Going to bed, looking forward to reading the archive tomorrow. Keep up the good work, legoquest, and remember: if you did a kickstarter for the publication of Sword and Burner with starter sets of lego pieces I would give you all my money. Jus sayin, look into how lego licensing works. <3

I'm pretty sure Lego would not allow anyone to market and sell independently made Lego sets. Have you seen how expensive Legos are? For little bits of plastic. 50, 60, 100 dollars.

They aren't going to let some guy get a piece of it.

The centerpiece of this episode was definitely the Octan sign. I knew when I had the idea for this game that I needed a big Octan sign, so imagine my happiness when I found that they made Duplo Octan pieces in yellow, which just so happens to be the color that Octan brand convenience stores are in the world of the Wanderer.

Yes, I Bricklinked more pieces just for Lego Quest.

Glad you had fun, anon! I have a lot of different ideas in mind for things, but I needed to run something else for a while. Fear not, the Apprentice will turn up again.

There were a lot of Easter eggs in this episode, so I'll try and hit most of them. First and foremost, this is obviously a prequel to After the Brick.

As mentioned, this is not the first time an Octan convenience store has appeared in After the Brick.

Thanks man, you're the best.
Incidentally, are there any outposts of civilization left in the world of the Wanderer? Cities spared by a quirk of targeteering or shoddy RV construction? out-of-the-way countries that managed to remain neutral through it all? Or is absolutely everywhere fucked?
