Hi and welcome to another edition of Succubus Lord Quest!

Remember how I said I’d start on time next week! Well that ended up being a massive lie due to real life complications!

Last time on SLQ, we finished up our meeting at the Church of Pamille, in where Leona had found a new friend in Latooni the Miyian. After the church, you decided to head out to see the twins for a lunch date, only to barely save it once Nona, your study partner, picked you out a the restaurant you went to.

We now continue from where we left off!

Also the second post was an ugly post with lots of eyesore text, which is now all compiled here!

You hum to yourself after coming home from your shopping trip and your date with the twins, making a note to go back and ‘teach’ them privately later. Much of your materials consist of various tea flavors and also some sweets. You may be able to make a mean cup of tea, but your experiences with cooking are... not as pleasant.

**FLASHBACK TO BROOKLYN’S CHILDHOOD**

“How did you catch the countertop on fire when just trying to make porridge!?” your Dad exclaims as he attempts to put out the fire.

“I don’t know!” you wail.

**END FLASHBACK**

...Yea let’s not think of that.

Leona and Erika are currently out have some bonding time with each other, which just leaves you with handling the introductions and the family meeting.

As you step into the tower and into the main living area, you can see Wilhelmina sitting next to the fireplace with a book while Ada is sitting in front of the coffee table, being propped up by several pillows.

“Don’t you have a desk?” you ask Ada.

“Not yet I do.” Ada mutters to herself. “Pride demons always give human servants the shaft whenever it suits them...”

“Where’s Dad?” you ask while taking off your scarf.

“Upstairs preparing himself for the reunion.” Ada says as she finishes off her writing. “Oh yes, I have just the group we’re going to target with our distraction tactics.”

“And they are?” you ask.

“The Court of the Midnight Sun. A group of Noble Vampires who have been trying to blot out the sun for centuries.” Ada replies. “Given the current situation, it’d make sense for them to make some sort of move even if they have been dormant.”

“Noble Vampires? I thought they were some sort of demon, not undead.” you reply.

“Kind of.” Wilhelmina replies. “When it comes to their aetheric signature, they will often show up as undead, but they’re still capable of normal reproduction and growth up to a certain point in their lifespans, at least for most clans. They’re also a type of Lust Demon like we are.”

“Makes sense given their folklore. But aren’t they supposed to be extremely strong?” you ask.

““The base Noble Vampire will have the strength and speed of a Belkarian, the Magician capabilities of an Okarian, the stealth of a Laminian, and the social prowess of an Ayarian. But they’re also front loaded with many weaknesses. They can’t enter a house unless invited, they suffer a quadruple weakness to holy magic due to their undead and demonic spiritual and physical nature, they can’t cross a stream of running water and if it’s raining they won’t be able to go out at all, and direct contact with sunlight weakens them. ...Oh and if they try to eat anything besides raw flesh or blood they’ll vomit.” Wilhelmina explains.

“I knew just about all of that aside from the eating food thing.” you reply.

"Still working on the exact tactics. I may have to ask Sebastian or Erika advice on such a matter." Ada says frowning over her work.

(Anything else you want to ask Ada or Wilhelmina about Vampires?)
>>
>>31327325
Does light magic fuck with them?
>>
>>31327325
"How are we going to have our aether signature appear as undeads? It's not that I don't itch for a fight but if the first demon can spot that were aren't what we're claiming to be, we're just going to exacerbate the problem."
>>
>>31327325
"In order to sell the frame-up, it might be a good idea to have a few Dragur related materials 'found' on some of their turf.

I doubt any of us know enough about Necromancy to fake the ritual, but just buying a few of the raw supplies and a corpse waiting to be used should be easy enough.

I can ask Oksana what ingredients to buy. Can your people get what we need without anyone knowing Succubi were involved?"
>>
>>31327202
Ok, despite the lack of ass in OP, this Koakuma is extra adorable. I award you a gold star and a cookie.
>>
>>31327581
We can ask Oksana that. If anyone will know, she will. If we can't fake an undead signature. We'll just hide our signature. We already know how to do that.
>>
>>31327667
We have no idea if our aetheric disguise work when we're actually casting while it's on and only us and Ada are able to use that at the moment.
>>
"How are we going to have our aether signature appear as undeads? It's not that I don't itch for a fight but if the first demon can spot that were aren't what we're claiming to be, we're just going to exacerbate the problem." you reply.

