Lelouch vi Brittania, the man behind the mask of Zero, has acquired power beyond anything a normal high schooler ever could have. Along with the Power of Kings, Geass, he now stands to challenge the world. Hiding his face, he has become a symbol of hope for the future.Behind him are the Black Knights, warriors for justice, and the man Nick Asplund, who's ties with the Power of Kings could shake the foundation of everything.

Last time! Robot legs! Rejecting NEETness! Bromanship! War Speeches!

"But Zero, we could put a float system on the Guren and trust Kallen to do this!" Minami protests.

"The Guren will also be outfitted with a float system, and will carry the responsibility of bringing the Avalon to the ground and assisting in the capturing Schniezel el Brittania. To their knowledge he has been abducted, and they will hesitate to attack him. That is the opening we need to create a miracle. And from that miracle, we will change the world. With Brittania's military in dissarray, the people of Japan will be able to rise up as one, and together with the Chinese Federation, we will force Brittania back, this loss will turn the tide and roll back their reach till they no longer exist."

"How can we trust the Chinese Federation? If Japan had resisted to the last, the Chinese Federation would have moved in and conquered us. Different owner, same leash."

"Do you doubt me?"

"It's just that your plans are... are..."

"Daring. No resistance force has ever succeeded against Brittania because they lacked that vital part. This is the only path forward, the only path to the throat of that corrupt empire. We will be relying on the Chinese Federations gunships to account for the difference in firepower after the initial attack has passed. Princess Euphemia will also be on this island. Her capture is of great importance." At the mention of her name, Suzaku forcibly twists his head to glare at Lelouch, before the geass turns him back. "Tomorrow! We change the world! Down with Brittania!"

"Down with Brittania!"

"Long live Japan!"

"Long live Japan!"

It seems Rakshata built an alarm into your body when she enhanced you, took you twenty minutes to figure out how to shut the damn thing off and by then you were wide awake at seven in the morning. More professional people are awake at this time of course, and the assault won't occur until about 0930, when Princess Euphemia's ship is scheduled to arrive on Shikine Island.

This is it. Everything is a bit ahead of The Scenario, but this will be the lynchpin of the revolution. Everything will be decided on this day. Win or lose, you will have marked history in a way you never could have before you donned the mask of Nemo. From the darkness of your battlestation, to commanding weapons of war. The impossible made possible through the grace of chance.

Spinzaku is the key to the plan: so we need to make sure he's in the right state of mind, Geass or no. Besides, it's not exactly impossible that we could be an accidental subject of friendly fire.

After that? Go to Zero. This is -way- out of our league, even with our Geass. We need to know what he needs us to do.

Suggest plan alteration to zero

It's clear that V2 has our memories of this incident, let's abuse this.

Begin by feinting an attack on the Tokyo military headquarters, V2 should counter by sending Schnizel to support, we then hit Schnizel with the original plan without whatever traps V2 has waiting for us on the island. No promises about the escort fleet though.

Ground units should retreat as soon as schnizel is on his way, else they'll be trapped between cornelia and schnizel's forces. On the flip side cornerlia can't support schnizel's aircraft leaving it wide open for the taking.

Tell Lelouch what we know about how this battle is supposed to go according to the Scenario. Then we must extrapolate what must have changed due to our destabilization of the Scenario, and how VV will have made this into a trap for Lelouch and CC due to his own knowledge of the Scenario.

Funny thing is we have a group of individualists who're looking to do their own thing. Consensus is hard with no hivemind.

That said, planning with Zero is a must. Need to figure out what he geass'd Suzaku with, and if we can (murder) acquire Euphemia.
>>
>>26178410

That's a good point. though seeing as he's here against his will in the first place it doesn't seem like we'd be able to make much of a dent in his whole martyrdom drive for brittania. Nothing Lelouch did or said convinced him otherwise after all..

>>26178373

I'll need to brush up om what's aklready happened for this episode.

