You are Doctor Victor Von Doom, Ruler of Latveria, Rightful king of the world, Master wizard and genius scientist.

You are in your unnamed Asteroid prison. You are currently reading the mind of the Skrull captain

Your armies stand at:
90,000 Servo-Guards
100 Doombots
100 Doomknights
1100 Silent stalkers
100 Time bots
1 Battle CDC
Please inquire as to any confusion with the different types

Finances stand at $18 billion dollars. Your new currency seems to be on the rise, being worth around $2.85 to one Latverian Victor
In addition, you own a controlling percentage in Porsche and Mercedes Benz
The colonies on Mars are thriving. The atlantean habitats are complete, and the mutants homes are now completed. Magneto has begun to move his people.

Current allies are Molecule Man, Morgana le Fey, Deadpool and Magneto. Namor is also your friend, but does not respond well to orders, and X-23 may become a valuable asset if treated correctly

You have several goals, including:
Rescue mother from Mephisto
Defeat Reed Richards and friends
Take over the world
Establish other interplanetary mining colonies

Short term goals include:
Extract Skrull information
Go to UN meeting

Previous threads can be found here, as long as it actually begins to function again

Information from the skrull Captain based on
We need to find out:
What was his ship's mission?
What is the Skrull Empire here for?
What is the political state of the Skrull Empire?
What is the infiltration state of Earth?
is the Skrull Empire planning a full-scale invasion?
What is their timetable?

His ship's mission was to discover the fate of the non-dead skrulls that weren't receiving orders
Full invasion, and destruction of the native populace
Recent successes against other inhabited worlds have sparked new nationalist feelings, and most are accepting of the invasions of other worlds. Obviously, some are not, but they are the minority
Most African nations with stable governments are infiltrated, as is most of south America and Australia. They have found it difficult to adapt to asian environments
Yes
After repair on the main fleet, refitting and training, a full invasion is expected in 3 months
>>

He is in a coma after sustaining a significant injury at the hands of a doombot. It is unknown if he will survive, as we know little of skrull physiology, sir

okay the fact most Africa is Skrulled is a concern, Here's my Idea for dealing with it

>Build lots of Stalker-Bots with Skrull Scanners
>Infiltrate the U.N
>Covertly scan U.n diginatries and staff
>find Skrulls and Sedate them while Showingo ff our ship
>Glorious World-wide praise to DOOM!!!!

either that or its a total disaster
>>
>>24863726
Use him as an opportunity to learn Skrull biology
>>
>>24863699

We should definitely start work on a Skrull stealth scanner, and armaments/defences on Mars. I don't know what we should do about Australia and South America. Maybe institute a hidden area Skrull Scanner into the suit to scan all members at the UN, see if they have any diplomats that are still human.

Our first goal is defense of Mars, and Latveria. We can come to the aid of other nations and the world once we are more than sure our assets and citizens are safe.

We should begin construction of a series of factories on Mars to help build up our fleet quicker, as well as more servo-guards and Doombots and the like. If this is a full-scale invasion, we'll need more troops.
>>

The ship should have a ship's doctor. Check the prisoners. And ask the 400 in Latveria if they have the medical expertise to heal this damage.

Begin going through our archives. See what kinds of apocalyptic research we have on file. Anything that could wipe out all life on a planet if handled poorly. We probably have one or two annihilation scenarios we never pursued as we never wanted to wipe out Earth, but it'll be nice to have a Mutually-Assured-Destruction weapon on-hand to aim at Skrull planets if they really want to get serious. We should have a planet-cracker or two sitting around somewhere See if we can duplicate the Ultimate Nullifier. IF Galactus Fears it, and Richards can copy its technology, we should be able to knock it off as well.

>>24863956
You inform the skrulls that they will be well treated if they submit to your rule. Many, fearing execution for their failure, volunteer to join you. Some do not, such as the ship's quartermaster, and the Cooks, but the majority do
You gain +240 skrulls! They will need to be tested for loyalty, however
>>
>>24864014
Test them for loyalty.
I expected the Quartermaster to resist, but the cooks?
Check the cooks for specialised commandos and political officers.

Have the automated shipyards in the asteroid belt redouble their efforts.
Also, send survey ships to identify the space warp linking the Sol system to the Andromeda Galaxy. We will set up space defense fortresses around the warp link.

