All i know is that level 4 senses lets us find the creeper and basically makes every other senses other than smell better than lauras, plus it seems like after the power shift Crusty is either adding levels to our core powers or extra abilities. There is also Invisibility Level 4 which basically lets us include friends when we go invisible and helps us hide our mutant markings by making them invisible(so better control of what goes invisible).
I personally want agility 2
