Disregarding the cast vs wielded fro the information i had gathered.

Better engine allowing the tank an increase in speed by 5-10 km
Muzzle break on the 76mm gun
the frontal armor on the tank is bettered angled.
the armor is improved and added in several places one I recall was in the lower glacis.
Improved electrical systems within the tank
Something about the viewing silts being bullet proof.
Also there was one article that I couldn't re-find was slightly better crew comfort in terms of rooming.

There might have been one or two other things as well but that is all I remembered in the top of my head