Also, I'm eating 60% of a watermelon on my own, so I will be slow to respond

VOTE: read that memo on our bionics we asked rakshata to write; interogate spinzaku with comraderie and find out what his desires are (more or less make a contract, informally); and practice with Jerimiah while Lelouch spectates and goes over the plan, we can interject at any time
>>
>>26178524
V.V. is after us, he knows we are with the black knights and he has information on exactly where we will be at what time thanks to knowing Schnizel's movements. If we go with the original plan I strongly suspect it to be a trap. However V.V. probably hasnt confided in schnizel, hence if we force a deviation it is schnizel who will respond and thus we circumvent whatever V.V.'s trap is.

AND DON'T FORGET

"Ne, Suzaku... anata wa Daft Punk daisuki desu ka?"
>>
>Consensus seems to be practicing with Jeremiah first

You yawn and roll out of bed. You didn't sleep terribly well, too much stress. At least you're handling it better than you did in school. The new leg feels strange, very strange, like a fake, phantom limb bolted onto your hip. It moves and reacts, even sends dulled pain, just like your organic leg, but the connection seems fuzzy. It's just not your leg, it's a fake. But there's nothing you can do about it but get used to it. Best way to do that is of course using the damn thing. Sounds like exercise. But at least this exercise revolves around rocket powered roller blades and guns.

When you reach the cargo hold, you can see that Tamaki is lecturing to the younger Black Knights about the basics of firearms, he gives you a nod as you listen in for a bit. Your nerves settle a bit, reassured that you aren't going to accidentally shoot yourself.

"Nick! We need to go over the assault plan for the Avalon," Jeremiah announces as he pulls you aside. His land spinners are already attached. "You know the layout don't you? And you read through the instruction manual Rakshata supplied us with?"

"Yes of course. Clearly. That is obviously something I would have done like a responsible soldier interested in preserving his own life," you explain as you snap into your own land spinners.

"Good, try not to set off your Radiant Wave Surger while we're in the ship, and don't forget to request any armament you want attached. The rails can hold anything you want, they were designed to hold a float system after all." Jeremiah explains. "Come! It's time to practice." You smile and nod like you knew everything he was talking about and take off after him.

Half an hour later you're sweating and winded, have left scratch marks from your land spinners and from your face all over the cargo bay, and come to a stop next to Jeremiah. You grab onto his hand and smile as you wipe the sweat from your brow. "You ready for some more?"

It's 0730

V.V. knows Euphie ought to be here and will use Euphie against Suzaku and Zero. As a pawn, or as a sacrificial lamb, or as a distraction.

>Consensus seems to be checking on Suzaku

"Jeremiah, I think we should do so deskwork for a bit, I'm not as tough as you are- we should talk to Suzaku and make sure that, even if he's under some Geass to serve Lelouch, that his heart and therefore his loyalty won't compromise Zero's plans; he could use a friendly face like yours, I'd think"

"Fair enough, the moment before the battle is the most dangerous to burn yourself out in," Jeremiah agrees as you both detach your land spinners and stow them with your gear. Jeremiah leads the way as you give the instruction manual a good once over. Turns out your leg will need a new Sakuradite core fairly often, at combat usage that is. Walking on it should last you months. The leg was designed to be compatible with future float systems, scaled down of course, so some of the combat possibilities are limited. But the Radiant Wave Surger built into your knee, since the land spinners would get in the way if it was at your foot, is fully capable of piercing a knightmare's armor. Detrimental health effects should be minimal. Other than the armament attachments, your leg seems rather minimal actually. Pretty easy to wrap your head around.

"Here we are," Jeremiah says. When you look up, a guard is blocking access to Suzaku's room.

"What is your business here?'

"Certainly not saber rattling. Stand aside. We have business with Suzaku. And I finally outrank people, so that's an order," you command as the guard reluctantly lets you pass.

Inside the room, Suzaku has left the light off, preferring to sit silently on his bed, staring at the ground. He's still in the Lancelot plug suit and you can only hope that he managed to rest. When he finally looks up at your silhouettes, you can see him struggle against Lelouch's geass, whatever it was. "What do you want with me?"

"You're among friends here Suzaku. Jeremiah and I want to help. Talk to us man," you say as you pull a chair over to his bedside.

"Lord Jeremiah Gottwald, so this is what happened to you after you disappeared at Narita Mountain. You've betrayed everything you stood for to throw in with terrorists. You are not my friend. And neither are you," Suzaku responds as he glares at you.

