>*NEW* Official Team & "Infinite Match" Bracket Listing:

http://pastebin.com/Tv7USzzA

>Introduction & Summary:

It feels like you have been pounding away at a couple of improvised punching bags your best friend's holding up in her hands since the moment you had stepped out of the shower, gearing up for what looks to be one hell of a fight just a few hours from now that'll kick off "The King of Fighter's: Infinite Match". With you, Yuri Sakazaki & King agreeing not to spar directly with each other each other before that fight, you've been left preparing in your hotel's "Fitness Center" to try and go for that elusive "One Character Victory" (Or "OCV") that only a select few fighters have ever achieved in the tournament's long history... Not just for yourself and your pride as a fighter, mind you, but for the pride of your teammates/best friends and reputation of "The Women's Team" as a whole.

Not the time to dwell on that though; You can hear Yuri egging you on as she hold up the extra-reinforced "Beat-Pads" the three of you cobbled together (Having broken one set already when it felt like you had only given them a couple of "Love-Taps") and oblige, the rhythmical sound of your fists and feet pounding into the "Bags" sweetly mixing into King practicing an alternate take on her "Illusion Dance" attack off in a corner and some bass-rattling beats from the gym's sound system (Not your choice either).

Yuri's lithe frame seems almost comically small compared to what she's holding in front of her hands as you focus on landing "Clean", precise strikes rather than going for pure power...

"C'mon Katie, gimme something strong!" you hear her yell, sounding a little like her father as you swear that you can see real fire in her eyes.

[1/2]
>>
>>34509156

You smirk at that and go for power now, feeling like you're throwing your whole body into your punches which, while it's not something your Kyokugenryuu training would condone (Or advise), seems to be paying off: You're honestly shocked at how the first few punches you throw out knock Yuri off-balance and decide to switch to kicking... Which completely knocks her over.

"Damn... Sorry sunshine" you say to her as you and King quickly help Yuri up to her feet.

"Don't worry about it" she says, brushing King off and telling her she's fine before the two of you start going at it with the pads again. Outwardly, you give out a look of concern and don't go TOO hard on her right now; On the inside though, you've got a grin from ear-to-ear because you NEVER could knock Yuri over that easily in all of your years sparring with her at the Kyokugen Dojo... Which goes to show just how far you've come along since you chucked everything you had into preparing for this.

In short, you're Katja Hartkern, you've got a chip on your shoulder thanks to the press corps dissing you and your 'mates and you're more than ready to kick "Soul of the Streets Team" ass and chew bubblegum... And you don't even chew bubblegum.

>A. Keep going through the morning as Katja and work the pads with King; You need to practice your defense a little bit before "The big show" in the afternoon (Roll 1d100 for Defense)

>You now assume Direct Control of Katja Hartkern

You lay a few more "Fat" hits on Yuri, but start to tail off a little bit and ask "You doin' OK 'Uri?"

"Yeah... But I think I want to practice on my own for a second" she says as she soaks up your last few "Love-Taps".

You felt like saying something to her, but just let it drop with a nod before yelling "Oi! You wanna go with me fer' a bit' King?"

"Sure" she replies as you start to slip on these super-sized sparring gloves, King joining you in just a few seconds as you can hear Yuri start to perform one of the myriad Kyokugenryuu Katas the two of you had learned.

"Whenever you're ready mate" you tell her, pushing your gloves up into your slightly-too-large hands and holding them up for her. King nods and starts to go through her "Normals"; An almost endless string of punches and kicks from almost every height... She hits harder than you expected, but not enough to have to worry about holding your footing... Well, at least at first anyway; King soon starts to pick up power and speed behind her kicks and you can barely keep up with her, a bead of sweat starting to

"Y'sure y'know how t'throw punches?" you tease, King's kicks making you think more of a Tae Kwan Do practitioner than most Kick-Boxing styles you've heard of (Or maybe you're just not familiar to the more "Extreme" takes on it?)...

King chuckles at that and says "Yeah, sure!" and starts to throw out some "Meaty" punches and a few elbows for good measure, idly wondering if this was what Yuri was feeling like with you in between blocking her strikes.

After a few more minutes of just punches, King yells "Trap Shot!" and does a double-legged handstand kick that breaks your guard completely...

[1/2]
>>
>>34510026

... Yet somehow, some way, you were pushed back far enough (Or possibly moved back during the guard-break itself) to miss King's follow-up barrage of Kicks, moving back in to block the last one.