“Succubi are made to blend in with just about anything. While I can’t mimic an undead signature, there are those more experienced in shapeshifting who can do things such as masking their aether signature to that of something else.” Ada replies.

“I think I can do such a thing as well, but for how long it’d last I can’t say.” Wilhelmina replies without looking up from her book. “We could always just hire a necromancer as well.”

“Ada, could we get some evidence to plant on the scenes to assure the Draugr was there without there being a paper trail to the Succubi?” you ask.

“But of course, such things are my specialty. I’d just need to have a list of what items to procure.” Ada replies.
>>
>>31327868
I hadn't thought of the casting issue, but I thought the others learned how to hide there presence.

The can, can't they?

Either way, something to ask Oksana. A way to either disguise or hide our signatures.
>>
>>31327955
It's under cloacking and unless Sandact suddenly say "sorry I forgot" Only us and Ada have Aetheric disguise while Stacy is the only other one with the magical ability.
>>
>>31327906
Just to clarifi. I mean plant some Dragur related materials on Vampire turf and have someone 'discover' it. Not plant extra stuff at the attack.

Multiple pieces of supporting evidence found separately will make the story sell a lot better.

I'm hesitant to hire in more people. The more people to know the details of our plan, the more people that can blab.
Using Adas people to spy and gather information is fine, that's what they do anyway. Nothing specific or unusual enough about it to tie to anything.
Hireing in people to launch the attack for us (with disguised signatures) could be risky.

Consult with Oksana and see if we can disguise our own people.

Also, we're the one with the powers and skill-set needed to copy the Dragurs MO. We need to find a way to disguise our signature so we can take part in the attack.

“I’m leery about making this any larger than it needs to be.” you add. “So let’s just avoid hiring anyone extra onto the project.”

“I agree. It’s fortunate that some Laminian’s are planning to heist the Draugr’s body.” Ada adds.

“...Heist the body? In the middle of a citywide crackdown?” you ask.

Wilhelmina puts down her book and gives a flat glare to Ada. “Inquiry, are they retarded.”

“No, just driven by grief. I’m actually hinging on their success, for if the Vampires or Pride Demons know that the Draugr’s body is still locked up, they’ll begin looking for other parties.” Ada replies.

“I should probably ask Oksana to see if it’s possible to cloak our own people with a proper signature.” you reply.

Ada just sighs. “I’m telling you Brooklyn, I know my infiltration tactics. Cloaking, Shapeshifting, or the Spirit Control Wilhelmina mentioned should work.”

“I’m just hoping I’d be able to get the signature right.” Wilhelmina says.

“What do you mean? It’s only a simple undead signature isn’t it?” you ask.

“First, I never attempted something like this before. I’m one who sees no shame in being what I am. Secondly, the Draugr felt... different. I’ve felt the aura’s of undead before, but the Draugr’s seemed... off in some way. I’m not sure if such a signature like his is common amongst undead’s, but it does make me wonder about a few things.” Wilhelmina explains as she goes back to her book.

“But it was undead correct?” Ada asks her.

“Oh yes, I could certainly tell it was some sort of undead.” Wilhelmina replies.
>>

>I’ve felt the aura’s of undead before, but the Draugr’s seemed... off in some way.

"Well, we don't need to copy it. Just some sort of generic undead aura will do. I'll still consult Oksana. If she knows a simple ritual to disguise our aura, we'd be foolish not to use it."

>some Laminian’s are planning to heist the Draugr’s body

"Do you know when it's going to happen? If we could launch our attack at the same time, we could serve as a distraction for them. Also, pass a message to them that the Belkarian leader has the means to permakill it once she's recovered."

“Soul Severance only works at the moment of the targets death. Fredika is going to need to wait until the Draugr comes back to life.” Wilhelmina replies.

“Which he’ll wake up directly in front of several pissed off Laminian’s and a Belkarian Knight. The surroundings are going to take some damage but otherwise I see no issue with it.”

