Previously: A Young Rocket went on a rescue mission to save civilian lives from a shipwreck out at sea. To her surprise and dismay, the ship's repel-tech system had been compromised by a breach in the hull, setting the stage for unknowns to lurk within.

After awakening upon a beach on a far away island, she found herself to be lost and alone. In seeking out her friend, she met Kurojo of the Kahkori and his mentor, Mukon. As fortune would have it, the friendly humanoid "monsters" led her to their home, Kakarkiko village with promises of assistance in finding her friend.

Spending too much time idling, sunset caught them by surprise and the Young Rocket, along with a scared young boy set out into the dark. Finding her friend, and slaying the dreaded Nar-Kage in the process of return, she secured her new friend's position as a man and hunter, while making a name for herself amongst the tribe.

Now traveling, she's made it to the first island on her way to the city, now she's onward to the next!

Yo. Reportan'!
>>
You waited for “Mia” to return, seeing her back at Ferri village by nightfall. Kurojo said that this would keep the three of you here another night. Tropius prefer flying during the daytime. Marine was a bit miffed that you all couldn't just fly on them whenever. You reminded her that it's odd for you guys to be riding on the backs of monsters in the first place.

Your supply pack was missing a few things, though you were primarily glad to have at least your volt orb. You thankfully replace it in your CGS away from the cats, running a diagnostic to make sure everything is operational. You're relieved that nothing was damage by the fire.

Leaving the morning of the next day, you bid farewell to the feline folk and set off on the backs of the tropius, taking to the sky again.

As the grasslands of this island get smaller and smaller you start to see it get further away too. The wind blows through your shortened hair, the sun beating down harshly only causing you mild discomfort with the Tropius's speed.

Marine clings to the back of her tropius, still finding some discomfort with her own burns. You wish you had the medicine from back home to heal her. Maybe you'll find some when you finally get to the city?

You feel Kurojo's eyes on you and look over to the bird as her hangs his legs over the side of his tropius. He points out something ahead and your follow his finger, seeing another island in the distance. You can tell that the three of you will get there by at least noon or so.

But how long will it take to get home?

ou close in on the next island, seeing the tell-tale of large trees with spaces of open land with a fetid, swampy look. It looks like this next island is a mix of marshlands and rainforest. You'd read before that these places are usually home to a great many monsters. Should be expecting grass, poison, ground, and some other types...

You see something shining between the trees as you come over the island. What is that?

I can't remember. Does Icy Wind 6 cost 5 or 6 points to buy?
>>
>>31697513

Then keep his tropius out of frame, too. Can't have them asking who else was with us.
>>
>>31697535
5 points. It's at rank 6 because of our freezer array.
>>
>>31697535

5., that's the rank it's at. It gets boosted to 6 by implants.
>>
>>31697551
>>31697575
I know it's 6 because of the freezer array. I just always seem to forget if skill upgrades cost their current rank or the rank you want to buy.

Probably should have asked about skills in general instead of specifying Icy Wind... My bad.
>>
You look down at the shining spot among an outcrop of trees, curious of it. It's just really out of place. What would be shining... in a forest of all places? It's not like water, no...

You hear something like an explosion that startles the Tropius, followed by the shining spot vanishing suddenly, something flying towards you at incredible speeds. You see it just a moment too late as it explodes before you as you shield your self with your arms, hoping your arm-guard will help.
Fiery shrapnel rips through and shreds your tropius's wings, the rest of the fallout hitting your green ally head on.

Blanching, you see the beast waver, slipping between the realms of life and distortion. You feel your own footing lost as the tropius banks and slumps, loss of consciousness from either shock or injury.

As the monster falls, so do you amidst confusion and a sudden sense of despair as your power of flight is taken.

You hear Kurojo roar and leap off of his Tropius before a second shot claims that one too. He opens his arms and lets himself fall onto yours, landing as you reach out for him, the air lifting you off of the falling creature ever so slightly.

