We've got a lot of insulating layers, and insulators by their very definition do not conduct heat well. So if we aren't outputting cold from the freezer sacs to cool then our fur should not chill anyone who touches it. With all of the layers between our core and the outside we can probably be at a nice frozen temperature in our core and be precisely room temperature on the outside once we learn control.For example polar bears don't show up on infra red, their fur is that good of an insulator, any heat on the inside stays on the inside. In the same way the cold that's inside us should stay there. I'm assuming our fur is somewhere around as good as a polar bear's fur, I mean we did get it from a magical kitten of icy death.
