Did you see the illusion rank 5 perks that Azure was considering? They're fucking insane. I'd take them over maxing poison any day. Poison also needs to get maxed for the eventual poison everyone for EF plan, but it's not a priority. Mirror is shitbad unless we can propose alternate upgrades like we've been able to in the past, because just buffing the grace a tiny bit would be ok, but an even lower priority than poison.

Also, having extra xp would be good because our Lightning isn't actually maxed out, we just havn't figured out how to unlock the r6 for purchase. It'll probably unlock with 3rd release like how r6 cero unlocked with 2nd release.

Depends on how Doppelganger actually functions. It just says it's a power node, so I don't think it can deal physical damage from kicking and stuff. If it can't shoot at the same time, then all it does is let us get a better angle on things, which between the reel will let us do anyway by teleporting our hands/feet/tails behind the enemy to nail em in the back of the head before shooting.

After consulting the voices in your head you decide to stick around with Ryoko. You send out your energy, probing the barrier between worlds with your raw will but are unable to find purchase. What ever method the demons used to pop in here doesn’t seem available to you. Ryoko lets out small cries of pain as Plant-Bro continues trying to extract the quincy energy from your teenaged Berserker. “Sensei, I’m scared.” She says, shaking.

Time to comfort her. You are the best at this. “There there Ryoko. No need to be upset. I mean, yes you are being ripped apart from the inside by quincy energy and yes we never bring a healer because we don’t ever think of it but look at the bright side.” You say. “At least now we know you can get hurt.”

We are so good at this. “It hurts.” She says again, clenching her teeth as your plant scoops out more tainted blood from her.

“I know. Do you want to touch my tail? I bet you do.” You say wiggling one of your tails under her head.

She screams as your plant tears another chunk of the quincy energy out of her and starts flailing. You grab her wrists and try to hold her down, snarling as her berserker strength presses against yours. Luckily it seems the arrow sapped her of some of her energy as you are able to avoid getting thrown off. She lets out a weak sobbing sound as your plant continues to work on her, little else he can do as you have no bloody healers.

Her eyelids grow heavy as your plant continues his work. In the distance you hear the sound of something like a roar, and then a swishing sound, and suddenly the area becomes filled with demonic energy. You look over and see for a moment a cancerous lump of towering flesh and teeth. Countless mouths scream out in a language Caede probably understands but you do not of every sin known to human kind.

Then it is gone and you see standing in its place a long haired teenaged boy. His eyes are completely black and he is completely naked; his butt is a solid A. You look at him as he cracks his knuckles, wiggling his fingers in a way you are not certain is totally normal. He sniffs the air, looks straight at Ryoko, then lets out a scream. Countless eyes fill the area and then vanish. Thick, viscous drool pours from his fanged mouth and he seems to be swaying slightly. He vanishes in an instant and appears right above Ryoko, his hand posed to strike.

Your tail shimmers in a way that were it not under Ryoko’s head and instead elsewhere she might actually be giggling. Part of the ceiling breaks and sends spears of steel and metal his way blocking his attack long enough for your Plant to grab Ryoko and roll away with her. You sonido forward and deliver a bone shattering kick to his jaw, twisting his head unnaturally. He lets out a hiss and stabs your leg with his claws, sending sick virulent poison into your system. He throws you to the side, sending you through the wall and into the adjacent building.

A ball of flame chases after you smelling of rotten eggs and you have to dream walk out of the building to avoid getting hit by the blast. A pillar of hellfire springs up where you were and you take a second to catch your breath. A polearm stabs into the man’s stomach, sending out a hiss of acidic steam as it eats away at him, and Caede follows up speaking her strange buzzing language as she summons up a torrent of biting insects. The man lets out a scream in his demonic tongue and a thick layer of hellfire forms around his body, knocking out the weapon and sending the bugs back.

He uses his quick movement to chase after Ryoko once again and you sonido after him. He reaches your plant and Ryoko before you do and you fear the worst, but like a golden Greek god Fuego spear tackles him and sends him streaking back like a golden comet. The demon gurgles and kicks up, taking a chunk out of Fuego’s side. He grits his teeth and withstands it, you know what word I feared using, and spins with the force of the blow. He delivers a powerful elbow to the creature’s temple which sends him down into the ground, forming an impact crater where he lands.