Begin production of another 500 Silent Stalkers with Skrull Detectors, and another 10,000 Servo-Guards with 10 Doombots, Doomknights, and Time Bots.

>>
>>24864142
Yes, spend the money, and cast a time dilation spell upon the foundries for the Doombots and Servo-Guards, and upon the shipyard in the Asteroid Belt.

We will also don our Engraved Armor for this occasion.

Is it time for our meeting with Morgana yet?
>>
>>24864180
They will want joint control of the produced servo-guards and Doombots, which is unacceptable.
>>
>>24864155
Might work. I think the strip-mining thing has merit. If we can adjust a portal to open, enclose an area, then transport the enclosed area remotely to somewhere else, we could literally steal chunks of a planet's core and add them to Mars', stripping away the magnetosphere of Skrull worlds and rendering them unlivable while working to terraform Mars.

Or use the time-travel trick again, sending self-replicating doombots into the pasts of uninhabitable worlds in Skrull-controlled systems, then summoning them as a standing army when needed. I hate to use time travel and portals so much, but if they want to declare war on us, we need a powerful deterrent to make them reconsider.
>>
>>24864180
This may be possible after the UN meeting, sir
Also, now that the Mutant habitats are completed, Money can now be earnt through the space mining
>>24864216

It does not have to be part of the main show, but part of their complete interview segment on their website.
The crowdsourced attention to Richards' interruption will have far more traction than if it was left in.
Left in, people may think it was staged.

Our automated space-mining and asteroid ship-yards have proven effective. We should expand them to include the manufacture of other things.

Mining our own raw materials and self sustained, automated labour really cut down on costs.

Lucia, see to the construction of new robot foundries at our ship-yard site. They will provide increased Doombot production for a fraction of the cost.

>>
>Most African nations with stable governments are infiltrated, as is most of south America and Australia

I don't think any of us want a long drawn out Skrull hunting mess.

I recommend we plan a single, coordinated Alpha Strike.

Dispatch stalker units to observe the parliament/congress/government building of each of these countries. Have them I.D. and tag all confirmed Skrull.

Once we've got a positive I.D and location on most/all of them. Strike at all of them at once.

Don't give any the chance to sound the alarm or go to ground. I want the last Skrull stunned and bagged 30 seconds after the first one hit the ground.

Our entire infiltration problem will be dealt with in a single operation.

>placing dispel wards in all the doorframes
"A general dispel ward would have its draw-backs. Perhaps if we designed something more specific? A ward designed to work on extra-planar entities only?

Ourselves could pass through without trouble, but anything not of our dimension would be dispelled and sent back where it came from."
>>
>>24864512
Seconding this also can i get some opinions of this >>24863834

As much as it might annoy us, we should share the scale and the timetable of the infiltration with the Illuminati. It will help the planet prepare for the oncoming invasion, plus it will place everyone in our debt. Plus it will drive RICHARDS nuts.

That second plan is a total disaster waiting to happen.

Query: Do we have any idea what Taskmaster is doing in this verse?

He was always reliable for being a training consult/reliable mercenary like Deadpool

perhaps we can give him a lucrative contract for fitness videos?
>>
>>24864608
Our own armour plus our security escort can be equipped with Skrull detectors and scan the crowd during our visit.

Also, we can have Skrull detectors mounted on the ship. It can observe the building from above while it's there.

I don't think we should move against them there, just I.D. them and take them out all at once in a controlled environment. We do NOT want to start a shoot out in a building full of world leaders.
>>
>>24864506
>Morgana
"I do not believe that you would require such charms to be anything short of breathtaking beauty.
"But I do see how dispel wards could be troublesome. Perhaps containment wards and binding wards meant to bind and neutralize extra-planar entities built into the classrooms would be more palatable?"

>Putin

You enter the alien vessel, and head to the bridge, which has been tastefully refitted following the firefight. The controls have been replaced with more conventional equipment, and you find it easy to fly to the UN headquarters in New York
You park above the building, the ship staying invisible
Once inside, you are directed to the main conference hall. They appear to be discussing SHIELD's successes in Eastern Europe

>>24865235
Yes, sir. I shall continue with this task.

>>24865243
Of course, sir. Whilst Richards has rather pettily blocked all communications from eastern Europe, I sent a copy to Oleg to post for you

>>
>>24865428
"As a side note, I recommend NORAD and SWORD upgrade their detection capabilities.
>>
>>24865401
Sending a silent stalker around the room, it would appear that the Brazillian delegate is a skrull.

