LAST TIME ON GUNDAM AGE QUEST: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?tags=Gundam%20AGE%20Quest

Check my Twitter for updates and reschedules: https://twitter.com/Crosswire

Your name is Scarlet Crocker, Commander of the Colony Defense forces aboard the Zarth Space Colony and your Father, Jake Crocker has arrived with not only everyone alive, but Desil’s parents frozen in cryopods and at least 30 Vagan orphans. On top of that he’s also brought some new faces along with him that you’ve never seen before.

Your mother called everyone to the cafeteria to celebrate where your Grandmother wiped up some food and snacks.

“Holy shit, if it isn’t the Devil himself.” Tim said as he entered the cafeteria followed by Arnold, Ralphie and Captain Dorothy.
Jake rushed over and embraced Tim before hugging the other three. “It’s like going back in time having everyone here! Hey Ralphie how is the restaurant business going? Still making shitty calzones?”

“Ah fuck you” Ralphie flipped his friend and bird and punched him in the shoulder. “If Mom was still alive she’d slap the taste out of your mouth, don’t tempt her from beyond the grave. Besides my cooking is fine, it’s my kids that can’t cook to save their lives. They might know how to do that if I wasn’t off saving the day.” Ralphie is a large guy standing at least 6, 2 with a heavy muscular frame and rockin a full beard. To be honest he doesn’t look all that Italian. You spot a tattered, patched up and very old looking red baseball cap on his head. You remember your father mentioning he refused to lose that damn thing.

“With you here Jake maybe I can finally get some leave and see the wife back on Earth. Oh did you hear that Arnold finally got his Ph.D?”

The nerdy looking man with glasses and wild orange hair looked up from a book he was reading.

“Really Arnold? What did you study?”

“Geology. What else?” Arnold said with a smile and a shrug.
“You always seemed more like the doctor type to me.” Tim adds.
“Oh yeah. Sniper during the war, well educated, lots of money saved up. No thanks, I’m genre savvy enough not to turn my life into The Most Dangerous Game.” Arnold rolls his eyes. “Besides, my cousin Janet is a doctor and you know how she is…”

“Anrold’s a genius when it comes to geology considering ee’s been at rock bottom his whole lift when it comes to setting up dates.” Carlos said as he walked on over sporting a ridiculous grin. “I’ve survived Ambat, enemy X-Rounder teams and countless missions but Janet is the only thing that nearly drove me to kill myself.”

“For the thousandth time I’m sorry! Besides I hoped you piss her off enough so that she wouldn’t speak to me again. Sadly no such luck.” Arnold shakes his head as he goes over to goes over to investigate you Grandma’s cooking.

“So how does it feel to be Mr. Bigshot X-Rounder Special Forces?” Tim asks, handing Carlos a drink.

“It’s stressful, my team is the best X-Rounders available at the moment and most of them are ether boring, stinky, or obsessed with explosives. Still, it feels pretty good to be kicking ass and saving lives.” Carlos says.

“Well we’ve been working our asses off to make names for ourselves. When you left we lost a member of the team and had to adapt. On top of that we got screwed over in terms of nicknames. I mean three is a good number for aces, but what the hell do you call an Italian melee fighter, a Jewish sniper, and a Black support specialist?” Tim asks.

“The Three Stooges?” Captain Dorothy proposes with a laugh as she struts over.

“If it isn’t Captain Dorothy!” Carlos says with a sheepish smile. “Change your mind on my proposal?”

“Normally I’d say I would date you when pigs fly, but considering the state of genetic engineering at this time even that might be too soon.” Dorothy rolls her eyes and you leave before Carlos starts trying to hit on superior officer using puns.

You make your way over to Dad who was chatting with Mom and Hogan about the whole situation.

“Hey Dad! How was the trip? Did you get me anything?” You ask in a childish voice.

Your father turns in his seat and shakes his head. “Sorry Honey I couldn’t get much. All the gift shop had left was two frozen parents and 30 orphans. I hope you’re not too disappointed”

“I’m just glad your back in one piece.” You kiss your head on the cheek, thankful that he’s not dead.

“Oh I forgot. I did get you something. A juicy piece of information that I sent to Big Ring shortly after I got here.”

“Oh?”

“The Assault on Big Ring is going to happen one week from today more or less.”

