Heh. That's not a bad idea though anon. It's not like we stand a chance against him anyhow. If we could get Waldrip to 'eadbang himself it'd be pretty poetic. He's probably even enough of a neurotic wreck to agree to it even knowing it's a trap.

So I missed the last thread and I have to wonder how come Waldrip thinks killing us, a (let's be honest here) very weak psyker several grades below him will make Sapp care for him. I mean he's clearly insane but he still seems to be able to follow basic logic. Maybe if ours and Cuddles' powers were reversed but... yeah. Poor guy seems like he's finally gone off his rocker.

This gives me idea. Cuddles should be strong enough to temporary hide her presence. What about we lured him out in the open and gave him surprise Cuddles?

After she made Boone go through an incredibly realistic dream/scenario/thing where she saw her friends die and was forced to admit that she was inferior to Sapp, I honestly don't think that Boone'd have much trouble pulling the trigger, if that's all it'll take. Wasn't it? I read that a while ago so I may have forgotten what exactly it was. Point is, I thinkBoone's got enough motivation to kill her. It might even make for interesting character growth. I think she has the moxie to kill a heretic who's responsible for plenty of deaths.

So this is what everyone is more concerned with, not filling up just one bar for the next scene?

Okay so in preparation for the impending arrival to whatever floor draw weapon and do a quick functions check making sure to keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction (intended +respect)

Inform the Commissar of what to keep an eye out for, my assumption would be whatever card we need for Spokanes demise as priority one then the component we would need to teleport the rest of our team in as priority two... medical supplies an money after that. try to reassure that at least this much has become standard routine barring any enemy contact which is more her realm ( intended +respect.)

Hopefully this will fill the respect meter and if that isn't enough ask for suggestions or specific additions to the plan from her vastly superior tactical knowledge.

Age 5:
The first and only daughter of Planetary Governor of Reth; Silas Boone, after many failed attempts. Considered a miracle, she is pampered and waited on, surrounded by opulence and exotic wonders. Takes up singing and dancing and delights family and friends with her performances. Becomes the face of the local brand of premium quality nutrislurry.

Age 13:
An early bloomer, Alice becomes a popular young socialite spending most every day at soirees and gala events. Pursues various luxuriant hobbies and channels of study, particularly fascinated with the arts and social sciences. Amasses a collection of suitors. It is noted at an increasing number of social events that young Alice is suspiciously good at guessing games.

Age 17:
Spared from being fed to the Astronomicon buy her father's immense wealth, which is all but exhausted in the process, the negligibly psychic Boone undergoes an expedient and brutal sanctioning. Calling in ever last favour he has, Silas Boone arranges for his daughter to be kept safe and far from scrutiny. She is left in the care of an inquisitorial agent wearing a psy-inhibitor and who communicates only through gesture. Is hidden in cargo holds and transferred from ship to ship, until a suitable placement can be found.

Age 25:
Presented as a gift to recently reinstated "Commissar" Conrad F. Raege, and breaks down into incoherent sobs within one hour of new job. Disappointed and despondent , Raege never the less respects Silas' wishes and employs Boone as her commissarial aide where she will most likely be out of harms way.

Well, as far as we can tell, Waldrip's big physical weakness is that he needs his suit to prevent him from mutating out of control, so breaking the suit or getting him out of it somehow is probably the best bet. From our previous encounters, the suit has a lot of tubes and nodes and stuff on it, so those are probably the best weak points to go after. Telekinesis might break them, as could a well-placed shot from our sniper friend.
>>
>>26319672
"Well if it's just me and Waldrip, then I guess that would mean you are dead, because you wouldn't leave me like that... and i-if that's the case I... guess I would be happy to- to sacrifice my self to ensure you didn't die in vain."

>>
Waldrip is obsessed with Sapp. Maybe I can use that to my advantage? I've been in a similar situation myself, so... I might have some insight, if I think about it...

But then, SHE doesn't really see him as anything other than a tool or a weapon. As powerful as he is, he's almost pitiable. I can't hesitate though, even if I feel bad for him. I'm just glad I found people who actually care about me, thank the Emperor.
>>
>>26319672
"Waldrip is... complicated, as heretics go. He's got this sort of affection for Sapp, but it's... twisted. He thinks that if she thinks he's useful, she will love him, and because of that, he's reduced himself to being nothing more than her personal weapon.

"He's wrong, of course. I don't think Sapp has it in her to love anyone but herself, but even if she did, you can't love a tool. Love needs to be an exchange."

Roleplaying dudes: There's a time and place for it, and right now's probably not the best. You're in a thread devoted to a specific roleplay (i.e. Boone), and bringing in unrelated roleplay takes up post space and doesn't really contribute to the primary purpose of the thread and can be a bit distracting to other posters.

Minor or other wise, part stripping a piece of vehicle tech is probably a bad move.

You have no spare las batteries. You have one, and you recharged that with the fire trick. It's not usable for anything else.

The MILK of MAGNESSIA and the CAUSTIC GOOP from the MINING FACILITY are options if you have something to put them in. And you need to go back there for 100% completion anyhow.

BUT ANYWAYS

Right? You guys really threw me a curveball on that one. I figured, with your love of SPARE PARTS, that the ADMECH TEMPLE is where you would go first. Find a tank, THEN need to assemble the crew.

As is, you found all the crew AND completed their loyalty missions allowing you to use them.