>>24865428
The meeting goes on, praising director Fury for locating the skrulls in Russia before it was too late, and for clearing out eastern Europe so efficiently. Matters soon change to SWORD, and to Ms Brand's incapability.
>>
>>24865349
Is it worth blowing open the roof, coming down, and yelling " Doom found this close to one of Doom's colonies. What a "Success" SHIELD and SWORD are doing?
>>
>>24865480
Let's listen to some of the criticisms of S.W.O.R.D. first.
Then we will weigh in with how their lapses in monitoring and patrols resulted in the loss of a Latverian mining ship, and we had to handle the situation ourselves.

We should not out the Brazilian delegate yet, or say anything about the greater Skrull threat. We need them to think they've gotten away with hiding, until we have all of our pieces in place.
>>
>>24865482
I don't think blowing the roof off would go down well, no
>>
>>24865480
"Yeah, she really needs to upgrade her detection capabilities. You could park a skrull battlecruiser over the UN building and she wouldn't notice. On a related note, who wants a tour of my new diplomatic conveyance. I parked it right above the building."
>>
>>24865530

>>
>>24865567

They are mostly criticising the lack of effectiveness, and are debating either increased or reduced funding.

>>24865567
"I don't think we have the time to see your new toy, Mr.. ah, Von Doom"
>>
>>24865567

Also mention that shied is not much better but there are security issues in demonstrating it.
>>
>>24865480
Okay, once it's our turn to speak, we mention our advanced Skrull detectors and mention our work in eastern Europe that SHIELD seems to be claiming credit for.

Ask what measures the UN intends to take to /fix/ SWORD considering their epic incompetence.
*cue Brand standing up and objecting*
Then time for the big reveal! Decloak the ship.
"Then, Ms Brand. Would you mind explaining THIS!? I informed you of an alien vessel entering our system and you did nothing. It fell to me to intercept and capture it myself!"

Also, if/when it comes up. Be sure to mention the bridge took a hit and killed all the command crew and someone fragged the computer core, erasing most of the records.

We don't want to tell all the Skrull present we have info on them. That will completely fuck our capture plan.

We'll give the UN a full copy of our captured intel once all the infiltrators have been cleaned up.
>>
>>24865664

"The effectiveness of SWORD is not limited simply to its budget, but also its personnel.
"DOOM, and Latveria, demand an explanation for SWORD's ineffectiveness that resulted in the loss of a Latverian mining vessel.
"What more, it fell to DOOM to track down and neutralize this threat, which SWORD could not even detect. Even now, a fully armed Skrull battlecruiser can float above the United Nations Headquarters, cloaked and ready to rain destruction down upon New York City."
Now decloak the LSS Doom's Fist.
>>
>>24865701
Badly worded, clumsily executed, no dramatic flair.

>>
>>24865701

>>
>>24865755
hue.
We should ask to going at least SOME influence in SWARD.
>>
>>24865825
Yeah, but there should be like 100 of them listening to us. The odds that they all missed the implication has got to be pretty steep.
>>
>>24865728
Yes, me, sorry sir

>>24865755
You unveil the massive ship outside the window. There are audible screams from some of the more delicate members. The Brazilian delegate appears to be talking into something.

"Doom... What is the meaning of this?"
>>
>>24865949
"A small demonstration of the blundering incompetence that plagues the organizations that are supposed to be safeguarding this planet. After SWORD failed to act upon the information I gave them I took it upon myself to stop an intrusion of a hostile vessel. SWORD and SHIELD are either critically compromised or critically incompetent. This ship now belongs to Latveria and will safeguard her people from the invasion that is to come. And let me assure you, it will come."
>>
>>24865949
"A demonstration of the incompetence of SWORD. Do not worry, It has been captured and retrofitted by the Latvian Armed forces to serve as DOOM's diplomatic vehicle. I even filed the proper paperwork ahead of time. Also, could somebody knock out that skrull over there before he does something stupid?"
>>
>>24865949
Grab the Brazillian delegate.
"SHIELD and SWORD have not impressed Doom. This was undetected. This passed by a Latverian colony. You fools have no idea how deep the Skrull infiltration is, and how large the fleet is. Let it be heard. Skrulls control most of south america. This delegate is a Skrull. And within three months, Skrulls will either come and crush a pitifully unprepared Earth, or those who side with Doom shall stand beside me in the defense of earth. Make your choice."
>>
>>24866025
''Also the Brazillian Delegate is a Skrull''
>>
>>24865949
"This is the Latverian Star Ship Doom's Fist, a diplomatic vehicle of Latveria.
"It is a converted Skrull battlecruiser, the same one that attacked a Latverian space mining vessel, and which SWORD nor SHIELD could detect.
"What more proof do you require that we must redouble our efforts in Eastern Europe and Asia, if the Skrulls are sending ships such as this to Earth?
"Unfortunately their captain destroyed the ship's primary databanks before liquifying his own brain, and we have not been able to gain more information about their mission here, beyond that it is a raider and that it carried Skrull infiltrators."

