You are a Magical Girl. You're not much of one, having screwed up an illustrious career as the prodigy of a certain legendary Culexus - one who ran an entire Officio on her own, while babysitting one of the most feared monsters who ever took up the contract - by making the worst decision of your life. A decision made with fear, with anger, with confusion - with emotion. All the things that the Culexus herself had taught you to kill whenever making an important decision - moreso when someone's life was at the line.

You don't know anymore if you made the right decision or not, only that you made one, and you have to live with the consequences. The only person you ever looked up to losing all faith in you is one of those consequences. Never being able to forget how scared Girl A looked at you before you tore her mind apart for secrets is another.

If there's a good side to all of this, though...it's probably your being able to walk right into your own awaiting death sentence, knowing that Malal had always been the incorruptible heroine you'd always known her as.

Hardening your resolve, more than ever, to redeem yourself in her eyes. By fighting hard enough, by killing as many of the enemy as you can that there is no other logical outcome but victory. Death is still a possibility, a sword hanging over your head - but it's the farthest from your mind at the moment. Only a startingly-cold clarity filled you now, an icy certainty that froze the fingers of fear curling around your heart and shattered them into powder.

This must be how it is, being a Black Templar. To look certain death in the eye and still be able to march into it feeling nothing but anticipation - even a healthy eagerness at their role, at the part they're about to play.

You look down to finger the heraldic cross their High Marshal had bestowed upon you earlier, on the train, along with the title of Emperor's Champion.

...Or maybe this was how Malal felt all the time - besides during that time you made her mad enough that she nearly beat you to death, had not it been for the Black Templars running intercession.

To be so calm and collected, not emotionally dead but governed completely by the logic of what she needed to do, what needed to be done. To be pragmatic enough to be able to meet her doom with nothing more than a nod - but not too much that she'd not bat an eye at your idea of interrogation.

...

Either way, you're ready now. You still considered yourself a traitor, and a liar but no longer a coward. No longer simply willing to walk to the yawning jaws of death - but to go running full-out into it, weapons blazing, eager to kill, rip and tear your way through the other side.

You are Chitose Yuma, disgraced Culexus of the Ninth.

And in a handful of minutes, you'll be doing all you can to prevent the end of the world, or die trying.

"This is it?" Alondight's voice echoes throughout the dimly-lit train tunnel that you've led the Black Templars through, your group coming to a stop in front of a large, unremarkable metal door with the words KEEP OUT painted across it in formal Japanese characters. "This is the infamous Teleportation Facility that the Ninth boasts of? Something hidden so clandestinely in a subway tunnel...?"

"Only place we could fit something this huge," You reply, remembering your own questions to Malal when she first introduced it to you. "Or this experimental."

A quick glance around, and your retinal display locks on to a camouflaged panel set on the wall beside the door - whereupon you tap out a string of 20 random-seeming numbers, before pressing your entire gloved palm against it. A beep, a grind of heavy mechanized gears, a hiss of vented pressure - and the entire door splits apart, revealing even more dimly-lit darkness, but this time illuminated by small LED path lights leading deeper into it. "Helps us hide the thing better, too - whoever tries to scan for it only thinks that it's a facility tied to the train system."

"As expected of the Ninth, I suppose." Alondight huffs as she rolls forward, her strange wheel-feet whirring to keep pace with you. A complete contrast to the clanking tread of the forty other Knights marching in file behind you. "All the resources in the world to develop such technological wonders. It's almost enviable."

...Don't they have something similar to this, back at the Second's Headquarters? Something they're also developing in-house?

[2/3]
>>
>>32059190

"We have our own projects," Alondight starts, which Enyo seems to pre-empt with a series of completely fake coughs. "...but nothing with this kind of intent or extent. Usually, we find our efforts focused on more...martial lines." She glances towards the raven-haired Marshal with a pointed look, before turning back to you. "Anything of this extent, we'd probably have to ask the Fourth for help, and those machine-loving wastrels are greedy with their secrets."

Ah. Well, you've never really encountered the Fourth before, so--

"And it's a good job you haven't." The blonde High Marshal frowns here. "It's one thing to be protective of your Officio's secrets, but it's another thing to be so guarded of them that you isolate yourself completely from everyone else just to do so. Even our very first Inquisitor had to bend her knee to have the Fourth help us with our armor, and even I know how much that cost us. I shudder to think what kind of agreement was made after that."

