The Ordo Malleus is charged with defending the Imperium of Man against the profane corruption of Chaos. They are given the most holy of artifacts, the largest access to damning knowledge, and the widest breadth of power to complete their task. Even the High Lords of Terra aren’t above their control should the worst occur. Chaos is simply that pervasive of a threat. This has made for some of the most well-prepared and well-equipped anti-daemonic forces in the known galaxy.

Unfortunately for Inquisitor Gaelos, none of that stopped him from dying by your hands. Quite literally in fact. With his removal, the Slayer of Raptor belongs entirely to you. Well, mostly. Acerea, a Plaguebearer, has “joined” you in your campaign to bring the glory of Khorne to the Mortal Realm. So long as she continues to be a valuable asset in combat, you’re only concerned with where the next battle will take place.

Welcome to Khornette Quest.

If you’re a die-hard lover of canon, I suggest you turn away now. I’d like to think I’ll do Chaos justice here though. The key thing at the end of the day is to have fun, whatever that means in this instance.

All rolls will go against a specified characteristic in the style of Black Crusade. You’ll want to roll under the characteristic value in order to pass the check. The more degrees of success (every multiple of 10 counts as 1), the more awesome of a result. A 1 is a guaranteed success, and a 100 is a guaranteed failure.

Best of three rolls when it’s called for, with a 1 or a 100 instantly taking precedence. If multiple characteristics are being rolled for, each 1d100 counts for its respective test. Any rolls prior to the call for one and those not linking said post will be ignored.

You may burn (i.e. gone forever) 10 infamy to completely reroll a check (i.e. three new 1d100). If you have above 10 infamy, you are allowed a single additional 1d100 roll for any check during a session.

If you have any questions/etc, now’s the time. Otherwise, I have some housekeeping stuff before pushing the actual first update. (It’s why we’re starting slightly early)

Excessive meta goes to QTG. Blatant Samefaggotry will be ignored.
>>
Glad to have you back OP!
>>
>>34141603

Let’s address characteristic advancement first. I’ve decided that for every 6 infamy you earn, you’ll be allowed to either:
> [A] Add 5 points to one characteristic
> [B] Add 1d3 points to 2 characteristics (May choose the same one)

You may have noticed I held a poll regarding Cinder’s choice of outfit on Twitter. As with most polls outside of sessions, the results are mostly for my amusement and to get you thinking. HOWEVER, a chance to change her fashion/armor/weaponry/etc will come up later in the session. You might want to ponder what, if any, changes you’d like to make.

For now though, let’s go ahead and vote on the characteristic change. We’ll deal with Option A vs B before trying to decide on which characteristic(s). And yes, because you have 12 infamy, you get to do it twice.

Chargen is srs business. But if we get stuck here for an inordinate amount of time, I’ll just push things along.

---

Originally, your plan was to take up residence in Gaelos’ old residence within the Inquisitor’s Quarter. It seems he has the last laugh in this though. Hexagrammic Wards, Purity Seals, and more besides bar your entrance proper into his abode. Such things would normally be trivial to defile, but you’re in no state to try and force your way through. Plus with all of the other Corpse God-blessed items and artwork present on the deck, you’re starting to get a headache. Thus, you begrudgingly make your way towards the Captain’s Quarter. You’ll deal with this level of the ship later.

No pesky anti-daemonic barriers get in your way this time. If anything, the freshly spilled blood coating the corridors is like a red carpet. Bodies, all human, lay in various states of dismemberment. Not one to be ambushed, you carefully advance, following the trail of crimson to its conclusion outside of the actual “room” belonging to the ship’s Captain. More a grand suite than anything else, the opulence of it all might put a lesser Rogue Trader to shame. That doesn’t concern you though. What concerns you is the fact Mr. Silent is currently standing over the corpse of the Captain.

“I *was* going to criticize your lack of valor earlier,” you begin, “but I suppose this makes up for it.”

He doesn’t even seem fazed that you’ve come up behind him. After flicking his chainsword free of blood he turns to face you, silent as ever.

“Right… Well you’ve shown you’re not useless, unlike the rest of your cult. I can appreciate a warrior who is capable of taking initiative as well.”