You are on him at once, the creature already standing up to resume his chase. You send out kick after kick, your legs glowing with violet light as they try to connect with the beast. He bobs and sways, keeping out of your kicking range so you have to get creative. You time the moment of his dodge and your leg extends and bites down on his shoulder, holding fast. Your body burns as his hellfire armor starts to eat away at you but you only need a second to fire your ceros point blank at him.

You both get sent flying apart, your regeneration quickly reassembling you, and giving you a chance to get back into the fight. You see the demon, or whatever it is, has already reassembled itself too. It lets out a cackling hiss as it draws several symbols in the air and sends out lances of flame.

You throw up your shield and see them start to burn through in several places as the highly condensed energy tarnishes the angel mirror. You send the lances back, barely, but the demon limbos under them, then sends out a kick. You easily dodge, and then furrow your brow as your arm is removed. You leap back as it regrows and find your foot taken off at the ankle from another kick you should have easily dodged.

You regrow your body and sonido up, trying to get some distance on him. As soon as you do he looks away from you and chases after Ryoko’s trail, letting out a thick, throaty sigh. You sonido down, like a spear of violet, to slam into the ground in front of him, then your arm splits into a flower, sending bout bone lined tongues lashing and trying to grab him.

He bites down on your tongues, tearing a few of them off as his hellfire hungrily devours them and then he quick moves above you, his hand glowing with hell born energy.

The darkened streets filled with the scent of bear as the late October rain filled the gutters. In this city, when the gutters filled with grime and much, the rain didn’t do anything to clean them, just made them bubble over and stains the nice shoes of the people of this city. When I was a cop, my job was to move the filth someplace else, make it someone elses problem. Now that I am on my own as a PI I am finally able to actually do some good for this city. I tapped my cigarette against the table, a creaky fan the only thing filling the silence of the room other than the rustle of the file in my hands.

I glanced over the top and checked out the dame sitting in the chair across from me. Purple hair, some sort of trengdy skirt for dancing, and the eyes. Yellow and bright but not like gold, more like something tarnished but you think is just prettier for it. She smiled, but not at me, was just always so happy for some reason. I let out a sigh before lighting up and taking a deep drag of the smoke, glancing at her long legs as she crossed them. What the hell did I get myself into?

You kick up, sending the man arcing overhead and a few meters away. As he collides with the ground he absorbs the attack filling his hand. He tries to go after Ryoko but you quickly slam a cero enhanced fist into his back sending him forward. You wrap your legs around his midsection and hold on tight as your nails carve deep chunks of his flesh off. He slams an elbow into his head and you let it break your neck.

Your head tilts awkwardly before splitting off completely, your hair forming legs for you to use like some sort of spider. Your body continues to claw at him as your head scurries over his body, your eyes twisting so you are not bothered by being upside down. You bide down into his flesh, the hell fire burning away your skin to expose angel marked bones. Your body cracks open to reveal a massive gaping maw of teeth and bones which clamp down on the demon and start spinning around him.

You scurry off, feeling a massive drain of energy from using your ability like this, and charge your body with cero energy. You see his claw stab out from your bloated form and carve away at you, but your regeneration keeps him locked in long enough for your ceros to detonate. You feel massive pain as your body is destroyed and a large drain of energy as you start to regrow your important parts. You crack your neck as your body comes back in and you smile as you look over the ruins of the attack. You think the battle over until the scent of rotten eggs hits your nose and a large blade of flame attached to a burning chair shoots out of the smoke. You hop back and manage to only get a small cut along your midsection from the weapon. It fades into nothing as the demon leaps from the smoke, burning with infernal energy.

You leap up to meet him, not letting him get a chance to use whatever freaky voodoo it is he wants. You raise your fist and mime a haymaker in the air, letting your shapeshifting turn it into a lance of flesh and bone. You collide with the demon and pull yourself along through the shaft, tee hee, of muscle and meat. You deliver a kick to his chest as you get pulled over to him and then your cancerous chunk spreads out like the thin tentacles of a jellyfish, or ribbons, or maybe a scarf? You spin around him like the orbit of an electron in your strange ribbony flesh spiral.