The Brazilian Skrull infiltrator must be made to believe that we were fed false information by the Skrull crew, and that their infiltration schemes are still safe. That will make our alpha strike operation easier to carry out.
>>
If the Skrulls have Psi blockers, its possible that they have infiltrated SWORD. It would explain their incompetence.
>>
>>24864953
Morgan, please, she's barely more than a child. And given the extent of her conditioning and damage, I do not feel comfortable even considering the hypothetical. Do yourself a favor, scry into he childhood and see how she was raised, then tell me what you think of her.

>>
>>24866045
>>24866051
>>24866054
No, we don't do anything to the Brazilian delegate. That will cause all of the Skrull infiltrators to either bug out and go to ground or force their infiltrated nations to launch wars against each other!
By making the Skrull think that their infiltration operation is still safe, we keep them from making a move.
Are you all really this blind to basic consequences of actions?
>>
>>24866051

"And SWORD didn't even notice?"Says the delegate for Sweden

Ms Brand steps forward
"Victor Von Doom, I am placing this Ship under SWORD's authority."
>>
>>24866129
Make him think he is safe.

Feed the UN false info about destroyed ships logs and dead officers. "No intel could be gained."
>>
We will have SHIELD and SWORD build up their forces with the stated purpose of concentrating their efforts in Eastern Europe, Asia, and North America, based on intelligence provided by captured Skrulls.
This will lull the Skrull infiltrators into a sense of false security, as they will believe that their brethren fed the humans false intelligence in order to protect their real infiltrations.

We continue to have Silent Stalkers track and identify the Skrulls, and when we have them all, we launch a strike that will take them all down across the globe.
The Skrulls will have been so fixated on the big displays of SHIELD and SWORD troop movements, that they will be blindsided by our Doombots and Silent Stalkers.
>>
>>24866243

Hey guys, we need to take a step back and figure out how to defend against a Skrull invasion.

I'm assuming taping into a cosmic power is unavailable to us. The Illuminati controls the Infinity Gems, the cosmic cube is probably broken again. The Phoenix Force and Galactus will be more liabilities rather than assets against a Skrull invasion.

When facing an alien threat of overwhelming technological and numerical superiority, we have 4 trump cards. One, we have the forces of magic. Two, we have a time machine. Three, we have Valeria Richards on our side. And need I say lastly we have ourselves.

I say we establish a Cabal as a think tank to defend the Earth and the solar system in 3 months. I propose a Cabal of Doom, Morgan Le Fey, Namor, Emma Frost, Taskmaster, and Valeria Richards. Possible optional members: Black Panther, Magneto, Forge, and the Tinkerer.

Lucia, do the following:
At the appropriate times, contact each primary member of our proposed Cabal to convene and discuss how to best defend the earth.

Give me an inventory of our magical library and useful magics that would aid us.

Give me a report of the capabilities of out time machine and it's ability to form time bubbles or act as a bridge.

I'm assuming taping into a cosmic power is unavailable to us. The Illuminati controls the Infinity Gems, the cosmic cube is probably broken again
>>
>>24866243
Doom will hand over the vessel to SWORD, AFTER the United Nations discuss the reform of SWORD to better handle our solar system's defense. SWORD needs to be expanded such that more nations can contribute to mankind's defense!

>>24866321
>>24866323
>>24866288
Yes, But I was thinking You'd just hand it over, since you've been playing the good boy recently
"Making fun of him for doing your job is not a good idea, Ms Brand" The secretary general interjects
"But-
"I wish to call a vote. We shall direct some of SWORD's exorbitant funding to Latveria, in the hopes that they will provide other nations with the ways to build these defences. Please vote now"

>>24866350
No abnormal readings detected, sir.
However, an alarm has been tripped in Latveria, sir
>>
>>24866393
Actually, I believe your thinking is too confined.

