Doom.

He has left the paper on your desk

They trust me the least, and I am sure Reed is tracking me somehow. If you can, go to the conference room on the SHIELD helicarrier at 1800 tomorrow. Clearly, telling them I told you this will be a bad idea for everyone

Who leaves Atlantis off the maps?
Who keeps the Martians under wraps?
WE DO, WE DO
wow, that actually works
>>
>>24668310
Hmmm i suppose however many of the previous threads have been an effort to subvert that, but i suppose not acting on our knowledge (yet) could level results.

However i would like it to be noted that i am wholly against joining the Illuminate as such groups can be fragile and poisnous at the best of times.
>>
>>24668320
This is true. And also an unacceptable state of world affairs.

Many of these conflicts have no real good guy. But in the instances where there is a legitimate government trying to put down unsavory elements (the more violent drug cartels, human trafficking, armed militia groups) we should offer them our aid. We can point to our intervention in Syria as a proof of concept.

The UN might get pissed off at us for undoing North Korea, but we can just claim the moral high ground and probably suffer minimal repercussions - even from the Chinese. They seem to be getting equally annoyed with the current regime.

Though reunification will put an enormous strain on South Korea. We can offer them appropriate aid when the situation arises.
>>
>>24668421
I recommend teleporting in nearby, crashing through the door, and say "RICHARDS. VALERIA DESIRES THE BOOKS SHE LEFT AT HOME".
>>
>>24668421
We go there and make the time-travel claim. Tell them that we're from Tomorrow, and that some time during this meeting Ultron strikes and wipes out the helicarrier, and them with it, and that in this one instance, altering the past is acceptable. You've just 'saved their lives', putting them in your debt, and revealed that their best kept secret is already in your hands.
>>
>>24668421
Can we astral project into the meeting? That gets around the issue of boarding the helicarrier.
>>
Joining their secret club won't be a big priority

I hope this won't stain our Bro-status with Namor
>>
>>24668421
OK then
We send a note back thanking him for his attendance, and co-operation with mutual projects. Thats just vague enough to get the point across I think
As for getting aboard the Helicarrier at 6 tommorow, what's SHIELD's response time like these days? I haven't done some good old fashioned villainy in a long time
>>
>>24668458
Not books. Stuffed animals.
>>
>>24668464
Alternative is to hack into the Helicarrier and broadcast into the meeting. Strange may put up wards.
>>
>>24668458
this is a hilarious plan.

>>24668463
na someone will call BS and be right,

>>24668494
this
>>
>>24668494
I estimate that they would have at least some guards on the door, and perhaps some automated weaponry. I reccomend increasing forcefield output, and perhaps having Ms le Fey assist with some magical wards.

I have completed Mr Robot's repairs. Ms Valeria was most delicate in removing his head in the correct way, so it was simple enough to give it a spare body
>>
>>24668440
>The UN might get pissed off at us for undoing North Korea, but we can just claim the moral high ground and probably suffer minimal repercussions - even from the Chinese. They seem to be getting equally annoyed with the current regime.
I honestly think it's Kim Jon Un's attempt to 'suicide by cop'. By law and culture, he's not allowed to countermand or correct his father or grandfather's orders, he can't change anything that needs changing because it would disrespect his ancestors, and because by law he's only 'leader pro temp' until his grandfather rises from the dead. So his only honorable option is to pick a fight and lose, letting the victor take over and fix his family's mistakes. America can't go in because of China, and China can't go in because of America's connection to the south, so the North has to keep getting more and more aggressive until a major nation takes them down.
Latveria can be that nation.
>>
>>24668545
Oh man, we could overthrow their leadership, and say that we'll allow reunification after we have restored the infrastructure of North Korea - but until then it will be a Latverian protectorate.

This makes no one happy, but sounds like a reasonable and generous offer. It also gives us a foothold in Asia.
>>
>>24668545
>suicide by cop
With our command of magic, we can enter his dreams, and actually ask him what he means to accomplish with his antics.
"Come on, this is just a dream, after all. So why are you doing it?"
And we can oblige.