"Betrayed what I stood for? No, fighting for the corrupt machine known as Brittania betrayed what I stood for. Their machinations brought an end to my Lady Marriane's life, when I was sworn to protect her. Their disgusting habits of competition and murder made the world the way it is now. Zero is my Lord now, as he has offered me the chance to make the world right, and stand by my loyalty once more. As he did for you, Suzaku Kururugi," Jeremiah explains.

"Fighting as terrorists will never change anything. The system can only be changed from within. These means are contemptible and only result in needless bloodshed," Suzaku says as you idly flip through the manual again.

"Ne, Suzaku... anata wa Daft Punk daisuki desu ka?" you ask as you light up your mask to smile whimsically at him.

"Huh? Was that japanese?" he asks in disbelief, dodging the question like someone who has no taste for quality music.

"Well, my pronunciation may need work, but I'm trying to be friendly man. An offering of an olive branch if you will, a show of friendship."

"Friendship? With you? Who the hell even are you, you bastard?"

"Me?" you ask, pointing to the question marks raining down your mask. "As I've said before, I'm no one."

"How could you have known about my father?" he asks, gritting his teeth and clenching his fists.

"Same way Zero brought you onboard I assume. Would it really be the strangest thing? And you do know who he is, right?"

"Yeah, my best friend..." he answers as he slumps down further. "And now I have to fight for him whether I want to or not."

It was the only reason I could go outside for a while, even just into my fenced-in yard. One day, it had wood bores in it. At first I just tried to trim the dying branche but they got to the trunk, and the tree started to rot. Nothing I could do would save it anymore."

Then take off the mask.

"Suzaku-kun, Britannia is like that tree I had. It's rotten to the core. What you're trying to do is like what I did; sticking to what you knew before made it grow. But it can't grow anymore. It's dead. We have to cut it down to build something better."

This is our tool though. And our previous tool was the scenario, and that's been lost. This is our edge and how we can change the world. If we don't know how it works and don't use it to maximum advantage then we aren't a man of good measure. We're just another grunt in the works.

That said, we'd just have to seal away the eye that becomes "perma Oracled".

Names for Geass...

Lelouch: The King
Emporer: The Historian
Fake-brother: The Time
Lady Marian: The Ghost
Knight of One: The Premonition
Nick Asplund: The Oracle
Frank: ???

Anyway, all of these people continue on fully functional, even the ones that perma-geass.

We can do this too, hell it might even make it stronger. I don't think we should fear using the power.

Though Arthur should summarize the important bits that we see with it for his own sanity.

"So, then, Suzaku, what do you want- killing your father may have saved lives in the interrim but the people are clearly disatisfied, the system you destroyed for peace is pulling itself back together again to fight the system YOU turned traitor to assist- the Japanese won't sit idly by and remain the number Eleven and you have britanians throwing away their names to sit in the japenese rank and file under the dispossessed prince of the very system you claim to support. Suzaku, the will of the people you declare to protect stands against you- doesn't that put you in the wrong?"

"You ever take care of any plants, Suzaku? I used to have an olive tree once. I fed it and watered it and it grew and it became big, I had to plant it in my estate because I couldn't keep it in my room anymore! And I kept taking care of it . It was the only reason I could go outside for a while, even just into my fenced-in yard. One day, it had wood bores in it. At first I just tried to trim the dying branche but they got to the trunk, and the tree started to rot. Nothing I could do would save it anymore." You take off your mask to stare at him with your own eyes. "Suzaku, Britannia is like that tree I had. It's rotten to the core. What you're trying to do is like what I did; sticking to what you knew before made it grow. But it can't grow anymore. It's dead. We have to cut it down to build something better."

"...high talk for someone who manipulates people as if they were pawns. You and Lelouch are no different. Both of you sit on high and come down to sow your plans, fomenting hate and mistrust, rallying the people to an unjust cause, so you can sit back and reap the benefits. I don't know what your powers are, how you got them, and I don't care. If I had the choice, I would never side with something so wretched as to strike free will from any one."

Right, but what's Direct LoS?

Could we use a telescope? Or a mirror as that's technical line of sight?

What's the distance with our naked eye? Since it puts us into a trance, how far could we see into the future?
If we're looking at our target from afar, do we "project" our vision into the middle?