More silence. Your eye twitches.

“If you have nothing to say, then leave. I have some redecorating to do.”

(cont)
>>
>>34142428

His head lowers and he strides past you without a second’s hesitation. Right as he passes next to you, you feel strangely weak - as if your daemonic strength has been negated in some way. Before you can do so much as snarl in annoyance, the sensation, and Mr. Silent, is gone. A mute blank? Just what you needed to deal with. It’s probably a good thing you never tried to interact with him before. At least he’s on your side for now.

With that psychic anomaly is out of the way, you have free reign over the Captain’s Suite. The first order of business is replacing that bathroom with an actual bath of blood. A little metal stolen from the surrounding rooms and a few spent energy weapons later sees you with a makeshift welded basin. Large enough for four but lacking in liquid. Easily solved though. It just means you have to find another guardsmen patrol and herd them in here…

Some twenty minutes later, you’re immersed in heavenly warm blood. It feels slightly odd to be naked once more, but you quickly shrug off such thoughts. Even unarmed and unarmored, your natural claws and skin offer more than enough protection. Plus, who would dare interrupt a bloodletter’s bloodbath? No one strong or daring enough remained on board. All that was left for you to do now was to relax and let your body heal itself.

Sighing with a low “Ahh~” you close your eyes and let your mind wander.

You’ll have to scare some of those mech-heads into designing a way to recycle the blood in your bath so it’s always fresh and boiling. As for the Inquisitor’s Quarter, the sooner that’s corrupted the sooner you can have it repurposed it into something useful. Maybe a forge of war? It’s a long shot, but perhaps you can even get Wormbag onboard to keep him on retainer. With those two main items out of the way, you can focus on bigger and better things. Like what battle charge you’d be leading next.

Which reminds you… you’d have to have an actual discussion with Acerea once you’ve rested. Interpersonal communication has yet to be your strong suit, but you don’t feel the same need to act gruff around her as you do other daemons. Perhaps that’s because she’s not Khornate like all of the others you’ve encountered thus far. Talking with her isn’t a verbal clash of steel for superiority like it would be with Wormbag or his ilk. Plus she seems… tolerable. For a daemon of Nurgle, anyways. Certainly capable of fighting and that’s all that mattered to you.

Lost in your thoughts and the very nature of the bath itself, you lose track of time. The concept of temporal linearity hadn’t mattered to you before this material plane anyways (All Wounds Healed). It takes the sound of someone entering your suite and calling out to fully bring you back to your senses.

“Helloooo? Cinder? Are you in here?”

You’d know that sickly sweet voice anywhere. it’s Acerea.

You sit up slightly before calling out, “In here.”

She pokes her head in a moment later. “My, someone’s been busy~”

“Bloodbath. You should try it sometime.” You realize the implication of inviting a Plaguebearer in, adding, “But not this one. I like my blood pure.”

“Awwww.” Her fake pout only lasts for a moment before she brightens up. “I wanted to stop by and let you know that I’ve started a lovely little garden down on the Biofloor. Full of mushrooms and living trees and…”

“Great… Gardening…” You sink lower in the blood. “And here I thought you’dve done something worthy of notice.”

She winks. “Let me finish, dear Cinder. I also twisted a tendril into an acolyte’s ear. Quite literally in fact. I’ve got his brain entangled so well that he’s my puppet now. He’s why the rest of the ship hasn’t erupted into mass riots yet.”

“And that’s a good thing because?”

“Well we’re still moving, aren’t we?”

You had to give her that. “For now. But where exactly are we going? Being idle earns me no honor.”

Acerea shrugs. “I’m not quite sure. I don’t think the Astropath has quite bought my little web of lies because he hasn’t left his room. And the acolyte I have knew nothing.”

"Wonderful."

“Then I shall go introduce this Astropath to my claws,” you say as you rise from the bath. The long soak has left your skin delightfully supple and your muscles perfectly limber. Something Acerea’s all too willing to point out as you begin strapping on your gear.

“So that’s the benefit of a bloodbath, hmmm? Perhaps I *should* try one. But with a little more pestilence involved, I think. By the way…” She motions at your body in general. “What’s with the get up?”