“Sometime this week. I think on... Thursday. I’ll check and make sure the next time I’m there.” Ada replies.

Is it Saturday? I think I remember Saturday from last thread.

We want to get this done as soon as we have all the info we need. We want to shift the blame before the Succubus Hunt kicks off and violence breaks out. It'll be much harder to stop it then.

If the Laminians can't move in time, we might have to go without them.

I guess we should summon Oksana now.

“I’m going to head upstairs and get ready for Excel then. She should be here in about an hour or two.” you reply as you head to the stairs.

“Good luck.” Wilhelmina says as she continues reading her book.

As you do head upstairs, the first thing you notice in your room is Amanda.

“Ah Brooklyn! I was wondering when you’d return!” Amanda replies.

“Hello Amanda. What brings you to my room?” you ask. “...You didn’t touch anything did you? I do have some alchemical reagents that don’t react well when people shake them.”

“Oh heavens no! Same idea that we have in place of the university and all that. I just came here to deliver your items!” Amanda says holding up a bag.

“You mean they’re finished!?” you ask in an excited tone.

“Yes, but it certainly took a while. Even someone such as I was put to the near bottom of the list for getting the supplies I needed to make my inventions!” Amanda declares.

Which means she’s basically a junior and everyone is treating her as such.

“....Wait a second, are the kinks worked out in your inventions? They won’t... burst into flames when I put them on right?” you ask.

“Oh heavens no! No flame bursting at all! That I made sure of!” Amanda brags.

You take a sigh of relief when you hear that.

“The main cause for concern would be trying to avoid what happened to those poor rats.” Amanda says digging around in a bag on top of your bed.

“...What rat?” you ask in a concerned voice.

“Oh nothing you need to concern yourself with! Now the first item are these gloves!” Amanda says producing a pair of leather gloves. They appear to look more like mitts, but have a thin metal lining that goes up to the tip of each finger. “Now these gloves should increase the power of any light based magics by quite a bit. They can work just by themselves or in a pair, but just be sure not to channel anything else while they’re on. Now be sure not to use darkness magic, or else you’ll clog up the Ruminator circuits which depends o-”

You only stare blankly at Amanda while she stops herself within her technobabble.

“Oh I’m sorry I was about to get carried away. Rest assured it’d be bad.” Amanda says as she passes you the gloves. “See we tend to call people who don’t understand us as... ‘Dullards’. ...I probably said to much already.”

“It’s okay, I’m sure all the clans do it to some extent.” you reply.

“I’d imagine so, but I admit I’m curious to how clans would refer to each other... Anyways, onto the next item!” Amanda says as she reaches into the bag she has, pulling out what appears to be a copy of your current dress.

“You know that was based on a maid uniform right?” you ask.

“Yes, and because of that people expect you to eat something like this as part of your identity. Plus it looks like unassuming clothing, which I’m sure is a plus.” Amanda takes the dress and puts it back down on the bed, but one thing you notice is that there is a large bow in the back. “Now I hid a small shield generator inside of the bow on your dress. This should be enough to take a few hits, but don’t expect it to stop anything more than a few glancing blows.”

“...Did it really have to be a bow?” you ask.

“Why not? You’re a woman aren’t you?” Amanda asks you.

“That’s... Besides the point.” you reply.

“Oh don’t worry Brooklyn, I’m sure you’ll happily grow into such a dress!” Amanda happily exclaims.

“Let’s try them on then.” you reply as you take the dress and gloves behind the changing curtain.

You on the clothes carefully, images of what could of happened to the rat flowing through your mind. After putting them on, you step out from behind the curtain.

“Well, how does it feel?” Amanda asks.

“Hm... The gloves are a little stiff. Also I can feel the weight in the back bow area when I turn around.” you say giving a slight turn.

“No less restricting than your leather armour though correct?” Amanda asks.

“Certainly more free flowing than that yes.” you reply.

“Is it also more flexible than that swimsuit I found in your trunk as well?” Amanda asks, a hint of anger in her voice as she brings it up from behind her back.

“I was waiting for you to come back for a while, so I was about to put your new belongings in the trunk when I found this thing!” Amanda says looking at the Succubus Lord Armour. “This barely covers anything at all! Why on earth would you wear such a thing!?”