"That's odd... Never had that happen before" King mutters after getting a dumbfounded look on her face, then asks if you're alright after that last one.

"Yeah, I just got caught by surprise's'all" you tell her, though you also admit that "Y'hit harder than I thought too."

"I'm through fooling around, that's why" King says with a "Cold" tone of voice, then asks "And I want to try out some of my more advanced attacks... Do you mind?"

You seriously considered stopping to take a breather after that last "Trap Shot" of hers, but shake it off when you start to consider that you'll probably have to get used to dealing with hits at least as hard as that last one today...

"Yeah, ready when you are" you tell her after a quick breath and hold your hands up once more, ready for whatever she's got up her sleeves.

King smiles for the briefest of moments before locking you down with another barrage of punches and kicks, though for some reason you're able to block and predict where they might land a lot better than before she broken your guard... You don't try to think about whether she's going easy on you right now though; You're too busy keeping up with stuff like her "Illusion Dance" and "Tornado Kick" to try and ponder that.

"Trap Shot!" you hear her yell as she practices that move on you again and somehow, someway, you're able to block all of it with nary a scratch (Though in truth, it hit you a lot less than the previous one would have) and King holds her right leg out at you for a few seconds, then slowly brings it back down to the ground and does another, harder "Trap Shot", this time primarily using her left legs on the follow-up to it.

"Go ahead and stretch for a little bit Katja. I'll get Yuri to work with me alright?" she asks after hearing you breath a little heavily.

>A. Shrug and do what she says; You need a breather after that last little bit anyway...

>B. Shake your head "No" and tell her to keep going; You can handle her right now just fine, thank you very much! (Roll 2d100 for Speed & Defense)

>C. Ask her exactly why she wants you to take a rest after only going half as long as you had with Yuri and see what she says.

You can feel the sweat start to break and pour down your face and your body's aching up something fierce... But there's something inside of you that doesn't want you to stop now.

"Keep goin" you tell her as you move to stretch your arms and your "Core" muscles a little bit.

"Katja..."

"If I can't handle you right now, how'm I gonna' handle those clowns today? Or Kusanagi? Or Mr. Karate?" you ask her, a steely determination in your voice. "Now C'mon, give me all ya' got mate."

King takes a long look at you, then sighs as she gets back her her fighting stance and slowly starts to unload punch-after-punch, kick after kick at you, even shooting off a couple of "Venom Strike" projectiles... Yet you seem to shrug them off one-by-one, again feeling like you're one step ahead of her and recognizing that there really is a distinct pattern to how King's attacking you.

"There y'go, c'mon come ON!" you yell as you feel warmed up now, soaking up King's hits with grace and poise and noting that she's really laying it into you now... But by the end of it all about 15 minutes later King's the one left gasping, the padding in your "Gloves" feeling like they're completely gone and you really can feel the force behind each and every labored hit that connects.

"See? Just need t'warm up s'all" you say with a smile when King gives you the signal to stop.

"Right..." you hear King say with a huff, smiling back at you for a second "What time is it?"

You pause and take a look at your phone after slipping off your gloves. "9:15?"

"Hmm... We probably should get going out to the tournament site to check in with all of the press" King ponders aloud as Yuri walks over to chip in her 2 cents.

"I'dunno, the fight isn't scheduled until like 1:30, right?"

"Yeah, but the last thing I want's to get anything in my stomach before" you tell her.

"Really? Because I was thinking about getting a small brunch" King admits.

Did we ever actually settle on what Katja's KoF theme would be? To me, it should be like something you'd hear out of the KOF 2002 UM soundtrack or even the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle soundtrack: something upbeat with plenty of electric guitar.

The AOF team theme is neat, yeah, but considering how she broke away and better forged her own character in the wake of it, she could stand to branch out her sound a little.

I like Jotaro's theme because it gives the sense of "Don't you fucking worry. Everything is gonna be okay."
Josuke's theme is just plain upbeat and peppy while still rocking out.

Also, vote to combine them so we can nicely lead into the fight.

I still stand with >>34513156 and vote for A & C.

When it comes to Katja's theme, it's kind of a cross-up: Jotaro's ASB theme is kind of how Katja sees herself now, but Vanilla Ice's fits better with how the other NESTS character's tracks sounded in 2K2 UM... Plus, it closely matches Angel's theme from UM and they might have a history together, so who knows?
>>
>>34513238
Katja and Angel more than likely have a history, but Katja doesn't know it yet. Plus, she's never gotten hard confirmation of her NESTS origins.