He throws out a blast of hellfire, but you just let that chunk burn before reforming elsewhere. You pop out of the fleshy part and fire off a cero at his back, causing him to turn and kick. You see small filaments stretch from his attack and cut your body where they connect, then vanish. You nod in understanding how he was able to cut your body to shreds and continue circling around him. You fire off balas, keeping him distracted as you summon your nine perfectly fluffy tails in the spinning ribbon of you.

You freeze for a moment and then collapse, stabbing the demon in nine places of his body with your angel steel tipped tails and make him roar in discomfort. You shiver as the tails pierce you in a few places and are now somewhat concerned you will be ruined for marriage. You push that thought away for a moment as small teeth form on your body and you start vibrating them, sanding away at his body. He snarls as you feel it cut through meat and bone, the attack likely sending waves of agony through his body.

He bites down on your meat parts and glows once more. You realize what he is doing and quickly sonido back as a ball of hellfire forms around him and he summons up more of those burning chains. He spins them around and then whips them out at you, their barbed edges digging deep into the ground. You spin to avoid one and then feel another tear into your back.

You shiver at the sensation, your nerves demanding explanation as you drool a little from the sensation. You back flip into the air above his attack and charge your limbs once again.

95-5 Feel the rhythm

You use your wings to stabilize a singularity and quickly fill it with energy. The ceros spin rapidly around the single point as the demon leaps into the air. You kick the energy like a football and send it spinning after the demon, your abilities easily making you a contender for the world cup if you really wanted to and the sport wasn’t racist against ghosts.

It careens perfectly and catches the demon in the hip, collapsing and detonating in a single point. The explosion covers the city in a violet light, momentarily causing the universe the shudder in antici…

You put your hands on your hips and nod, satisfied you finally destroyed- a blade of flames swings by you, trailing those thin filaments. You avoid getting your body cut to shreds, and frown as you see the demon spinning a chain of flames over his head. “Okay, now you are starting to get on my last nerve.” You explain as you sonido over to him.

“Stay down!” You command leaping and slamming a knee into his temple.

He tries to claw at you, but you grab his wrist and push yourself over the attack then throwing a kick causing his head to twist unnaturally. You crouch low as he retaliates, humming some tune to keep your capoeira rhythm going. You kick his knee forcing it to break and twist awkwardly, then you kick him between his legs, then a lightning fast kick to his ribs sends the delightful feeling of broken bones through your body. He stumbles and you get on your hands and wrap his head between your legs. You feel your meat blistering as the hellfire eats away at you, but you don’t care as you strain your muscles and use your body like a catapult, get it? Cata- anyway, he goes flying down to the ground and sinks deep into the earth.

They strike out and dig dip into the demon, but only for a moment as the hellfire and the chains tear the off almost instantly. You don’t care as you let the bleeding organs twitch and fill your little dome with fluid. The two of you keep it up, your tongues coiling and ripping his chains from his grasp and his chains tearing your tongues out. The blood filling the dome is about two feet deep and you keep his attention on you as your actual body slide up behind him under the water, like some sort of serpent.

Your body forms behind him quietly, remaining connected to the dome through a tail, and you stab two more of your tails into his sides. He lets out a wheezing hiss as you press your body against his back, your long tongue flicking out and probing and caressing his ear. “Should always watch your backside dear.” You whisper as two more tails form and stab into his chest. “Such a lovely backside it is too.” You coo as you gently stroke his chest and stomach from behind.

“Now then, seriously. Fucking die.” You command stabbing your fingers into his stomach and chest and tearing him open.

Your meaty dome stabs out into his chest, sending lances of teeth and nails out as you fill him up. He gurgles as you take his lungs but you just shush him gently, like a mother might. You gently bite his neck and collar as you fill him and burn from the hellfire around him.

After filling his body there is a moment of quiet as you gently nip him, then spikes of your angel scarred bones stab out of him every which way impaling you both. You shiver in delight as the pain is extraordinary and feel them slide out of you and back into the meaty inside you put in him. He slumps slightly and you think it is time to eat, but then you feel the temperature go up as his chest turns into a boiling pit of flame. You retract what parts of your body you can as his open chest bites down like a mouth and you skip back a ways.