You pause for a second. You’d mostly just donned what felt right at the time. Sure, a normal Bloodletter might have chosen to remain naked, but you’re no normal Bloodletter. Something to think about either way.

“It’s simply what I’ve chosen to wear, for the moment. Some are trophies,” you hold up the cape, “while others are reminders of past victories.”

“Mmmm… You Khornates and your trophies. It’s adorable, in a way. I’m quite comfortable as I am though. But do have fun with the Astropath. He might have another mutant with him, a Navigator. My little acolyte wasn’t very clear on that matter.” Her hand comes to rest on her cheek before she adds, “Then again, he is basically half fungus at this point…”

You roll your eyes. “Am I correct in guessing he’s at the top of the vessel?”

“Mhmmmm~”

“Lovely.”

It doesn’t take you long to reach the top of the vessel where the Astropathic Choir is situated. Normally such a room is used by the humans to broadcast and receive messages across interstellar space. Today it seems to be the last “bastion” of resistance on the vessel.

The door has a series of hastily scribbled Hexagrammatic Wards, but nothing you couldn’t just tear through with a little time. It’s almost cute in a way - how desperate those inside must be. Deciding to have some fun, you punch the comm next to the door.

“I have decided to personally come and see if you’ve seen the Glory that is the Blood God yet. Are you going to invite me in so that I may inspect your piles of skulls, or will I have to open this door myself?”

White noise dominates once you stop talking. Then a very shaky voice, male, gives you a reply. “G-Go away, Daemon! You’re too… too late! I’ve already sent a message for help! I’m of no use to you now!”

It’s probably a good thing he can’t see you grinning. The poor mortal already seems like he’s close to breaking, and you’ve had a lovely idea about how to use him in the future.

“Oh but you see, I need someone capable of proclaiming and extolling my very presence on the battlefield. And you have the ability to do that across the very place I call home.”

“I… I’ll never help you!”

You snarl into the vox device. Just enough malice to remind him what he’s dealing with, but not enough to send him into a fainting spell. “You’ll find your only other choice is to have your blood spilled here and now. No one on this puny vessel is capable of helping you. Now open this door.”

A good two minutes pass, then the steel wall raises. A man in green robes and with blackened eyes is waiting on the other wise. Behind him are various stakes where other, lesser psykers are chained. “M-May the Emperor forgive me…” he whimpers.

Your laughter causes him to shrink. “You no longer belong to that pathetic corpse. You serve a greater, more honorable cause. Remove your hood so that I may brand you.”

He does so, practically shivering. A moment later you drag a careful claw across his scalp to draw the Mark of Khorne upon it. Deep enough to be a permanent scar and with a touch of Warp Energy, but not enough to completely destroy his mind. You need that intact, after all.

Stepping back, you admire your handiwork. “I name you Proditus the Herald. Present your hand.”

His right arm extends. With a flash of your claws, the hand attached to it goes flying.

“Let that serve as a warning. The next time you send any message that isn’t about my greatness or that of Khorne’s, you will be reduced to nothingness. Is that clear?”

Proditus clutches the stump, sobbing. “Y-Yes…”

You lick your lips. “Good. Now I am to understand you might have another of import here? A Navigator?”

FFS 4chanX.

He nods and points with his stump towards the back of the room.

“I see. Run along to your mechanical friends and have them patch your wound up. You’re no use to me dead, and I’ll not have Acerea turn you into a glorified mushroom.”

He doesn’t have to be told twice. That just leaves you in a room with a multitude of chained-up Psykers and a Navigator. The latter of which seems to be behind another door…

The wails of the psykers chained behind you combines with the sound of your claws against metal to make a delightful symphony. The elegance of it seems to be lost upon the Navigator, however, as he doesn’t even spin in his chair to face you. The small room he’s in is the only one thus far you’ve been in that’s featured an exterior view, and probably for good reason. Swirls of pure Chaos float by, offering you a window to your home.

“Face me, coward.”

“Oh, but are you sure?” The chair spins, revealing a three-eyed mutant of a man strapped with various grenades, plasma flasks, and more. “I think you’ll find the only coward here is you.”

He raises a switch in his hand.

That hand goes flying too.

