You are Princess Lydia Tannhäuser Von Cygnus Gates the third, second in line of succession to the throne, duchess of Tannhäuser, and executive director of the Royal Rocketry Corps of Midland.

You are currently standing in front of Prince Orion's mother, the Cannibal queen of the eastern isles. A terrifying woman with a horned headdress and teeth filed into sharp points, she towers over you and probes you for any sign of weakness with her yellowed eyes. But weakness she will not find. Orion has told her great things about you and you will not let your name or your organization down.

"Ahh yes, The daughter of the swan. The princess who has been putting new stars in the sky. What brings you to my house?" She says as you introduce yourself, leaning back into her throne and taking a slightly less intimidating posture.

>We have come to ask permission to build something on your island.
>We wish to hear the story about the moon princess.
>We have come with gifts.

It is now turn 11, your points have been spent, you are out of luck, the summer solstice is next turn.

>We have come with gifts.

Couldn't hurt to butter her up first.
>>
>>26792324
((Well, all of those, really. But let's open with the hook.))

>We have come with gifts.
"Great queen, your son has been of great assistance to us in the work we have been doing, and we are honoured to meet with you. There are many things we would speak of with you, but first, let us present to you the gifts that we have brought, to demonstrate our friendship towards you."
>>
The queen makes a curious expression as Mr Luxon retrieves the dress. In retrospect you aren't entirely sure it will fit her. She examines it for a few moments before handing it to one of her daughters to put away and nodding at you. You aren't really sure if she appreceated the gift or not, but it seems to have at least worked as a formality. "Thank you for your gift, but surely you have not come here simply to pay tribute. What do you seek in return oh daughter of the swan?" She says, seeing through your gift.
>>
>>26792518

We smile, the kind of knowing smile that says we both know we're playing a game but we've still gotta play it, and say "You're as wise as they say. We seek your permission to build something on your island." Hope that she appreciates our cutting through the formality and getting to the point.
>>
>>26792518
"We are sure your son has told you of the great structures required for the placing of new stars in the sky. The island we currently build upon is too exposed to the hurricanes for the safety of our people for much of the year, and we would seek your permission to use some of the land on your island to construct more such structures."
>>
>>26792614
Seconding.
>>
>>26792587
>>26792614
"You wish to build a sky bowl on my island?" The queen says as she shifts her posture once more. "I would be honored, but I must ask one small price from you first. Bring me a piece of the moon and I will allow you to build anything you wish on my island. Is that acceptable oh daughter of the swan?"
>>
>>26792689
"It is indeed acceptable. How large a piece do you wish us to bring?"
>>
>>26792689
((Hmmm. Feasible with a smaller craft than a manned landing, but not by much...))

"That is acceptable, great queen. How large a piece would you require?"
>>
>>26792730
The queen pauses to think for a moment, she didn't expect you to be so exact. Eventually she makes a shape with her hands about the size of your fist.

((You believe that the current manned lunar landing profile includes an allowance for samples returned from the lunar surface, you'd have to ask the Colonel about that though, too bad you don't have an MVAC terminal handy))
>>
>>26792782
((We could really do with having her base *before* the manned lunar mission, I think, and an unmanned lunar probe would be a good way of testing our new components, but I suspect we'd have to research a whole new capsule and lander and so on...))

"Thank you. There is one other request that we have... might you be able to tell us the story of the moon princess?"
>>
>>26792782
"We shall do this task, Your Majesty."

She wants the Lunar Rock before we can build the radio-telescope. That'll put the construction of the telescope nearly a year away.

"You wish to know the story?" The queen asks. She didn't seem to expect this and moves back in her throne a bit. "I suppose can tell you over a feast." She acquiesces before standing up and clapping her hands and barking an order in her language.

A short while later a pig is slaughtered, fruit cut, and fish grilled. As the queen lays back and picks at her meat with her sharpened teeth she begins to tell you the story. "The story begins, daughter of the swan, back in the days when humans lived among the stars. They had everything they could ever want and lived in paradise alongside the gods. However the humans were greedy and eventually they brought war to heaven. As punishment the gods cast mankind down from the stars to live on earth as a punishment..." You seem to remember hearing this part of the story before. "The humans had grown ignorant and week in heaven and were unable to live on earth. They cried for forgiveness but the queen of heaven would not hear there pleas. One celestial maiden however did hear them and pleaded to the queen to have mercy on the humans. The queen eventually allowed her daughter to help the humans, provided she did not interfere in there affairs...."