But then again, the Marvel universe DOES have magic, and a real afterlife; maybe he actually believes the propaganda.
And since magic is real (we built a college for such), is he crazy for believing in his grandfather rising from the grave?
>>
>>24668545
It'd cause a bigger mess than it currently is, and piss off America, Russia and China in one fell swoop. The Eagle is falling but the Dragon and the Bear are on the rise, let's not piss them all off for something that will backfire horrendously. Instead, open talks with Japan and South Korea over missile defence improvements. If some of our Skrullbots need field calibration, then let them infiltrate the North's missile and nuclear programs, see what they have and report back to us
>>24668541
Perhaps. Or maybe we could contact Strange, or Xavier, by remote means. The more voices on our side, the better it'll be. Astral projection will remind them what power we possess
>>
>>24668625
Maybe not, but crazy for a whole host of different reasons. If we have to fight the reanimated corpse of Kim Il Sung I would be so happy.
>>
>>24668642
A line of 20 or so Doombots on the DMZ border could use their weapons and forcefields to shoot down the North's artillery shells if fired. A lot of DPRK weapons are aimed at civilian targets in the south. Doom does not approve of this, and has the technology to prevent such weapons from hurting anyone.
>>
>>24668541
Send Mr. Robot to Valeria. He shall stand guard outside her door.

Is Dr. Strange currently available to talk?

>>24668656
>fight the reanimated corpse of Kim Il Sung
Fight him and Kim Jong Il in a 4-way Mahjong battle, with the South Korean President on our side.
>>
>>24668642
In the end we are actually fixing the bear and the eagles problem so why should they be pissed?
>>
>>24668717
Because it is outside of their control. They don't like anything happening that they don't have a say in. Remember the tensions over the Berlin Wall?
>>
>>24668691
Even better, install some shield generators in Seoul, that way we can protect the capital and have a reason to install Doom-tech in one of the most technologically advanced cities on Earth
Moving foreign troops near the border could end badly, but I suppose we can offer mine clearers
>>
>>24668705
I shall attempt to, though he is a difficult man to locate.
Mr Robot has been dispatched

Is the general consensus for Astral projection or for arriving in person?
>>
>>24668717
>>24668738
First, we're not going to just hang a new sign on the door. We'll need to immediately open the borders to let in humanitarian aid. This whole thing will be proof that we're capable of turning a massive clusterfuck around. China still has a buffer between it and SK, the US doesn't have to worry about that any more, and we can open the place up for trade. Any amount of ill will we earn from them will be drown out by the fact that they let an insane dictatorship maintain a holocaust for decades, plus the goodwill we earn from the rest of the world.
>>
>>24668738
And remember how every economist was convinced that re-unification of the germany's would cause both to implode? Imagine if that was true, and then double the problems
We assist South Korea, but we don't intervene in the North. Infiltrate maybe, but no intervention
>>
>>24668738
Fair point but ending years of Regional tension and reunifying a country thats been seperated longer than cold war germany kinda makes us immune to any kinda criticism about over stepping the mark
>>
>>24668815
Person. It'll make more of an impact.
>>
>>24668815
Astral projection is probably easier. Plus saves us a trip.
>>
>>24668815
Yes, let us go for astral projection.
But before the meeting, I'd like to speak with Xavier, see if we can get his support.
>>
Can we make a round trip?
Go south to Africa, stop the Somalians with some Doombots, go to the Carrier, have a meeting, then round to North Korea, fix that shit, and then chill back in Latveria.
>>
>>24668815
Person. Probably while playing something like Pump it from a Ghetto blaster to ruin their super serious meeting
>>
>>24668815
Astral projection
Lets try and talk to Strange and Xavier in the morning. We need to talk to Xavier anyway, and appearing alongside Strange will strengthen our push for membership
>>
>>24668822
>>24668836
But what if everything they did was necessary as part of a ritual started by Kim Il Sung, and they complete it, and Lich Il Sung rises from the grave and takes his rightful place as supreme god-king of North Korea, and uses his magics to turn it into a paradise on Earth?
>>
I'll takeoerson for 50 lucia
>>
>>24668913
We're not Wade Wilson. I think you've been watching his show too much.
>>
>>24668920
He would inevitably botch the ritual. Only Doom can wield such powers safely.
>>
>>24668920
That would be awesome. And then he would cower before DOOM, as all will.
>>
Person* i really need to sleep soon
>>
You know what we should do? Wait for them to start talking about us. If we can, time machine and plant a bug in.
As soon as they bring up a Hologram of Doom, teleport in seamlessly. Walk out of the hologram to scare the shit out of them.
>>
That's three each, unfortunately.
>>
>>24669003
At this point I say just roll some dice and let the fates decide.
>>
>>24669003