If this were (Evil) NESTS Katja, then you'd use Vanilla Ice's theme.
As she is now, she'd use Jotaro's theme.

You fidget a little and ultimately agree to having a small meal with King, the rumbling from your stomach being the ultimate factor in your decision (And besides, that was a pretty brutal work-out and you'd probably need to get at least a bottle of water in you anyway...).

"You nervous?" King asks in between bites of poached eggs and toast.

"I'd be lyin' if I said I wasn't" you answer, munching on a small salad. "But you know..."

"?"

"I ain't scared or worried 'bout the fight" you offer. "I know I can help you'n'Uri out t'win this thing..."

King nods as she drinks a small glass of water as you continue talking. "But I REALLY want t'go fer'it and beat'em all myself today."

"Don't count your chickens before they hatch" King says, then admits "But I have to say, it's looking good for us huh?"

"Yeah... But I ain't thinkin' 'bout who we MIGHT face though; I'm doin' this one round at a time" you explain as you finish up your "Rabbit Food" (As you would've called it if you were, oh, say 10 years old) as you hear somebody walking towards your table.

"Hey... It's like almost 10:30 and the police escort's waiting" she says, already decked out in her trademark White Gi, Purple leggings (And well-hidden Sports Bra) and Red Chucks...

"Yeah, I'm ready" you say to her, those words ringing in your ears all the way to the fight.

>"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the opening round of The King of Fighters: INFINITE MATCH!"

You can hear the Emcee from the weigh-in yesterday yakking from a nearby boat as you and your teammates stand on little more than a fancy-looking barge out in the middle of San Francisco bay, a few private yachts off in the distance to your left and a surprisingly packed grandstand off on the solid ground of Fisherman's Wharf to your far right... What concerns you most of all is the "Soul of The Streets Team" in front of you huddled up and discussing the strategy of taking you down.

This is what you've been waiting for nearly three months now, what you've sacrificed oh-so much to get to and you can feel it in the air, feel it rising up in your body as Heavy D! steps up to start this thing off and stares you down. You look back to Yuri & King and nod, then tighten up your gloves and lace up your boots before walking up to the center of this "Stage" the stooges running this thing want to use.

You look up and lock your eyes on Heavy D!'s sunglasses-hidden ones as the referee drones on about how long the rounds are (60 seconds on their clock), what's Illegal (Namely eye-gouging and stick your finger's up some bloke's arse to break a ground submission, which IS a thing people do if Tsuyako Horikawa's mom taught you anything) and what's not (Just about anything else bar Firearms) before he breaks away when you instinctively nod. The two of you square up for a second or two, not saying much until Heavy D! takes his shades off and says "OK, let's go!"

You nod in earnest at that, tempt him a little by showing off a tiny little glow of a blue/white electrical spark from you finger-tips, then yell "Awright!" and hop back a little to assume your fighting stance while Heavy D! puts up his dukes, some generic-sounding rock track blaring from the sound system that surrounds the "Ring".

You sprint towards Heavy D! and make a small jump, crossing him up with your outstretched foot (As he misjudged the distance between himself and you) and got enough breathing room from it to land a Thrust Punch and a Standing Hard Kick before you naturally back you away.

Heavy D! seemingly smashes the ground out of frustration and creates a spectacular-looking pillar of flame all around his body to try get in a counter-hit, but because you were far enough away to avoid it all it does is leave himself open when you run-in with a quick "Raijin Sprint" and land a "Lightning Rush".

He somehow manages to block the last part of the attack and goes to try and throw you, but you break out of it and land a "Strong" Kohou to his jaw, the "Ooh's" & "Aah's" from the crowd audible to you as you rocket up through the sky with your fist filled with the power of electricity. You land on both feet just fine, but Heavy D! looks like he's already floundering; Though he was able to stand up, that last uppercut left him seeing stars so large even you could spot them... So whether or not you're going to take advantage of his misfortune isn't really a question in your mind; It's HOW you're going to use this golden opportunity to your advantage that's up in the air.

In the meantime, I'm picturing a Sportscenter-esque show where they review the KOF matches of the week. For some reason, I get the image of analogues for Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless arguing with each other over results, such as whether or not the Women's Team is relevant, even if their new blood managed an OCV against their first opponents.

You can see King & Yuri looking pleased for the briefest second out of the corner of your eye and can't help but inwardly smile at your luck... But at the same time, you know that this round's not even close to over yet and figure that sticking to the "Simple" punch & kick combinations that lead to Heavy D! getting "Dizzy" will be fine. As for WHY you decided that... Well...