The Kree and the Skrull can only attack us by taking advantage of a naturally occurring space warp in our star system.
Attempting actual intergalactic FTL would require years of travel.

Once we find the wormhole that is connected to the Andromeda galaxy, we can mine it, set up fortresses around it, and since it is out in space and unlikely to be that close to Earth or Mars, we can attempt a DoomPortal connecting the space warp to the Sun's corona. Millions of tons of plasma spewing out of the DoomPortal like a garden hose straight at the approaching Skrull fleet as it exits the space warp and before they can bring weapons or shields up.
>>
>>24866452
No we won't. Its ours. We might be willing to second it temporarily to SWORD, once we have a more amicable director.
>>
>>24866243
I'm afraid you don't have the authority to do that, Miss Brand. You denied its existence. You allowed one of my mining vessels to be destroyed. You allowed extensive infiltration of this planet. You failed to detect and apprehend the vessel. I did not. To the Victor goes the spoils, as it were. And even if I could trust you with this, your jurisdiction ends at earth's atmosphere. Only Nick Fury could make that request of me now. Rest assured that I will forward all pertinent intelligence, and the technologies to detect such vessels, to your office."

"I will begin fitting my Servoguard robots with skrull detectors and deploying them to any European nation which requests their presence. Hopefully everyone will make that request so as to allay suspicions. Now, to the issue at hand: ~Why~ is Doom the only individual on the entire planet that has made headway in this conflict? And why have I not been granted greater authority over the organizations whose jobs I am doing at my own expense?"
>>
>>24866468
>However, an alarm has been tripped in Latveria, sir

We are the first and final line of defense. Our might combined shall be the sole thing to save the earth. A mixture of big hitters and weaker people for skirmishes. Create a space base to defend the planet.

We are not Shield.
We are Aegis.
>>
>>24866493
That's the point, take over SWORD with a better director, than we look good by support SWORD.
>>
>>24866519

Psh, Small time. There's only one name for this team, one name for the group of people to protect earth from threats at home and beyond. That name is....

THE DEFENDERS!
>>
>>24866468
>However, an alarm has been tripped in Latveria, sir
Can we have an visual on that and what casualties it may have caused?
>>
>>24866393
1. We hack the cloaking tech so we can detect them coming when we need to.
2. We have anti-matter warheads. We will mine the outer system with missile drones.
3. We will increase production of our own ships.
4. We will build and launch stealth ships, carrying Doomportals and anti-matter war heads, to the Skrull empire.
5. If/when they arrive, we tell them we have arranged for M.A.D. If they don't sign a non-aggression treaty with Earth, half their empire becomes glow-in-the-dark-sand.
6. If they don't believe us, we nuke a few of their smaller outposts or something.
7. If they still don't get the message. We deploy legions of robots to the Skrull Throne-world via portal and take the Queen hostage.
>>
>>24866468

>>
>>24866519
I selected Emma over Magneto because of better ties to more mutants.

Deadpool will be a liability. Taskmaster can hire him anyways.

Strange will never work with Morgan.

Valeria is already very gifted. She can contribute much and we can use her as leverage against Richards (you dare oppose us? Say hello to your daughter)

>>24866548
FUCK NO! Every iteration of the defenders suck. What's wrong with the Cabal?
>>

>>

>A large portion of the kitchen has been destroyed, however.
Inform the Doombots to use non-lethal force.
Either one of Valeria's cooking experiments exploded, one of Laura's exploded, or Laura caught a whiff of her berserk-scent.
>>
Our plan should revolve around an old stargate staple, teleporting nukes into enemy ships. We could use antimatter warheads too if need be.
>>
>>24866643
Because this is a team with both Doctor Strange and Namor on it. We have to be the Defenders. Also the Cabal sounds too supervillain-y.
>>

>>
>>24866643

>>
>>24866683
I don't think that the DoomPortals can be calculated easily if both starting point and the destination are in motion relative to each other, unless the motion is very predictable.

"Secretary general, while Doom is honoured by your confidence and the nation of Latvaria will do its part to help her neighbours and protect the Earth, I believe that course of action would be ill-advised.

A significant amount of time and resources have already been invested in the SWORD program. Cutting their funding while leaving the same incompetents in charge would simply waste everything that's been invested.