“I think that’s exactly why they bought it.” you reply, walking over to her with a small gait. You grab Amanda by the shoulders before looking deep into her eyes. “In fact... I think some ‘remedial education’ may be in order...”

Amanda lets your Succubus Lord Armour drop to the ground as she runs a finger along your cheek. “I’m a slow learner, so you’re going to have to take your time with me...”

You then lean into Amanda’s, your lips pressing against her own. A small fit of giggling comes out between the both of you before you quickly move in with the tongue, Amanda’s own hands going behind your back and eagerly going all over it.

“Son, I’m going to have to t-” your father says as he opens the door and freezes at the sight of what he sees before him.

“D-Dad!” you say immediately straightening up, your face filled with a heavy blush as Amanda also stands up to attention.

“Yes you are.” you reply, normal color returning to your cheeks as you stare at him. “People really need to learn how to knock these days.”

“Oh. See I just wanted to see if we could have a talk before Excel comes over.” your father replies.

“It... looks like you two need some alone time, so I’ll just go ahead and excuse myself.” Amanda says quickly walking out the room while covering her face.

You give a small sigh. So much for that.

“Why are you worried? She’s going to be ecstatic to see you.” you reply.

“Is she still impulsive, rash, and slow to express her feelings?” your father asks.

“Pretty much.” you reply.

“Then yes I am worried. Knowing Excel the first thing she’s going to do is either punch me in the face, throw a fit then run out, or most likely both of those things. She won’t be the only one who is nervous about this Brooklyn. I mean how am I supposed to break it to her that I’ve been living nearly right under her nose for years and I never so much as attempted to contract her let alone find her? “Your nose was bleeding when we first entered the Laminian village and didn’t stop! If anything I was surprised you just didn’t jump Arum when we met her!” you protest.

About an hour and a half later, there is a knock on your tower door while you’re reading a book inside of the living room.

“It’s me, Excel. Open up.” your sister says on the other end.

“Yes yes, just don’t beat the door down.” you say as you walk on over to the door and open it up.

“Articus Damnit... Bro how the hell did you land a place like this?” you sisters asks as she comes in passing you her scarf, still wearing her maid clothes from work.

“By being on the same floor when some stupid gang war went down.” you reply as you hang up her scarf.

“The living room alone is bigger than uncle’s apartment!” Excel exclaims as she marvels at the tower living room.

“Yes, and it’s quite the pain to travel up and down all the time. Still it’s a home away from home.” you reply.

“You can give me the full tour after I get some munchies then. Give me some of your tea.” Excel simply demands as she falls into a chair in front of the fireplace.

“Huh uh.” Excel says as she looks at the kettle. “Where are the sweets?”

“Now those I *have* cut down on, if only to watch my weight.” you reply as you walk on over to the kettle in order to take it off the stove.

“Where are the damn cookies.” Excel then states.

“Just hold on and wait for your damn cookies. You’re not going to die without them.” you reply as you pour the tea.

“I could be a diabetic.” Excel replies.

“Or you could be a liar.” you say bringing the tray of cookies and tea over to the coffee table.

“...Three? You have a friend coming over Brooklyn?” Excel asks, pointing to the third cup on the tray.

“...You could say that.” you reply.

Just as you say that, your father comes down the stairs, taking his time as he walks over to you and Excel.

“For Articus’s sake Brooklyn, you’re making friends left and right ever since you go to Old TO.” Excel says flopping back into her chair, before making her head turn towards your father. “So who else do you ha-”

Excel stops her words just as she makes eye contact with your father. Though your father has aged, she can seemingly tell immediately that it’s indeed your father. Excel’s face slowly goes into a mode of pure shock.

“Hello Excel, it’s been a long time.” your father replies.

“Wa!? How!?” Excel says, fingers clenching into the side of the armchair as if about to rip it off. “Y-You’re supposed to be dead!”

“A lie. The ch-”

“A lie!? Where have you been all this time!?” Excel says standing up, walking over to your father.

“Holy Tr-!? That’s... That was directly downtown! You... You lived there all that time! All those years and you never even THOUGHT to see how your family was doing!?” Excel demands.