You see in the open would a mouth with a single burning eye in the middle. He takes in a deep breath as his regeneration takes over and then he shoots out a cone of hellfire at you. You roll to the side just as he uses a quick movement skill to get in front of you. He tries to deliver an uppercut, but you put your hands on his fist and push up to throw yourself into the air.

You check your go juice tanks and make some rough calculations and decide maybe going full on laser is not always the best bet at this level without bloody nice lasers. You kick him once more in the side, finding his ribs have regenerated a bit denser than they were before. You deliver a second kick to crack his bones, but finding the act enjoyable unless you can feel them snap and crumble under your feet. Pervert.

You slide between his legs as he fires another cone of hellfire where you were just moments ago. You kick the back of his knees causing him to fall, and deliver a quick elbow to his nose sending him to the ground. You sit on his chest/neck, just above the hell mouth and start slamming your fists into his face, sending him rocking back. You feel your back sweat as he lets out a gout of flame, but you just continue hammering on. Gross. “What’s gross?” You demand as you continue your assault. “My sweat isn’t gross, because I am a pretty girl. Pretty lasses are never gross.” You explain as you morph your arm into a flower of flesh. “I’m right aren’t I? I am never wrong!” You shout as you fire a cero point blank at his head.

Your bum nearly gets burnt off as the hellfire cranks up so you quickly leap off of him, or at least try to. You are stopped as one of his chains wraps around your ankle and sends you toppling to the ground. He stands and slashes at you digging deep into your back and sending more of his poison into you. You kick back at him, burning your foot off in the process, but manage to pull yourself off the monster.

96-6 Now all together!

You don’t give him a chance to ice you. Fire you. Exterminate you. You sonido forward and slam your foot into his face, forcing him to stumble and let out several gouts of flame. You spin under the retaliation attack and sweep him off his feet. You kick the back of his head causing him to spin and faceplant. You don’t stay in one place for long, quickly sonidoing above him and throwing out a cero.

It connects and you fly in an arc to avoid the hellfire pillar which is launched in return. You spear tackle him and slam his face into the ground carving a trench on the street. Spikes of flame shoot out of his body and you quickly step back and throw out another cero. You feel your reserves sputter as you coat your body in a second cero, and curse as your enemy dodges the energy blast.

You dash forward in hopes of finishing this quickly, but then get sent flying back. You collide with a house and slump in the street stunned for just a moment. You shake your head and look up to see what happened and frown. His arm has mutated into a cancerous, red, hair covered muscular thing covered in chittering mouths.

You stand up slowly, then quickly roll to the side as the limb slams into the ground where you were just a second ago. The mouths open wide and vomit out countless burning chains which coil around the objects in the area. One catches you but you manage to tear off your limb just before it can draw you in and skewer you on countless spikes.

You feel your energy flickering as you pant, sweat pouring off of you in a futile attempt to keep up. You charge the bastard, letting out a roar of defiance as you cross the distance between the two of you. He pulls his arm back and swings at you again, but you manage to leap over his attack and springboard off his scrotum arm a few extra meters. You continue charging and roll to the side as he launches his arm like a spear and destroys the house you were kicked into.

You sonido forward and focus your ceros on your hand, letting the energy boil and hum as it damages the wall between worlds. You grit your teeth and feel burning pain lance through your sides as spears of hell fire cut through you. You slam your fist into his stupid bloody face and detonate your ceros, sending him and you flying back. You skip across the ground and swear as each jump of your body smashes the concrete with the force of the impact. You skid, leaving a pink and red stain along the walkway, then dramatically push yourself up. Your body hisses as you regenerate, quite a bit slower than usual and just as you finish putting yourself back together you hear a roar. You look back and see twisted, disgusting tentacles pulling the demon along. He arrives quickly and you see you did make a difference. Now both of his arms are tumor towers. Ha.

You feel the demonic energy course through you and try to send out what little energy you have left against it to keep it from burning away the rest of your go juice, and forget to pay attention for a moment.