If not, maybe we could do this if it becomes permanently activated.

Don't. Fear. The. Geass.

We need to test all of this in-character to find out. Lelouch did the same thing to learn how HIS works, after all. Remember the girl with the marks on the wall.

"If you had the choice, you would stand before Lelouch, pointing the gun toward his heart, denying him the chance to save his sister in the climax of his war against Brittania. "That's neither fair nor accurate Suzaku. I have been in the heart of danger this entire time. I know fear, I have been on the brink of death and seen nothing after, I have seen the horrors of the future numerous times. Lelouch would have walked the path of blood to make a brighter future for Nunnally, but the betrayal, and the treachery, all of it would have destroyed his efforts, made everyone's lives spent in the cause worthless. You call us wretched, yet you fight for a system that treats most of the world like subhuman scum and denies them basic human rights. You yourself were a victim of this as an eleven."

"That's what I'm fighting to change! Don't you understand! ...Euphemia is such a kind person, she would never support the barbarism of Brittania, and she could have done something about it. But now I can't show myself to her anymore, not ever again..."

"Euphemia is Lelouch's sister Suzaku. They love each other as such. And he knows one way or another what you think of her. Lelouch is a very good person. I can't imagine he would bring harm to her."

"He killed his brother didn't he? He's the one who killed Prince Clovis."

"And he means to kill Prince Schneizel, and perhaps Cornelia. This is true. But they were all enemy commanders, figures of Brittania and all they stand for. It is the royal family that is the lifeblood of Brittania. Euphie is different, everything will work out."

"Prince Clovis was a man who had a number of very dirty deals going on. You saw his smile, but i've seen his handwork. He ordered the execution of all in that ghetto to cover up the crashed truck.

That crashed truck, with the 'poison gas'. He ordered his men to send in the Honorary Britanians to secure it, because they were expendable. You, Were expendable to him, he Expected you to Die. He would've seen you killed afterward as well, not in battle, but with a pistol or poison at night without honor or proper burial. He would've tied up that loose end had not Lelouch saw to him first.

Cornelia did the same, so she could draw out Zero, knowing he would make a move to protect people.

Clovis had several labs were he would generically experiment on poor souls, the girl we saved was one of them, I was almost another."

"Ah Clovis, what a bastard. He would have killed you in the ghetto you know, if Zero hadn't seen to him first. He had a cruel and perverse obsession with the occult and his handiwork nearly got me killed so they could peer into my mind. Then Cornelia followed in his footsteps to draw Zero out, by attacking the defenseless Japanese. They are the ones you would fight for under your own will? How sad that you cannot see their nature with unclouded eyes. Jeremiah, I'm going to Lelouch," you announce as you open the door out. "Perhaps watching your best friend follow in your footsteps is just a bit too much, eh?"

Before you can leave, Suzaku's voice bursts out. "Wait. Tell Lelouch this: He is a coward if he thinks to hide behind the pretense of doing all this for Nunnally's sake. What he has done can only rest on his shoulders." You nod and put your mask back on.

When he says no more, you turn and leave with one final comment, "You killed your father because he would doom Japan. Why do you want to prevent Lelouch from killing his to save the world?"

You spend the walk mulling over his words and soon enough, find yourself outside Zero's quarters. "He's been waiting for you," the guard says as she lets you in.

C.C. is laying on his bed, staring at the ceiling. Zero is sitting at his desk, working on his laptop. "It's good to see you Nick. I need your help. Your geass, it can divine a person's future, can it not?"

"More or less I suppose, why?" you respond as you close the door behind yourself.

"Geass me. I need to know what this battle holds for us."

What seems to be the entirety of the of the battle plays out before as Lelouch commands the Black Knights.

First an assault is launched on the air strip, utterly destroying the Brittanian defenses. Suzaku is ordered to assault Euphemia's ship just when word is supposed to arrive to them. Radio communication is cut from the Lancelot for a time as Lelouch desperately tries to reestablish a link with Suzaku, but thankfully, the ship is destroyed and Suzaku returns without commenting on his actions.