“I thought about you all every day I was there!” your father replies.

“You couldn’t even come to see us when mom passed away!?” Excel yells at him, tears in her eyes. “You couldn’t come to help us out when she was deathly ill and couldn’t even get out of bed!?”

This is bad... Excel isn’t letting him talk at all.

“Excel, sit down and let Dad speak.” you firmly tell her.

“Speak!? Oh so now he wants to talk after all these years!?” Excel spits back with tears in her eyes.

“Yes, and he’s going to tell you exactly ho-”

“His reason for abandoning us!?” Excel cuts you off.

“EXACTLY HOW HE WAS HELD AS A PRISONER AGAINST HIS WILL FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS.” you yell over the top of Excel’s voice, not going to have her cutting you off or anything else of the sort.

“Prisoner!?” Excel says with a puzzled look.

“Yes! In fact he’s got a damn good story for what happened, so just sit down and listen! Otherwise you won’t be getting a single crumb from any of the cookies!” you say to Excel as you gently push her into a chair.

Over the next half hour or so, your father goes into painstaking detail about how he ended up at the college. This was nothing you haven’t heard before, but Excel seemed to take the entire thing while listening so intently.

“...Wow... So all this time...” Excel says.

“Yes, I was a prisoner against my will.” your father replies.

“No... It’s...” tears come back to Excel’s eyes age, trying to wipe them away with her sleeves. “All these years... I thought you were scum for having gone out and gotten yourself killed or abandoned us... And now I only find out that I wasn’t justified, but I was just plain wrong on every level! He suffered for so long, and the only thing I was doing all this time was insulting him!”

Without saying a word, you just stand up and walk over to both Excel and your father, taking Excel out of her seat and bringing her over to your father.

“No better way than to apologize now right?” you reply to Excel as you hold onto her shoulders.

“Da... Daddy!” Excel says completely breaking down into tears, tackling your father and nearly making the entire chair that he’s in topple onto the ground.

“Yes! Yes my daughter I’m here! I promise that I’ll never leave you guys like that ever again!” Your father replies with his own tears in his eyes.

“Next time read the contract you stupid idiot!” Excel sobs.

“I will! I promise I will!” your father sobs back as continues to hold her closer.

With this scene in front of you, you just go back to your chair and let the two have their moment. You go back to just sipping your tea and just munching on some cookies.

The hugging and crying goes on for nearly 10 or so minutes before they both straightened back up. Excel is laying out in your Father’s lap. Excel and your father are busy seemingly staring out into space.

“How did you escape?” Excel asks your father.

“When Lord Dio attacked the college, I took that as my chance. I don’t think the angel I contracted to is going to be a problem anymore either.” your father replies.

“It’s nice that we’re an entire family again after all these years.” you add.

“Agreed. Your mother is here with us in spirit.” your father replies.

“We should make it a point to go to Fort Hope and visit Mom’s grave next time we have a chance. Although I’m not sure how thrilled she’ll be to see that only one of her daughters are able to fit into her old clothes.” Excel says looking at your body figure.

“...You mean she didn’t figure it out after all this time?” your sister asks.

After Excel spends some time with you all, she decides to take your father over to uncle’s place so that they can catch up. After they both leave, you crack your knuckles before preparing yourself mentally. This time you’re going to go have the twins, and this time you don’t care what happens otherwise. Only if hal- no you know what? You’re not even going to THINK that. Because every time you do think about it, it DOES happen.

After taking some of Mina’s ‘toys’, ones which she even encouraged you to use a while back, you head on over to the twins place. It’s nearly seven o’clock, well past sunset. You like the daylight a bit more, but at least you can see in the darkness well.

You give several loud knocks on the door and wait for a few seconds before you finally get an answer, in the form of the person you least wanted to see right now. Elgar, the twins father, comes to the door and pulls it open.

Elgar takes one look at you and the bag that you’re carrying. “I’m sorry madam, but we’re closed for the day. We don’t do any business transactions after proper business hours.”

A few seconds later, you can hear the sound of footsteps coming down from up above.

“A guest? At this hour?” Stacy asks.