You walk over to the comms and almost break it with how hard you slam the activation rune.

“Acerea, get your green ass up here. And bring those tendrils.”

Silence, then, “On my way. Did you have fun~?”

You snort. “Not as much as you’re about to have, I’m sure.”

She giggles and the line goes quiet. The Navigator has started rocking back and forth in his chair in an attempt to destabilize the plasma flasks. Noting this, you thrust a taloned foot against his stomach with a snarl.

“Quit worming around. Or do. Soon you’ll be nothing but a festering zombie anyways.”

He just bites his tongue in response. His stubbornness might be admirable if it weren’t so annoying. By the time Acerea wanders in, the Navigator’s already three shades paler than he started.

“Oh my… he’s seen better days.”

“Just do your thing before he passes into the void.”

She smiles and walks past you. After waving your foot away, she straddles him and begins whispering in his ear. “Relax~ I’m going to show you the true Love of the Unclean One…”

You don’t feel like sticking around for what comes next. Turning, you head towards…

We are an undying abomination against the materium, our own manifestation is probably enough to burn the fuck out of whatever diseases a daemon of nurgle has, the problem with fighting nurglites for us, is that they don't have "blood" so much as a cocktail of bile and puss, are ridiculously hard to kill, and more or less aren't really earning our ire as much as Slaaneshi whores and Tzeentchian cockmonglers do just by existing.

A quick jaunt later sees you back amid walls protected by the Corpse God. Or so the humans believe, anyways. It isn’t a matter of whether you could breach their pathetic wards and seals, but in what lay beyond that was worth protecting.

The first room your claws free from the tyranny of Purity Seals contains various power armors suitable for normal humanoids. Some have hexagrammatic wards, others actual force fields built into them.

The second holds a slew of weapons both sanctified and mundane. If you could call power weapons mundane. All kinds, from power swords to power axes, lay carefully amid their racks ripe for the plundering. There’s also an impressive arrangement of flamers and grenades. The blessed weaponry is something you cannot even touch, however.

As for the Inquisitor’s room itself, it’s far less impressive than the Captain’s Suite. You probably made the right call in claiming it over this place. A single bed and desk sit amid piles of dusty tomes and dataslates. Gaelos’ rosette is strewn across the covers of his bed, which gives you an idea. You leave the room some ten minutes later with an extra spring in your step and wiggle in your tail, defiled symbol (dripping with a small amount of your blood) in hand.

The final room of note contains a bunch of slaves chained to the walls. It seems Gaelos maybe have been dabbling a little in rituals of his own judging by the various symbols inscribed both on the piles of flesh and floor. Maybe you did these pathetic beings a favor. Now they can serve (or die) in your, and thus Khorne’s, name.

The Mechanicus Quarter is a mess of rusted metals, piping, and steam. You almost mistake some of the Tech Priests wandering around for part of the walls themselves at times. They don’t really seem to mind your presence so long as you don’t get in their way. Either it’s because they really love those Machine Spirits, or they know well enough not to challenge a Bloodletter wearing an Inquisitorial Rosette. So you guess, anyways.

Eventually you come to a wide open area of a workshop. There you see Proditus having a mechanical hand fitted to his stump by a red-hooded figure with multiple mechadendrites. He doesn’t even look up from his work as you approach.

++Are you the one responsible for this wound?++ His voice is digital, wheezing, and yet somehow gleeful.

“That I am. Is that a problem?”

++Not at all! I delight in being able to practice my biologis skills. Inquisitor Gaelos never brought me many Xenos to toy with++

You look to Proditus, raising an eyebrow. He gulps before opening his mouth. “M-Magos Lazerus has already been told of your greatness, ma’am. He’s happy to provide whatever assistance you require so long as you bring him plenty of…”

“I get it. He was a heretic before I even got here. Perfect.” You turn to eye the Magos proper. “First order of business then, after you’re done, I need my quarters fitted with a fitting sauna. The kind that will always be full of piping hot and clean blood.”

One of the mechadendrites moves over to a workbench to begin scribbling designs. ++Simple. Will repurpose water purification equipment for use with blood. Anything else?++

(cont)
>>
>>34147335

“Yes. Tear down the Inquisitor’s Quarter and begin construction of a Forge. I don’t mean something like this heap of junk you call a workshop. A proper place to make weapons and armor.”