projection
>>
>>24669003

Person.
Getting magic-blocked by strange would fuck us up.
>>
>>24668815
Person. Do what >>24668987 said, since that's awesome.
>>
>>24668987
This. Set the Time Machine for ghost mode and a quarter-second into the past. Sit in on the meeting in its entirety, then when they all stand to leave, slip in and clear our throat.
>>
>>24669051
>>24669042
>>24669026
Gonna call it here and say person. You could always use a Doombot, of course.
>>24668987
If this is an idea people wish to use, may I suggest myself for the bug planting? I am, after all, expenable, and somewhat suited to stealth missions.
>>
>>24668987
Yeah hey this sounds fun
>>
What do we do if we can't teleport out?
>>
>>24669118
I can be down with this. We might be able to have Morgan scry. That might be easier than time machine stuff. Though once again, Strange might get tipped off. I'm cool with either way as long as it does the desired effect.
>>
>>24669114
Me, sorry. I am getting better a bit though
>>
>>24669161
We walk out like a Doom.
>>
>>24669161
Walk out. It's not like they can hurt us. Especially not strange, Thanks to Lucia
>>
Is everyone alright with the plan of:
Bug the room
Travel in using ghost mode time platform
Wait until you are mentioned
Step out when you are
???
Profit
>>
>>24669304
Indeed.
>>
>>24668987

This is fantastic. Combine with this, and we have a plan.

>>24669065
>This. Set the Time Machine for ghost mode and a quarter-second into the past.

I would vote against astral projection, just because we are leaving behind our armor and protections and we do not want to get involved in a 1 v 2 against strange and xavier.
If we project without our armor, it may also how our true face, which is unacceptable, since we leave worldly possessions behind - i think. Someone correct me if this is wrong
>>
>>24669174
>Me, sorry. I am getting better a bit though

If you have firefox, set it to remember passwords on 4chan - tripcode fields count, and its easy to overwrite it if you want to post anonymously
>>
>>24669334
Shit, forgot that they'd be able to see our face. That sucks
>>
>>24669304
Absolutely, that is an entrace worth of Doom!
Now, what time is it? And what else needs to be done?
>>
>>24669334
Do you know who we are? We're DOOM, we astral project with our armor.
>>
>>24669334
I think Astral projection works with your current clothes, otherwise the Illuminati are stranger than we though and are completely OK with Strange turning up to meetings with his cock out
>>
>>24669433
Namor shows up in a speedo and Richards will be in a skintight outfit. The whole thing's pretty gay.
>>
>>24669377
It is currently midnight. You promised Valeria breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, I can take care of all other matters until their meeting

>>24669356
Will do, sir
>>
>>24669487
And we WANT to walk into this sausage-fest?
>>
>>24669500
Sure, go ahead.
>>
>>24669503
If we do not, they will slander the name of DOOM!

Its a small sacrifice.
>>
>>24669562
Good thing there's 2 inches of titanium between us. We wouldn't want people thinking things.
>>
>>24669500
Then we should rest, in preparation for contacting Dr Strange in the morning. And then Professor Xavier
Should we hint that we intend to visit, or leave it a surprise?
>>24669503
Not going to lie, Marvel is pretty much a sausage fest everywhere. I'm still suprised that gay heroes are considering news. I mean, a bunch of spandex clad Mr Universe rejects slamming into each other? You could set it to pounding techno and sell tickets in a gay bar

Can't Doom pretty much decimate an army by himself?

Why does he need an army?

Why does he want one?