“Who could it possibly be a this h-” Katlin seems to stop for a second before she notices you. “Oh hello Lady Brooklyn!”

“I’ll leave you two alone for the moment, I head to finish up my paperwork for this evening.” Elgar says excusing himself down the hall.

“Oh don’t worry, it’s going to take some time...” you reply back with a smile as you head upstairs.

“Great... I was hoping to do some reading tonight...” Katlin complains, missing the point again.

Once you get to the twins room, you’re happy to know that despite Stacy’s density, they’re both rather quick learners, especially so thanks to the Gemelli link. But just as the situation is getting good, there’s a knock on the twins bedroom door.

“Brooklyn, it’s Wilhelmina. Got some important news.” Wilhelmina says on the other side.

You can only give a sigh as you straighten your bra and head over to the door. “Just a second girls.” you say as you walk on over to the door, opening it up just a crack.

“Yes?” you ask.

“Two important things happened shortly after you left.” Wilhelmina says.

“Did the tower burn down?” you ask.

“Not yet.” Wilhelmina replies.

“...Wait how did you get in here?” you ask. Just as you say this, you can feel a small shiver go up you can feel one of the hands of the twins run up your thighs. “A-And how’d you know I was here?

“Very well. What’s the n-news?” you say, voice skipping a tone as one of the twins hands have ventured into more sensitive areas.

“First is that Ada has figured out when the heist is going to be. It’s actually monday, not Thursday like she thought. Apparently the group is better equipped than she originally expected.” Wilhelmina explains.

...Oh no... That’s... No! Stacy or Katlin don’t you d-

You can only shudder as the feelings now go through your body, grasping onto the doorframe as you do your best to keep your composure as best as conditions allow.

“Second is that the place for the meeting has been determined. It’s going to be a sewer lair area that Arum has a secret spot. I’ve got the location memorized in my head.” Wilhelmina says.

“S-Sounds g-great!” you say with sweat coming on your forehead, knees getting weak from both the sensation of pleasure and that Wilhelmina is in front of you.

“Oh... I have a few ideas...” Stacy says, most likely now transmitting her thoughts to Katlin.

“No... No! NO! Stay back! That place is dirty!” Katlin says stumbling back onto the bed.

“...This... This is a fairly advanced relic.” Latooni says as she looks at what appears to be an ice sculpture of Brooklyn-Draugr’s main weapon at half size while a paper drawing of it on the coffee table can also be seen.

“How advanced?” Ada asks as Latooni looks over the ice sculpture.

“A few astral diamonds at the very least. This weapon is essential a wand for amplifying magic attacks with a spiked halberd tip at the very end of it. Called ‘Bustaxe’ for common weapon makers. The weapon takes a lot of experience to learn how to use, but it’s quite often worth it.” Latooni says. “If I had to guess, I’d have to say a Gravinium alloy used for the base and weapon with Xelfud crystals used for energy line channels. Whoever made this is certainly well connected and well funded. But... Why use such advanced resources for terrorizing innocent civilians?"

Because of my lack of discreteness, innocents are in danger. I wont let it stand. I've SEEN Dis, Leona. He wouldn't give a damn about ethics. I'm not going to give him a reason to act against succubi."

"How noble are beings that want to blot out the sun, Leona? How about beings that send people to slave camps that destroy their mind and free-will and call it education?” you tell Leona. “Because of my lack of discreteness, innocents are in danger. I won’t let it stand. I've SEEN Dis, Leona. He wouldn't give a damn about ethics. I'm not going to give him a reason to act against succubi."

“But that doesn’t give us a reason to completely abandon ethics Brooklyn! Just because our enemy is may do terrible things, doesn’t mean that we have to do such things as well!” Leona states.

“Leona, you’re letting your Pride demon influenced upbringing show.” Ada replies calmly.

“What!?” Leona turns her gaze towards Ada, a venomous yet demanding gaze upon her face.

“Pride Demon Nobles are all about strict moral conduct, wherever their clans may be. Part of it is that they gain power from living by such codes of conduct, while others gain power from having a large amount of subjects. A Succubi’s skillset was always tailored to specifically work on deceit and cunning. The closest thing we have to a warrior type are Belkarians, and if you put them up against Asurans in a straight up brawl, we’d still be at a disadvantage. Latooni, how did Pamille win against the vampires again?” Ada asks Latooni.