You try to think of something to say here, but thankfully, you reach the facility proper before you could. Another series of pressure-sealed doors, and you lead your group into a completely white, completely illuminated and completely circular room the size of the General Assembly Hall. Throwing you and your equally black-armored companions in stark relief. A raised circular dais stands at the very center, crackling with energy.

You're not alone, either. Milling about in the room, checking their suits, their weapons and their equipment is the rest of the Culexus Rank of the Ninth - and the tall one carefully loading shells into an oversized shotgun immediately catches your eye. Cavefish, with her customized shotgun MUSTAKRAKISH. You call her over with a wave, and she immediately waves back, mag-locking her weapon behind her and running towards you. Alondight recoiling at your side, a gasp leaving her lips. Probably--

"H-huge...! That's huge!"

...Yep. Usual reaction to anyone meeting your best friend.

"Yuma-chan!" Cavefish booms from behind her monstrously-skulled helmet. "You're late! We were all on pins and needles waitin' for you!" She laughs here, her voice thankfully coming through unmodified by her vox speakers. "Thought you were gonna miss the party!"

"Wouldn't miss it for anything," You reply, and you actually mean it. Whatever happened back at Headquarters feels like an age away, even if it happened merely hours ago.

"Oh, these are the guys coming with us?" Cavefish, ever so casual even with exalted company, reaches out with a massive, gloved hand. "I'm Cavefish, and welcome to the Teleportation Facility! We'd offer snacks and tea, but with everything about to go to shit in less than half an hour, I doubt anyone'll have time to keep it down long enough to digest it! Hahaha!"

Alondight's eyes are wide and staring as she looks up at Cavefish, before turning desperately to Enyo, who seems to be awestruck enough on her own. After a moment, the High Marshal extends a clawed hand, effortfully pulling on a smile.

"You have my thanks. I am High Marshal Raleigh Alondight, and this is my Marshal, Karasawa Enyo. And no, it's fine. We had enough to eat on the...the way here." The High Marshal murmurs, giving your best friend's hand a careful, but firm, handshake. "Is everything, um, in readiness? Will this work?"

"It should!" Cavefish nods. "Well, it could send us all screaming into the veil behind reality, where both body and soul are flayed in an eternal torment, but.." She shrugs. "That's never happened before, really, in the times we've used this!"

"Oh. And...and how many times has this been used in the past?" Alondight doesn't seem all that reasurred, but she's trying to sound like it.

"In total?" Cavefish tilts her head in thought, tapping the side of her helmet. "Oh! Twice, I guess!"

"...Twice." Alondight repeats. "That's...well, I suppose--"

[4/5]
>>
>>32059227

"TWENTY MINUTES," An automated voice suddenly rings out. "TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE WALPURGISNACHT. THIS IS YOUR TWENTY MINUTE ALARM."

"TWENTY MINUTES!" Cavefish roars, startling Alondight near off of her wheels. "Culexus of the Ninth, do your final suit and weapon checks! If you're having suit pressure problems, get it fixed before we're on-platform, no one's going to be carrying duct tape in the shithole we're teleporting into! If I hear anyone complaining about venting pressure while we're there I'll de-suit you myself!"

"..." Both Marshals glance at each other, before Enyo meekly knocks her mechanical fist against her breastplate. "I'll have our Knights do the same. If you'll excuse me."

"I'll have to lead them in prayers, too," Alondight says, wheeling after the raven-haired Marshal, seemingly caught in the urgency of it now. "Enyo! Enyo, wait for me!"

"Nice couple," Cavefish says after a moment. "They married or something?"

What? You blink at your best friend. Married? ...You don't think so. Maybe, but...

Wait, there's no need to think about that right now. You need to arm up yourself! You don't have anything on you except your service crowbar!

"Yeah, Miss Malal emptied her own personal armory out for everyone to use today," Cavefish grins as she leads you to an adjoining room - this one as brightly-lit as the first, but covered wall-to-wall with all manner of guns and melee weapons. "Said you can pick anything you like, but it's probably a good idea to stick with what you know." She gestures to the oversized gatling gun stashed at the corner. Even Cavefish would have problems carrying it, much more actually using it. "Something you can kill with really reliably."