When it comes to physical sample returns, the Moon is the closest target. Trying to do an unmanned sample return is going to be more difficult than forging ahead with the manned mission; we don't have the robotics skills necesary and that'd be a whole new problem.

(I say this from experience)

My Lady, we will do this, and we will promise this. Also, We propose this probe design.

return mission by the Soviet Union, and was the third lunar sample return mission overall, following the Apollo 11 and Apollo 12 missions.
The spacecraft consisted of two attached stages, an ascent stage mounted on top of a descent stage. The descent stage was a cylindrical body with four protruding landing legs, fuel tanks, a landing radar, and a dual descent engine complex.
A main descent engine was used to slow the craft until it reached a cutoff point which was determined by the on-board computer based on altitude and velocity. After cutoff a bank of lower thrust jets was used for the final landing. The descent stage also acted as a launch pad for the ascent stage.
The ascent stage was a smaller cylinder with a rounded top. It carried a cylindrical hermetically sealed soil sample container inside a re-entry capsule.
The spacecraft descent stage was equipped with a television camera, radiation and temperature monitors, telecommunications equipment, and an extendable arm with a drilling rig for the collection of a lunar soil sample.

In terms of technology, it is possible, it involves similar challenges as putting a man on the moon BUT without life support we can have lower tolerances. The hard part is the return, because if we do not get it right, the sample lands in the ocean, unless.. we could get the Navy a publicity shot by having them retrieve the moon capsule.
>>
Great, so spent of turns to promise to bring a rock from the moon, and only then be able to build the telescope.

I can't think of anything that's a bigger waste than this.
>>
>>26793374

You're missing a line or two there.
>>
>>26793422
I think we are going to have to incorporate sample return into our first manned mission, yes. We don't have the budget to develop an unmanned probe alongside our other components. Which is a pity, because an unmanned mission first would be really, really handy. ((Among other things, I'd really like to drop something unmanned on that dark-side city to check for antiair defenses before we send down a manned lander.))
>>
>>26793448

True, but we're going for the Jebediah Kerman approach here.

As we tucker in, we ask in jest if a wheel of our best cheese would suffice for now.
>>
>>26793448
We should NOT go for a straight orbit jump, unless we are developing our heavy lift rocket in parallel with the manned systems. We should have the first heavy lift rocket have the sample system, which could use our existing orbiting technology, and it could also place artifacts of ours on the moon, as a sign to the world that we have the ability to touch the stars. Nationalism is important, after all, we are unlike the Nords, a civilized people.
>>
>>26793177
"The maiden descended from the moon on a canoe of light, and taught the people how to make there own heaven on earth and redeem themselves. However there was a tribe of humans who opposed her. They claimed it was heaven itself that had made men sin, and that mankind should abandon the teachings of heaven entirely. These people would not listen to the maiden and shunned her teachings. Still, The rest of the people were glad to hear her teachings.
The maiden continued teaching for many years, heading her mother's warning to only teach and not interfere in human affairs." The queen continues to tell her story. This part about the people who shunned the gods you hadn't heard before.

>>26793374
Using current rules that needs more Delta-V than the manned landing mission profile because it is a direct ascent. All the savings you make by not including life support, you lose on having to land and return to earth with the same vehicle. In real life also the soviet unmamed sample return mission wasn't successful until after Apollo.
>>
>>26793513

We would very much love to know who shunned the gods. They may not even be the bad guys in the myth.
>>
>>26793513
Direct Ascent... hmm I offer a second proposal then. We have a multi part rocket. Using a mid-orbit transfer, we send up the parts in 3 launches, the lunar unit will be launched first and placed in a holding orbit, while a fuel unit will be launched next. By not going for direct ascent, we can save fuel and mass by refueling in orbit, and having the lunar lander only need to transfer from Earth orbit, to Lunar Orbit and then down to Earth via parachutes and balloons via a oceanic landing.
>>
>>26793513
>>26793566