“Well we should be OK right? I mean our colonies were moved to a safer location this place is strategically unimportant. Right?”
“With the Federation pouring everything it has into defense the colonies are going to be left practically defenseless. It’s possible the Vagans might try push through here to get into a less guarded area and attack Big Ring from a more vulnerable position. What’s the status of your forces?”

“Not good. We have 10 men in training, plenty of recruits and reinforcements from the Zalam/Euba Alliance along with the pirates and everyone else, however it still seems pretty weak compared to what we might have to face.” You admit. “Oh and Rysis tried to trick me into becoming a cyborg.”

Jake raises an eye at this. “Did she now? Well let’s not spoil the fun just yet…”

What do you wish to do Scarlet?

>A) Stay and enjoy yourself. Talk with some people and have some fun, getting more familiar with Dad’s friends might have its advantages.

>B) Leave the party and work on accelerating the training of the troops. Now that you actually have money to pay them with you can finally employ them.

>C) Other
>>
>>26333941
A) Let's talk with Jake's friends and Carlos' squad. Maybe they have some connections that could help us with the defense.
Also, call Dirk and tell him dad's back and everything went fine.
>>
>>26333987
Sounds good. We can spare the time to have fun with our family for a little while. An hour or two, then we go back to work. Maybe bring Rysis up to the party, just because she tried to trick us into getting experimental brain surgery doesn't mean she's not our friend. For now, at least. Let's show her that we still care about her. Maybe it will get her to slow her plotting down a bit because she won't feel as spurned.

And yeah, we should call up Dirk if we can. I want to see him try to desperately avoid any mention that he's a cyborg now. Especially if Rysis is there. She will never stop hitting on him now.
>>
>>26334064
We could let the new troops and the guys from Zalam/Euba mingle as well. No need for leaving anyone out.
>>
>>26334144
>>26334064
>>26333987
You decide to make things a full blown party and allow everyone to come on in and enjoy themselves. Normally you wouldn't interfere with the military mindset that your instructors will have to instill into the new troops but considering your going to be attacked in a week or so you decide you might as well treat them well.

As the Zalam/Euba troops along with your own people come into the cafeteria to have some fun, you try to locate Rysis and invite her to the party. You find her all alone inside the Sub-Offices that were recently fixed up.

"Hey Rysis, we're having a party! Want to come on over and have some fun?" You ask happily.

She turns to look at you, frowning. "Why are you inviting me over Scarlet? Don't you remember what happened between us? Are you suggesting you still trust me?"

What is your response Scarlet?
>>
>>26334716
"Don't be like that. I'm angry and creeped out by you stealing my data over the years, yes. But that doesn't change the fact that you're still the insanest, coolest and baddest aunt there ever was, and I'm the luckiest kid there ever was. You should've told me earlier, let me think about it, instead of just popping this out of nowhere like that."

"And besides, I like myself the way I am. Don't you like me?"
>>
>>26334716
"Rysis Dutch, you are being very stupid for someone with nearly a hundred years of experience. My refusal wasn't about trust. You said you just wanted to let me experience things as you do, and I believe you. But I'm not ready for that at this point in my life. I'm only seventeen years old. I've been drafted and promoted to commander, my home was just attacked and is about to be again soon, my father just got back from a mission into enemy territory, and my brother is off God knows where surrounded by spies and traitors. Cybernetic augmentation sounds awesome. I would leap at it under any other circumstances. But I just can't add yet another dramatic life change to the pile. It's already a mile high. When all this is over, when things have calmed down enough for me to stop worrying for longer than a day, then we can talk about the experiments. I don't want to lose my Aunt because she kept pushing the point until it got disturbing. So please, Rysis, come down to the mess hall, get roaring drunk and hit on my family members like you do at every other party. For me?"
>>
>>26335159
This. Also add a line how we'll kick her ass if she doesn't move.
>>

Rysis lets out a sigh, rolls her eyes and…smiles.
“Alright, but you better have good beer.”
>You have regained influence with Rysis

>>26335404
Going back to the party Rysis immediately hits the booze and begins to hit on everyone in sight, including your Mom. Trying not to laugh you look over who you should talk to.

>A) Tim, Ralphie, Arnold, and Carlos. These guys fought alongside your father. You don't really know them all that well besides Carlos.