"Spear and the usual, huh? Gotcha." There's a smile in Cavefish's voice as she starts to pick items off their racks, bustling about with the fastidiousness of a mother preparing a child's lunch. "Miss Malal said you'd be picking that, and that I should get the stuff ready beforehand, but I wanted to make sure I asked you first." She shrugs her massive spiked shoulders. "Should've known, really."

...Well, why didn't she?

Cavefish pauses here. "I'm...not exactly sure? I mean, I know Miss Malal's really accurate with her predictions and everything, but I think there's a limit to certain stuff, you know?" She turns to look at you.

"I mean, don't tell Miss Malal or anything, but I think there's some stuff that you need to just let happen, even if you know for a fact that it's going to happen the way you predict it to." She continues to put your gear together here, metal clicking and snapping and locking together in quick succession.

"Sure, you picked what she knew you would, but there was still a chance you'd ask for something else." Your best friend falls silent again, before shaking her head, and then tossing you a holstered set of double Beretta 1991s, as well as a sawed-off hunting shotgun. You clip the former onto your suit belt, and mag-lock the latter on your back, replacing your crowbar. "I'm probably not making any sense here..."

No, she's...you know what she's talking about, yeah.

Did Miss Malal tell her anything else before you got here with the Templars, anyway? Anything about you?

"Hmm?" Cavefish grunts as she moves to an equipment bench, now putting your service spear together. "Oh, yeah, she did call earlier? Something about sending you ahead with the Templars, and how she'll be catching up later. Said she had something to attend to back at Headquarters that's really urgent."

She shrugs again. "Nothing else other than that, though. In fact there's been nothing but radio silence after that. Why'd you ask?"

[1/2]
>>
>>32059991

...

"Did you get into trouble with Miss Malal again?" Your best friend turns to face you, both oversized fists attaching what looks like a high-caliber, underslung gun attachment into a speartip the shape and size of a machete blade. "You did, didn't you? Hah! Classic Yuma-chan!"

W-well, you--

"I don't know what kind of kick you get from pushing her buttons, but boy, you definitely do it every chance you get!" Cavefish shakes her head, before going back to her work. "What was it this time? Did you tell that High Marshal chick she had wheels for feet? Because you don't just tell someone they have wheels for feet, you know - you have to go into it all delicately-like."

...

>>
>>32060091

Hah. Well. You'll go with that, then.

"Really!" Cavefish chuckles. "Don't really blame you, though. I wanted to point it out myself as soon as I saw her, but I was too busy muting my own helmet, just in case I did." She turns to glance at you again, the hate-filled glare of the monstrous skull painted on her helm completely at odds with her jovial tone. "But seriously, what'd you and Miss Malal get into this time? Did you get into another shouting match, or--"

"What's Protocol 8?" You cut her off with a bark from your own helmet, hoping that this wouldn't be the day you'd piss Cavefish off. That'd just put the shit cherry on top of this shit sundae. "I've never heard of that protocol number before. What's the procedure on that?"

Your best friend looks at you in silence as she continues to work, before turning back to her workbench. For a few moments, there's no other sound but the sound of Cavefish putting together your spear. "It's...well, personally, I think it's a bit too dramatic and stuff?" She begins hesitantly, but forges on after a sigh.

"But basically, Protocol 8 is a rank-wide announcement of gathering all your important personal effects an' puttin' it in a standard-sized storage cube." Cavefish mimes a 12 by 12 by 12 inch-cube's dimensions with her gloved hands. "Write your details on the top so it doesn't get mixed in with someone else's, as well as the name and address of whoever you're sending it to when...you know, Burgertime happens." She shakes her head, before turning to you once more. "See? Too dramatic. S'not like it's for sure that we're never gonna come back from this, right? Don't see the point of it much."

...Wait. So Protocol 8 is basically just you packing up all your stuff so that the Officio has an easier time to send it to your next of kin when you--

"Burgertime," Cavefish reminds you. "Use Burgertime. I'm not...not at peace enough with the concept to talk about it like that."

...Fine, when Burgertime happens?