The Black Knights begin their assault, under Lelouch's careful designs, on the missile batteries of the military structure. Meanwhile, the Lancelot's batteries are replace just in time so that he may assault the newly arrived Avalon. Before Suzaku can reach the fray however, the Gawain's incomplete Hadron Cannons are used to decimate the Black Knight forces under the defense of the Avalon's energy shields, only the Guren survives unscathed thanks to a timely Radiant Wave.

Strangely however, the Gawain takes to the skies rather than fight and flees across the sea as Suzaku assaults the Avalon, destroying it's shields and float capacity.

>>26181417
My argument for this is that we will have a fairly complete picture of the battlefield from two sets of influential eyes that are separated from causal interaction

Like lelouch only gives sets of orders to each unit under his command, we will only give out bit and pieces of our revelations WHEN THEY MATTER, telling a person how the whole event unfolds alters the scenario too radically, we need to drop information when it is needed as it is needed to have a surgical effectiveness

right now we've just been blasting the Scenario with birdshot and hoping we kill the elephant in the room, we need to evoke precise alterations
>>
>>26181503
It's sound logic.

We should geass them both, then work backwards from there.

We have no idea how it will work.

Plus, it'd be great for the narrative.

>>26179896

Perma-Geass isn't the worst option, nor the only option.
>>
>>26181596
So we assume, but if we only have two more uses left then this might be an effective utilization of them.

I mean, that'd be a good end, seeing things come to fruition and know that it's all okay- or be trapped in an eternal nightmare of Code's nefarious design.

Probably the second one, but I'm sticking our ability out on a limb here to see what sort of heights it can reach. I'm committed to the result regardless of the outcome.

Balancing both hope and despair.
>>
"Trust your friend, not in fate for it makes fools of men and mice alike. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go fill in a blank spot," you say as you come out of your daze and look at Lelouch.

You slowly reach for your pistol. Tamaki's refresher running through your mind as a checklist, ensuring every step of the way will work. But your gun isn't there. It's still in the cargo bay with the knightmare frames, and Lelocuh doesn't.... you clench your fist and force yourself to smile. "You can handle this, and I'll need the spark notes version of my combat role later. You should know the Avalon has a scatter cannon though. See ya soon."

You bolt down the hall, your cybernetic leg carrying you much quicker than you've ever ran before. You nearly knock the guard out of the way as you throw the door open to Suzaku's room and let the birds fly.