One of the tumor like arms slams into you and sends you spiraling back and into a piece of exposed pipe. You cough as you are impaled and sluggishly pull yourself free. You feel the energy hum inside you, and feel confused. It should not be humming, you should be humless. One who is without hum. You try to think on it, but a chain of hellfire rips across your torso disrupting your concentration.

You glare at the demon as he continues summoning his circle and you coil your tails around yourself, forming a cocoon to help keep the noise of the outside out, you just need some quiet to think.

You probe around inside your soul, looking for the strange sound which keeps bothering you, like a faucet left on after dark just drip drip dripping. You pull your tails tighter as the demon starts chanting something, thinking about how rude he is. Jager would not stand for such rudeness, no she wouldn’t. Upon thinking of Jager you hear the hum a little louder and lock onto its position. It’s like an egg, hidden inside your angel parts filled with pure joy.

You reach out to the egg and feel it pop open and flood your being, images of you snuggling against Jager, Sin-Fin wearing comical hats, Ryoko getting all flustered as you tease her, your plant smiling warmly as you hang out, the taste of Loki’s blood as you tear out his eye, the amusement you feel as Hiroshi tries to get a date and more. Every moment of delight you have felt giving you a small measure of energy, feeding your angelic grace and slowly creating a just in case box.

You feel something melt over your skin and you realize it is your tails somehow bleeding off. When you open your eyes you realize you seem to have gotten dressed at some point and you smile slightly as you realize you have hit your third release. You take a moment to appraise yourself in a nearby window. Your third release on the surface makes you seem like an angel. Your wings glow and radiate behind you, a gentle violet aura spreading the vague feeling of delight and happiness in your wake.

Your standard punkish wear is gone and replaced with a violet dress and corset with black and silver trim. There are sewn up tears here and there using the same cheap stitching pattern and the back bottom of your dress is in frayed and in tatters like you had a casual stroll through a fire at some point, while the front is much shorter showing your legs. The material is that silk like sheer fabric the angels seem to wear, and it is actually pretty comfortable. You have around your neck a leather choker with a sliver of white crystal attached. Your shoes seem to have gone missing at some point as you are barefoot. A thin arm circlet of white shards goes around your bicep on your left arm, looking like small stalactites and stalagmites which fit together perfectly. At first glance you seem to actually look rather nice, for you anyway, but like many things about you that is just the surface.

On closer examination of the sewed shut ‘tears’ you see that they are not tears at all but rather small eyes, with sharp fang filled mouths for pupils constantly laughing through forced clenched teeth. The corset is lined along the side with ribs, likely copies of yours. You lift the hem of your skirt to see the underside of your dress is a constantly shifting mass of eyes and teeth. You feel razor lined tongues lick your thighs sending shivers of delightful pain radiating through you. The laces and strings on your outfit are actually small thin tendons, stretched and twisted to meet your needs, and after sending a signal of will you see them writhe and twist, making you conclude they can be manipulated. You send your will to the band around your arm and it separates somewhat, small tentacles twisting and writhing in the open wound. Behind you, along the longer back half of the dress, are the bones of your tails running down to around your ankles, their fluffiness gone for now.

Perhaps most disconcerting is your choker, the small crystal actually being a fraction of time, locked in an instant. Occasionally the clear silver is tarnished by a flash from a world that could have been if not for your fatebreaker.

You probe your energy reserves and try to get a feel for what you can do.

You dash forward, your body faster now, and deliver a kick to the face of the demon. The tongues constantly cutting and lighting your inner thighs stab out and spear him before sending a blast of cero energy his way. Your leap back as spears nearly eviscerate you and you detach your arm, the sickening wound filled with enough tentacles to make Ryoko’s day you suspect. Ah, the tramp.

Your arm digs into the demon’s throat and the tentacles from its wound wrap about his chest. A spear of bone stabs into the demons chest and as he tries to tear it off the tendrils from your bicep wrap around the tumor arms. You point the meat of your arm at the demon and fire a chain of ceros sending the demon staggering back. Your arm rejoins you, the circlet of teeth around your arm becoming whole once more and you delivering a chain of bone shattering kicks to his torso.

You see his body bulge and swell as he takes off the kid gloves.