I suggest leaving SWORDS budged intact but removing the problem. The current leadership.
While Latvaria would be happy to provide the UN member states with the defences you requested, doing so with only our existing infrastructure would be a slow process.

If I was placed in authority of the existing infrastructure and resources of SWORD, I could complete this task much quicker and more thoroughly.

*DOOM, head of SWORD!*

Also it is a good thing our prisoners are on mars. Also put the mars prison and colonies on high alert.

There's actually conflict of interest, what with DOOM being the sovereign leader of a nation, and SWORD supposed to be an international agency.
Not to mention, it's a sub-division of SHIELD.
It would make DOOM effectively a subordinate of Nick Fury; an intolerable situation.
Finally, this is something that DOOM would delegate to someone else; our time is more valuable and better spent creating Latveria's space navy.
>>
>>24867115
Don't name ourselves as head of SWORD. It would be too self-serving. Name a capable puppet to head SWORD. We name our AI Lucia to act as head of SWORD
>>
>>24867020
Actually, announce it. Pipe in the security feeds from our castle and put it up on a projector in the UN so everyone can watch our robots taking the skrulls down.

"Gentlemen, ladies, I have just received disturbing news. A skrull strike team has infiltrated my castle in an ill-timed attempt at either espionage or assassination. If you would like to observe how my security forces function, please direct your eyes to the screen."

Do we have a spell that conjures a bowl of popcorn?

Lucia, portal in troops from other locations. Also, what is the ETA on the Timebots from the castle? They should get there soon if their squad has already been defeated.
>>
>>24867372
Possible, but he has lived the majority of his life fighting in wars. He is smart enough to evade all attempts at capture, both governmental and super powered. Even Shield cannot track him accurately. He is ruthless, cunning, and motivated. He is a younger, angrier Nick Fury. Which is just what we need.
>>
>>24867432
Stark is a drunkard and so far, unwilling to cooperate with us. Plus he is pro-Richards. If he were to become head of anything, we must first be friends with him and deal with his alcoholism.
>>
>>24867503
He is also dedicated to his sense of justice, which would have him trying to kill us and many people in our employ. Taskmaster would be a better choice.
>>
>>24867470
>>24867484
Actually, I change my mind, and second Susan Storm. She is the diplomatic type, but also ruthless and powerful. This will also piss Richards off and force her to spend time apart from the F4, weakening the F4. And also, by generously supporting SWORD after appointing Susan, we divide the F4 even further.
>>
>>24867492
but he still has issue and cant be relied on.

Plus if we nominate Sue that will give her something worthy to do besides waste her life and talent as Richards house wife.
>>
>>24867503
Frank Castle is not a viable option. He would try to kill us and any other 'ex-villains' we employ.

We would be forced to put him down before the end of the job interview.

Supporting Susan Storm for new head of SWORD.

We'll probably have to replace a few of the command staff, not just Brand.

Lucia, begin work on that new AI unit and scout our Science & Engineering people currently working on the captured ship and asteroid base.

We'll end up merging many of our assets over time, it would be a good idea to set up some of our existing project heads in SWORD.
>>
>>24867648
we may also want to scan Sword [and eventually shield] personal for alien Dna
>>

Unfortunately, they hurl another surprisingly effective grenade at your doombots, destroying them both
Notably, they don't seem to use them on the servoguards
However, they are quickly stunned by a surprise attack from the servoguards, and are quickly detained

>>24867115
>>24867450
They seem somewhat moved by your speech, your demenstration still fresh in their mind. Some don't even bother to check before saying yes, whereas others seem to be on the fence.
After a while, the secretary says
"With a vote of 120 to 62, Latveria will replace Rwanda on the Security council, effective immediately"This is of course, unusual, but we thank the Rwandan Delagate for agreeing to this arrangement"

That'll be it for today, guys. I'm afraid I'm going on a larp, too, meaning I'll be away until monday. Hope this won't cause any problems. Once again, I'll read any ideas you write. Goodnight, and I hope you had a good 20th thread!

Namour would probably be creeped out by us making a robot in his image.

If you're hoping it would help him win Susan.... That would be like holding a picture of someone in front of a woman all day and expecting that to seduce her.

Just seeing his image won't get him the girl.

Also, creating a robot in the image of her daughter couldn't end well. I don't know what it would make her think, but it wouldn't be good.