"I guess? I can see how it's important, though, but yeah, why take out an entire Protocol number for it, right?" The taller Culexus turns towards you fully now, a fully-assembled spear in her hands. It's easily as tall as you, but in Cavefish's grip, it looks more like a toy than anything else. She twists the handle a few times, making sure it's locked properly, before tossing it to you. "Slipped you three extra mags for the gun attachment, by the way. Should be in the ammo compartment."

You catch the spear easily. ...It's heavier than it looks, but it's solid. Lethal. Blade looks pretty sharp, too.

Well, so long as it's not something crazy, you suppose. It does make sense, a bit. A neat little way to tell any surviving relatives of the perished Magical Girl that another Sparkle's been extinguished. Brought more questions than closure, especially for families of runaways or exiles.

It's here, then, that you realize you never got to pack YOUR belongings. You were too busy running Malal's errands to...!

"Oh, don't worry, I got you covered there." Cavefish's audible smile is back. "Did it myself, don't worry." A moment's hesitation. "Uh, I didn't really know which address to use, though, so I just used Miss Malal's quarters. That alright?"

You blink at your best friend, before nodding.

Yeah. Yeah, that's fine, you tell her.

Wouldn't have it any other way.

"TEN MINUTES." The automated voice booms, and the both of you look at each other, now. Each one fully armed, armored and ready to go.

"Always hated that alarm," Cavefish grumbles. "Too freakin' loud. Anyway, let's go, Yuma-chan. Before the Shirley Temples start griping."

...Black Templars, she means.

"Oh, I know what they're called," Your best friend guffaws. "Just missing the drink, is all. Would've been nice to have one last drink before everything goes to poop."

Ah. Well. Yeah, you agree.

A drink before all of this nonsense would've been great.

Yeah, probably. Thread has been pretty empty today.
Although, I have to wonder -- What exactly can happen between here and the end of the flashback? With the way Decu keeps on saying that this thread will be the end of the flashback, I don't think we're going to actually see the Walpurgisnacht fight and whatever goes wrong with Kharn. Because I think those two would need at least 8 threads to be told properly, being optimistic.
>>
I'm hoping for a "redemption in death" attempt.

>>32061436

As the both of you make your way back towards the main teleportation chamber, you hear the sound of muted cheering and encouragement greet you. You blink at this, and realize that someone had activated the wall-screens to display visual Officio comms.

In one section, an entire street in the heart of an evacuated New York is clogged full of Magical Girls milling about, some of them ducking under bus stops and building foyers to get out of the rain - others simply toughing it out, getting soaked, and even making selfies with their friends. One particular obnoxious-looking girl with fluffy pink hair, her frilly striped costume also following that loathsome color scheme, seems intent on taking selfies with practically everyone she comes across.

Another section shows pretty much the same preparatory chaos in another part of the world, amounting up to five sections all in all. China. Egypt. What looks to be a part of the South Pole, based on just how freaking icy and snowed-on everything looks.

But one section in particular seems to have caught the rapt attention of the Black Templars, all of them watching with an intensity you didn't know possible. You blink at this - it's not like it's showing anything remarkable, besides a large number of Magical Girls talking and sharing what looks like small packed lunches in a deserted part of Australia. It's also here that you spot a familiar pair in the foreground - Sayaka and Kyoko, with the latter feeding the former from an instant noodles cup. The blue-haired Eversor trying very hard not to look very embarrassed, or self-conscious.

Well, at least they got there safely. You feel a pang of guilt here, before turning to Alondight, who's watching the feed with a clawed hand covering her agape mouth. Complete wonderment and awe in her features.

How do you react?

Not to mention the risk of severe brain damage or death to Girl A. If Yuma accidentally killed Girl A, Malal would presumably be screwed.

No, I think Yuma really did surprise Malal. Say what you will about Yuma, I think she really did manage to totally wreck Malals plans. Thats some kind of accomplishment I guess.

"Anything wrong, High Marshal?" You ask Alondight as you turn back to her. She seeing anything extra-heretical on the Australia video feed? Sure, you can guess how people living in a confirmed Death Continent is sorta heretical, but--

"What?" Alondight blinks at you after a moment, as if registering your presence only just now. "O-oh. Um, Yuma, not...not particularly." She looks back at the feed, eyes wide, wider than how they'd been when she looked upon Cavefish for the first time. "I...I realize this isn't the time, but are you familiar with the blue-haired girl there, on the screen? Frolicking with the one with red hair?" She points with a claw, and you don't have to use your retinal display to tell that she's pointing at Sayaka.