Marine calls out to you amidst the chaos. A third explosion is heard, but the second one doesn't occur. Marine's tropius veers toward the ground, going into a dive to escape the danger of being fired upon. It cranes and arches its neck around, seeking the threat, shedding leaves that float gracefully upon the air before seeking out invisible targets.

Kurojo grasps you by the hand, a grim look about him as he pulls you down onto the falling Tropius, the air still bidding you to float away amidst the fall as he digs his claws in deep. “Sheru. When we get close. I jump. Hang on.”
>>
We could get both Ice Shards and Psybeam to rank 3 next.
Or we could get Icy Wind to 6. Or work on Quick Attack. Or try to put it all into Aura skills, since Kurojo is here now.

Speaking of Aura skills, Detect doesn't have the <Aura> marker. Does that mean it's not limited by the Aura rank? I think it does, because Kurojo used it for dodging (rank 3), but he was only rank 2 Aura.
>>
>>31697778
We should get Quick Attack to rank 3 first, since giving all our moves priority is quite an advantage.

Ice Shard next so that we can get our Icicle Gun rank to 4.
>>
>>31697757

>>31697852

>>
>>31697757
So we took pictures of the Tropius before this right?

Like we should have had time, and we did bring it up.
>>
You nod, holding onto his hand tight as the forest below approaches, various monstrous birds flying away in fear from the prior explosions.

Closer and closer it gets as you place your faith in Kurojo. Finally, he pulls you close into the security of his arms and takes the plunge, comitting to take the brunt of the fall with his own adept body.

You feel yourself shoot up into the air a moment feeling weightless at the zenith, only for your stomach to drop during the fall to come.

You look up at your friend as no more shots are fired, her tropius still steadily diving at far greater speeds than before.

You'll have to find her again, but... what was that explosion?

Your thoughts are interrupted by the oncoming ground, Kurojo bracing himself for impact as a body of water approaches. You can sense a sudden fear explode within him, he grips you tighter and it's quickly quieted, overwritten.
“Sheru-”

You both suffer the impact of the water. Breath is nearly knocked out of you, but your gills pick up the slack, allowing you to breath within the murk of the water.

You see a light bobbing within, goldeen and other little fish monsters swimming around on their own merry way.

You didn't suffer any damage, and you take in the sight of this underwater life. The sun streaming in through green waters, sending ripples of faint light streaming into the emerald blues.

Quickly, you realize that something's missing. Where's Kurojo? You don't feel him holding you anymore, lost in the impact upon the water. After a quick scan, you see him floating back up, but something's wrong- he's limp! Oh no. Oh nonono.

You swim up and grab him, bringing him up to the surface even as something below stirs, you haven't got time for it.
>>
Breaking the waves you hear the sounds of the jungle return, primarily the steady chitter of insects, the birds gone silent with that explosion. The sun comes in through the canopy in streams, filtered through leaves of all sorts and sizes. This wood not quite as large and imposing as the Kahkori's own colossal trees.

You see a spot clear on the shoreline and quickly swim there, dragging Kurojo behind you with panic.

“No, no. Kurojo. No.” You repeat, receiving mouthfuls of swamp water that you promptly spit out. Pulling him up to the bank of this pond, lake, whatever-it doesn't matter, you turn the birdman onto his back, seeing his chest barely move.

You stare down at Kurojo, slowly shaking your head. No. No. No. You're not going to let him go like this. He just saved you, you're going to save him!

Down on your knees against the wet mud, you lean over Kurojo and see that his chest is just barely heaving, unable to push the water out by himself. No good, this won't do. You place your hands over his chest and channel your aura, applying that same massage technique you learned as you compress in a steady rhythm, sending your spirit into his body. You count to thirty and look to his beak, over his tusks and nostrils. You place your lips against his cere, breathing deeply into his nostrils for two deep breaths.

You repeat this again...

And again...

Until you hear him coughing, spitting up water and forcing himself up to keep on hacking.

You feel your lips twitch and throw your arms around the birdman, giving him a firm hug as he gently pats your back.