You have now used your Geass 12 times. You should be nervous.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The jeers and the hate, the distrust and malintent, all of it are heavy in the air. Flowing endlessly out of the Black Knights where ever Suzaku treads, even directly to the Lancelot so he can risk his life for them.
Then his first orders come in, isolate Euphemia, but don't harm her. Crushing the controls, the geass finally activates and he locks into the knightmare catapult. Flying over the airstrip he can see the rampant destruction the Black Knights are wreaking on the unprepared Brittanians, but on the horizon is the military ship Euphi arrived on. The geass triggers again and he arms the Varis. He hangs in the air for a long while, clutching at the trigger, fighting the geass, until his sensors detect Euphie running down the road to him, far away from the ship, and he fires.
Euphie is aghast, but still demands to speak with him, and he's finally able to break the geass.
~~~~~/~~~~~
He flies back silently, not saying a word of what transpired to Lelouch. After his energy fillers are replaced, he hesitates.

Something BLOCKED OUT his entire conversation with her from us, and I assume that it's the same thick-headed cattle-headedness of Spinzaku being himself.

Suzaku's got some serious Geass resistance when it comes to Euphimia, even when he's completely unconscious of our powers and what they do he can still block us from reading something intimately related to her.

The best we can do is get him to shave some time off of his antics.

"Everyone report to your battlestations, the cruiser carrying Princess Euphemia has just arrived. Everyone report to your battelstations." Too bad yours is in your mansion.

"Zero! Zero Zero, we gotta talk man," you shout as you stumble into him in the halls. You try to open your mouth and continue, but are forced to wheeze and catch your breath. It's like high school gym class all over again, except the dodgeballs will be lethal, and you have a robot leg. Oh how sweet it would have been to kick your tormentor in the balls with a robot leg. Lloyd probably could have made you an exoskeleton to do it, you should have asked.

"What is it Nemo? We are running out of time and I am direly short on information because you ran out on me," Zero asks as he pulls you to your feet.

"He only went to Suzaku because your friend is the trouble, not you," C.C. says.

"yeah, yeah that. I'm going with him."

"You'll get killed. You have a worse battle record than Tamaki."

"Nah, I'll be fine. The shoulder of the Lancelot is the safest place on the battlefield as long as he isn't fighting Kallen. And he's going to fucking betray you some how. I gotta stop it. Just trust me man, has that ever gone wrong?"

Lelouch stares at you in awe, which you of course take as acquiescence so you bolt before he can refuse. Just before you reach the Cargo Bay though, you bump into Kallen. "Nick!? What are you doing? You're not deploying yet, are you?"

"Change of plans, I gotta babysit Spinzaku," you explain as you push into the cargo bay with her. SHe looks a bit dejected so you quickly shout out, "Oh no, I'll be fighting with you just as planned, this is in addition to that. Although who's to say with how I fight..."

Also, Code, if you're going to make them all fall to baser desires, remember that restraint is also part of who a person is. It's a null order that can't be overcome or rescinded by way of divine command, because people, after all are merely reflections of the world and those around them, each person unique because of their position in the arrangement. To Geass someone under this command by Lelouch, the whole of the world and thus God would need to change to suit the new command. And I'm fairly sure Geass falls outside of that sort of majesty.

More Words for Suzaku

"You want to have a reason to go on Suzaku. With Life i mean, i know. I know more than you ever want me to know, and im sorry for that."

"Before, it was having your best friend in your life, someone who actually liked being around you. And let me tell you, after the Hell he went through, his mother's death, a blind sister that he had to try to care for, driven to a new country used practically as a hostage, and at such a young age too? You Mattered, a Lot to him.

Now what is it that drives you on now? Not for Zero, Britania? No, not after what you've learned, heard, and seen. You feel sour working for them, you want to change it. It's very noble. Honorable rather, i dont think you want to hear the word noble.

So what is it you fight for now? What is the sword that keeps your life going? It's Euphie. Suzaku, I know more, than i should know. Zero wants, absolutely nothing to do with hurting her. like you, he Genuinely cares about her, she's one of the very few things in this world that's good. Euphie? Also deeply cares about Zero, when she knows who he is. He was a boy she would call Brother, with it meaning something, they were very close as children. Like you, i have someone i want to fight for to. So I can't die today, or tomorrow, or the next, just like you. We need to come home, Home today Suzaku, so we can share our smiles with those we care about. Ok?"

"Lancelot! Ready for launch!" Suzaku shouts just as you crawl onto the back of Lancelot, between the float unit and the sensor. You didn't even know he was in the catapult and were barely holding on.