...Well, you're not sure about 'frolicking', but...that's Miki Sayaka, you tell her. Second-in-command of the Ninth's Eversor Rank, serving underneath the current Eversor Rank Leader Kirika Kure.

"Miki Sayaka...?" Alondight murmurs the name with an almost religious reverence, making you blink from behind your faceplate. It's here, then, that you hear Enyo cough behind you. "High Marshal, I realize you spend the most time by the First Knight's Coffin, moreso than Miss Arturia, but just her having blue hair and a sword by her side doesn't--"

Enyo's voice trails off into a gasp, and you frown at this. Doesn't what? What does only having blue hair and a sword NOT signify? These foreigners--

"A cape," The blonde High Marshal murmurs, and you turn back towards the screen to see Sayaka unfurling her cape with one hand, before drawing it over one shoulder. "A cape as white as snow, as incorrupt as justice, as pure as divine hatred." Alondight glares at the equally-astonished Marshal. "Is it just my imagination AGAIN, Karasawa? Or is that not three for three?"

A cape? Three for three? What are these foreigners talking about?!

[1/2]
>>
>>32063142

Instead of replying, Enyo falls to one knee, her armor clanking with the sudden movement. The move is quickly and dutifully replicated by the thirty other knights whispering to themselves, mailed fists touching the center of their breastplate-encased chests.

...Alright, it's literally five minutes before Walpurgisnacht, and these foreigners are starting to scare you more than the oncoming storm of despair and hatred.

"It's a portent," Alondight murmurs, shaking her head, still in quiet disbelief - and you blink here to see tears welling up in her eyes. "The First Knight sends us a portent to comfort us in the coming darkness. Right here, right now, we were meant to see her in the flesh, if not in our visions."

...The First Knight? Miki Sayaka? That's...that's ridiculous!

You glance back at the screen to see the blue-haired Eversor frown at the camera, flipping it off before dragging Kyoko out of frame.

Miki Sayaka's far and away the least religious person you know. Orderly, yes, a stickler for rules, yes, but religious...?

"It matters not who she is, just that it was arranged that we catch sight of her here. Now. Of all places, of all times." Enyo says from her kneeling position. "This is a portent from the First Knight - I'd stake my life on it."

A portent of what?

"Good fortune," Both Enyo and Alondight grin at each other, relief and eagerness mixed in equal measure. "A complete and overwhelming victory."

Enyo stands up, just as High Marshal Alondight begins barking out last-minute instructions - for both the Culexus and the Black Templars. Instructions that apparently she and Malal came up with.

Forty knights, Twenty Culexus, not counting Malal or the two Black Templar Officers. Each Culexus flanked and protected by two Black Templars. You will be protected by both Enyo and Alondight yourself.

Against all the shit that will be doing their level best to kill anything else that tries to approach the cocoon housing Walpurgisnacht.

[2/3]
>>
>>32063142
OH SHIT THEY KNOW
>>
Let's paint Sayaka's cape red with blood!
>>
>>32063203

"We'll be teleporting right into the thick of things," Cavefish explains. "As close to the Witch's Cocoon as it is possible. We'll be forming a ring of black armor and ceramite around it, for the maximum chance of success. Don't wait for orders - as soon as you find your footing, keep moving forward. Don't stop for anything, just move forward until you reach the cocoon, and then destroy it with everything we've got."

...Sounds simple enough.

"We've only got the one shot at this, mind," Alondight's delivery seems like it should be grim, if outright cruel, but apparently seeing Miki Sayaka flip the camera off really lifted her spirits. "The First Knight's watching from her coffin, so let's not muck about and get this done proper, alright?"

Cheers erupt, from both the Culexus and the Black Templars. Alondight raises her hand for quiet, and it's immediately granted.

"Let me stress that. Let's get this done proper." Her tone now is less jovial. "When Miss Cavefish said don't stop for anything, DON'T STOP FOR ANYTHING." She looks at her Knights, and then the Culexus in turn. "Knights, your objective is to protect the Culexus assigned to you. Culexus, your objective is to get to the cocoon and help your assigned Knights destroy the embryonic Witch with your powers. Everything else is secondary and can be ignored. Keep moving forward. Understood?"