Sounds like the society mother belongs too. I think they were doing it because they didn't want somebody to conquer the world in order to rush to the heavens.
>>
>>26793586
Also, We* We apoligize, my lady, we propose "Earth Orbit Renveous" strategy as the simplest one that we can do without requiring a massive rocket system, and it could provide experience for our astronauts in future stellar missions.
>>
>>26793586
The manned profile involves two launches, a lander and a crew module, each launched with a booster stage, one for lunar injection and another for capture and return, Rendezvous in earth orbit.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmrWq6tGm4NvdDRWYWdaOFk1NHBJSTUyVDg2S0FsN2c&usp=sharing
Again an unmanned sample return mission would be less reliable and is unlikely to offer any substantial bonus over a manned one. There are just two many things you can't trust to machines using your current technology.
>>
>>26793586
>>26793620
... That's what we're already planning to do with the manned mission, you realise? That's why we're only developing a Mass 18 lower stage and not a Mass 30 or so one.
>>
>>26793651
[OOC] Curse our pre IC technology, we will have to use humans![/OOC]

With a manned mission, We propose with a successful mission, we have our explorer in a fine uniform deliver the cargo personally, as a sign of our promises..
>>
>>26793677
Sure, but it's a little early to be thinking of that. We've got a long way to go before our manned moon landing mission.

>>26793513
Anyway, is the Queen continuing her story?
>>
>>26793677
Not really relevant to our current situation or immediate goals.
>>
>>26793566
>We would very much love to know who shunned the gods. They may not even be the bad guys in the myth.

The queen laughs a bit before continuing the story. "The maiden continued to teach the people of earth for some time, and eventually they built there own civilization. Over the years she forgot the promise she had made to her mother and even fell in love with a human. She had thought the heretics had been vanquished and that humanity was finally ready to care for itself..."

The queen pauses the story midway and yawns loudly. "Can I finish the story later Daughter of Cygnus?"
>>
>>26793719
"As you wish, Your Majesty."

Dammit, without that MVAC Core we can't communicate with Smith.
>>
>>26793719

No. We need to hear more.
>>
>>26793719

"Some other time then your Majesty."
>>
>>26793783
((We're not getting more whatever we say. That's QM speak for "I have temporarily run out of story." Also, in-character, we wouldn't be so rude as to demand something from the queen like that.))

>>26793719
"Of course, your majesty. But we will be most interested to hear its conclusion."
>>
>>26793783
You rude, ignorant ingrate. Are you really so stupid as to not realize the insult that your post constitutes?
>>
>>26793749
The queen eventually falls asleep leaving you to wonder just how this story ends. You start to wonder if maybe the gods mentioned in the story are the Foe stars, or if the Celestial Maiden is the one who built the hidden moonbase. But without the end of the story you can't learn anything you didn't already know.

It's all very frustrating. What shall you do now?

>We shall, try to wake the sleeping Cannibal.
>We shall go stargazing.
>We shall talk to Mr Luxon.
>We shall talk to Maia.
>We shall talk to Orion.
>>
>>26793887
((That would be the Queen, I think.Teeth filed to points, remember?))

>>26793877
>We shall talk to Maia
It's been a long time, and we didn't talk to her all that much the first time. Let's see what she knows. And maybe find a child we *don't* scare on sight.
>>
>>26793877
>We shall go stargazing.
Its her kingdom let her sleep.
>>
>>26793877
>We shall go stargazing.

Alright, time to look for foe stars~
>>
Rolled 4

>>26793877
1 - We shall try to wake the sleeping Cannibal.
2 - We shall go stargazing.
3 - We shall talk to Mr. Luxon.
4 - We shall talk to Maia.
5 - We shall talk to Orion.
>>
>>26793877
>We shall talk to Maia.
She should know the rest of the story, and she has been observing Foe Star appearances from this hemisphere.
>>
>>26794070
Without the radio equipment needed to intercept their communications, what do you hope to learn from seeing them?
>>
>We shall go stargazing.
With everyone sleeping you hike back up to the top of the hill and look north, trying to see if the foe star is still visible around the pole. Sadly it's moved on by now.

You do however have an excellent view of the stars. There is no moon but you can see the path of the galaxy crossing the entire sky.