Maybe it's the fact that there's an actual crowd watching this all unfold that feels like it's cheering you on for more of the same that's giving you some kind of boost of energy. A more grounded explanation could be that you were had gone through this fight for the last few days and Heavy D!'s reactions are giving you everything you need to know (IE He has a pretty bad case of "Ring Rust")... And shit, maybe it's the music; For as generic as it sounds to your ear, it DOES has an undeniable "Don't you fucking worry" kind of vibe to it that suits your current mindset just fine.

You run towards Heavy D! once again, doing a different take on your "Bread & Butter" Jump-in Combination by leaping into the air and hitting with a jumping "Hard" kick to start, but parlay that into your "Mexican Uppercut" crouching punch to stun him long enough to land a quick Hien Shippu Kyaku that knocks him down HARD to the ground.

You hop back to avoid his wake-up attack and use the Raijin Sprint to dash through his follow-up Vortex Straight-thing to grab him with a good old-fashioned Tani Otoshi. Even with the amount of punishment he's taken, Heavy D!'s still got the spirit to do a Ukemi and follows that up with a motion with his hands that mimics the kind of "Shadow Boxing" you'd see Robert Garcia doing at the dojo from time to time. Figuring that he's going to go for something big to try and get the fight moving back towards his favor, you hang back for a few seconds and Heavy D! does the same, the two of you looking like you're dancing...

>And shit, maybe it's the music; For as generic as it sounds to your ear, it DOES has an undeniable "Don't you fucking worry" kind of vibe to it that suits your current mindset just fine.
It feels more along the lines of saying "Don't you guys worry. I got this." It's meant to be reassuring and inspiring to both yourself and everyone around you. It's a hero's theme, really. THE hero's theme.
>>
>>34520639

Noted. Also, my internet connection's going on the fritz again...

>>34520427

... Well, until you hop back and Heavy D! goes to punish that with two consecutive lunging, vortex-infused straight punches. Thankfully, you're JUST fast enough to dodge them and break his throw attempt with a swift kick to the chest, followed by a point-blank "Strong" Ha'oh Raijinken.

You can hear the crowd gasp at that as Heavy D! falls over, but then gets up and starts staggering around like he were "Punch-Drunk", his legs looking like they're made out of rubber to you while his teammates get held back by the referee. After a few tense moments checking his vitals, the Ref signals that it's a officially a "Technical" Knock-Out to the judges and you raise you fist in triumph, one finger held up.

===

>KO! Katja Wins!
>PERFECT!

===

The cheer that rose up from of even this relatively small "Live" crowd along with Yuri & King is enough to raise your hair up on it's end and wave back to the crowd before you start to stretch in the center of the "Stage" as Lucky Glauber & Duck King talk over who's going to face you next.

>"Soul of The Streets Team! Please select your next fighter!

You take a look at Yuri & King sitting on chairs just off to the sidelines and they both nod at you, Yuri even yelling "Keep going Katie!" as the music changes and the DJ/Emcee on the boat starts hyping up the next challenger being a real "Blast from the Past".

===

>New Thread Theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiRSyKjiBR0

====

And sure enough, Duck King struts his way onto the stage, his head bobbing to whatever's playing on his headphones.

"Hey Sweetheart!" He yells, obviously trying to hear himself over his 'tunes. "Take a gander at this: I devote this dance to you."

You hop back as he gets down to the ground and does some gravity-defying breakdancing move, then hops up and yells "Quack!"

"Bloody'ell" is all you can say as the next round starts up.

Capoeira, this ain't. Duck King is both the most experienced and most unpredictable of the three, so trying to force the issue is gonna leave us with his boot in our mouth. If we know he leaves himself vulnerable after an attack, capitalize on that. Time to prove Katja's chops as a counter-fighter.

"Y'sure y'don't wanna make this a dance-off mate?!" you yell with a grin.

"HAH! Your dance wouldn't make a good joke" he fires back.

"Ah C'mon, try me mate" you tell him, swiveling your hips a little before contorting your body in a series of sparse, yet fluid movements "Breakers" are all to familiar with.

"What, you tryin' to pop & lock me?" he asks, a hit of surprise in his voice.

"Yeah... I'dunno, I need to let some stress out" You fib, really not knowing where this is all going to end up but giving yourself an out in case you actually DO dance off with this guy.

"Kick his ass already Katie!" Yuri yells, with what you think is Lucky adding "What the hell you doin' man!?"