>B) Rena, Duke, Alfred, Jessica and Zeal. The members of the Magnificent 7. Outside of Rena you don't know these people very well.

>C) Daiki, Sirius, Kotetsu and Lhuga. You have absolutely no idea who these people are but they came with Dad so they are probably good folks.

>D) Other
>>
>>26335551
Let's go with A first.
>>
>>26335551
The Magic School Bus might have some useful contacts, let's go to them first. Though I am tempted to go to the Seven so we can walk in on a conversation where Jessica teases Alfred about his son's crush on her niece. Self-referential jokes about Gen 3 amuse me.
>>
>>26335716
We'll go to them after we get some contacts from the MSB guys. At least Ralphie could help us set up a new kitchen and mess hall or something.
After that, we hit the 7, talk about how the mission went, and maybe screw around with Rena. I mean, isn't she nervous about her boyfriend being with the Asuno girl?

Speaking of the 7, they're probably leaving for Big Ring soon - maybe we could fetch a ride to deliver that data Jake found about the Vagans or something.
>>
>>26335609
>>26335716
You decide to go over to talk with Dad's old friends. Walking over you catch them in the middle of a conversation about how long Carlos has been trying to score with Captain Dorthy.

"Hey guys. Mind if I join you?" You ask, grabbing a non-alcoholic drink.

"Sure Scarlet." Carlos says with a nod.

"So you're Scarlet? I'm Tim. We've met once or twice but this is the first time we've ever gotten to properly talk." Tim extends a hand and you shake it.

You talk to the guys for a little bit, learning about their personal lives, their families, and what they like to do. After a while you get around to asking if they have any contacts or help they could offer.

"I'm a good cook. There's a few improvements I could make to upgrade your kitchen. It shouldn't cost too much so I'll pay for it myself." Ralphie offers.
>Kitchen upgrade added too work list.

"Well I'm a geologist and a sniper. It's my job to know about rocks and to know the best way to shoot people. I don't know what help those will be but if you ever need anything I'll happily help." Arnold states, pushing his glasses back up his nose.

>Geological and Sniper Consultation now Available

"I know Madorna pretty well. I may not be an engineer but I do love wine and art. Madorna may seem like a stick in the mud but that man treats his mobile suits like fine artwork and I can appreciate that. I might be able to call him a favor from him if you need me too." Tim offers.

>Madorna Favor now Available
(cont)
>>
>>26336848
Geological consultation, huh.
I guess there must be something valuable to be mined on Zarth, maybe we could get some additional funding from there. And Sniping positions are always nice to have. We could talk with Hogan about setting us up with some nice radars and cyber-warfare suites that we'd set up there, perfect for sabotaging those nasty spider swarms that are bound to attack again.
>>
>>26337224
(Well mined around Zarth anyway)

>>26336848
After getting to know Dad's buds you go over to speak with Carlo's teammates, the other members of the Magnificent 7. You overhear Jessica talking to Alfred about setting up her niece with a playdate.

"I don't know, my son can be quite a charmer." Alfred says with a smirk.

"When he's not being boring?" Duke interjects, receiving a punch to the arm.

You walk over and introduce yourself.

"So how are you guys doing? Anything major happen at Vagan?" You ask.

"I had to feed all my oder eaters to a giant monster/hallucination" Duke states.

"I planted bombs! Which I realize probably should have been removed considering they might explode by accident..." Zeal says, slowly realizing his mistake.

"I got to try out the Genorider. It's a pretty impressive piece of hardware. It's unusual but I can see it being mass produced in the future considering the infantry threat those robot spiders will pose against us if they are deployed in mass..." Alfred explains.

"You were attacked by robot spiders too?" You ask.

"Yes, apparently they are a automated anti-infantry/security measure deployed throughout Vagan. We thankfully didn't run into any. Did some attack you?"

"Kind of. They were disguised as a old ship. They attacked us in a huge swarm but they went down pretty easy." You say with a confident grin.

"That's odd. They were designed for infantry combat." Rena narrows her eyes in thought.
"I don't doubt they could rip open a cockpit or trash the optics or more sensitive systems of a mobile suit but sending them out like that seems so reckless and pointless. I'd suggest looking into that Scarlet. You might have a few of those crawling around the colony."

"I'll look into that when I get the chance. So what are you guys doing after the party?"

