Alright. Looking over how much discussion was needed just to do this, and seeing as how I am expecting to do this for a year's worth of game time, we are going to simplify these procedures. The procedure I made would be great and fine if I was just working with one guy doing all the actions, but with like 10 other people, it's going to be disastrously long and boring runs with people arguing and getting angry. Number crunching will also make things last much too longer.Every officer is going to be expected to do typical jobs: generals are patrolling and training, admins are doing paperwork and the like. Instead we'll pass the time like we did back when serving Dong Zhuo, with monthly turns and just a general description of what's going on with the city (The markets are average, the people are angry, etc etc [This is just an example, not how Wu is])Officer events, city events, and the like to keep things up.