"Sweet merciful baby jesus!" you shout, along with a long list of nonsensical gibberish including garden hose, monkey, plutocracy, and redcoats. But finally you pull yourself to safety and calm down, just as he flies over the airstrip battlefield.

Taking a deep breath and ignoring the texts from Lelouch, you turn to the cockpit. "You want a reason to go on Suzaku, with life and all this trouble and what not. I know, better than I should and more than you want me to, but it was all part of the same package, so I'm sorry. But, before it was having yoru best friend in your life, someone who actually liked being around you. And let me toll you, after the hll he went through, his mother's death, a blind and crippled sister that he had to try to are for, driven to a new country and practically used as a hostage, at such a young age? You matter man, you mattered to him. Now I gotta wonder what drives you. Ideals? Because it sure ain't Brittania, you've seen and learned how they are. You fight to change it and that's honorable. But now? It's none of that, you have a new pole star, Euphie. Lelouch and I know that, and we would never hurt her. She's a bright spot in a very bleak world. Lelouch loves her as a sister, the only other sibling he seems to care for. None of us are going to die, not if any one of us can help it, you hear me? We're going to go on with our lives, and keep sharing smiles with one another, alright?" When he doesn't respond you grumble and smack Lancelot on the helmet before realizing that he's already taking aim at the ship.

"On the road! On the road!" you shout as the sensors pop up between your legs. An instant later he fires the Varis and destroys the cruiser.

"Suzaku! Suzaku Kururugi! I demand you speak with me!" Euphie shouts out.

Voice of reason Nixon, thank you...

We need to know things. Knowledge is power. For instance, all we know from our leg manual is that we have landspinner armaments, can use radiant wave tech and are Float system capable.

I'm sure if we had spoken to Rakshata or even Jeremiah about combat strategies We'd have more an idea of what we can do with this equipment.

All I can think of right now is using an overpowered FALCOOOOON KNEE on knightmares. Look it up, the KNEE is a thing.
We can shoot a gun, do some anti-personnel work and everything, yeah.. But we need data. Just like what we've recently learned about our Geass.

Perhaps we'd se his conversation with Euphy if we meditated that more deeply? Do we see the future? or do we see what they're going to do?

This is important. It differentiates whether it's their perception of the future... or whether it's the actual future. Which also leads into inconsistencies..

The time has come, and you are not yet prepared. You quickly pull out your phone and start texting Lelouch, demanding to know what the geass on him was as Euphie rides up on her outdated knightmare.

Suzaku lowers the Varis and begins a descent to the road as your head snaps between the two of them. The text comes in just as Suzaku touches down and opens the cockpit.

"Nemo, I'm sorry for this," he says before vaulting over the cockpit and blindsiding you with his signature spin kick, sending you ass over tits into the dirt at the feet of the two knightmares

You manage to reel in your senses enough to read Lelouch's text, "To fight for me."

"Suzaku! What is the meaning of this? Have you really betrayed us?" Euphie demands as she jumps atop her knightmare.

"Princess Euphemia! Princess Euphemia! You have to retreat!" someone shouts as an ATV busts ass to catch up with you. It seems it's good old Lloyd.

Jet set radio future over to Euphie, we're going to hijack the knightmare with her in it! (a tough squeeze) And pump Digital Love!

"He's Betrayed Nothing!" Rack your rifle, Shut up, i know it wastes a bullet but it's cool. "All can be explained in time, and you'll learn everything that has happened to Suzaku my lady. If that is, you surrender right now, sorry for the trouble. A Knight needs his lady, and a princess her prince. Many things are happening in the background you've yet to find out my lady, but it is important you learn."

This could work, however that could give Suzaku more intention to resist the Geass. We need to say things that'll reinforce it, and make the source of his willpower moot.

No. Digital Love is a beautiful song, but it is reserved for our eventual tender moment with Kallen.
>>
>>26184089
She isnt in command.

Shinizel can supersede her order.
>>
>>26184104

But WILL the Schnizel supersede her order?

Likely yes. Very likely that dickhead will.

I maintain course that we appeal to the command and seek to take her out of harm's way.

He's still got to fight for Zero, even if his extraordinary willpower spares him a few moments.

We want to heavily damage the infrastructure her, capture a top tier knightmare, and take two members of royalty hostage

Call after call begins ringing in from Zero, but you don't have time. You jump to your feet and shout out, "Hey! Who likes Daft Punk? I think I'm going to put some on!" You quickly burst over to the Lancelot

"Why does that sound so familiar..." Lloyd mutters as the ATV drifts to a stop, with the military officer already aiming at you.

In a blur of coordination you never knew you had you fly back up to Lancelot's cockpit and very nearly spinkick the bastard right back, but you land next to him instead, and pull your pistol on him. "Ha ha! Time for Daft Punk!" you shout as you turn on a random song and get Technologic. "This is not exactly appropriate, but whatever," you comment as you shake your head to the strange robot chanting.