“Than... ou..” He wheezes, and you hug him tighter, shaking your head against his wet, muddy feathers.

“Kurojo, it's okay. It's okay Kurojo.” You wipe away water from your face with a mud-licked arm, not bothering to acknowledge the muck as your friend catches his breath.
“What happened? What was that explosion?” You ask him, though his attention's fallen to the up. A few trees away lay the dead body of your Tropius. You nearly shriek when you see it.
For a monster, a real one, it had been good to you. It's burnt, parts of its body and especially its wings smolder still.

Whatever did this, couldn't have been a mere monster. Kurojo rises up, touching your shoulder for support,” Smorodhan,”he says. “We need to go. There is a beach village ahead. Marine frew there with her friend.”

“Alright, lead the way... But be careful, okay?”You stand up beside the birdman, looking up to him as he looks down to you. You're both covered in mud. Now out of danger, you realize just how much it stinks and opt to wash it off.
Kurojo tells you it's better to wear it right now, the Smolodhans like to hunt by scent.

You keep trying to ask him about the Smolodhans as you make your way slowly through the jungle. For some reason he keeps lacking the words to properly express just what the Smolodhans are.
“They rike fire. They hate water. They hurt and kirr because they are very hungry. They are smart. Smart and mean. We need to be careful. They should not be here.”

“What do you mean?” You ask as the two of you slip around a monster's sight. Kurojo's steady movements are like a lithe feline moving through tall grass.

“They do not berong.” He seems frustrated, unusual for him. He sighs, letting it go,”Come, I sense Marine. I ask beach-virrage.”

You hear explosions in the distance, causing Kurojo to tense up again, his crest falls back. You feel it too. “The Tropius gone.” He says, with a slight hiss. He's angry. He's actually very angry.

“Can Smolodhans be spoken to?”

“Yes. But they only listen to self.” he spits, punching a tree with an aura clad fist, causing it to shake.

Well I'm late but this was my estimate, pretty far off.

+1 ING for Pikachu pursuit
+1 ING for Brambela
+1 ING for flooding the tunnels

+1 TEN for dealing with the Melynx
+1 TEN for our fight with the Qurepeco
+1 ING for planning
-1 TEN for fleeing
-0 TEN for burns (negated due to Hydration)

+1 CHA for getting our gear back

+4 ING
+1 TEN
+1 CHA

I felt like we should have gotten some Tenacity for the Pikachu hunt but couldn't justify it.

We also may not get ING for the plan with the Qurepeco due to the plan being null from the burning fields, though we did manage to turn it on them so it's up to Prof.

No idea on the skill points, I'm thinking somewhere around 5

This could pretty much be the bg music to our fight with the Nar-kage. Or pretty much any battle where Ceru goes into critical condition and engages SERIOUS mode. The lyrics are eerily fitting for the setting too.
>>
The shaking tree drops down a few spikey things on the ground. Right after their fall you get a bad feeling and pull Kurojo out of the way throwing the two of you to the ground just as the little fallen things explode, blasting away themselves and their tree at once. The shockwaves sweeps above you and Kurojo, rattling your inner ears some, but otherwise leaving you none the worse for wear.
If you hadn't anticipated that...

“Sheru.” Kurojo says your name, pushing you up as he regains his stance, staring you deep in the eyes. You feel something warm, almost tender from him. Like a kindling fondness. It makes you blush.

“You're welcome Kurojo.” You reply without his word, standing up again and trying to focus on Marine's aura. You point,”Is it this way?”

Kurojo lays his hand over yours, adjusting the position by around ten degrees, “This way. You get better Sheru.” He gives you another kind look, before ushering you on.

The two of you keep going through the island's wilderness. You slip around many little monsters with Kurojo, few as big as the ones you've seen thus far. As you pass another swamp's bank, you see a large monster with a craggy head rise up from the mud, breathing through a pair of nostrils up top as it squats back down to wallow lazily in its natural habitat. It's a huge thing though from what you see though. Big enough to bulldoze down a house back at the dome. So many incredible monsters out in this part of the world...