"We're getting ready to leave. We were on loan to Jake as a favor but we're needed back at Big Ring. Sorry." Rena says with an apologetic hug.

(cont)
>>
>>26337328
"Ah don't worry about it. Besides you can pass along the information Dad got onto the big wigs. With all the spies around these days it's important to have people who can pass on information. Besides, my brother's probably getting all teary eyed without your shoulder to cling too." You state, getting a laugh out of everyone in the group.

"Well good luck Scarlet. I'm sure you'll kick anyone's ass who decides to show up here." Rena says with a friendly salute.

You've been chatting for 3 hours now. What do you wish to do now Scarlet?

B. Let's see how Desil's holding up.
He's probably nervous about meeting his parents - that is, his mother and her newest husband, I guess, considering how Manos was his biological father.
>>
>>26337562
You go over and check up on Desil, who is feeding the orphans and playing with a few of them.

"Hey Desil how's it hanging?"

"Good. I can say that I'm feeling pretty good about what happened. Saved some kids, saved my parents, and nothing went wrong..." Desil frown a little at that.

"What's the matter?" You ask.

"Apparently Ezelcant let Jake take my parents. I can understand the sick son of a bitch letting Jake go for whatever insane reason, but why would he let my parents go so easily? It's his only hold on Zeheart and the others...I don't know I just have a bad feeling about all this. Am I worrying too much?"

What do you think Scarlet?
>>
>>26338392
"No. You are worrying exactly as much as a son who's rescued his parents from the enemy after decades apart should be. Ezelcant's a bastard. I can think of a hundred things he could have done to them. So we're going to do this smart. We're going to wake them up in an isolated environment with access to the best medical care just in case he left a nasty surprise for if they were ever unfrozen. And...I know this is going to sound horrible, but we should run them through an interrogation afterwards. DNA testing, too. It's not a happy thing to consider, but those might not actually be your parents, and even if they are they might have orders to infiltrate. Probably not, given how little time Ezelcant had to respond to your presence, but still... Well, maybe we'll get lucky and there's no ulterior motive. Maybe he just let them go because he's already considering your siblings expendable pieces, or he's got some other way of influencing them. That would still be bad, but it would be a hell of a lot easier to deal with."
>>
>>26338392
"Man, cheer up. You guys did awesome today. Maybe it just seems to you that it went too easy because he didn't expect you guys to show up on a friggin' time machine. You know, make it seem like you're safe, and then drop some gigantic black robot on you or something."
"Though it does seem a bit too easy. If they are his only hold on Zeheart and the rest of the 8, maybe he won't tell them that they've been saved? Or he knows that Zeheart is too far gone for it to matter to him... In any case, if we do encounter them, we'll let you guys have a nice family talk."
>>
>>26338560
That sounds reasonable.
As for the 8, maybe they don't care? Zeheart is capable of fooling X-Rounders, maybe he lied about the whole family thing. We know he's too far gone in our timeline, considering how he was willing to preform a colony drop and do who knows what else. Maybe Ezelcant planned all this to happen eventually, but he didn't expect a time machine on his doorstep, and so he improvised.

On a side note, could Rena maybe get us some more help? Zarth is her family's colony, after all, maybe they have some contacts or something we could use.
>>
>>26338679
You know, that is a good point. What evidence do we have that the 8 are Desil's siblings? Nothing that's verifiable. And when we overheard Falk Ocramud and Gera Zoi talking about the situation in the Earth Sphere, Zeheart was the only person they had any doubts about for being Desil's sibling. Wouldn't they worry about the 8, too, if they were also the siblings of a traitor? Fuck, I think we got played. But to what end? Would Ezelcant really have been expecting us to get to the Mars Sphere undetected and had a plan on hand? Or was Zeheart just sending us off on a wild goose chase as a 'fuck you' to the brother he hates? Hmm. Well, this isn't good.
>>
>>26339034
Shit, I mean Medal Zant, not Falk Ocramud. Falk is the Gen 3 equivalent of Zant, so I got them confused.
>>
>>26339034
For all we know, he deliberately set that line that they're his family to demoralize Desil and make sure we try to hold back for his sake. He's Ezelcant's protege in this timeline, I wouldn't be surprised if he lied through his teeth about everything. That, he probably screwed with Yurika around so he could get his hands on some valuable data and have somebody vouch for him thereby splitting the Asunos. For all we know, he might've even given Asemu the data that Flit is his father.
>>
>>26339149
>"No. You are worrying exactly as much as a son who's rescued his parents from the enemy after decades apart should be. Ezelcant's a bastard. "Yeah, you have a point. I'm sure things will be fine, even Ezelcant can't see the future. Thanks Scarlet." Desil gives you a thankful pat on the shoulder.