More cheers, more fists banging into chestplates. Alondight nods, satisfied, before nodding at Cavefish.

Two minutes. Everyone is dividing into their teams, one Culexus, two Black Templars. Each trio standing at the edge of the platform, ringing the center and surrounding each other.

"Miss Malal's not answering," Cavefish suddenly voxes you. "I've been trying to hail her ever since the five-minute alarm. No dice. She said she was going to be back just in time for teleportation."

...Shit. Did Cavefish try the Incubator's Office, at least? Have someone patch her through to her cellphone, or something...

Yeah. Malal always notifies ahead if she's going to be late for anything.

"What do we do?" Cavefish asks, just as the clock starts winding down to its final seconds. You blink at your best friend, before frowning. "Hey, you're the person she spends the most time with, and she never said anything about being late!"

"Is there a problem?" Alondight looks at you, then back at Cavefish. "You two have been silently nodding with each other for a while. Are you really that much in agreement?"

...Well. Looks like you'll have to make another snap decision, now.

[]Teleport as soon as the timer runs out. Malal can catch up when she gets here - but you're hoping she wouldn't be able to. Besides, she always did say 'punctuality always matters' or some shit like that, right?

"ONE MINUTE TO WALPURGISNACHT. THIS IS YOUR ONE MINUTE WARNING."

...Really down to the wire this time, eh? You shake your head here, before turning to Cavefish and then tapping at your vox speaker with one padded finger, then at your temple. Your best friend seems to look at you with a certain amount of hesitation, before nodding and giving you a thumbs up.

Alright. Pulsing Malal as she is now is going to be really fucking rough. Not only are you going to try and re-establish mental contact with a mind you just shoved a traumatic memory into earlier - which opens you up to a reflex backlash kind of deal that may just knock you flat on your ass - but you may just be interrupting something very serious and very delicate, if she's being kept away from the biggest Witch Hunt ever. Which of course would piss her off more than she already are at you.

Still, you have to try.

Taking a deep breath, you pulse a message to her.

+ Miss Malal...? Miss Malal, this is Yuma, we're about to teleport, should we proceed as planned or await your arrival? Please confirm. +

The clock ticks down to thirty seconds, and still no reply. Just silence.

Twenty-five.

Twenty--

+ KHARN IS GONE +

[1/2]
>>
>>32064627

>>

Three words. Three simple words, flung out of nowhere, pulsed with enough fear and desperation that it is an ugly, jagged thing when it stabs into your mind. You taste your own blood flooding up your mouth again and you grit your teeth as you force it back down along with the sympathetic panic rising in your chest.

What's worse is that you couldn't stop it from spreading out from the rest of the Culexus. Each of them cry out in unison, some of their knees buckling, others having to be supported by their Black Templar companions. All of them looking towards you as you tried your best not to scream out loud.

+ KHARN IS GONE SHE'S HEADING THERE INCUBATOR'S TELEPORTER COULDN'T STOP HER WALPURGISNACHT YUMA GO PLEASE GO PLEASE KHARN IS GONE +

Malal. Earlier spitting hatred and fire at you, now screaming her death screams, begging for mercy.

Ten seconds. Five. Four.

"GO," You roar at your group. "GO! JUST FUCKING GO ALREADY!"

"YOU HEARD HER!" Alondight screams, just as the illumination inside the room goes blindingly bright, the circular platform underneath you vibrating, shaking, quaking almost. The smell of ozone filling your nostrils as the sound of a thousand throats screaming in pain fills your ears. "IT'S TIME! THE FIRST KNIGHT BE WITH US ALL!"

A thunderclap, an explosion of light, and the sensation of falling through the floor, through the world, without moving at all--

One.

Zero.

--And the last thing you hear before the world bursts apart into madness is the soft, silky-smooth giggle of a goddess driven absolutely insane with grief, with greed...

...and love.

If its the latter (which would fit better), then the idea that Homucifer might have somehow used Yumas mind contact with Chiaki to get a hold on Yuma might actually have validity to it.

