But yeah, if I met a DM like Dicebeard, I'd be hellishly excited.

It's been over a year I've been in a campaign that lasted more than one session, and that seriously makes me sad, but atleast recently my group has been excited about playing Descent after I got it.

Next go to the local costume shop, get yer crew some gear