Another mechadendrite chitters then also begins scribbling. ++Also simple. Will redirect plasma flow through that area to substitute for furnaces. More?++

How the fuck were we summoned for that matter?

I mean, he was THERE when we came here, like, five feet from us, he should have just unconsciously absorbed / repelled the warp energy in his immediate surroundings.

Unless OP is utilizing Blanks in a different way, like, they consciously have to do shit unless it's skin-contact level close.

You eventually run out of ideas for ship modifications, but Lazerus has plenty to deal with for now.

“If you perform well, you shall have all the aliens you like. After I’ve split and drank some of their blood for the glory of Khorne, of course.”

++This is acceptable. Your Herald is finished as well. Will begin work on Blood Sauna at once++

Proditus is now sporting a new metal hand. It’s large and clunky, but at least he won’t be dying of blood loss any time soon. “Someone is asking for you on ship’s comms, ma’am.”

“Acerea, most likely. Give your vox here.”

He does so. The Plaguebearer’s voice fills your ear a moment later. “You really do need to keep some form of comm device on you, sweetie.”

“Hmph. Mortal concerns. What do you want?”

“I just wanted to let you know the Navigator is now the proud centerpiece of a new bed of decay. He’ll get us where you want to go, mostly. I had to be very thorough to bring him in line.”

“Meaning…?”

“Meaning I hope you don’t mind being off a few milliparsecs off.”

“More time shuttling between planets then. Frustrating, but expected.” You pause, then add, “Thank you.”

That earns you a giggle. “My, she’s learning to be civil. I’ll visit you later~”

“Oh, before you go, there’s a useful mech-head here. Lazerus. You might enjoy picking his brain, or vice versa. I don’t really care which so long as he does what I need of him.”

“Mmm… I may drop by…”

Tracking down a single person on a ship the size of the Raptor would normally be difficult unless they stood out in some way. Lucky for you, you’re after someone whose very presence sets people on edge. And you now have Proditus in tow to interface with the rest of the crew. It takes you a couple of hours but you eventually end up right back in Cargohold 5-V.

Mr. Silent is in the very same corner you first saw him in. He’s sitting cross legged, with his chainsword across his lap, and appears to be meditating. A bedroll and some cooking supplies sit in a pile behind him.

Blanks are one of the few things that can actually kill us.

As in, we die, end of story, do not pass go, do not collect Skulls for the Skull Throne.

The only OTHER THINGS that can kill us in this same way are either DERIVED from Blanks, like the Necron Pariah, or Outlandishly Powerful and Bullshit Rare artifacts crafted from the Emperor's Most Ancient and Steadfastly Collected smegma.
>>

You look to Proditus and sigh. “Keep tabs on this one. Whenever he’s done or responsive at all, tell him I want to see him.”

“As you wish… but…” He hesitates. It’s not hard to figure out why. A Blank nullifies anything Warp-related because it has no presence there. It’s a dark hole, an absence in the world that even the most mundane of person would feel unnerved by. For an astropath, a psyker? Doubly so. For a daemon like you? Well, best you just not try to hug him or anything.

“But nothing. Deal with your fear before I decide to find a new Herald.”

He squeaks and bows his head. “Y-Yes.”

A moment later, you feel the odd sensation of being reconnected with the flows of Chaos. Acerea’s voice rings over the comm right on queue.

“Just a quick drop to see where we. Nothing to worry about~”

“It’d better not be. Where are we headed anyways?”

“One moment…” You hear some whispering, the sound of tree bark snapping, and a giggle. “Some planet in the Calixis Sector named Ysai Ydumcc. Ring any bells?’

“Not really, no.”

“Oh well. Lazerus is nice by the way. He’s doing a lovely job with your bath at the moment. I might even be able to join you later~”

“Wonderful.”

It doesn’t take long for you to wrangle up some more sacrifices into a cargohold. Though you don’t have the help of the cultists like before, you know enough from watching combined with your innate knowledge to pierce the veil of the warp. Just before you start making the blood flow, you even throw Small-Horn’s horn onto one of the piles of skulls for good measure. Worst case, you’ll have someone else to boss around.