His teammate yelling must've snapped Duck King back to reality for a moment, "Come on, girl... You wanna dance off, we hit the club! Not a King of Fighter's!"

"I'll forfeit the round if you can beat my dancin' mate" you boast, not-quite cutting him off.

That offer finally got though to him, because it seems like not much else would make him take his headphones off... "Is that right?" he asks you, Yuri grumbling "Oh god..." while facepalming as King silently points to her head and makes circles with her index finger.

"Call it a "Technical Knock-Out" or somthin', yeah?" you ask as the referee comes back in to ask "What the FUCK is going on?" to the both of you and the music stops.

"Girl here wants to put her round on the line by dancing, not fighting" Duck King starts to explain. "And I accepted."

"... Are you fucking SHITTING ME?!" The ref yells, though he tries to remain somewhat composed when he quickly remembers that he's still wired for a microphone. "That's in direct violation of every rule in the book!"

"You serious? C'mon, let it slide mate; It ain't like I'm gonna gouge his eyes out afterward" you say with a certain swagger to your voice.

And he wanted this tournament to be taken so seriously.

The referee got redder than a wet hen on an electric fence when you said that, but again he calmed down when he started to realize that what you said was true: Under "The Infinite Match's" thin rulebook, a round could technically be won by playing a game of checkers, or through how far you could toss a midget rather than actually fighting someone...

"... OK, fine." he saus with a huff, but then asks "How are we gonna judge you then? We look for what makes a good fighter, NOT a good dancer."

"You serious man? Ask the crowd!" Duck King exclaims before snatching the microphone and turning to the stands.

>"Sorry about the wait everybody... But this little lady here just challenged me to a Breakdance Bout!"

You can see the confusion on the most of the crowd's faces (Though a scant few older spectators seem to get it) as a string of murmurs start to cloud the grandstands and Duck King seems to be in his element in front of them with a microphone.

>"Of course, since the judges they got don't know how to score one of these, that's why we're gonna leave it up to you!"

"You're not REALLY going to try and out-dance friggin' DUCK KING are you? And KO yourself if you lose?!" Yuri pleads, though King talks you down before you try and answer her.

"This is a man who has mastered breakdancing to the point where he breaks the laws of physics AND fights using those very same moves... And you WANT to try and defeat him in his element?"

You look long and hard at Duck King yelling at Lucky Glauber and can't help but see a mental image Chihuahua barking at a Great Dane or a Doberman and laugh, then tell King "Yeah... I mean c'mon, TRUST me fer' a change will ya'? I gotta plan."

"Oh? And what's that?" King asks as different piece of music starts to play.

"You'll see" you say with a smile as Duck King starts skipping and hopping around the "Stage".

In truth, King was right about how "Duck King the Fighter" and "Duck King the Breaker" looked the same, at least on the surface. Though just like with Heavy D! a few minutes earlier, you could tell that Duck King was trying to get this out of the way and keep the crowd focused and did too many things too quickly before slowing it down with his "Duck Dance" "Attack" (A "Dream Move", if the official videogame site was to be trusted anyway) and then started to spin around the floor at a furious clip...

You nod your head to the cliched "Beats" and slowly start to channel Ki as Duck King finishes up a lengthy take on his "High Bound Spiral" (Thought to be his strongest attack if the game site is reliable enough) and think about what you're going to do... And again start to "Pop & Lock" when Duck King cleared the stage for you, all of those years at the Kyokugen Dojo and training giving you a curiously flexible AND controllable body. Though while you seem to be winning high marks from the old-timers in the back row that probably actually were "Breakers" back in the day, you can sense that the majority of the crowd's not following you and seems to be waiting for something "Big" to happen.

So you take that as a cue flop down onto the floor like a fish out of water and start to spin around as fast as you dare, eventually getting on top of your head to try and pull off the mother of all headstands. Why? Simple: Bag in the day, during your years in highschool you partied so much you became an almost mythical "Keg-Stand Queen" and could spin around on your head without getting sick... And while the laws of physics would guess that you would run out of speed soon after you started (What with already being in motion from another position and all), you were able to spin yourself around using subtle blasts of electricity from your hands.

The crowd's going OFF behind you and could even hear Duck King give quiet props ("Bellissima, baby")...

>An Australian was queen of kegstands
Go figure.
>>
>>34524898

... But you want more. MUCH more. So, you subtly start doing a full split with your legs and, astonishingly, spin fast enough that they act like a helicopter's blades and LIFT YOU UP OFF THE GODDAMN FLOOR!