"Now everyone calm the fuck down because you're screwing with very delicate plans that involve everyone except maybe Dickhead Soldier Number One," you say, pointing at the soldier trying to kill you. "surviving! And getting a happily ever after."

"The evidence is beginning to point to the impossible..." Lloyd comments as he watches your show.

"I cannot and will not support Zero's methods!" Suzaku roars, staring down your gun.

"Yeah but you kinda have to so suck it up. There's a shit load of collateral riding on this, because watch, Euphemia! Call a parlay. You want to meet Zero so much you don't even know. Doesn't she Suzaku? Dear old, long lost, presumed dead-"

"Enough! Don't utter another word!" Suzaku shouts

"You haven't done anything to my Lancelot have you?" Lloyd asks, distracting you enough for Suzaku to knock the gun from your hand. At least you're aware enough to pull the damn trigger and graze the side of his head.

Like hell we'd win a fight against Suzaku. Motherfucker can spin kick machine gun emplacements to death and we are significantly squishier. We try to go for Euphemia, and assuming that Suzaku doesn't waste our ass Dickhead Soldier #1 does.
And we suck at flying Knightmares.
So flip it on and shout "-BROTHER!"

Ah. I'm seeing it. Lelouch's command was very specific.

>>
"Alright fuck it, I need someone with a higher charisma score. It was my dump stat or something, or maybe that was strength... regardless!" you announce as you whip out your phone. "Zerooooo!"

"Nick? Is that you? What is going on? Communications with the Lancelot cut out a moment ago. Suzaku used an over-"

"You're on speaker phone!" you interject before he can say too much. You slowly back away from Suzaku who keeps looking at the phone, but can't seem to act.

"Nemo. Who is standing next to you?"

"Uh, that would be Suzaku Kururugi, Princess Euphemia li Brittania, Earl Lloyd Asplund, and Dickass Soldier #1."

"Why am I on speaker phone with them?"

"Well you know that thing I was worried about? well it's a different kind of bad and I need you to explain a few things to Suzaku."

"Stop talking. Just stop talking Nemo."

"Righto," you say as you drop into the cockpit and fix the damn song to play http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIOCc0tfoqA

"Suzaku Kururugi. You are sworn to fight for me, for the betterment of the numbers, and the upheaval of Brittania as retribution for the corruption it has become, have you not? To do that, every step must be taken against Brittania, anything else would be a strike against me. Now Euphemia. I believe we have something to talk about. If you would come, I would have you at a peaceful parlay before I crush your brother Schneizel."

"Do you mean to kill him?" Euphie asks. Dickhead Soldier #1 is quickly talking into his headset, time is running out.

"That depends on how this situation resolves. I'm sure that you of all people can trust Suzaku for your safety."

"yeah, she was going to make him her knight," you mutter as you toy with the bass of the Lancelot's speakers.

"Then I will meet with you Zero," Euphie announces.

"Princess Euphemia! You can't be serious!" Dickhead Soldier #1 protests. Suzaku tries to say something, but the words catch in his throat.

"There is something I must see for myself about this man Zero."

Come on, He's our cousin, that's mean. And Lancelot is an awesome mech. It's just... Extemely complicated and White-knight..

I'm not the only one that's noticed that Lancelot seems to have a fuckhuge arsenal compared to Guren? I think it's kind of Neat that the simplified Guren makes do with an overpowered weapon..

Not to say that Energy shields, the VARIS cannon, the dual swords, and what is it.. like 4-6 slash harkens?

"Hey man, what can I say? She's a beauty, and worth every single one of my pennies. That's why I borrowed her."

"Your contribution only paid for the float system I'll have you know!"

"And that's why I had Rakshata duplicate it after making me a bitching robot leg!"

"Rakshata! I haven't seen her since... so she is working with the terrorists then."

"We prefer Knights for Justice, and I think you would be greatly interested in joining our parlay."

"Earl Asplund, do you know this man?" Euphemia asks as she walks up to the Lancelot, ignoring Dickhead Soldier #1.

"Yes, he's my cousin unfortunately. I never imagined he would leave the house. He wouldn't even go bowling with me!"

"Do you trust him?"

"Well, I wouldn't have had to even think about it until I learned about his early life crisis he seems to be going through," Lloyd responds, scratching his chin.

"Hey, I have an entirely legitimate and completely unbelievable reason for my about face in life and I may or may not divulge to you, but I had reasons."

"So, yes, I trust him," Lloyd answers.

"...You just want to meet Rakshata again don't you, Earl of Pudding." you say as the biggest shit eating grin you've ever seen covers your cousin's face.

"Very well, then I will ask that you accompany me," Euphemia commands as she stops at the foot of Lancelot.

"Oh well, hoooow can I refuse?" Lloyd says before laughing and scratching the back of his head.

"Then Suzaku Kururugi, I command you to take me to see Zero at once!" Euphemis is as bold headed as always it seems.
