The land is vast, and has excellent roads built between it and the city. It will take a bit of work to clean the now dead mechanical attractions, but you are quite sure Brass wouldn't even blink at the thought of "working" on his new land. The main building was meant to be a hotel, and is mostly intact.

[] A track of land about as large as Mai's. It is wild and undeveloped, but has natural springs and a plateau made by a massive rock on its southern side. Most The land is, as well, full of massive rocks under the surface, thus it was deemed excessively bad terrain to farm or built into since the rocks are not solid enough to use as foundations, nor soft enough to easily take apart.

[] A extra large, extra haunted old farm. A piece of terrain that looks as if it came from a historical scenario, blood has been spilled, according to police reports, and noone wants the land which is said to be extra haunted. But the terrain looks excellent no matter how you look at it. Good land, with rock solid foundations deep enough as not to interfere with farming, but excellent to build on top of.

As much as the 'haunted old farm' seems interesting, the ex-resort is probably the safest best.

Alright, it has a medium-sized high-class hotel in the middle, which could easily be remodeled into a manor. Steam baths, jacuzzi, inner pool, all the luxuries. The plants have invaded the inside and ruined all the furniture, of course, but since Brass isin't trying to open a hotel, he would probably need all new furniture anyway.

I doubt he would have a use for the front desk, for example.

The underground parking lot is flooded, but recoverable.

The grounds are full of rusted, collapsed attractions, and there's even a single subway car since there were plans to make a private line between the city and the resort. There are even unfinished train lines.

The land is quite ample, so you could probably have horses or cattle if Brass felt like it, once it is cleared, of course.

Brass: "Ah, both seem like good ideas, but if we will need to hure staff to look after the animals, wouldnt a natural preservation be easier to handle? That way we would just need a skeleton crew to watch over the house and basic security at most, right?"

Ned: "You actually gave this some more thought than I expected,"

Brass: "I'm not a kid, even if I'm going to fulfill a childhood dream with this. I think we can hire a regular gardening service to tend to the ground immediately around the house, clean the old attractions out, and leave most of the ground grow wild, with room for garden parties or what not."

Ned: "Alright, Brass, I'll see what I can do. Want to hire someone to clear the terrain?"

Brass: "Ah, I think I'll enjoy inviting some friends and have fun demolishing things, but we'll still need some trucks to carry the trash to a dump."

Ned: "Alright, I'll tell you if anything else comes up."

You reassure him it is no problem, and end the call.

Mako: "It is very fun. We teach things to the children and learn things ourselves, too! Yesterday we saw some penguin documentals... could we film a music video on antartica?"

The girl seems very excited about the idea, and Flux! certainly can afford it, but maybe you could arrange using an aquarium's or zoo's penguins instead.

Well, IIRC Bella, Stella and Lyann have the adaptability enhancement so they can "comfortably survive in any earth weather, or even stand the depths of the marianna trench and the surface of the sun." The rest of the band is more "normal" in that they'll need proper clothing.

Also, IIRC Metallica just had a concert in the chilean-controlled anctartic territory and it was a great success.

Chile also has the southernmost city in the world, Punta Arenas, just a ferry trip away from actual antertic territory, so it depends on how deep into it you want to go, I guess.

Driving up tp Mai's ranch, it is somewhat surprising to see another car parked outside, but as you descend from your own car and go around to open the door for Mako, you notice Ami and Eldric through the open front door.

Ami wanted to drop by for a bit, and dragged Eldric along.

Mako is happy to have more people to have her pajama night with. Mai is obviously sligthly annoyed, but happy that her "baby sister" is home, and teasing Eldric mercilessly.

Eldric gives you looks that clearly a cry for help.

Ami: "Oh, I had no idea you were going to have a movie night... should I buy some pizza?"

Mako: "I made cookies!"

Ami: "Of course you did. But I dont think you have enough cookies for 5 novas, do you?"

Mako: "...alright."

Ami drags Mako to her room for a bit, which leaves you, Mai and Eldric alone.