You then hear a voice behind you saying something in the eastern tongue. Turning around suddenly you see Maia, who points to a diffrent part of the sky where a bright fast moving star is streaking to the southeast.
>>
>>26794130
Is the moving star simply a comet or a meteor?
Without a telescope we can't even see if it's a Foe Star.
>>
>>26794130

We shall follow Maia.
>>
>>26794164
Too slow to be a comet, too steady to be a meteor. Most likely the SSC's space station. It's visible when sunlight reflects off the solar panels and onto the night side of earth. Eventually the light slowly fades and vanishes just a few degrees over the horizon. Maia says something else in her language, judging by the tone it seems to be a question.
>>
>>26794239
Can we locate anyone to serve as a translator? Have Mr Luxon and Orion both fallen asleep?
>>
>>26794262
You aren't sure where they are right now, you'd have to go looking for them.
>>
>>26794294
Okay, do we have enough of a grasp on the Eastern language to say "I don't understand what you're saying"? That's always a key phrase to learn early on.
>>
>>26794314
You think it's "Watashi wa anata no iu koto o rikai shite inai" but you aren't quite sure. You hope it at least wasn't something horribly wrong. She grabs you by the wrist and starts to pull you back towards the village and calls out, you assume to Orion.

At least she isn't afraid of you anymore.
>>
>>26794504
She got the gist, anyway. Off to the village, we suppose.
>>
>>26794504

Let's go then!

It's a little annoying that the most visible human presence in space belongs to someone else, but hey.
>>
>>26794798

Just wait until we land on the moon, claim it for Midland and pain it with the color of the crown.
>>
>>26794504
(btw QM, do you have a twitter account to give us a heads up you're going to start a new thread?)
>>
>>26794821
or make a powerful space based laser and write our name on the monn's face.
>>
>>26795146
Sorry I don't, I have considered it however. Should I make one? I haven't used Twitter in ages.
Also sorry for the delay, was making dinner.

You and Maia eventually find Orion in one of the huts, he quickly pokes his head out when he hears your voice, and he seems a bit surprised to see you there. "what is it princess?" He asks. You think you hear a woman's voice whispering from inside the hut.
>>
>>26795370

"Maia was trying to show us something. I was wondering if you could translate for us."
>>
>>26795370
well, the twitter is and added bonus, it lets others to get in here quicker. but if it's too much hassle. then don't worry about it.

(back to the story)
..."um, i wasn't sure what Maia said about the stars she was pointed out to me. (look over to the hut) if i interrupted you with some one, i am sorry." (blush a bit at that. i think Orion was getting intimite with a woman of his tribe. or maybe his wife/girlfriend.)
>>
>>26795370
"We require a translation. We do not yet have enough mastery of Eastern to understand what it is that Maia wishes us to know."
>>
>>26795439
Blushing? How old do you think we are?
We also send people to their possible deaths on a regular basis; do you think the Princess of Midland is some sheltered girl who has no steel in her?
She is the Director of the Royal Rocketry Corps and of XCOM, and does not blush like some weak-willed commoner.
>>
>>26795370

"Maia is trying to communicate, but we are unable to understand her."
>>
>>26795370
"Ah, we are... sorry for disturbing you, Prince Orion. Maia seems to have something important to tell us, but we don't know what it is."

>>26795533
We're still not massively experienced in matters of the heart, though. ((Or matters of the groins, more accurately.)) Blushing may be a bit much, but a little embarrassment is appropriate.
>>
>>26795533
we are a proper lady and a virgin at that, i would think our princess's mother would have explained to us "how it goes" so to say, but we have little on hands exprience our selves.
>>
>>26795559
>We're still not massively experienced in matters of the heart, though. ((Or matters of the groins, more accurately.))
Another disappointment for our Father and another negative mark against us, then.
It'll be a wonder if we can pass his test.
>>
>>26795533
>>26795559
blushing might also apply as how clothed or unclothed orion is as well.
>>
Orion climbs out of the hut tightening the knot on his loincloth, and a woman's face emerges from the darkness behind him smiling and waving at you.

Orion leans down to Maia's level and asks her a question in the eastern tongue. "She wants to know if that was your star she saw?" He translates for you once she has replied.
>>
>>26795673
we are not some unshaven lout on the intertubes. we are a dignified heir to the throne itself! we just need to find a proper match for us in time. hopefully soon. but it seems unlikely to be found here in this savage lands....

"It very well could have been. I have [ooc, how many object DO we have in orbit now?] but my rivial has some up there as well. I can't tell just by looking with my own eyes, yet anyway." "But what were you looking for Maia?"
>>
>>26795801

That we know of.
>>
>>26795801
if that is the case, then i can see strong favortism here. running a well estabished navy is probably so far easier than putting a man on the moon and back from scrach and under pressure from rivials and maybe an xeno invasion.
>>
>>26795814
Our brother attained his position through battle and military service, by actually climbing the ranks through his efforts and proving himself.