It makes you think back on the dome's policies against monsters. They don't really seem that dangerous when you leave them alone... Why couldn't you all just live in peace?
>>
>>31699674
that is a pretty good cover
>>
>>31699979

>>31699979
ceru, these monsters are EXTRAORDINARILY dangerous when left alone. Especially those brambela.

though there are some friendly ones which are amazing assets in the fight for survival.
>>
“We here.” Kurojo leads you up to a break in the brush. Giving you a cliff-side view to a bustling coastal town. You see kahkori and ferrines alike moving amongst the wooden walkways. A market, and even a port with a harbor bigger than anything you've ever really seen even back at the dome. There are many sleek and swift looking vessels tied down here, awaiting their next voyage as the sea rolls in and out.

In the distance there are some farmlands with Kahkori and Ferrine alike working and toiling the fields, yielding a rather reasonable crop. At certain points, you see strange figured in a human shape though wearing a variety of armor that seems to be of monstrous origin with weapons quite the same.

As you approach them, Kurojo tells you that they are rangers that protect. Not all monsters are content with leaving a place like this alone after all...

You see Marine's tropius and head on over to check it out. At least, you think that it's hers. You haven't really seen any others here.

To your surprise Marine's just sitting there, waiting for you. Her face brightening up and nearly bursting into tears when she sees you.
“Ceru!” She runs at you, giving you a swift hug tackle. She squeezes you hard against her shell to the point that she starts to wince from the pain of her burns,”When I saw your tropius go down I was so worried. I thought I lost you again!”

“It's okay Marine,” You pat her back as she squeezes the life out of you, “We're here now.”

“What was that anyway?” She pulls away, “They sounded like gunshots but way bigger!”
>>
>>31700083
Mm. They're hunters, after all. The Kahkori are able to live well because all their members are endowed with the same strength as the monsters, but many of the dome people lack the strength to protect themselves in the same way.
>>
You frown at that, Now that she mentions it. It WAS a lot like a gun. But why would there be anything like that away from the dome? Unless...

Can Smolodhans make guns? You pose the question to Kurojo and he seems to consider what you mean. You explain the weapon back home used by the civic guard.

Finally, he nods,”I have heard of it. They are guns, but not guns. More power... I have only heard about their weapon. Never seen...” He seems distraught for a moment, looking back from whence you came. “Now I see.”
>>
>>31700143
Cannons, then. The Smolodhans have cannons. I wonder if they were able to develop it themselves or discovered some old technology out in the wild. Maybe a mix of the two.

You ask if there's any place that a lot of people would meet, like sailors or something like that. If you were to relate it to anything, it would be the dives and other places that adults go to.
The three of you end up walking through the town, admitted entry quite easily by the guardian rangers. A nod to you three at the sight of Kurojo and no other questions asked.

You and Marine draw in a lot of attention. While your garb's not strange, there mustn't be many races that look like either of you. Among the streets you see Ferrine going about their business mewling now and then with a decisively different dialect. You don't even hear the common Kakhori chatter, instead you hear something that sounds more phonetically similar to your own speech, though still extraordinarily foreign in dialect and the actual words.

You see some tanning hides in front of their houses, others busying themselves with weaving or crafting weapons or armor of various sorts.

You realize your hunger eventually as you walk through the wood-paved roads of this coastal village, eventually letting your nose lead you to the good smells.

Eventually, you come before an establishment in which a couple of the races are within, eating and drinking together, altogether making themselves merry not far from the docks, the smell of salt and sea not far off from this place.
Kurojo seems hesitant to enter at first, taking a deep breath before he crosses the threshold, feeling more resolute.

You look over the people here.
>>
There's some Merrinx and Rynnians furiously drinking between the two of them, one after the other.
A Kahkori female (known by her lack of crest and small tusks) that stands off to the side eyeing you since you've entered. Tables where some of the sailors seem to play at some native game.
Finally, there's the Kahkorri behind the counter chattering orders to a pair of Rynnians as the felines hurriedly serve patrons food and drink.