One slaughter later sees three forms coalescing one after the other in the middle of the painted eight-pointed star.

The first is, predictably, Small-Horn. He doesn’t seem thrilled to see you at all. One reminder that he could have been forced into a shield later sees him pouting in a corner. And you were the little girl?

The second is Wormbag. You had to do a little searching of the Daemon Forges with your mind to find him, but you eventually managed to brush against his consciousness. After promising him free reign over your new Forge, he begrudgingly acquiesced. He merely comments on your horrible taste in decor before leaving to find Magos Lazerus.

The third though? You didn’t plan for three at all. And it appears to be human in design.

Was there a powerfist or Lightning claws in the Inquisitors Armoury? I assume that the Power Klaw won't upgrade Both Gauntlets so we might want to use such equipment to upgrade the other...
>>
>>34149669

We are taking that Rosette, and we are going to replace the Skull with a symbol for Khorne, but it will still be a Rosette.

Was an Inquisitor's ship, still is, only it is now Inquisitor of Khorne Cinder's Ship.

Also the sheer amount of HATE it will generate from being seen is the equivalent of candy to us

Cultist is a most impressive individual, for she has managed to earn the favor of all the Chaos Gods by accomplishing a great many deeds. We should send her out as the leader of whatever cultist warbands we can scrounge together. Plus, if a bird and a whore ever come along, her zealotry for Chaos can be the glue that puts us together.
>>
>>34149669

There were a few power fists, yes. Your current claws are basically normal one with warp-energy blades. An upgrade would basically just add the Power quality to them. They already have... Well I'll have to compile a list here.

As for the rosette, >>34149706 will probably be your best course of action.
>>
>>34149717
The "epic" cultist thing was even worse. At least the joke that is cultist-chan didn't take itself seriously.
>>
>>34149706
fuck yes, we're now the Khornette Inquisition

we should introduce ourselves as Inquisitor Cinder whenever we meet people

you keep what you kill, we killed an inquisitor, so we is one now
>>
>>34149717

Cultist has managed to earn the favor of all the Chaos Gods by virtue of being amusing.

I.E. Pissing off everyone and anyone and getting away with it.

She's not actually unusually useful beyond that.

It's like being fond of that gnat that constantly flies -just between- a spider's web strings, while not consciously doing it.
>>
>>34149604
She's the leader of our cult. We do kinda need her.
>>
For those interested in a Black Crusade equivalent for your claws:

> Cinder's Claws | 1d10+8E | Pen 5 | Tearing, Proven (3) + Howling, Rampage

I'm sure someone like Shaz will tell me that's OP within short order or something.
>>
>>34149768
Hah, our cult, the biggest joke of all. They make fine meatshields and sacrifices. Though I suppose we do need someone with a high fellowship to lead them.
>>
>>34149768

Our cult interaction is thus:

We need sacrifices? Make the cultists go get them or use the cultists themselves.

Want fresh blood? Cultists.

Need a convenient distraction? Grab nearest cultists, tell him to go grab more and do stuff.

Just Feel like it? Murder the entire fucking lot of them.

The only ones worth a damn are the Mechanicus, all others are worth less than dirt.
>>
>>34149796

To be fair, we ARE the only Daemon to be born from a PLANET being massacred.

It's kinda a given that we are unusual in our power and potential, and our gear should reflect that, most Bloodletters are just born from small shit, a Bloodthirster, having blood in his piss or, for example, would give rise to hordes of the things.

We would only be OP if we took on a Bloodthirster and NOT get fucked up beyond belief.
>>
>>34149531
Are we gonna rename the ship?
>>
>>34149897

You tell me.
>>
>>34149893
I wonder if lesser daemons can get promoted? Ooh, let's put Slaaneshi magazines in one of our superiors' desks!
>>
>>34149832

Originally, I had planned for you to start with 200.

Then I realized this is basically how most cultists would be treated by any Daemon they summon.

>>34149949

You get something special at 30, 60, and 90 infamy.

Well, a raptor is like, a name for a certain kind of bird I think, so I don't think there's any need to Change it at the moment.