"So are you leaving with Carlos and the others?" You ask.

"Yeah. It's not really the 'Magnificent 7' with one of it's members missing. We'll be leaving tomorrow."

You hug Desil and go over to talk to Rena about a few things.

"Hey Rena, your family is pretty influential right? Do you know any contractors or builders that I could call to help build things here on base?"

"Yeah I know some people. Just don't mention me when you call them. My parents are still trying to rope me into some stupid arranged marriage" Rena says with a groan.

"Wait, didn't you tell Dirk that wasn't an issue?" You ask, eyebrow raised.

(cont)
>>
>>26339265
That's what I'm thinking, yeah. Probably it was both to mess with our heads and to enable a scheme for Ezelcant. I can see him proposing the idea to Ezelcant when he realized Dirk's Uncle Desil was his brother. Though it hasn't really messed with our heads much. As I recall, the only time we've tangled with the 8 since that "reveal" we actually prioritized taking them out first, from sheer practicality's sake. Dirk's kind of an asshole like that. The way we've played him he really isn't the sort to let sentimentality keep him from harming someone he considers an enemy. Speaking of which, Emily said that they found Zeheart's eye after MID clawed it out. Do we have that? Next time we fight him we need to show it to him to be a dick. Just open a video line between our suits and hold it up to the camera. Preferably with our new cyber arm. With it covered up the pilot suit he won't be able to tell it's a prosthetic, so that will fuck with his head to no end.
>>
>>26339362
"Well yeah I did, but I actually LIKE Dirk. I don't want him thinking I like the pompous arrogant fuckface my parents set me up with. And before you ask his name is Hunter. Hunter Olfenoa"

"Ouch, are you going to go through with it?" You ask.

"Not a chance. I just hope I don't run into that swooning asshole. He's in the military too. Gah, I'm thankful to be in the Earth Federation's only X-Rounder Special Forces Team or else my parents might get me assigned somewhere else and BORE me into marrying Hunter."

"If you need any moral support just call me up Rena." You offer.

"Thanks. Here's the number for those private contractors."

>Upon hiring private workforce will be increased by 100%, halving building times.

What will you do now Scarlet?
>>
>>26339492
Let's meet with the time travelers, they seem interesting. Because what the hell, Dad? It was bad enough when you told us that our family only exists because of causal violation, now you get into a time loop? What the hell is going on here?
>>
>>26339492
Let's meet Daiki and the guys from the Treasure Star.
Also, fuck, the Olfenoas. Dirk's gotten himself some nasty competition here.

>>26339448
That's maybe pushing it a bit. Dirk can be an ass, but he's not going to be carrying around someone's eye just to fuck with them.
We knew that Desil's brothers and sisters aren't holding back, so we didn't hold back either - it's nothing personal.
>>
>>26339611
Yeah, that's fair. Grisly trophies are going too far. I just think we need to do something to fuck with Zeheart over the mutual maiming incident. Maybe we'll just give him the finger with the prosthetic arm, that would still confuse him.
>>
>>26339660
Or we strike up a casual conversation about what's that unidentified piece MID cut off was.
It was your dick, wasn't it, Zeheart?

Also, Duke's a famous basketball player, right? Maybe we could get him to do some recruiting videos or messages for us.
>>
>>26339611
Hunter Olfenoa is the son of the Federation's Prime Minister.
>>
>>26339948
Or one of his cousins or nephews, at least. Well, Flit's going to expose his family's crimes to the world soon enough, so Rena doesn't need to really worry. He'll lose enough social status that the marriage would be a very bad idea for her parents to push for.
>>
>>26339948
Probably some relative, if not his son. The Olfenoa family ruled the Federation since forever, and they probably have the resources and influence to do whatever they want, whenever they want. It's no wonder Rena's parents are pushing for this marriage - it's like marrying into royalty.