You don't try to think too much on where you might've seen this move before (Though the phrase "Spinning Bird Kick" rings through your head for some reason) and instead use your hands to try and spin around on the floor a little bit, then spring yourself back onto your slightly wobbly feet as the crowd cheers in approval.

"That's mighty fine! You got some step there!" Duck King says, sounding pretty "Amped" at what he just saw and gives you a pat on the back before grabbing the microphone to talk with the crowd.

>"Alright Al-RIGHT! How'd you like that San Fran!?"

Cheers from the crowd follow as you try to keep yourself from getting seasick while Yuri, King & Lucky Glauber are besides themselves with equal parts of "What the FUCK did I just watch?"

>"OKAY, OKAY! Now who who do y'all think won? The defending champ, the Duck King himself?"

You try not to smile at the slightly muted applause the crowds gives Duck King and can almost feel Yuri & King's moods start to change. "C'mon, I couldn'ta just-"

>"Or the challenger, Katja?"

Your eyes wide when crowd confirms that yep, you won this little dance-off fair & square alright. And though Duck King tries to hide his disappointment by joking "But I didn't even start dancin', man!", he seems to be a good sport about it and walks off the opposite side of the "Stage" while that referee guy from before to declare that Duck King officially forfeits the round and hands you the victory.

===

>KO!
>You WIN!
>PERFECT!

===

You feel a little dizzy from all of those spins, but clear your head REAL quick when you see the unmistakable sight of Lucky Glauber walk towards you, all 7-foot plus of him looking particularly displeased with the little "Sideshow" you and his teammate just did...

We've probably already made the greatest debut in KoF history. But let's see if we can't make it a threefer.

>Katja doing Spinning Bird Kick off of a fucking headstand

So... New Special Move?
>>
>>34525463
That's the idea. Katja plans to put the Women's Team on the map by making history with what could be the first OCV by a fighter in their debut match. An OCV by itself is historic, as according to Weasel's story, it's only happened a few times in all of KoF history.

And now THE NEW BLOOD on the WOMEN'S TEAM is about to score one IN HER DEBUT MATCH if she can take out Lucky.

This is going to blow up all the brackets around the world, as people will stunningly realize, "Holy fuck, the Women's Team is HERE."

Looks like they're going to have to update the rules and forbid dance offs.
>>
>>34525604
Not really. By all accounts, Duck King willingly surrendered, and in any respectable fighting organization, "enemy surrender" is a more than acceptable win condition.
>>
>>34525584
I dunno about that. It wouldn't surprise me if some KOF pundits put forward the theory that there was some collusion between Katja and Duck King for such an irregular fight to occur.

THIS. Oh dear god the press are going to rip this whole thing apart when this particular fight ends... Or will they wait for the Draco Vs. Bogard fight instead? Also holy SHIT it's getting hype again.
>>
>>34525701
Kinda falls back to >>34518992: one of the pundits will try and absolutely BURY the Women's Team, even by discrediting the Soul of the Streets Team and throwing out the entire match. The balls on the guy to discredit an OCV would have to be massive.
>If you want me to respect the Women's Team, then call me back when they beat a REAL team.
And then Katja smashes a glass of water on the floor while Yuri and King try to keep her from throttling the TV.

King: I think that's the first time someone has ever called someone on TV a "bitch dingo's cunt."

"Wake up! It's too early for bedtime" he says with an uncharacteristic scowl.

"Jeez mate, what crawled up yer arse? Or are y'mad cuz' I was stylin' on ya'?"

"My karate's superior to your's, that's what" he boasts and you immediately glare at him.

"Y'tryin' t'get yerself dunked in the bay now?"

"It doesn't matter to me; I can swim just fine" he answers, that more-familiar smile starting to creep back onto his face. "But you're no match for my skills" he says before making a fake-to-jump-shot reminiscent of legendary NBA Player Tim Hardaway.

Terribly sorry Anons! It's well past 1 AM where I live and I'd like to get some rest... As such, updates will cease until 10 AM PST/1 PM EST tomorrow unless "The Curse" rears it's ugly head.

Voting is open until then though.

Save the Thunder God to secure the victory, even though we've got meter to burn. We don't want Lucky zoning us out and making us waste the power-up.

Yes they are, but it only matters if three other votes all get ones in that same stat point (IE Attack Power in this case) and ONLY applies if that voting option wins anyway.

That raises the question: Who HAS scored the elusive "OCV" in KOF Competition? My money's on Pic Related being one of them.