I think the important question is: What dress will we wear next?

Seriously though, wardrobe change anyone?

>>34150021
We did but I can't remember it.
>>
>>34149966

I feel like "Available Cultists" should be a somewhat inexhaustible resource at this point, I mean, a fully-stocked Imperial vessel that had an Inquisitor on it, AS WELL as the refugees of a PLANETARY POPULATION, unless something big happens.

Like mass sacrifices, the ship blows up, the Gellar field fails and some Faggots, regardless of their Chaos God, jump on our ship to get their murderboners, Hugboners, Actual Boners, and Plotboners wet.
>>
>>34150021
It was either "The Ebola," "Malaria," or "The Haemophiliacker!"
>>
>>34149918
How about Leukemia, basically blood cancer
>>
I suggest a play on words.

"Murder (As in a Murder of Crows) of Daemons"

There is no greater ambush than an ironic one.

We're good.

It's probably a safe bet that you're not going to have anyone ringing your suite-bell and asking if you have a moment to talk about the God Emperor. See >>34150094

>>34150038

IKR? I half expected to spend most of the thread playing Barbie.
>>
>>34150038

I would prefer it if we just keep collecting trophies to wear.

"Governor! The Ship ~Murder of Daemons~ has arrived to collect the Teriff! They are also requesting to send down ships for resupply!"

-Timeskip-

"Governor! The Ship is full of Cultists! Lead by Daemons! Hordes of them!"

"Daemons?! Wha- Oh...OH......OHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
>>
>>34150133

So I am abstaining and letting my fellow anons decide.

Can I get your opinion on the name though, ELH?
>>
>>34150229
>[2] No

Its not a terrible name, I just don't think its a good fit for Cinder.
>>
>>34150229
sure why not, though it would be funny to slowly build a list of shipnames, and change the name every time we hit a planet and then when we've got a long list we play spin the cultists skull to pick which name we should use on the next attack
>>
>>34150229
> No
We're not that tricky or clever.
Besides, I think blood and diseases are good for a ship name.
>>
>>34150263

It's the first name that actually sounds like something you'd paint on the side of a ship.
>>
>>34150207

Hey now, Khorne is perfectly fucking capable of being cunning and sneaky before getting loud.

I mean shit, in DoW most Khornate daemons are sneaky, manipulative cunts.

Hell, as much as I don't like the game, "Firewarrior" is the story of a Tau getting possessed / influenced by a Daemon of Khorne just so he can fuck-over and ruin the fun of a Changer of Ways.

Guess it's just going on the list of "To be decided for real later" names like the rest. Undivided/tied at the moment unless I can't count.

By the way, your sauna ends up more like a spa all said and done. Steam room, big soaking pool, smaller private one, the works. Acerea occasionally stops in between Gardening sessions.
>>
Damn, and I really liked "The Haemophiliacker!"
>>
/tg/, the ship's CURRENT name is "Slayer of Raptors" and I am assuming it has had that name for a good long while.

The name doesn't have to be clever or cool, it just has to sound like it actually belongs on the side of a fucking ship.

Hell, we could name the fucking thing "Warp Hag" and it would be better than the bullshit names that sound forced, or are built around certain concepts.

Actually I'd say this was more "Get your ducks in line so you have something to come back to" than anything else.

If so, how do you feel about it so far? Personally, I enjoy it a great deal, but then again I am a massive faggot who enjoys such things, in my opinion it's got a very nice mixture of character development, DEATHMURDER, and ADVENTURE!
>>
>>34150476

Third.

You'll never know which other two I've run.

I'm indifferent. It's going about where I thought it would.

I hope it is possible for us to accomplish great things, like wiping out entire regiments of the Imperial Guard or converting some Blood Angels to Khorne.

That or I'm sure we'll go find a Tyranid fleet and make it our bitch.

I hope our rivals the bird and the whore will be greater daemons. If they were just a Horror and a Daemonette the rivalry would be a short one.

So looking a the poll Lord QM put on Tweester, it seems Bitching Coat & Hat (tm) won over others. I think it's a fantastic look for Cinder myself.

Who needs armour when you have demon-girl abs?