You point at the tables and ask Kurojo about it, your uncommon words drawing the attention of the Kahkori in the room as they tune in to listen. The Merrinx and Rynnian patrons and servers seem to twitch an ear to listen, intrigued by your tongue.

“It looks like they're playing a game, can we play?” You ask Kurojo, Marine already walking over to check out the tables.

“You want to pray?” He chuckles, having calmed down a bit since earlier. He reaches into a bag along his side, pulling out a small bundle of sticks with various holes bored into the length. “Watch and then pray.”

You do as he tells. You feel with your aura the general intentions of the five as they play, staying quiet so as not to disturb them. They're rolling bones with little marks in the surface. They seem to try to get as many sides of a certain number or some other combination and then select some to reroll.

At the end of it, the one with the highest number pulls in the little currency sticks before betting for the next round.

If you lose, he'll take your sticks.

You sit down and a Rynnian passes you some dice, Jojo soon after as he joins you, for support or what else.

He seems to explain to the others here that you're new and don't speak your language. Some of the opposing birds and even the merrinx at play laugh but they continue on, eyeing your decisions and throwing in more sticks. Kurojo explains the rules in further detail as you talk between yourselves.

Marine contents herself with watching.

You win some, lose some, and then lose more, but it's kind of fun as you keep betting and playing. Kurojo floats on well enough that he seems to at least get enough sticks to keep going.

Eventually you and your new “Friends” order some drinks and the femake Kahkori leaves, walking with a sea-farer's swagger.

Eventually the Kahkori at the table begin to catch onto your speech. They use it to mock and taunt you. Not all are as kind as Kurojo then, huh?

We aren't even -headed- for the dome, just some analogue to the monster hunter primary city.

And if we don't take a decent amount of time collecting data on all these places, then all the time gone will have been wasted (in the eyes of the dome at least)
>>
>>31701591
That's what i was saying.
>>
You bide your time with these fellow gamblers, enjoying your game of dice even if you don't fully understand It. You see a rynnian deliver food to a patron. You ask Kurojo about getting food and Marine echoes that. He calls over to the barkeep speaking out what sounds like an order. You can't wait.

In no time at all you're presented with an ensemble of breads with a bit of soup with fruits and veggies soaking wherein. You and Marine eat it down as you carry on your play for around an hour when they come in.

Three large bodies quite unlike the lithe Kahkori. All three of them clad in armor that looks like it was pulled and adapted directly from beasts. They don't leave their weapons at the entrance, instead keeping them at their sides. Your Kahkori players eye them warily, the figures.

You get a real good look at them. All three of them have rather large upper bodies, if you had to say, it'd be that they were like bears. Their lower torso and legs are more lithe, though only marginally so.
One bears red armor with a wing-like helm secured around and to allow a pair of horns through that run alon the back of its head. This one carries a large folded weapon with an equally large blade. Bone-like material holding it together with a strange, almost living vibe coming off of it.

The second is smaller and narrower than the first. This one bears a green armored that has a visor coming down in a basonet, a torso covered in metal and scales alike.
The weapon it brings is a large, sword that seems like it should be impossible to wield. As opposed to Kurojo's Long Blade, this one is several times thicker and most definitely heavier with a pure metal look to it, as though it had been refined heavily.

The third is big as the first, yet its armor is stranger. Instead of being set up head to toe, it seems to have its eyes clear, revealing the fiery orange eyes that seem to burn with their own life and a profile of more fangs than you'd think possible framed only by its horns. What armor there is seems to be mostly leathers, yellow hides with purposeful red splotches at the knuckles of the gloves and elbows.

Immediately this one's eyes fall upon you, with some hint of recognition as it sets down its weapon. A massive hunk of what could only be a cannon with the workings of some kind of bow attached to it. It's an amazing looking weapon...
You see the glint of a scope on it.

Kurojo grimaces as the thing says something in the island's tongue.

http://vocaroo.com/i/s0rAmyrSylVI Me speaking some gibberish that sounds vaguely like a language. I think.