It occurs to me that the only time Chiaki has seen Homucifer, was during the seeing. And Yuma was in the room at the time. If thats the route Deculture wants to take, it would fit quite nicely.

No writeups tonight, I think, so questions answered before I go to sleep!
>>
>>32064886
Possible, but using Chiaki (or Girl A) would fit better. Homucifer and Chiaki/Girl A are essentially the same soul, so it would make sense that Homucifer could easily slip through Girl A into Yuma. Especially with Girl A's mind in tatters

There is also the fact that the mindrape was not supposed to last long. Instead, Yuma spent hours doing it and has no idea why it lasted so long.

That would fit a lot better and bring real consequences for the act. Yuma mindraped Girl A, so karma decided to be a bitch and have Homucifer mindrape Yuma right back.

We do not know, but I can tell you (it's nonspoilery future writeup material anyway): She was cleaning up a surging of witches in Santa Destroy alongside Nicole Touchdown (with the other Rabbits deployed in other parts of the city). Most notably Madeleine, the Dream Witch.

>>32065374
Oh, probably a couple of months ago. If Wendy's played it, she probably thought Nakajima whipped something up to make fun of her with. But that whole idea opens up a can of worms about whether fictional media characters are drawn from exists in the world and that starts banging on the fourth wall. Though it's possible people would see magical girls, admire them, and produce content about them, I guess.

Fight every witch. All of them.. They also act as the arms and legs of the Fourteenth, which is the actual head of the Church of the Blessed Lady - hunting down heretics (typically people like the Church of the Golden Land, who would twist and distort the Lady's name), and depending on who you ask and how cynical they are, they're the dogs of the First.

>Though it's possible people would see magical girls, admire them, and produce content about them, I guess.
With the whole shebang of the magical girls of the ninth actually being LISTED on their webiste being true (as confirmed by Kyuubey back when everyone wanted to murder NECO and Decu had to find an excuse why that is not a good idea) I wonder if there is a wiki listing all known magical girls and if there's some sort of otaku subculture dedicated to worshipping them.

That would explain why there are almost zero males that matter and also justify a lot of my secret Midori-related fanfiction.
>>
>>32065722
er. Yes.

Thats how NECO makes her dough, as a MG gossip columist
>>
>>32065745
Not powerful enough of karma to make that happen. Most likely the one who wishes for that would end like Strelok before the Wish Granter.
>>
>>32065759
Midori authors H-doujins of Chiaki.
Wendy writes fapfics of Midori.
Chiaki will....of Wendy!
Law of Cycles complete!
>>
>>32065782
It also begs the question of who the hell would make that wish.

Most people wouldnt make a contract - or be offered one - without a more immediate pressing problem than "my magical realm... make it so"
>>
>>32065765
They should start selling merchandise then. Take a note from Rena quest and sell Chiaki plushies.

Its not big business enough yet... its still kind of in the "low-key sub-culture" phase but it looks like Koobs is open to the idea.

Very good odds he'll make a move to acquire MMxMM at some point

QB was just waiting on a way to break into the market.
Seeing as he has himself used as his company's mascot, I wouldn't be surprised if he's already selling plushies of himself.

He has a Pastebin, but all of his works are unlisted. There are links to each on the Wiki's Writeup page.

The "title" on his series is just a placeholder until he says something, so you probably shouldn't use it.

I guess primarily I ship Wendy x Midori, with a strong possibility of Chiaki.

Aside from that I'd go Mumi x Wendy but in a sort of unhealthy one-sided way. Or Ruri, in an equally unhealthy one-sided way.
Midori goes well with Annie May or Dorothy, or a group of faceless men. Or Ruri, in an equally unhealthy one-sided way.
Annie goes well with Mary.
Amber, pass. Although Emma-chan makes for a good answer.
NECO I've started shipping with Enishi and I don't regret it. Or Chiaki, on a much further chance. Or Ruri, in an equally unhealthy one-sided way. But all of those are basically substitutes for Kaneda for her for a long time.
There's also Lily (loli-cannibal) and someone from the Tenth that hasn't shown up at all, and won't until Midorifag writes more.
I also ship Freon x Arturia.
And Raleigh x Hornet from Daytona USA. Enyo makes a good waifu for her, though.

Also Iori x Takane.
