Inside the first door going up from the staircase is a t sectioned hallway sandwiched by four rooms. each room has a door, a little plastic bin on the walls for medical charts and a big dark window.

yes that's one of them spinning warning lights. Oh it's pretty dark so when you attempt to look into a window into the room which is completely dark(you have some lighting from a source around the corner) you can't seem to make much out.