>>26340016
He'll probably end up a bitter asshole afterwards who'll do whatever he can to fuck with us. We just need to see if he'll focus his attention on Dirk... or Akito for being the son of the guy who took everything from him. Hell, they probably will be bashing heads now - one constantly angry and trying to prove himself, the other getting whatever he wants, whenever he wants it.
>>
>>26339719
>Duke's a famous basketball player
Well he was a famous basketball player. He never stated that he was still in basketball. Still, people would probably notice him. You'll tell Mom to get some stuff from him before he leaves, you were never really good when it came to using video equipment.

>>26339611
You decide to talk to the four fellows Dad brought along with him. You learn their names and learn more about them.

"So you're a captain of a ship? Are you in the military?" You ask the wild looking man named Sirius.

"Nope! I'm not exactly a disciplined type of guy, I act on heart and emotion. I'm an explorer! Or was, will be, ether way I'm good when it comes to finding things and helping people. My ship and her small crew are at your disposal seeing as we really have no other plans and you obviously need the help." Sirius takes a gentlemanly bow before being interrupted.

"Hey, I thought it was MY ship?" Daiki asks with a raised eyebrow.

"Well that's only because you thought I was dead. Besides I'm back now and ready to use it to help this young lady. My three ace pilots are at your disposal." Sirius says pointing to Daiki and two kids.

"My name is Daiki, I'm an old friend of your father's. I'm not really an engineer but I know how to use the AGE system almost as good as Flit Asuno himself. I could help decrease the time it takes for the AGE Builder to pop out new goodies." Daiki explains. "I'm also a damn good pilot, so don't just stick me with chores."

"I'm Kotetsu and I'm the best, or going to be the best cook in the universe! I'd love to help in the kitchen but I'm also a pretty good mobile suit pilot! My Custom Genoace may be slow, but it makes up for it with firepower."

"Pfff, whatever, he still got beat up by a Desperado." The girl dressed like a cat-girl says in a mocking tone.

"Hey! It was a NINJA Desperado and you didn't exactly do all that great against it ether."

(cont)
>>
>>26340361
> best cook in the universe
That's not how you spell Grandma Crocker.
>>
>>26340361
"Well at least I didn't get hung upside down by it. Anyway, my name is Lhuga and I'm a better pilot then ether of these guys. I pilot a customized G-Exes. I'm a big fan of Woolf, is he still alive in this timeline?" Lhuga asks.

"Timeline?" You raise an eyebrow and look the girl over suspiciously.

"Er, nevermind her she tends to say rather stupid stuff..." Sirius says waving her comment off.

"So what can your ship do exactly?" You ask.

"Well it's pretty fast and has a lot of firepower to boot. It has a jury-rigged Invisible Umbrella System to it and it has an AGE Builder onboard. Firepower wise it has a few standard double barreled beam cannons but it does have a GIANT DODS RIFLE attached to the underside. Thing has the power to blow a hole in a space colony the size of the ship itself, takes a while to charge but it's pretty damn hard to miss anything with it." Sirius says, talking about the ship like he would a fine women.

"Really? That will totally come in handy. I'm glad your with us Captain Sirius. I'll call you if I need anything else.

You walk away feeling happy to know you have some heavy duty firepower on your side in case a Fa Bose shows up. Still you feel pretty tired.

You call and hired the contractors (putting it on the Federations tab thanks to Bob Builder's talk with them) and talk to Duke and Mom about getting some propaganda material using Duke.

The party winds down however as it reaches 11:00 PM. Everyone slowly begins to siphon off and is going to retire soon. You're pretty tired yourself.

You still need to order equipment for the lab and see what was left in the armory. You should also see how many recruits you have and dump more into training to get ready of the Vagan's possible attack.

What do you want to do Scarlet?

Okay, let's get some help from Hogan. They probably have some useful blueprints for an early detection system as well as some cyberwarfare units - preferably something that tricks the enemy sensors into thinking there're more of us. Maybe introduce him to Sirius and his crew. Then, let's go get dad and ask him if he has some contacts for ordering equipment for the lab - considering how he's been working for the Federation R&D, he probably has. And finally, we should check out the armory with Rysis - if someone knows guns, it's her.