We were simply granted our Directorship, and have maintained our technological lead only because of having the world's best engineering and scientific team, the support of the Royal Astrologers Society, and our Mother.
>>
>>26795802
6 polar orbiting communications satellites. 1 polar orbiting mapper satellite, and 1 geostationary weather satellite.

And I have been REALLY nice for not rolling reliability for them because they should have all fallen out of the sky by now.
>>
>>26795802
Orion does some more translating and Maia asks another question. "She asks are there other people like you? And could you take her to meet them?" Orion says after listening to Maia's question.
>>
>>26795873
>And I have been REALLY nice for not rolling reliability for them because they should have all fallen out of the sky by now.
Maybe you should stop ignoring those rules, then. It otherwise leads to an artificially inflated sense of accomplishment, and worth in the eyes of King Gates.
>>
>>26795901
>are there other people like you?
Well it's obvious now that Maia sees an opportunity to take advantage of the rivalry between the RRC and the SSC.
She most likely will offer them Eastern support in exchange for being flown into space and more free access to their facilities and resources.

"Yes, Ms. Kenaway is the Director of the Suthland Space Council, the only rival to our Royal Rocketry Corps. As for meeting with her, we see no reason why not. We are sure that Ms. Kenaway would be delighted to meet with Maia."

(facepalm) look, either Maia ment about the MC or the SSC? i am not sure which here.
>>
>>26796103
A satellite's ability to remain operational is not just about whether it can stay in orbit, but if its electronics can remain operational while suffering thermal stress and cosmic radiation.

And if we can't keep up when the rules are properly applied to us, then we obviously don't deserve to pass our test.
>>
>>26796139
Kind of obvious she was talking about the SSC.
>>
>>26796171
To be fair even if you upgraded all systems fully, you would lose more than one every year. I think I'll tweak that just a bit, after all IRL there are satellites and probes built in the 70s still in use today.
>>
>>26796171
the rules needed better tweeking about maintaing them once they are in orbit. maybe make a check once every 5 years? there is no real space junk zipping around up there than we have IRL.
>>26796220
no to me, it's not that clear.
>>
>>26796139
She asked about those "other people like you" immediately after being told there was another bunch of people putting things into space, and she must have known previously that we had a family of some sort. She wants to meet the SSC, which can probably be arranged, although we'll have to pay attention to that.
>>
>>26796352
why not both? taking Maia to both our native home (and show her this world's stonehenge) as well as seeing the SSC's base could be a plus. (and scope out our rivial's tech and see what she's been up too)
>>

>>

"From the way that she forgot her promise, we believe that the heretics attacked, and that the Maiden interfered by fighting against them directly. Such a breach of her word led the Maiden's mother to have her returned to the Moon and that no further contact with the Earth would be allowed."
>>
"When I was a child, this story was told to me many times in many different ways." The queen explains. "In one version the princess married a human and they returned to the heavens, earth no longer needing them. In another she was punished for having a relationship with a human and turned to stone to be forever imprisoned on the moon..." She pauses to take a drink of some strong smelling liquor from a gourd. "However, the version I believe, her lover was killed by other humans, and her heart broke. She fled to her palace on the moon and went into a deep sleep, turning to stone. She now knew why her mother had warned her not to become involved with humans." She takes another drink before offering some to you. "What do you think Daughter of the swan? It's just a story."
>>
>>26797198
"Maybe, but we keep finding more evidence that humans have not always been on this planet. Each civilization also seems to have some variation of the story if it hasn't already been hidden away. All I know for certain is that I seek to reach the moon and bring humanity into space."
>>
>>26797198
"A good fairytale, for it gives hope to children of happy endings, or teaches them to heed the warnings of their parents, depending on the version. We shall see if there is any truth to such a story once we journey to the Moon.
"And do your daughters also believe in the same version as you, your Majesty?"
>>
>>26797198
.......(MAN i am so tempted to say what if i know where the princess's temple is at to her.)
Maybe we should go with. "I think the one where she was punished for having relations with a human rings more true."
>>
>>26797267
"Well then, that a problem with trying to read a fairy tale as an true story of history?" The queen asks you. "Do you think she was punished for disobeying her mother? or did she punish herself by not understanding the meaning of her mother's warning?
In all versions of the story she left earth and returned to the moon. And in each version her human lover is involved. The only part that changes is the reasons."
>>
>>26797198
(this might sound a bit meta God Mother, but does Mother and her group have a back up plan when the news of the moon base leaks out? something like this can't be bottled up for ever. i fear that the SSC will launch their own lunar mapper and see it as well. they may not keep it to them selves)
>>
>>26797413
You would have to ask her. But given how they have managed to keep you under control, you imagine they don't.
>>
>>26797400
"We believe that in all cases, it is the fault of the Celestial Maiden for becoming complacent and not preparing herself and her heart for what can happen.
"How do you feel about the Celestial Maiden, your Majesty? Was she at fault?"