“Um... She had her royal guard shapeshift into spies then caused turmoil within the ranks and learned what the vampiric weaknesses were. I’m not exactly sure of the specifics as I’m not a historian...” Latooni says sinking into her chair.

“Do you know why we used deceit to win that war Leona? It’s because noble vampires are scary, extremely scary due to their power. So in order to win, we needed to hit the vampires where it hurt the most. I am not advocating that we slaughter our men to the last nor kill civilians carelessly. But if I have a choice to save 10 people or 100 people, then I’m most likely going to choose the latter every time.” Ada finishes.

Leona puffs up, fuming over the response that Ada just gave her.

"Leona I'm not abandoning ethics. I'm simply approaching the situation with a Utilitarian, rather than Kantian mindset."
Cue 30 minute debate on the relative merits of the Utilitarianism, Kantianism, and Social Contract ethical theories.

Leona I do truly understand and sympathize with you, but whoever is unlltimetly behind the deguar does not. It's goal it seems is to cause as much death and destruction as possible. Really this is not an ideal solution really more of us trying to buy time to fix the deguar problem and get to the bottom of this. The pride demons are not in a rational mind set right now and the degure is intentionally trying to stoke the flames.

right now their leader thinks it is our fault and short of any physical evidence otherwise he will still believe it.

I do apologize Leona these past few weeks has been trying for me.

Let us look at other options also. We could leak certain information perhaps to get the prides demons to realize that it is not the succubus fault. however considering the degure attack on the lamians was in the news paper and general news now i don't they will even consider this. Maybe we could give those reporters finformation we know about all three attacks make it obvius someone wants a war so maybe some of di's peer may be able to talk him down but i find it highly doubtful.

Leona if you have any ideas i am all ears also.

“Leona I do truly understand and sympathize with you, but whoever is ultimately behind the draugr does not. Its goal it seems is to cause as much death and destruction as possible. Really this is not an ideal solution really more of us trying to buy time to fix the draugr problem and get to the bottom of this. The Pride Femons are not in a rational mind set right now and the Draugr is intentionally trying to stoke the flames.” You tell Leona. “Right now their leader thinks it is our fault and short of any physical evidence otherwise he will still believe it.”

“He has the Draugr’s head on a plate! The horrid thing was killed at the university, so surely they must have it’s body!” Leona exclaims, small arcs of electricity flickering around her..

“Considering that I still have premonitions about that thing, that won’t hold it forever. We will be seeing it again.” Erika replies.

“Not to mention our body doubles didn’t know anything about it. While that helped in their questioning, it doesn’t exactly disprove that the Ayarian Extremists are behind this.” Ada explains.

“Did Rebecca claim responsibility for the attack?” you ask Ada.

“No, but she did find it extremely entertaining.” Ada replies. “I wouldn’t be surprised if Lord Dio razed that town to the ground already.”

“Wait, does that mean Rebecca would be captured?” you ask.

“Oh no, she’s way too smart for that. She likely started moving out the very instant she learned of the Draugr assault on the castle.”

“Still, if you have any other suggestions for a new plan of attack, I’m all ears Leona.” you tell her leaning back into your chair.

“I... I... I don’t know alright! But I’m still allowed to say that this plan is a bad idea!” Leona says storming up to her room. When she passes you, the breeze feels more like a strong wind.

“Leona!” Erika calls out to her.

“Did... I come at a bad time?” Latooni asks the group.

think we should talk to leona again. after she has cooled down. Saying that we don't like this plan either but the consequences for doing nothing will be suffering on a grand scale.

maybe state that when we redirect the blame we don't want any deaths or unnecessary injuries if we can help it.

thinking terminator 2 shoot out. Casualties = 0

Yeah. We don't want to cause deaths. Just chaos and property damage.

Alright, thread seems to be dying down right now and I want to spend tomorrow to study for my upcoming finals. This seems like a good place to stop anywho.

Anything you want to do now? What would you like for Brooklyn to do tomorrow?