This is a joke.
>>
>>24669649
DOOM can only be in one place at once, unfortunately.
>>
>>24669649
I wouldn't want to have to kill everyone personally, even if I could. It'd be a massive waste of time, time we could be using to hate that prick Richards
>>
>>24669623
DOOM surprises are the best kind. So clearly, we should keep it a DOOM surprise

And on Marvel-tube, they have.
>>
>>24669623
I would say hint that we intend to visit.
This is going to ruffle feathers of erstwhile allies as it is.
>>
>>24669649
Oh crap, please tell me we're not amalgamating again! Those spines were fucking retarded
>>
>>24669623
I bet Richards is actually pretty fat and has to stretch into those abs
I mean, Doom being fit makes sense with the constant wearing of 300 pound armour
>>
>>24669728
Good point. Xavier first, we can drop it into conversation at the end, instead of saying goodbye "I'll be seeing, soon"
Strange is more difficult, we can't just ring from out of the blue
>>
>>24669785
This
>>
In the morning, you meet up with Valeria for breakfast. The proprietor of the diner is awed, and offers everything on the house, but you decline, and pay to better ensure the economic future of your people. You wish Valeria, and hope Morgan's lesson on wards won't have to come in useful in any recent capacity

When you return home, you are about to call when the phone rings. Xavier is on the line.

"Doom. I hope I don't have you at a bad time. I wished to apologise for the assault on your home and person. I did not know it would go the way it did, and in any case, it was a foolhardy and unwise decision to make. I hope that you can forgive me, Logan and Laura as you have forgiven Scott"

Sorry again, but I'll have to leave it here. I'll read all responses in the morning on the archive, and I'll be back same time tomorrow. Goodnight.

Its cool, I need some sleep as well tell the truth. See you tommorow
"Of course it was you Charles, who else would ring before I pick up the phone? Logan has apologised and is free to as he wishes. Laura <sigh> Laura is a troubled girl, and I have a place in my heart for those with difficult childhoods. I have offered to help her, and would like your assistance as well"
See what he says, and we'll pick this up tommorow
And I just wanted to post this all thread, so here goes
>>
>>24669938
"Xavier. While I am disappointed, your apology is accepted. DOOM's offer of cooperation of a Mars homeland for mutants is still open to you. "Logan has already apologized for his reckless behavior, and he is free to go.
"Laura, on the other hand, requested asylum in Latveria, and DOOM has granted it. The proper paperwork has been signed and filed, and she is currently looking to enroll in one of Latveria's institutions of higher learning.
"You are, of course, free to speak with her and confirm that she made this choice of her own free will. Access to her will not be restricted, though if you plan to visit her personally using your School's plane, please file a proper flight plan ahead of time. International aviation laws exist for a purpose, after all."

These. Definitely. Add in a comment about a suggestion that future infiltration missions should feature actually sneaky individuals, like Nightcrawler or Kitty Pride. Logan and Laura are sneaky by human standards, but Doom's tech senses them easily. It would have been much more effective, and slowed response time considerably, had Doom's security had to chase bouncing phantom signatures and random energy fluctuations in the castle's power grid as Miss Pride slips between floors. These are basic tactical decissions that he should take into account. Pardon the metaphor, but one does not send a howitzer (cyclops) and a chainsaw (guess who) to do the work of thieves. Even Mister Lebeau would have been a better choice.

Ever seen the GoodGuyGreg meme? We need a GoodGuyDoom.
>Admonish someone for doing something they shouldn't.
>Give them advice on how to do it better next time.
>>
>>24670426

Not just that, but we need to imply that planning such an attack obviously failed because we were not involved in the consulting of said attack
>>
>>24670426

.... we should add a Fake Cast to our Doom Armor for this.

Like.

We don't NEED it. Our healing magic more than makes up for it. But adding an obviously artificial, yet modeled after real one to our armor lets our enemies know that they tried to hurt us - and failed.
Its a public statement, not so much an actual need.
Might be worth considering.

On one hand, doom knows no weakness! On the other, showing a little may lead people to assume we're breaking our steriotypically villian facade a touch. We may also want to remind them that Villian is a word other people attribute to doom's greatness, not one we ourselves chose.

DO keep in mind that we are on the top of shield's most wanted list. we MAY want to send a doombot in our stead when we perform our stunt on shield's helicarrier.

>>24670426
I especially like the comment on the howitzer and the chainsaw