Just make the new AI a pleasant and friendly femBot like Lucia.
>>
>>24867725
looks like we are a step closer to completing the task of taking over the world
>>
Hey guys, I figured out how to defeat the Richards, breakup the F4. Lure Sue away by getting her involved with SWORD, and deepen the rift by encouraging the whistleblower to bring up the abuse on Franklin. Also, schedule surprise holidays for Valeria so she can visit her mom.

Upgrade Mr. Robot to encourage Valeria to develop her magic to the point of reversing Ben's condition, and give Ben the impression that this would be impossible without Doom's influence. Grant Ben a high level security position or leadership of a superhero group. Maybe a squad leader of a SWORD fighter group.

For Johnny Storm, contact Osborn to engineer an increased number of attractive, nubile female villains to distract him and take time away from the F4. Make them easily "redeemable" by the human torch, if they can choose them over the F4.

(Wait, I just got a better idea. Program Lyja to be an anti-villain that can be redeemed by the Human Torch if he chooses her over the F4, thus breaking him away from the F4)

Without the F4, Richards will go man and operate outside his usual bounds. Once the world sees him as his true self, then the world will unite behind Doom against Richards!
>>
>>24868203
>Grant Ben a high level security position or leadership of a superhero group. Maybe a squad leader of a SWORD fighter group.
Dude's a pilot. All he ever wanted to do was fly. He can't fly regularly because of his rocky condition negating his manual dexterity. I say we hire him and put him in charge of the LSS Doom's Fist, or any major battle cruiser we construct for the purpose of defending Earth, after specially modifying whatever vessel to accommodate his size and strength. He's also a decent businessman who has leveraged his personal take of Fantastic Industries into a small financial empire with investments around the world.

> give Ben the impression that this would be impossible without Doom's influence
Wouldn't be hard, Richards even admitted that only Doom could develop a cure.

I do approve of giving Susan something to do outside the house, helping her build a life outside of her cage.
>>
I have to say, excellent 20th thread Lucia. Great quest and I always have a lot of fun with this. Enough that I ought to start giving myself a name. Anyway, have a great weekend, I look forward to thread 21.

...Victor Von Awesome maybe...
>>
>>24868203
>bring up the abuse on Franklin
yes we have put it off for to long I think the best use of it is to just tell Susan.
>Upgrade Mr. Robot
good yes
>contact Osborn
not for that but yes
>Program Lyja
much better that the babe hordes and doesn't actually require programing just simple discussion and her and his natures.

as for Grim we should develop an on of form control watch for him asap and let Valeria try and improve it later.
>>
We should push for Susan to become SWORD director and provide her with a robot to help her (read - tell her what to do), and have her "find" that evidence "totally on her own."
>>
>>24871883
NO pushing. She'll figure it out on her own. We may present her with an assistant, a less advanced version of Lucia maybe, to help her manage everything. It will be able to present her with any information we wish her to have, but leave her to her own conclusions. And it can present information in such a way as to guide her to conclusions we desire.

The hard part is going to be convincing the UN that she's the woman for the job. She has experience in cosmic adventures and handling 2 enormous egos, but that's a far cry from handling a war.

Honestly? I'd suggest T'Challa for the job. His people have been in a Cold War with the rest of the planet for nearly a century. He doesn't currently have an impressive military due to his country's small population. He's got the mentality, the competence, and the technical know-how. And it would start to build a bridge between us.

Susan... we should ask her what she'd like to do with her life. She has to have some ambition we can fulfill.
>>
>>24871883
>>24872488
I'm going to pull something out of left field, make Songbird the director of SWORD. Songbird has for a long time been Avengers caliber, and was only passed over because the editor at the time liked her, but thought that if she went into the big leagues she would be killed for storytelling reasons. Songbird has been and effective leader of the thunderbolts, and is herself a redeemed villain, and this wikll fit with our view on how we want to help those who have had problems in the past and make them able to be productive members of society.

If we don't have her heading SWORD, we should at least have her and other Thunderbolts as consultants for our redemption programs.
>>
>>24872747
Not a bad idea.

Speakign of villains, we need to contact the Mad Thinker. His Social Calculus lets him predict the actions, attitudes, reactions, and social trends of almost all conventional humans. We can use his help both as a propaganda/PR minister, and as a forensic sociologist to predict how Skrull behavior will differ from humans and help us pinpoint their meeting spots.