Our Rocket Standing will skyrocket after returning from the ild and discovering several new humanoids and many types of monsters and Aura and a bunch of other shit.

Hell they probably offer to induct us as a full Rocket.

The Smolodhans I presume.

I assume the cat meowing in the background was a random ferrine passing by. Yes. That's what it was.

We should become friends with them.

They probably know more about the islands and monsters on them than anyone else.

So what's our 20+ Ingenuity going to affect? It's not in the pastebin, I don't think.

They're Smolodhans, anon.

Nice thread prof.

Hey Prof, remember to fix this.

I feel like I already pointed this out to you in a previous thread.

“Do'res petit Smoredon.” A pause as it looks over you and Kurojo sitting together, it sniffs the air,” Ien durash n'amore Kahkori.” It seems to realize something, a fould grin playing over its cruel fanged maw. “Eur rama'nes tropius. Tropius Dieth.”

Throwing that up since vocaroos are temporary.

>>31701778
Ceru's been kind of unsure about documenting some things since first deciding against doing it for the Kahkori.

>>31701793
Cat was just perfect timing. Should've gotten my birds in there too for some Kahkori bitching.

DLN last night made me get 5 hours of sleep. Got Over(Human)Limit tomorrow.
Don't want to write my glorious Smolodhans or what I have in mind next while running empty.

It is pretty unusual though.
>>
>>31701804
>>31701833
Well, first off; let's pretend that they're like Devon. They might react better if we don't beat around the bush and start off with asking why they shot our ride out of the air.

>>31701838
Short session. You do know this one was a quickie, right? It was even announced on his twitter?

>Ceru's been kind of unsure about documenting some things since first deciding against doing it for the Kahkori.
Man come on, they're monsters that would be an immense advantage for any rangers out in the field. We've raised the subject multiple times, and that's a big part of our cover story.
>>
>>31701847

Ha. Nah I don't mind it man, it's just out of nowhere is all. it suddenly felt like AoPH got brought into my skype group or something.

If you think it adds somethin', go ahead, but like you said they're sorta temporary.
>>
>>31701847
The only thing we didn't want to take pictures of was the Kahkori village because they were incredibly nice to us.

Everyone else not so much. Plus we have an obligation to the dome.
>>
>>31701874
Well, it's fine if we just tell Giovanni about it. These monsters are pretty distinctive anyway. leaf wings. Long necks. Can grow to gigantic proportions. The younger ones are willing to let you ride while the older ones settle down in an area. Grow food from their head that we know mankeys eat.

It's just easier for me to speak/bullshit gibberish than write it out. And I knew I could at least kind of do a voice that sounds like what I had in mind for the Smolodhan.

>>31701916
That's pretty much my thought.Brambela was one that was extremely neutral and very good to know about.
It otherwise literally just looks like a bramble bush.
>>
>>31701916
No, not taking pics of the Kahkori village shelter their location and who they are from possible exploitation from Silph.

Everyone else though is fair game.

Plus like i said, we have an obligation to report shit to the dome, so sheltering one nice village is the most we can reasonable do without some serious guilt coming on.

Won't really mater anyway after Sabrina gets done with us.

>>
>>31701950
Giovanni holds jurisdiction over us.

Besides, he wouldn't want Sabrina reading our mind if it turns out he wants to keep Aura a personal thing for the Rockets...

>>31701939
Adding on to my thoughts, we did take pictures of the ferrine village and some ferrines. When we take pictures, we shouldn't do it for easily identified landmarks or any of the human monsters (the ferrines are fine since they barely resemble people and could be considered tribal creatures; they might not even be of the human egg group). We don't want there to be pictures of their society (PHYSICAL EVIDENCE) because who knows who'll check up on our records before we can get to a Gym Leader (hopefully ours). The Indigo Reports' secrecy should be valued.

And while I'd have liked to take pictures of the tropius, it would beggar the question of how we knew to ride them. We could tell Giovanni, yeah, but not really anyone else.
>>
>>31701978

They would just mindwipe whoever read them.

