For once, everyone is just having a good time- no reason to spoil that by bringing up a sore subject.Eventually, though, a nurse comes in and informs everyone that visiting hours are over- Mako's grandmother will need to stay one more night for observation, but should be going home in the morning, so everyone gives their goodbyes. However, as everyone is filing out, you catch Hisako and your grandfather exchange a very meaningful glance.Goddammit. You really hope you're not that hopeless when you're their age.You put it out of your mind- "Well, it's sixteen-hundred." You say, glancing down at your watch. "Four hours until the next ferry for Oorai departs." Miho looks at you. "Would you, uh..." She glances down. "Would you like to go to dinner? Maybe see a movie?"You blink.
