It didn’t help that the Skill-Outs wouldn’t look too kindly to a Level 2 like you asking for some things. Tadakuni was a model of inconspicuous appearances but even that did nothing if you really focused on him. It was crowded somewhat by the lunch rush being over which was perfect. The only problem was the people tailing him. From you corner of the street you counted two people on his tail.