(thinks about it all, adds in much of what i remember from watching all of SG1 TV show)
oh man, i think that our world was a prison planet ( nice one all things considered, but still a prison) that the humans who lost an acient galatic war were dumped here in a savage techless state. the "princess" was the warden who "watched" over us. "she" turned sympathic and "her" overseers did not like that. at all.
they probably took her out one way or another for having pity on us. now we have to find out more of the truth from here.

Or we're the Kushan and the Taiidi are the Foe Stars, making regular checks to make sure that we don't breach the terms of our exile and recover the Hyperspace Core hidden on the Moon.
>>
>>26797673
I dunno. The whole aspect of "turned to stone" implies a cold sleep to me.

We ought to be careful that we don't damage any systems when exploring the ruin.

Yeah. Google turns up nothing.

This is not Homeworld. Also Taiidi 4 lyfe. I never played HW2 because it made the Kushan route canon.
>>

Well there's obviously still an interstellar civilization active that's monitoring us. A Burning of Kharak just seemed like what would happen if we messed up the exploration of the City on the Moon.

in that case. this planet might even been "forgotten" among the others and that ship that scanned us just might have "rediscovered" us. that may or not bode well for us....
>>
>>26797852
Maybe it's monitoring us, but I personally think we're just an FTL pit stop.
>>
>>26797910
(we're the life forms in the back dumpster of an interglactic truck stop that started to become aware and crawl out of the bin looking for either revenge/freedom/dominace in the world)

does not sound all that bad to me....

(God Mother, I know it may be a touch irrelevant, but I've been curious about this for some time: is there any early science fiction being written in the setting?

I'm not expecting "From Earth to The Moon" or "War of the Worlds," but certainly something like "The Land Ironclads," et al.)
>>

There is a talking picture (staring Ms Langdon) about the 'space navy' and an empress from the planet Ishtar currently making the rounds in the Cinema. You have also heard that an adaptation is being made of an old story about an alchemist who creates a homunculus, an artificial human. You don't remember how that story ended but seem to remember it was tragic.
>>
>>26798546
(God Mother, this has not be brought up yet. but is there any sort of Paleontology/digging up fossils and/or bones on this world? if so, where do human remains first to show up at? Or is this an ignored/forbidden field)
>>
>>26798767
According to Mr Advocar, around 10 thousand years ago, the same time any form of fossil first appears. Before that the composition of the soil changes drastically. You haven't been able to confirm this because other organizations don't seem to be interested in that field.

Thank you God Mother.

....this world was terraformed just for us. here is an idea. i wonder if we can invent ground penetrating scanners some how. they could be lost ruins from that age hidden somewhere on this world.
>>
>>26798923
Or the planet was always habitable and suffered a terrible case of glassing.

We will no doubt have to found a xenogeology division in order to study dem moon rocks and after they are successfully researched we can direct their attention to discovering what caused the drastic transition.

darn it God Mother, all this revelations, speculations, and other wise awesomeness has made my mind to explode! now i have to replace it, so the only way i will accept for you to pay me back is to FINISH THIS AWESOME QUEST TO THE END! i want to know more!
>>
>>26799014
I wish I could do nothing but run a quest 24/7 but It's late, I have work in the morning, the dog needs a walk, and I'm afraid of moving onto new scenes when it's not peak hours.

But like, Get to the moon, you'll find cool things there. Alternately try communicating with the aliens.
>>
>>26799066
Oh yeah, and You'll get places faster if you co-operate with people and aren't paranoid. Helpful hint, there is no cold war going on here, ms Kenaway is not Gorbachev.

Well, goodnight God Mother, we'll keep those suggestions in mind.

SETI program, anyone?
>>
>>26799124

I tried to tell people that but X-COM OUR FADER NAT PROD HURR DURR ALIENS! Mentality seemed to over run this quest.
