Since it's so quiet. I might as well bring up the apartment and the stolen Yakuza money. It's beneficial to us to have a place for the 5 Arrancar and Momo to actually stay (and maybe Hime and Chizuru), cause they for sure aren't staying in the clinic. I figure after this we can talk to Urahara about laundering the money and buying the abandoned apartments to renovate for living space. The warehouse is all well and good, but it's likely pretty crappy for actually acting as a long-term domicile.

Depending on exactly how much we have, we might be able to also furnish the rooms completely and get the various spirits proper wardrobes and stuff. Though it'd be prudent to turn the first floor into a kind of big living room/dining room, if only to act as a kind of party room for victories and such.

Looked it up, Cos' statement on the apartment is as follows:
The apartment complex looks like it isn’t in too bad of a shape, considering that its been abandoned for a while. No obvious vandalism from the outside, but there’s the distinct signs of disuse.

The building is un a ‘U’ shape, with a parking lot in the center, as well as a brick fence around it. It doesn’t look terrible as a hideout, honestly.

You think about it before brining up several points, such as where Momo might be held, information on the thirteen divisions, potential allies, layouts on maps of Soul Society, information on captains and people to avoid and perhaps even places to hide.

Your father listens and when you’re done gives you a nod., he pulls out a letter and hands it to you, its sealed. “Don’t open this, but it should allow you, if you can find her, to convince Kuukaku to help you some. She’s technically something like your great aunt, but she’s kinds weird.”

He doodles some decently made sketches, trying to explain general layouts, divisions and people he remembers from soul society. He pauses in his sketches. “If you see any of these people, run.”

He quickly draws a few caricatures of people, explaining them as he goes, stopping to point out the Eleventh division in particular. “They’re a bunch of fight loving loons, especially their captain, Zaraki Kenpachi. If he thinks you’d be fun to fight, he’ll chase you to the ends of the earth to get that fight.”

He pauses and doodles up another three people, one of a man with glasses, onother a man with shify eyes and the last is a man with a visor covering his face.. “This is Aizen Sosuke, Ichimaru Gin, and Tosen Kaname. Those two are his accomplices, so beware of them.”