While we're at it, let's set someone to getting Elfamel the new designs. Probably the Euba/Zalam captain would know the best way to get it to him securely.
>>
>>26340700
Also have Daiki upgrade the AGE builder(s), and have the blueprints for the upgrades delivered to Big Ring via Rena and the 7. And let MaG look through the data we managed to get from the dataminer, see if we can find when and where are the Vagan going to attack next.

>>26341013
Also that.
Man, we got ripped off in that deal. I just hope Fairdain doesn't begin mass-producing Zaku-Adeles and renames itself Zeon or something.
>>
>>26341092
Eh, they needed to get the modern weaponry at some point. It's just not practical to have our allies not able to help us in a fight. Besides, we gave them tech that is, by our standards, outdated or ineffectual. We gave them current model mobile suits, some EM Rifles, and experimental beam shields. Do you really think that three AGE Builders with Daiki and Jake running them can't move past that pretty quickly? I'm expecting us to have Hyper DODS Rifles available by the time the next Vagan attack comes, same with fully-functional beam shields. And we've got a big leg up on any mobile suit development. Hell, we've got Clanches already, even if they still have some major flaws. If Euba/Zama ever does become a threat, I'm sure we'll be in perfect position to deal with them.
>>
>>26341013
You call over Grandpa Jack and put him in charge of getting the designs too Elfamel. You also talk to Daiki and assign him to upgrading the AGE Builder.

>>26340700
Calling up Hogan you talk to him about maybe setting up an early detection system and some cyberwarefare systems.

"It's late but I'll talk with my boys and we'll get to crack at it in the morning. Deal?"

"Deal. Just remember that the Vagan's are going to be here within the week." You remind him before going to see your Dad.

"Dad I need desks, office supplies, lab equipment and considering the armory was blown up, probably some ammo, energy clips and everything else. You think maybe you could help me out?" You ask.

"Sure I'll see what I can do. I know some people who owe me some favors."

You leave with Rysis to check out the armory. You can still smell the new concrete as you enter the nearly empty armory.

"Apparently the fire here cooked off most of the ammunition and melted everything in here save for some scrap metal being stored here. Looks like we'll have to restock the armory from scratch." Rysis says in a disappointed tone.

What would you like to do Scarlet? It's 11:30 and you feel like you have a sack of potatos stuck to your head.

We can begin manufacturing ammo, right? We should also order some from the side, maybe cut a deal with whoever supplies Hogan and Rysis.
Also, did the accountants, doctors and scientists Yurin sent over arrive?

>>26341426
Fair enough. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
Also, we have one prototype-Clanche, and the tech we gave them is currently used by the entire Federation, so it's not like they're technically inferior compared to the rest of the Earth sphere anymore. Cue some political maneuvering, cutting deals and they end up with some sort of Colony Defense Force whose goal is to alleviate the Federation troops with the protection of the colonies but answers to Elfamel and his successors only. Kinda like a private militia or neighborhood watch, but with mechs.

>>26341487
Well, let's haul all the scrap and slag in here off to the recycler module. Speaking of which, let's get the AGE Builder off the Treasure Star and put it in the base. The Treasure Star, unlike the Camelot and Magic School Bus, doesn't need the AGE Builder to fire it's main cannon, so we can remove it without worries about our rapid response capability. Having AGE capability on-site will help a lot with our rebuilding.
>>
>>26341994
Yeah. We need an AGE builder here. The machine shop can handle making ammo, but we still need something to make suits and weapons.
Speaking of which, can we link the builders together? Maybe they'll advance and come up with new blueprints faster that way.

(It's getting pretty late here. I'm gonna archive this and hit the hay. We can continue where we left off tomorrow. Thank you for participating guys, you're golden as always)

Sure thing man. See ya next time.
>>
Okay, how many AGE builders are now in existence?
One aboard the TS, one aboard the Camelot (the Crocker one), one on the Diva (the Asuno one), and I'm pretty sure there's two more.
>>
>>26342101
As were you, Crosswire. Have a nice night

>>26342169
Four. One on each named ship. There was one at our house, but that got put back on the Magic School Bus when it got assigned to colony defense so it could use the Photon Blaster
>>
>>26342350
All right then. So we have three at colony defense, and one aboard the Diva on its way to become a nanomachine-generating AGE builder. Or NGAGE builder, if you will.
Hopefully Zeheart didn't get his hand on the schematics for that thing.