>>
>>31702069
I wonder though. Why do we want to go back?

I can imagine Ceru a year from now, just decked out in monster armor and hunting with Marine, Kurojo and maybe a smolodhan if we're lucky.
Would be so cash.
>>
>>31702092
friends.
>>
>>31702069
The salient point here is that we're being careful about revealing their location. Cut down on risk.

>>31702092
Because...it's our home? And our friends are there? There's no reason why we wouldn't want to return.
>>
>>31702100
We're making new friends.
>>
>>31702092
We're going back to the dome so we can see our friends again.

We don't want to abandon our duty as a Rocket, even if we could definitely do that.

Plus, we can just come back if we're so concerned about the Kahkori.
>>
>>31702092
>>31702103
Oh, and also.

We have a fucking responsibility to return, you nimrod. A duty to serve and protect the dome. It's like you're just disregarding Cerulean's character.
>>
>>31702092
friends mostly.

we should aspire for a gig like mom's, except we can go where ever the fuck we want when we want.

travel to far away exotic places
meet new and interesting societies
and hug them
>>
>>31702104
doesn't mean we lose responsiblity to the old ones.
>>
>>31702110
What if it's a one way trip?
What if we nevrr see Kurojo or Kanaji again?

>>31702115
No it's just that it seems that she's starting to question some shit here. She's wondering like, why the dome does what it does.

The Kahkori and other races seem to deal perfectly fine.
Like, why don't we just let the normal population run rampant with M-Virus?
>>
>>31702104
"Make new friends but keep the old, one is silver and the other's gold."

I think that line pretty much covers my sentiment on ditching our old friends for people-like monsters.

Besides, maybe we can pull an ambassadorship or something toward bringing people (and people-ish monsters) together.
>>
>>31702137
>No it's just that it seems that she's starting to question some shit here. She's wondering like, why the dome does what it does.
Yeah? How does that relate to what I said? How does that, in any way, dilute Cerulean's loyalty and sense of responsibility?
>>
>>31701902
The problem is that they're too ridiculous to believe, that's why we need to document them extensively because they are literally a dream come true.

>>31702022
We obviously just saw how docile they were, and then saw a younger one flying by chance, and from there we just hitched a ride.

It's simple.
>>
>>31702137
>Like, why don't we just let the normal population run rampant with M-Virus?
What the hell. How long do you actually think it took for the other human monsters to become what they are?
>>
>>31702159
Shit. How long have ours been in the dome?
Fucking shit.
>>
>>31702150
>The problem is that they're too ridiculous to believe, that's why we need to document them extensively because they are literally a dream come true.
We're not Devon. Giovanni knows Cerulean doesn't embellish.

>We obviously just saw how docile they were, and then saw a younger one flying by chance, and from there we just hitched a ride.

That's the explanation you're thinking to give to everyone else other than our leader? Wow. It's so convincing.
>>
>>31702174
Well, Agatha's been around for quite a while, anon.
>>
So how are we dealing with the Smolodhan next thread?
I mean, this guy must've seen us, and THEN decided to fire.

Fucking Flak rounds at that.

He did not seem to be adverse to us dying, hell, he'd probably laugh harder.
>>
>>31702176
Look, we saw that they just straight up let Mankey climb on them and eat their fruit, and neither one bothers the other.

And then we tried to do the same, and had a similarly pleasant interaction.

Then we saw one of the younger ones flying, and figured that was a decent means of transport, and over a couple of days/weeks, coaxed some into letting us hitch a ride.

Simple. Also there's still no reason not to document them.
>>
>>31702203
Except for the fact that...we wouldn't really have known where the tropius would have flown.

Do you even remember why the tropius flew where they did?
>>
>>31702197
He's going to stroke our tail in passing.

That's when we triple Water Gun his ass into the wall and freeze his limbs there.

And then his peers will laugh at him and be totally cool with us. Cultural exchanges!
>>
>>31702137
but they DO run rampant with M virus.

I mean have you SEEN the espers?
